| 1 | Topological magnetoelectric response in ferromagnetic axion insulators显示文摘The topological magnetoelectric effect(TME)is a hallmark response of the topological field theory,which provides a paradigm shift in the study of emergent topological phenomena.However,its direct observation is yet to be realized due to the demanding magnetic configuration required to gap all surface states.Here,we theoretically propose that axion insulators with a simple ferromagnetic configuration,such as the MnBi_(2)Te_(4)/(Bi_(2)Te_(3))_(n) family,provide an ideal playground to realize the TME.In the designed triangular prism geometry,all the surface states are magnetically gapped.Under a vertical electric field,the surface Hall currents give rise to a nearly half-quantized orbital moment,accompanied by a gapless chiral hinge mode circulating in parallel.Thus,the orbital magnetization from the two topological origins can be easily distinguished by reversing the electric field.Our work paves the way for direct observation of the TME in realistic axion-insulator materials. | Yuhao Wan Jiayu Li Qihang Liu | 2024 | National Science Review2024,11,2: | 0 |
| 2 | A novel on-tissue cycloaddition reagent for mass spectrometry imaging of lipid C=C position isomers in biological tissues显示文摘Application of matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry imaging(MALDI-MSI) to investigate the spatiotemporal alterations of lipids in biological tissues has brought many significant results.However, the presence of structural isomers varying in C=C double bond(DB) locations makes isomerresolved MSI an urgent need. Herein, we introduce a new type of light-driven on-tissue [2 + 2] cycloaddition reaction coupled with MALDI-MS/MS imaging to identify lipid DB position isomers and their spatial signatures in biological tissues. 3-Benzoylpyridine was introduced as a novel derivatization reagent, and it exhibited great reactivity toward lipid C=C bond to form oxetanes under both ultraviolet light and visible light irradiation. | 3 | Direct synthesis of high-quality perovskite nanocrystals on a flexible substrate and deterministic transfer显示文摘Solid-state perovskite nanocrystals are promising coherent light sources, as there is optical feedback within the crystal structure. In order to utilize the high performance of perovskites for on-chip applications, or observe new physical phenomena, these crystals must be integrated with pre-fabricated electronic or photonic structures. However, the material's fragility has made the deterministic transfer a great challenge thus far. Here, we report the first deterministic transfer of perovskite nanocrystals with sub-micron accuracy. Cesium lead halide(CsPbI_3) nanocrystals were directly synthesized on flexible polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) stamps via chemical vapor deposition(CVD) and subsequently transferred onto arbitrary substrates/structures. We demonstrated the transfer of a CsPbI_3 crystalline nanoplate(NP)onto an 8 mm fiber core and achieved single-mode whispering gallery mode lasing. | 4 | Six-hierarchy model of accident analysis and its application in coal mine accidents显示文摘Accident analysis models play a significant role in accident investigation and analysis.Most traditional models,usually based on a chain of events,have serious limitations when used for complex systems,especially for coal mine accident.HFACS is a widely accepted accident cause model with complex structure and content.Based on HFACS and accident investigation need in China,a new systemic accident analysis method“Six-hierarchy model”is proposed.And the index database of accident causal factors at each hierarchy of coal mine accidents is established.This model provides clear guidance for the prevention of accidents from six levels,which helps to the targeted rectification after accidents and the improvement of safety management level.The source,ap-plication scope,advantages and disadvantages of HFACS and six-hierarchy model are compared.The“2.14”gas explosion accident in Sunjiawan coal mine is analyzed by using HFACS and six-hierarchy model and the safety management suggestions are put forward.The study shows that the Six-hierarchy model provides a clear guide for the prevention of accidents from six levels.And it benefits the targeted rectification after accidents and the continuous improvement of safety management. | Qiuju Ma Mengsai Wan Juncheng Shao Mingyu Zhong Yuhao Guo Wei Wang | 2022 | Journal of Safety Science and Resilience2022,3,1: | 0 |
