3Simulation of the Pressure-Sensitive Seepage Fracture Network in Oil Reservoirs with Multi-Group Fractures显示文摘Stress sensitivity is a very important index to understand the seepage characteristics of a reservoir.In this study,dedicated experiments and theoretical arguments based on the visualization of porous media are used to assess the effects of the fracture angle,spacing,and relevant elastic parameters on the principal value of the permeability tensor.The fracture apertures at different angles show different change rates,which influence the relative permeability for different sets of fractures.Furthermore,under the same pressure condition,the fractures with different angles show different degrees of deformation so that the principal value direction of permeability rotates.This phenomenon leads to a variation in the water seepage direction in typical water-injection applications,thereby hindering the expected exploitation effect of the original well network.Overall,the research findings in this paper can be used as guidance to improve the effectiveness of water injection exploitation in the oil field industry.Yueli Feng Yuetian Liu Jian Chen Xiaolong Mao 2022Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2022,18,2:3
4In situ growth of ultra-thin perovskitoid layer to stabilize and passivate MAPbI_(3)for efficient and stable photovoltaics显示文摘The efficiency and stability of typical three-dimensional(3D)MAPbI_(3)perovskite-based solar cells are highly restricted,due to the weak interaction between methylammonium(MA^(+))and[PbI 6]4-octahedra in the 3D structure,which can cause the ion migration and the related defects.Here,we found that the in situ-grown perovskitoid TEAPbI_(3)layer on 3D MAPbI_(3)can inhibit the MA^(+)migration in a polar solvent,thus enhancing the thermal and moisture stability of perovskite films.The crystal structure and orientation of TEAPbI_(3)are reported for the first time by single crystal and synchrotron radiation analysis.The ultra-thin perovskitoid layer can reduce the trap states and accelerate photo-carrier diffusion in perovskite solar cells,as confirmed by ultra-fast spectroscopy.The power conversion efficiency of TEAPbI_(3)-MAPbI_(3)based solar cells increases from 18.87%to 21.79%with enhanced stability.This work suggests that passivation and stabilization by in situ-grown perovskitoid can be a promising strategy for efficient and stable perovskite solar cells.Yanfeng Miao Xingtao Wang Haijuan Zhang Taiyang Zhang Ning Wei Xiaomin Liu Yuetian Chen Jie Chen Yixin Zhao 2021eScience2021,1,1:2
5Decoupling engineering of formamidinium–cesium perovskites for efficient photovoltaics显示文摘Although pure formamidinium iodide perovskite(FAPbI3)possesses an optimal gap for photovoltaics,their poor phase stability limits the long-term operational stability of the devices.A promising approach to enhance their phase stability is to incorporate cesium into FAPbI3.However,state-of-the-art formamidinium–cesium(FA–Cs)iodide perovskites demonstrate much worse efficiency compared with FAPbI3,limited by the different crystallization dynamics of formamidinium and cesium,which result in poor composition homogeneity and high trap densities.We develop a novel strategy of crystallization decoupling processes of formamidinium and cesium via a sequential cesium incorporation approach.As such,we obtain highly reproducible,highly efficient and stable solar cells based on FA_(1–x)Cs_(x)PbI_(3)(x=0.05–0.16)films with uniform composition distribution in the nanoscale and low defect densities.We also revealed a new stabilization mechanism for Cs doping to stabilize FAPbI3,i.e.the incorporation of Cs into FAPbI3 significantly reduces the electron–phonon coupling strength to suppress ionic migration,thereby improving the stability of FA–Cs-based devices.Haoran Chen Yong Wang Yingping Fan Yuetian Chen Yanfeng Miao Zhixiao Qin Xingtao Wang Xiaomin Liu Kaicheng Zhu Feng Gao Yixin Zhao 2022National Science Review2022,9,10:1

8MA Cation-Induced Diffusional Growth of Low-Bandgap FA-Cs Perovskites Driven by Natural Gradient Annealing显示文摘Low-bandgap formamidinium-cesium(FA-Cs)perovskites of FA_(1-x)CsxPbI_(3)(x<0:1)are promising candidates for efficient and robust perovskite solar cells,but their black-phase crystallization is very sensitive to annealing temperature.Unfortunately,the low heat conductivity of the glass substrate builds up a temperature gradient within from bottom to top and makes the initial annealing temperature of the perovskite film lower than the black-phase crystallization point(~150℃).Herein,we take advantage of such temperature gradient for the diffusional growth of high-quality FA-Cs perovskites by introducing a thermally unstable MA^(+)cation,which would firstly formα-phase FA-MA-Cs mixed perovskites with low formation energy at the hot bottom of the perovskite films in the early annealing stage.The natural gradient annealing temperature and the thermally unstable MA^(+)cation then lead to the bottom-to-top diffusional growth of highly orientatedα-phase FA-Cs perovskite,which exhibits 10-fold of enhanced crystallinity and reduced trap density(~3:85×10^(15) cm^(−3)).Eventually,such FA-Cs perovskite films were fabricated into stable solar cell devices with champion efficiency up to 23.11%,among the highest efficiency of MA-free perovskite solar cells.Taiyang Zhang Yuetian Chen Miao Kan Shumao Xu Yanfeng Miao Xingtao Wang Meng Ren Haoran Chen Xiaomin Liu Yixin Zhao 2021Research2021,,1:1
9Realizing transmitted metasurface cloak by a tandem neural network显示文摘Being invisible at will has been a long-standing dream for centuries, epitomized by numerous legends;humans have never stopped their exploration steps to realize this dream. Recent years have witnessed a breakthrough in this search due to the advent of transformation optics, metamaterials, and metasurfaces. However, the previous metasurface cloaks typically work in a reflection manner that relies on a high-reflection background, thus limiting the applications. Here, we propose an easy yet viable approach to realize the transmitted metasurface cloak, just composed of two planar metasurfaces to hide an object inside, such as a cat. To tackle the hard-to-converge issue caused by the nonuniqueness phenomenon, we deploy a tandem neural network(T-NN) to efficiently streamline the inverse design. Once pretrained, the T-NN can work for a customer-desired electromagnetic response in one single forward computation, saving a great amount of time. 11A knowledge-inherited learning for intelligent metasurface design and assembly显示文摘Recent breakthroughs in deep learning have ushered in an essential tool for optics and photonics,recurring in various applications of material design,system optimization,and automation control.Deep learning-enabled on-demand metasurface design has been the subject of extensive expansion,as it can alleviate the time-consuming,low-efficiency,and experience-orientated shortcomings in conventional numerical simulations and physics-based methods.However,collecting samples and training neural networks are fundamentally confined to predefined individual metamaterials and tend to fail for large problem sizes.Inspired by object-oriented C++programming,we propose a knowledge-inherited paradigm for multi-object and shape-unbound metasurface inverse design.Each inherited neural network carries knowledge from the'parent'metasurface and then is freely assembled to construct the'offspring'metasurface;such a process is as simple as building a container-type house.We benchmark the paradigm by the free design of aperiodic and periodic metasurfaces,with accuracies that reach 86.7%.Furthermore,we present an intelligent origami metasurface to facilitate compatible and lightweight satellite communication facilities.Our work opens up a new avenue for automatic metasurface design and leverages the assemblability to broaden the adaptability of intelligent metadevices.Yuetian Jia Chao Qian Zhixiang Fan Tong Cai Er-Ping Li Hongsheng Chen 2023Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,4:0
12Deep-Learning-Based Production Decline Curve Analysis in the Gas Reservoir through Sequence Learning Models显示文摘Production performance prediction of tight gas reservoirs is crucial to the estimation of ultimate recovery,which has an important impact on gas field development planning and economic evaluation.Owing to the model’s simplicity,the decline curve analysis method has been widely used to predict production performance.The advancement of deep-learning methods provides an intelligent way of analyzing production performance in tight gas reservoirs.In this paper,a sequence learning method to improve the accuracy and efficiency of tight gas production forecasting is proposed.The sequence learning methods used in production performance analysis herein include the recurrent neural network(RNN),long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network,and gated recurrent unit(GRU)neural network,and their performance in the tight gas reservoir production prediction is investigated and compared.To further improve the performance of the sequence learning method,the hyperparameters in the sequence learning methods are optimized through a particle swarm optimization algorithm,which can greatly simplify the optimization process of the neural network model in an automated manner.Results show that the optimized GRU and RNN models have more compact neural network structures than the LSTM model and that the GRU is more efficiently trained.The predictive performance of LSTM and GRU is similar,and both are better than the RNN and the decline curve analysis model and thus can be used to predict tight gas production.Shaohua Gu Jiabao Wang Liang Xue Bin Tu Mingjin Yang Yuetian Liu 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,6:0
13Synergistic stabilization of CsPbI_(3) inorganic perovskite via 1D capping and secondary growth显示文摘Cesium lead iodide(CsPbI_(3)) perovskite has gained great attention in the photovoltaic(PV) community because of its unique optoelectronic properties, good chemical stability and appropriate bandgap for sunlight harvesting applications. However, compared to solar cells fabricated from organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites, the commercialization of devices based on all-inorganic CsPbI_(3) perovskites still faces many challenges regarding PV performance and long-term stability. In this work, we discovered that tetrabutylammonium bromide(TBABr) post-treatment to CsPbI_(3) perovskite films could achieve synergistic stabilization with both TBA+cation intercalation and Br-doping. Such TBA^(+) cation intercalation leads to onedimensional capping with TBAPb I3 perovskite formed in situ, while the Br-induced crystal secondary growth helps effectively passivate the defects of CsPbI_(3) perovskite, thus enhancing the stability. In addition, the incorporation of TBABr can improve energy-level alignment and reduce interfacial charge recombination loss for better device performance. 15A new aggregation-induced emission-based fluorescent probe for effective detection of Hg^(2+)and its multiple applications显示文摘Detection of mercury ions(Hg^(2+))in actual samples is of significant importance due to the toxicity of Hg^(2+)to human health.In this work,a simple tetraphenylethene(TPE)derived fluorescent probe TPE-Hg based on aggregation-induced emission(AIE)mechanism was synthesized.TPE-Hg can visually recognize Hg^(2+)in THF/HEPES(1:9,v/v,HEPES 20 mmol/L,pH 7.3)system with rapid response,strong anti-interference ability,large Stokes shift(203 nm),and low detection limit(7.548×10^(-7)mol/L).The results show that Hg^(2+)triggered elimination of TPE-Hg lead to releasing of an AIE-active compound 2 is responsible to the sensing mechanism.TPE-Hg is applicable to detect Hg^(2+)in actual water samples and image Hg^(2+)in living MCF-7 cells.In addition,TPE-Hg is suitable to assay the Hg^(2+)level in seafood and tea samples,and it is alsoapplicable intest strips.Yongxin Pan Yuetian Guo Ying Li Lijun Tang Xiaomei Yan 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,12:0
16Anisotropic dynamic permeability model for porous media显示文摘Based on the tortuous capillary network model,the relationship between anisotropic permeability and rock normal strain,namely the anisotropic dynamic permeability model(ADPM),was derived and established.The model was verified using pore-scale flow simulation.The uniaxial strain process was calculated and the main factors affecting permeability changes in different directions in the deformation process were analyzed.In the process of uniaxial strain during the exploitation of layered oil and gas reservoirs,the effect of effective surface porosity on the permeability in all directions is consistent.With the decrease of effective surface porosity,the sensitivity of permeability to strain increases.The sensitivity of the permeability perpendicular to the direction of compression to the strain decreases with the increase of the tortuosity,while the sensitivity of the permeability in the direction of compression to the strain increases with the increase of the tortuosity.For layered reservoirs with the same initial tortuosity in all directions,the tortuosity plays a decisive role in the relative relationship between the variations of permeability in all directions during pressure drop.When the tortuosity is less than 1.6,the decrease rate of horizontal permeability is higher than that of vertical permeability,while the opposite is true when the tortuosity is greater than 1.6.This phenomenon cannot be represented by traditional dynamic permeability model.After the verification by experimental data of pore-scale simulation,the new model has high fitting accuracy and can effectively characterize the effects of deformation in different directions on the permeability in all directions.PEI Xuehao LIU Yuetian LIN Ziyu FAN Pingtian MI Liao XUE Liang 2024Petroleum Exploration and Development2024,51,1:0
17Numerical Simulation of Liquid-Solid Coupling in Multi-Angle Fractures in Pressure-Sensitive Reservoirs显示文摘This study clarifies the seepage characteristics of complex fractured pressure-sensitive reservoirs,and addresses a common technological problem,that is the alteration of the permeability degree of the reservoir bed(known to be responsible for changes in the direction and velocity of fluid flows between wells).On the basis of a new pressuresensitive equation that considers the fracture directional pressure-sensitive effect,an oil-gas-water three-phase seepage mathematical model is introduced,which can be applied to pressure-sensitive,full-tensor permeability,ultralow-permeability reservoirs with fracture-induced anisotropy.Accordingly,numerical simulations are conducted to explore the seepage laws for ultralow-permeability reservoirs.The results show that element patterns have the highest recovery percentage under a fracture angle of 45°.Accounting for the pressure-sensitive effect produces a decrease in the recovery percentage.Several patterns are considered:inverted five-seven-and nine-spot patterns and a cross-row well pattern.Finally,two strategies are introduced to counteract the rotation of the direction of the principal permeability due to the fracture directional pressure-sensitive effect.Yueli Feng Yuetian Liu Xiaolong Mao Jian Chen 2022Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2022,18,2:0
18An Adversarial Attack System for Face Recognition显示文摘Deep neural networks(DNNs)are widely adopted in daily life and the security problems of DNNs have drawn attention from both scientific researchers and industrial engineers.Many related works show that DNNs are vulnerable to adversarial examples that are generated with subtle perturbation to original images in both digital domain and physical domain.As a most common application of DNNs,face recognition systems are likely to cause serious consequences if they are attacked by the adversarial examples.In this paper,we implement an adversarial attack system for face recognition in both digital domain that generates adversarial face images to fool the recognition system,and physical domain that generates customized glasses to fool the system when a person wears the glasses.Experiments show that our system attacks face recognition systems effectively.Furthermore,our system could misguide the recognition system to identify a person wearing the customized glasses as a certain target.We hope this research could help raise the attention of artificial intelligence security and promote building robust recognition systems.Yuetian Wang Chuanjing Zhang Xuxin Liao Xingang Wang Zhaoquan Gu 2021Journal on Artificial Intelligence2021,3,1:0
19Replacement of leisure-time sedentary behavior with various physical activities and the risk of dementia incidence and mortality:A prospective cohort study显示文摘Background:Whether or not there is targeted pharmacotherapy for dementia,an active and healthy lifestyle that includes physical activity(PA)may be a better option than medication for preventing dementia.We examined the association between leisure-time sedentary behavior(SB)and the risk of dementia incidence and mortality.We further quantified the effect on dementia risk of replacing sedentary time with an equal amount of time spent on different physical activities.Methods:In the UK Biobank,484,169 participants(mean age=56.5 years;45.2%men)free of dementia were followed from baseline(2006-2010)through July 30,2021.A standard questionnaire measured individual leisure-time SB(watching TV,computer use,and driving)and PA(walking for pleasure,light and heavy do-it-yourself activity,strenuous sports,and other exercise)frequency and duration in the 4 weeks prior to evaluation.Apolipoprotein E(APOE)genotype data were available for a subset of 397,519(82.1%)individuals.A Cox proportional hazard model and an isotemporal substitution model were used in this study.Results:During a median 12.4 years of follow-up,6904 all-cause dementia cases and 2115 deaths from dementia were recorded.In comparison to participants with leisure-time SB<5 h/day,the hazard ratio((HR),95%confidence interval(95%CI))of dementia incidence was 1.07(1.02-1.13)for 5-8 h/day and 1.25(1.13-1.38)for>8 h/day,and the HR of dementia mortality was 1.35(1.12-1.61)for>8 h/day.A 1 standard deviation increment of sedentary time(2.33 h/day)was strongly associated with a higher incidence of dementia and mortality(HR=1.06,95%CI:1.03-1.08 and HR=1.07,95%CI:1.03-1.12,respectively).The association between sedentary time and the risk of developing dementia was more profound in subjects<60 years than in those>60 years(HR=1.26,95%CI:1.00-1.58 vs.HR=1.21,95%CI:1.08-1.35 in>8 h/day,p for interaction=0.013).Replacing 30 min/day of leisure sedentary time with an equal time spent in total PA was associated with a6%decreased risk and 9%decreased mortality from dementia,with exercise(e.g.,swimming,cycling,aerobics,bowling)showing the strongest benefit(HR=0.82,95%CI:0.78-0.86 and HR=0.79,95%CI:0.72-0.86).Compared with APOEε4 noncarriers,APOEε4 carriers are more likely to see a decrease in Alzheimer’s disease incidence and mortality when PA is substituted for SB.Conclusion:Leisure-time SB was positively associated with the risk of dementia incidence and mortality.Replacing sedentary time with equal time spent doing PA may be associated with a significant reduction in dementia incidence and mortality risk.Ying Sun Chi Chen Yuetian Yu Haojie Zhang Xiao Tan Jihui Zhang Lu Qi Yingli Lu Ningjian Wang 2023Journal of Sport and Health Science2023,12,3:0
20Mining Compressed Frequent Subtrees Set显示文摘The number of frequent subtrees usually grows expo-nentially with the tree size because of combinatorial explosion. As a result, there are too many frequent subtrees for users to manage and use. To solve this problem, we generalize a compressed frame based on δ-cluster to the problem of compressing frequent-subtree sets, and propose an algorithm RPTlocal which can mine com-pressed frequent subtrees set directly. This algorithm sacrifices the theoretical bounds but still has good compression quality. By pruning the search space and generating frequent subtrees directly, this algorithm is also efficient.
