| 1 | Endothelial CDS2 deficiency causes VEGFA-mediated vascular regression and tumor inhibition显示文摘The response of endothelial cells to signaling stimulation is critical for vascular morphogenesis,homeostasis and function.Vascular endothelial growth factor-a(VEGFA)has been commonly recognized as a pro-angiogenic factor in vertebrate developmental,physiological and pathological conditions for decades.Here we report a novel finding that genetic ablation of CDP-diacylglycerol synthetase-2(CDS2),a metabolic enzyme that controls phosphoinositide recycling,switches the output of VEGFA signaling from promoting angiogenesis to unexpectedly inducing vessel regression.Live imaging analysis uncovered the presence of reverse migration of the angiogenic endothelium in cds2 mutant zebrafish upon VEGFA stimulation,and endothelium regression also occurred in postnatal retina and implanted tumor models in mice.In tumor models,CDS2 deficiency enhanced the level of tumorsecreted VEGFA,which in-turn trapped tumors into a VEGFA-induced vessel regression situation,leading to suppression of tumor growth.Mechanistically,VEGFA stimulation reduced phosphatidylinositol(4,5)-bisphosphate(PIP2)availability in the absence of CDS2-controlled-phosphoinositide metabolism,subsequently causing phosphatidylinositol(3,4,5)-triphosphate(PIP3)deficiency and F0X01 activation to trigger regression of CDS2-null endothelium.Thus,our data indicate that the effect of VEGFA on vasculature is context-dependent and can be converted from angiogenesis to vascular regression. | Wencao Zhao Le Cao Hanru Ying Wenjuan Zhang Dantong Li Xiaolong Ziiu Wenzhi Xue Shuang Wu Mengye Cao Cong Fu Haonan Qi Yimei Hao Yun-Chi Tang Jun Qin Tao PZhong Xiaoxi Lin Luyang Yu Xuri Li Lin Li Dianqing Wu Weijun Pan | 2019 | Cell Research2019，29，11： | 9 |
| 2 | Deriving all minimal consistency-based diagnosis sets using SAT solvers显示文摘In this paper, a novel method is proposed for judging whether a component set is a consistency-based diagnostic set, using SAT solv- ers. Firstly, the model of the system to be diagnosed and all the observations are described with conjunctive normal forms (CNF). Then, all the related clauses in the CNF files to the components other than the considered ones are extracted, to be used for satisfiability checking by SAT solvers. Next, all the minimal consistency-based diagnostic sets are derived by the CSSE-tree or by other similar algorithms. We have implemented four related algorithms, by calling the gold medal SAT solver in SAT07 competition – RSAT. Experimental results show that all the minimal consistency-based diagnostic sets can be quickly computed. | 10 | A Revised Satellite Cloud-Derived Wind Inversion Algorithm Based on Computer Cluster显示文摘In view of the satellite cloud-derived wind inversion has the characteristics of large scale,intensive computing and time-consuming serial inversion algorithm is very difficult to break through the bottleneck of efficiency.We proposed a parallel acceleration scheme of cloud-derived wind inversion algorithm based on MPI cluster parallel technique in this paper.The divide-and-conquer idea,assigning winds vector inversion tasks to each computing unit,is identified according to a certain strategy.Each computing unit executes the assigned tasks in parallel,namely divide-and-rule the inversion task,so as to reduce the efficiency bottleneck of long inversion time caused by serial time accumulation.In the scheme of parallel acceleration based on MPI cluster,an algorithm based on performance prediction is proposed to effectively implement load balance of MPI clusters.Through the comparative analysis of experiment data using the parallel scheme of this parallel technology framework,it shows that this parallel technology has a certain acceleration effect on the cloud-derived wind inversion algorithm.The speedup of the MPI-based parallel algorithm reaches 14.96,which achieved the expected estimate.At the same time,this paper also proposes an efficiency optimization algorithm for cloud-derived wind inversion.In the case that the inversion of wind vector accuracy loss is minimal,the optimized algorithm execution time can be up to 13 times faster. | Lili He Zhiwei Cai Dantong Ouyang Changshuai Wang Yu Jiang Chong Wang Hongtao Bai | 2020 | Computers, Materials & Continua2020，，7： | 0 |
