Analysis on Microstructure and Misorientation of Ultrathin Hot Strip of Low Carbon Steel Produced by Compact Strip Production显示文摘The microstructure and misorientation of ultrathin hot strip were analyzed by CSP technology using electron back scattered diffraction (EBSD) method and Autoforge finite element program. The experimental results showed that the finishing hot rolling microstructures were the mixture of recrystallized and deformed austenite. After phase transformation, ferrite grains embody substructures and dislocations, leading to the high strength and relatively low elongation rate of the ultrathin hot strip. The FEM simulation of strain mode and distribution in deformation area has been fulfilled. The simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis and experimental results. | Hao YU, Yonglin KANG and Jie FUSchool of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Beijing 100083, China | 2002 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2002,18,6: | 7
Comparison and analysis of dislocation density, morphology and evolution in microstructure of low-carbon steel produced using different technologies显示文摘Three kinds of specimens were produced from hot strips of similar composition and same thickness (nominal gauge 4.0mm) but produced using different technologies, and the dislocation density of these strips was quantitatively measured by positron annihilation technique test. The dislocation morphology and evolution in microstructure of each pass for producing the 1.9mm hot strip using CSP (compact strip production) technology were observed under an H-800 transmission electron microscope; its density was also quantitatively measured using the positron annihilation technique test, and the factors influencing the dislocation density during the production process were analyzed. The experimental results show that the dislocation density in the microstructure produced using CSP technology is higher than that in the microstructure produced using conventional technology. This result was discussed and confirmed on the basis of the finite element simulation and the theory relevant to dislocations. | YU Hao~ 1) , KANG Yonglin~ 1) , DONG Hongbo~ 2) 1) Materials Science and Engineering School, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Beijing 100083, China 2) Jinan Iron & Steel Group Co., Jinan 250101, China | 2006 | 北京科技大学学报2006,28,11: | 5
Mechanical properties and microstructure of TRIP steels produced using TSCR process显示文摘C-Si-Mn TRIP steels were produced using the thin slab casting and rolling (TSCR) process under simulation in laboratory. The results of tensile tests show that the yield strength, tensile strength, and the total elongation of the experimental TRIP steels are 430 MPa,610 MPa,and 28.4%,respectively. Optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and transmission electron micros-copy (TEM) were employed to identify the microstructures of the TRIP steels. The final microstructures consist of ferrite, bainite, and retained austenite. The results of quantitative color metallography show that the fraction of the retained austenite is about 5.8%. | Yinghui Zhang Yanli Ma Yonglin Kang Hao Yu | 2006 | Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2006,13,5: | 4
Microstructure and mechanical properties of automobile beam steels produced by EAF-CSP process显示文摘The microstructure, mechanical properties, and misorientation of automobile beam steels produced by EAF-CSP process were studied using optical microscopy (OM) and electron back-scattered diffraction (EBSD). It is shown that the microstructure of strips is mainly polygonal ferrite, and the average grain size is about 5-8 μm. The electron back-scattered diffraction results show that grain boundaries in ferrite are basically high-angle grain boundaries without remarkable preferred orientation. Hot strips of automobile beam steels possess a good combination of strength and plasticity because of their fine microstructures and low quantity of impurities. | Zhengzhi Zhao Yonglin Kang Hao Yu | 2006 | Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2006,13,6: | 4
Stream cipher designs: a review显示文摘Stream cipher is an important branch of symmetric cryptosystems, which takes obvious advantages in speed and scale of hardware implementation. It is suitable for using in the cases of massive data transfer or resource constraints, and has always been a hot and central research topic in cryptography. With the rapid development of network and communication technology, cipher algorithms play more and more crucial role in information security. Simultaneously, the application environment of cipher algorithms is increasingly complex, which challenges the existing cipher algorithms and calls for novel suitable designs. To accommodate new strict requirements and provide systematic scientific basis for future designs, this paper reviews the development history of stream ciphers, classifies and summarizes the design principles of typical stream ciphers in groups, briefly discusses the advantages and weakness of various stream ciphers in terms of security and implementation. Finally, it tries to foresee the prospective design directions of stream ciphers. | Lin JIAO Yonglin HAO Dengguo FENG | 2020 | Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,3: | 4
Evaluate the security margins of SHA-512, SHA-256and DHA-256 against the boomerang attack显示文摘For an n-bit random permutation, there are three types of boomerang distinguishers, denoted as Type I, II and III, with generic complexities 2~n, 2^(n/3) and 2^(n/2) respectively. In this paper, we try to evaluate the security margins of three hash functions namely SHA-512, SHA-256 and DHA-256 against the boomerang attack.Firstly, we give a boomerang attack on 48-step SHA-512 with a practical complexity of 2^(51). The correctness of this attack is verified by providing a Type III boomerang quartet. Then, we extend the existing differential characteristics of the three hash functions to more rounds. We deduce the sufficient conditions and give thorough evaluations to the security margins as follows: Type I boomerang method can attack 54-step SHA-512, 51-step SHA-256 and 46-step DHA-256 with complexities 2^(480), 2^(218) and 2^(236) respectively. Type II boomerang method can attack 51-step SHA-512, 49-step SHA-256 and 43-step DHA-256 with complexities 2^(158.50), 2^(72.91) and 2^(74.50) respectively. Type III boomerang method can attack 52-step SHA-512, 50-step SHA-256 and 44-step DHA-256 with complexities 2^(223.80), 2^(123.63) and 2^(99.85) respectively. | Hongbo YU Yonglin HAO Dongxia BAI | 2016 | Science China(Information Sciences)2016,59,5: | 3
Effect of boron on hot strips of low carbon steel produced by compact strip production显示文摘The effect of boron on hot strips of low carbon steel produced by compact strip production (CSP) to reduce the strength to a certain degree was investigated, which is quite different from that of high-strength low alloy steel. The mechanical properties and microstructural evolution of the hot strip were studied using optical microscopy and tensile tests. By means of an electrolytic dissolution technique and Thermo-Cal calculation, the precipitates containing boron were analyzed and detected. From the electron back-scattered diffraction analysis, it can be deciphered whether the microstructure has recrystallized or not. Furthermore, the effect of boron segregation on the recrystallization or non-recrystallization conditions can be distinguished. The segregation behavior of boron was investigated in boron-containing steel. The nonequilibrium segregation of boron during processing was discussed on the basis of the forming complexes with vacancies that migrate to the boundaries prior to annihilation, which was confirmed by the sub-sequent cold rolling with annealing experiments. | Hao Yu Yonglin Kang | 2008 | Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2008,15,2: | 3
Multiple active components synergistically driven heteroatom-doped porous carbon as high-performance counter electrode in dye-sensitized solar cells显示文摘A facile template-free in situ self-activation approach for the multiple active components synergistically driven porous carbon was presented via a feasible annealing process. The biomass-derived carbon without additional activation reagents was fabricated using K-rich pomelo peel(PP)as the carbon source, which possesses a high electric conductivity where abundant functional hetero-metal atoms are doped into the carbon framework that playing the role of catalytic graphitization. The K^+that exists within the biomass can induce self-activation during pyrolysis apart from the activating gases during the pyrolysis process. The resulting electrocatalyst of PP-850(PP was pyrolyzed at 850°C in an N_2atmosphere)with abundant heteroatoms possesses a higher power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 7.81%as the counter electrode(CE)of dye-sensitized solar cells(DSCs)compared with the CEs calcinated at other temperatures and a similar PCE with Pt counterpart(8.24%)based on the liquid I_3^-/I^-electrolyte.The better electrocatalytic performance is attributed to the synergistic effect between self-activation and the co-doping of nitrogen, sulfur and phosphorus all together in a carbon matrix.Due to the feasibility of large-scale production, rich heteroatom doping, the PP-derived carbon, which simplifies the procedure and decreases the cost, has a potential application for an alternative electrocatalyst for high-performance photovoltaic devices. | Hongyu Jing Danyang Wu Suxia Liang Xuedan Song Yonglin An Ce Hao Yantao Shi | 2019 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,4: | 2

A Discussion on Evolution of Microstructures and Influence Factors during Continuous Rolling of Compact Strip Production显示文摘The evolution of microsturctures and influence factors of ultrathin hot strips of low carbon steel produced by compact strip production (CSP) techniques were investigated. The steel blocking samples of CSP six-passes were obtained, and microstructures at the different positions of workpiece for each pass were studied. At the same time, an explicit finite element technique was used to reveal the continuous rolling process. By combining experiment results with simulation analysis, the effects of plastic strain, temperature, precipitation and interval time on evolution and refinement of crystal grains have been investigated. The results are useful for the development of high strength hot strips. | Hongbo DONG Yonglin KANG Hao YU Department of Materials Processing and Controlling, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Beijing 100083, China | 2004 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2004,20,3: | 0
Research on microstructural evolution and dynamic recrystailization behavior of JB800 bainitic steel by FEM显示文摘Single pass compression tests were conducted on Gleeblel500 thermal simulator. The effect of different deformation pa- rameters on the grain size of dynamically re,crystallized anstenite was analyzed.A mathematical model of dynamic re,crystallization and a material database of JB800 steel, whose tensile strength is above 800 MPa,were set up.A subprogram was compiled using Fortran language and called by Marc finite element software.A thermal coupled elastoplastic finite element model was established to simulate the compression process. The grain size of recrystallized austenite obtained by different recrystallization models was simu- lated. The results show that the optimized dynamic recrystallization model of JB800 bainitic steel has a higher precision and yields good agreement with metaliographic observations. | Qingjun Chen Yonglin Kang Hao Yu Chunmei Wang Chengxiang Li | 2008 | Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2008,15,3: | 0
Fencing for conservation?--The impacts of fencing on grasslands and the endangered Przewalski's gazelle on the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Dear Editor, Grasslands in north-western China support six species of wild antelopes(Jiang et al.,1996).Among those, the Przewalski's gazelle(Procapra przewalskii)is endangered with a most restricted distribution range. This species is only found on grasslands around the Qinghai Lake in the north-eastern corner of the Tibetan Plateau(Jiang et al., 1995).While poaching of gazelles has been largely prevented since 2002,fencing,a measure supported by grassland conservation policies, has posed negative impacts on the gazelles(Zhang et al.,2014). | Lu Zhang Jiazi Liu Dajun Wang Hao Wang Yonglin Wu Zhi Lu | 2018 | Science China(Life Sciences)2018,61,12: | 0
