1Recent research advances of self-discharge in supercapacitors:Mechanisms and suppressing strategies显示文摘Supercapacitors are one of the most promising energy storage devices in the fields of vehicle transportation,flexible electronic devices,aerospace,etc.However,the existed self-discharge that is the spontaneous voltage decay after supercapacitors are fully charged,brings about the wide gap between experimental studies and practical utilization of supercapacitors.Although eliminating the selfdischarge completely is not reachable,suppressing the self-discharge rate to the lowest point is possible and feasible.So far,the significant endeavors have been devoted to achieve this goal.Herein,we summary and discuss the possible mechanisms for the self-discharge and the underlying influence factors.Moreover,the strategies to suppress the self-discharge are systemically summed up by three independent but unified aspects:modifying the electrode,modulating the electrolyte and tuning the separator.Finally,the major challenges to suppress the self-discharge of supercapacitors are concluded and the promising strategies are also pointed out and discussed.This review is presented with the view of serving as a guideline to suppress the self-discharge of supercapacitors and to across-the-board facilitate their widespread application.Kunlun Liu Chang Yu Wei Guo Lin Ni Jinhe Yu Yuanyang Xie Zhao Wang Yongwen Ren Jieshan Qiu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,7:6
2A novel quality evaluation method for magnolia bark using electronic nose and colorimeter data with multiple statistical algorithms显示文摘Background:Magnolia bark(Magnolia Officinalis REHD.&WILS.and Magnolia officinalis REHD.&WILS.VAR.biloba REHD.&WILS,Hou Po in Chinese),is widely applied in clinical prescriptions and Chinese patent medicines.Origin place is a crucial factor affecting the quality of Hou Po,and chemical composition is an important index for evaluating its quality,which is closely related to its clinical efficacy.This study aims to develop a novel method for rapidly,accurately and comprehensively identifying the origin places of Hou Po and predicting the contents of its important chemical components.Methods:High performance liquid chromatography was used to analyze the contents of magnolol and honokiol and ultra-performance liquid chromatography the contents of magnocurarine and magnoflorine.The cold soak method was used to determine the contents of water-soluble extracts.The E-nose and colorimeter were used to determine the odor and color characteristics,respectively,of the collected Hou Po samples.Results:Using several statistical algorithms,different discriminant models based on the E-nose and colorimeter data were established to distinguish the origin place of Hou-Po and predict the chemical components of honokiol,magnolol,magnocurarine,magnoflorine and water-soluble extracts.The results showed that the Random Forest classifier combined with the ten-fold cross-validation method provided the highest classification accuracy for origin place,accounting for 99.53%among these models.The correlation coefficients between predicted and experimental values of the five chemical components were all higher than 0.96.Conclusion:This study has indicated that the electronic nose and colorimeter are promising methods for evaluating the quality of Chinese herbal medicines both qualitatively and quantitatively.Jiahui Li Yuanyang Shao Yuebao Yao Yuetong Yu Guangzhao Cao Huiqin Zou Yonghong Yan 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,2:4

5A long/short-range interconnected carbon with well-defined mesopore for high-energy-density supercapacitors显示文摘Amorphous carbon derived from biomass unusually combines the merits of large specific surface area and abundant micropores,offering massive anchoring points for ion adsorption in electrolyte.Nevertheless,the short-range ordered structure in amorphous carbon hinders the fast electron transfer.Conversely,graphitic carbon with long-range ordered structure is beneficial for electron transfer.Thus,a low-cost strategy is required to marry hierarchical porous structure with long-range ordered structure,resulting in a long/short-range interconnected porous carbon and then leading to fast ion and electron transfer.Herein,we modified the solid-phase conversion process of biomass by employing the features of liquid-phase carbonization for petroleum asphalt.With the assistance of asphalt,the large specific surface area(>2,000 m^(2)·g^(-1)),high ratio of mesopores(ca.60%)together with long-range ordered structure are in-situ created in as-made porous carbon.Thanks to the well configured structure in small scale,the as-made co-converted carbon can be operated in high-viscosity EMIMBF4 electrolyte with a superior capacitance(315 F·g^(-1)@1 A·g^(-1)).Besides,the as-assembled symmetric supercapacitor can deliver a super-high specific energy of 174 Wh·kg^(-1)@2.0 kW·kg^(-1).This work provides a new version for designing highly porous biomass-derived carbon with long/short-range alternating structure at molecular level.Yuanyang Xie Chang Yu Wei Guo Lin Ni Zhao Wang Jinhe Yu Le Yang Rong Fu Kunlun Liu Jieshan Qiu 2022Nano Research2022,15,2:1

8Dynamic Modeling and Hybrid Fireworks Algorithm-Based Path Planning of an Amphibious Robot显示文摘The task of path planning in amphibious environments requires additional consideration due to the complexity of the amphibious environments.This paper presents a path planning method for an amphibious robot named\AmphiRobot'with its dynamic constraints considered.First,an explicit dynamic model using Kane's method is presented.The hydrodynamic parameters are obtained through computational°uid dynamics simulations.Furthermore,a path planning method based on a hybrid¯reworks algorithm is proposed,combining the¯reworks algorithm and bare bones¯reworks algorithm,aiming at the amphibious robot's characteristics of multiple motion modes and working environments.The initially planned path is then smoothed using Dubins path under constraints determined by the dynamic model.Simulation reveals that the performance of the hybrid¯reworks algorithm approach is better than the¯reworks algorithm and bare bones¯reworks algorithm is applied separately in the amphibious environment scenarios.Yuanyang Qi Jincun Liu Junzhi Yu 2022Guidance, Navigation and Control2022,2,1:0
9Crustal Contamination of the Mantle-Derived Liuyuan Basalts:Implications for the Permian Evolution of the Southern Central Asian Orogenic Belt显示文摘The Permian basalts in the Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB)are crucial for constraining the closure of the Paleo-Asian Ocean.However,the origin of these basalts is still under discussion.Here,we present comprehensive bulk-rock geochemical,Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopic,and zircon U-Pb-Lu-Hf isotopic data of the Liuyuan basalts and coexisting gabbros,which are located in the Beishan Orogen in the southern CAOB,to constrain their emplacement setting and tectonic implications.Our new gabbro ages of ca.288–294 Ma are interpreted to represent the formation time of the Liuyuan basaltic belt.The Liuyuan basalts show MORB-like rare earth element(REE)patterns and bulk-rockε_(Hf)(t)andε_(Nd)(t)values of 11.0–15.4 and 4.6–9.2,respectively,suggesting an origination mainly from a depleted mantle source.However,positive Pb anomalies,Nb-Ta depletions,and high Th/Yb ratios as well as evolved Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopic compositions of some samples indicate variable continental crustal contribution.According to the covariation of Pb anomalies(Pb^(*)=2×Pb_(N)/(Ce_(N)+Pr_(N)))with Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopic compositions,we speculate that parent magma of the Liuyuan basalt was contaminated by continental crustal materials during the eruption rather than having been generated from an enriched mantle source.As revealed by mixing modelling,the Liuyuan basaltic magmas would require a minor(<10%)upper continental crustal assimilation to explain the enriched trace elemental and radiogenic Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf isotopic signatures.Consequently,the Liuyuan basaltic belt is believed to have been generated in a continental extensional environment instead of an oceanic setting and does not constitute a Permian ophiolitic suture zone as previously suggested,since the Paleo-Asian Ocean was already closed in the southern Beishan Orogen in the Early Permian.Yuanyang Yu Keqing Zong Yu Yuan Reiner Klemd Xin-Shui Wang Jingliang Guo Rong Xu Zhaochu Hu Yongsheng Liu 2022Journal of Earth Science2022,33,5:0
10Correlation between self-discharge behavior and heteroatoms over doped carbon sheets for enhanced pseudocapacitance显示文摘For electric double layer supercapacitors,carbon materials originating from the purely physical energystorage mechanism limit the improvement in the capabilities of charge storage.To solve this problem,doping heteroatoms into carbon skeleton is a promising&charming strategy for enhancing electrochemical performance by providing the extra pseudocapacitance.However,the self-discharge behavior of such heteroatom-doped supercapacitors has been a challenging issue for a long time.Here,the porous carbon nanosheets with a tunable total content of heteroatoms are chosen as a demo to systemically decouple the correlation between the total content of heteroatoms and the specific capacitance as well as the self-discharge behavior.The capacitance changes in a range of 164–331 F g^(-1)@1 A g^(-1)with the increased total contents of doped heteroatom,strongly dependent on and sensitive to the total content of heteroatoms.The voltage retention rate and capacitance retention rate for the porous carbon nanosheets with a tunable total content of heteroatoms completely present a quick decline tendency as the increase in the content of heteroatoms,changing from 58%to 34%and 74%to 39%,respectively,indicative of a linear negative relationship.More importantly,the self-discharge mechanisms are elaborately explored and follow the combination of activation-and diffusion-controlled Faradic reactions.This work illustrates the diverse impacts of the doped heteroatoms on the electrochemical performance of supercapacitors,covering specific capacitance and self-discharge behavior,and highlights the importance of balancing the contents of doped heteroatoms in energy storage fields.Kunlun Liu Chang Yu Yuanyang Xie Wei Guo Jinhe Yu Lin Ni Zhao Wang Rong Fu Jieshan Qiu 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,9:0
