1Methane dehydroaromatization with periodic CH_4-H_2 switch:A promising process for aromatics and hydrogen显示文摘Long-term stability test of Mo/HZSM-5-N catalysts(HZSM-5-N stands for nano-sized HZSM-5) in methane dehydroaromatization(MDA)reaction has been performed with periodic CH4-H2 switch at 1033-1073 K for more than 1000 h.During this test,methane conversion ranges from 13% to 16%,and mean yield to aromatics(i.e.benzene and naphthalene) exceeds 10%.N2-physisorption,XRD,NMR and TPO measurements were performed for the used Mo/HZSM-5 catalysts and coke deposition,and the results revealed that the periodic hydrogenation can effectively suppress coke deposition by removing the inert aromatic-type coke,thus ensuring Mo/HZSM-5 partly maintained its activity even in the presence of large amount of coke deposition.The effect of zeolite particle size on the catalytic activity was also explored,and the results showed that the nano-sized zeolite with low diffusion resistance performed better.It is recognized that the size effect was enhanced by reaction time,and it became more remarkable in a long-term MDA reaction even at a low space velocity.Changyong Sun Guangzong Fang Xiaoguang Guo Yuanli Hu Shuqi Ma Tianhua Yang Jie Han Hao Ma Dali Tan Xinhe Bao 2015Journal of Energy Chemistry2015,24,3:6
2Ethanolic extract of Puhuang(Pollen Typhae) modulates lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammatory response through inducible nitric oxide synthase/cyclooxygenase-2 signaling in RAW 264.7 macrophages显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the immune modulatory response of Puhuang(Pollen Typhae),ethanolic extract of dried pollens(TP-E)and charcoal activated pollens(CTP-E)were used for their phytochemical evaluation and their modulatory response against lipopolysaccharide(LPS)induced inflammatory activity on RAW264.7 macrophage cells.METHODS:Biochemical assays were carried out to quantify the 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl Radical Scavenging Activity,Reducing Power,Ferrous ion chelating ability and total polyphenol content and flavonoids.Non-toxic dose of the extract(TP-E and CTP-E)was chosen based on 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay.Effect of TP-E and CTP-E on lipopolysaccharides-induced inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)expression was measured by Western blot and quantitative PCR(q RT-PCR).Expression of inflammatory cytokines,such as interleukins(IL-1βand IL-6)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),was quantified using q RT-PCR.Mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway was analyzed using Western blot.RESULTS:Phytochemical analysis revealed that both TP-E and CTP-E have strong antioxidant activities and high flavonoid and phenolic contents.TP-E and CTP-E effectively inhibit the expression of i NOS and COX-2,thereby inhibiting its downstream proinflammatory regulators,the extracellular signal-related kinase-1/2,that decreases the expression of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α.CONCLUSION:Phytochemical constituents present in Typha angustifolia Linn could be used for treating inflammation-related diseases.CHEN Tzufan CHEN Chuntzu HUANG Yuanli BASKARAN Rathinasamy TSAI Jeffrey J.P. 5Quantitative angiographic haemodynamic evaluation of bypasses for complex aneurysms: a preliminary study显示文摘Objective Open microsurgery,often with bypass techniques,is indispensable for complex aneurysms.To date,it remains unknown whether arterial anatomy or quantitative blood flow measurements can predict insufficient flow-related stroke(IRS).The present study aimed to evaluate the risk factors for IRS in patients treated with open microsurgery with bypass procedures for complex internal carotid artery aneurysms.Methods Patients with complex aneurysms undergoing bypass surgery were retrospectively reviewed.The recipient/donor flow index(RDFI)was preoperatively evaluated using colour-coding angiography.RDFI was defined as the ratio of the cerebral blood volume of the recipient and donor arteries.The sizes of the recipient and donor arteries were measured.The recipient/donor diameter index(RDDI)was then calculated.IRS was defined as the presence of new postoperative neurological deficits and infarction on postoperative CT scans.We assessed the association between RDFI and other variables and the IRS.Results Twenty patients(38±12 years)were analysed.IRS was observed in 12 patients(60%).Patients with postoperative IRS had a higher RDFI than those without postoperative IRS(p<0.001).RDDI was not significantly different between patients with and without IRS(p=0.905).Patients with RDFI>2.3 were more likely to develop IRS(p<0.001).Conclusion Quantitative digital subtraction angiography enables preoperative evaluation of cerebral blood volume.RDFI>2.3,rather than RDDI,was significantly associated with postoperative IRS.This preoperative evaluation allows appropriate decisions regarding the treatment strategy for preventing postoperative IRS.Junlin Lu Chao Xue Xulin Hu Yuanli Zhao Dong Zhang Xiaolin Chen Ji Zong Zhao 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,1:1
6Chloro-free synthesis of LiPF_(6)using the fluorine-oxygen exchange technique显示文摘A hydrogen fluoride-free and chloro-free method for synthesizing LiPF_(6) was developed.Employing CaF_(2) as the direct fluorinating reagent instead of hydrogen fluoride made it much safer and more environmentfriendly than conventional methods and reduced the metal residues in product owing to the relatively low-acid reaction conditions less corrosive to equipments.The use of P_(2)O_(5) as phosphorus source instead of traditionally employed PCl_(5) significantly reduced the chloro residue in product.Ca(H_(2)PO_(4))_(2),the only by-product of the process,could be easily converted into Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2),a best-selling chemical.The above advantages not only reduce the production costs by ca.20%,but also significantly improve the product purity.The fluorine-oxygen exchange reaction is a completely new technique for LiPF_(6) production and may bring about technological revolution in the related industry.Jian Liu Yuanli Cai Huan Pang Bin Cao Chengzhi Luo Zhenghao Hu Chaoqun Xiao Hu Zhang Fulu Lv Yitao Cao Lei Yu 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,8:1

12Dynamically-evolved surface heterojunction in iridium nanocrystals boosting acidic oxygen evolution and overall water splitting显示文摘Simultaneously realizing improved activity and stability of acidic oxygen evolution reaction(OER) electrocatalysts is highly promising for developing cost-effective sustainable energy in the splitting of water technique.Herein,we report iridium nanocrystals embedded into 3D conductive clothes(Ir-NCT/CC) as a low iridium electrocatalyst realizing ultrahigh acidic OER activity and robust stability.The well-designed Ir-NCT/CC requires a low overpotential of 202 mV to reach the current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)with a high mass activity of 1754 A g^(-1).Importantly,in acidic overall water splitting,Ir-NCT/CC merely delivers a cell voltage of 1.469 V at a typical current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)and also maintains robust durability under continuous operation.We identify that a low working voltage drives the formation of a highly stable amorphous IrOxactive phase over the surface of Ir nanocrystals(surface heterojunction IrOx/Ir-NCT) during operating conditions,which contributes to an effective and durable OER process.Chenyu Yang Xiuxiu Zhang Qizheng An Meihuan Liu Wanlin Zhou Yuanli Li Fengchun Hu Qinghua Liu Hui Su 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,3:0

14Regeneration patterns and drivers of different underutilized lands in the rust belt city of developing country:An empirical case study for Northeast China显示文摘Rust belt cities are largely threatened by a waste of urban space at their core;however,in developing countries where land resources are widely used as instruments for macroeconomic stabilization,urban periphery is also at risk of being underutilized due to land hoarding.Such geographic differences entail new knowledge about how,where,and why underutilized lands are regenerated in the city.Furthermore,rapid urban growth imposes development disparity and mixed underutilization issues on cities in developing countries;therefore,how the geo-information obtained by the regeneration of different underutilized lands differs will be valuable for urban planners and policymakers to make prudent trade-offs.To fill these gaps,we conducted a sequential investigation into the regeneration of underutilized lands in a representative rust belt city – Changchun City in Northeast China,in an attempt to measure the regeneration pattern and analyze the underlying determinants using the Classification and Regression Trees analysis.The results indicated that,of all underutilized lands,increments of vacant lot and remnant cultivated land continued to plague the expanding urban periphery during 2016–2019.In a way,reduced underutilized lands alleviated land use conflicts at the city core.Nearly 23% of the underutilized areas had been regenerated,dominated by realty development,with most converted to residential lands,ecological lands and industrial lands.On the contrary,conversion to transportation lands and parking lots seemed to avoid the rapidly expanding sites.The regeneration rates in a certain area can be increased by a multitude of factors,including denser,simply structured land underutilization,abundant ecosystem services nearby and accessibility to public infrastructures.Site conditions such as residential density and accessibility may have fueled the regeneration associated with residential purposes,while regeneration of industrial development was closely associated with the underutilization density and parcel regularity.This research provides an empirical paradigm for delivering regeneration geo-information across different underutilized lands,particularly for rust belt cities that are caught between a shrinking core and speculative periphery.LI Wenbo LI Han YAN Zhuoran HU Bingqing ZHU Yuanli YANG Yuewen WANG Dongyan 2023Journal of Geographical Sciences2023,33,7:0
