1Vision,Requirements and Network Architecture of 6G Mobile Network beyond 2030显示文摘With the 5th Generation(5G)Mobile network being rolled out gradually in 2019,the research for the next generation mobile network has been started and targeted for 2030.To pave the way for the development of the 6th Generation(6G)mobile network,the vision and requirements should be identified first for the potential key technology identification and comprehensive system design.This article first identifies the vision of the society development towards 2030 and the new application scenarios for mobile communication,and then the key performance requirements are derived from the service and application perspective.Taken into account the convergence of information technology,communication technology and big data technology,a logical mobile network architecture is proposed to resolve the lessons from 5G network design.To compromise among the cost,capability and flexibility of the network,the features of the 6G mobile network are proposed based on the latest progress and applications of the relevant fields,namely,on-demand fulfillment,lite network,soft network,native AI and native security.Ultimately,the intent of this article is to serve as a basis for stimulating more promising research on 6G.Guangyi Liu Yuhong Huang Na Li Jing Dong Jing Jin Qixing Wang Nan Li 2020China Communications2020,17,9:37
2Comprehensive review of telbivudine in pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B显示文摘AIM:To achieve an evidence-based conclusion regarding the safety and efficacy of telbivudine during pregnancy.METHODS:A pooled analysis of data from a literature search reported 1739 pregnancy outcomes(1673 live births)from 1725 non-overlapping pregnant women treated with telbivudine.The prevalence of live birth defects(3.6/1000)was similar to that of the nonantiviral controls(3.0/1000)and not increased as compared with overall prevalence(14.5 to 60/1000).No target organ toxicity was identified.The prevalence of spontaneous abortion in pregnant women treated with telbivudine(4.2/1000)was not increased compared with the overall prevalence(16/1000).The mother-to-child transmission rate was significantly reduced in pregnant women treated with telbivudine(0.70%)compared to those treated with the non-antiviral controls(11.9%;P<0.0001)or compared to the historical rates of hepatitis B virus(HBV)-infected population without antiviral treatment(10%-15%).RESULTS:Cumulatively 489 pregnancy cases have been reported in the telbivudine pharmacovigilance database(with a cut-off date 31 August 2014),of those,308 had known pregnancy outcomes with 249 cases of live births(239 cases of live birth without congenital anomaly and 10 cases of live birth with congenital anomaly).In the latest antiretroviral pregnancy registry report(1 January 1989 through 31 January 2015)of27 patients exposed to telbivudine during pregnancy(18,6 and 3 during first,second and third trimester,respectively)19 live births were reported and there were no cases of birth defects reported.CONCLUSION:Telbivudine treatment during pregnancy presents a favorable safety profile without increased rates of live birth defects,spontaneous abortion or elective termination,or fetal/neonatal toxicity.Exposure to telbivudine in the first,second and third trimester of pregnancy has been shown to significantly reduce the risk of HBV transmission from mother to child on the basis of standard immune prophylaxis procedure.Teerha Piratvisuth Guo Rong Han Stanislas Pol Yuhong Dong Aldo Trylesinski 2016World Journal of Hepatology2016,8,9:13

4Transplantation of Nogo-66 receptor gene-silenced cells in a poly(D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid) scaffold for the treatment of spinal cord injury显示文摘Inhibition of neurite growth,which is in large part mediated by the Nogo-66 receptor,affects neural regeneration following bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation.The tissue engineering scaffold poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolic acid) has good histocompatibility and can promote the growth of regenerating nerve fibers.The present study used small interfering RNA to silence Nogo-66 receptor gene expression in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and Schwann cells,which were subsequently transplanted with poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolic acid) into the spinal cord lesion regions in rats.Simultaneously,rats treated with scaffold only were taken as the control group.Hematoxylin-eosin staining and immunohistochemistry revealed that at 4 weeks after transplantation,rats had good motor function of the hind limb after treatment with Nogo-66 receptor gene-silenced cells plus the poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolic acid) scaffold compared with rats treated with scaffold only,and the number of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and neuron-like cells was also increased.At 8 weeks after transplantation,horseradish peroxidase tracing and transmission electron microscopy showed a large number of unmyelinated and myelinated nerve fibers,as well as intact regenerating axonal myelin sheath following spinal cord hemisection injury.These experimental findings indicate that transplantation of Nogo-66 receptor gene-silenced bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and Schwann cells plus a poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolic acid) scaffold can significantly enhance axonal regeneration of spinal cord neurons and improve motor function of the extremities in rats following spinal cord injury.Dong Wang Yuhong Fan Jianjun Zhang 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,8:8
5Preparation and Characterization of CeO_2-TiO_2/SnO_2:Sb Films Deposited on Glass Substrates by R.F.Sputtering显示文摘CeO_2 -TiO_2 films and CeO 2 -TiO 2 /SnO 2 :Sb(6 mol%)double films were deposited on glass substrates by radio-frequency magnetron sputtering(R.F.Sputtering),using SnO 2 :Sb(6 mol%)target,and CeO_2 - TiO_2 targets with different molar ratio of CeO 2 to TiO 2 (CeO 2 :TiO 2 =0:1.0;0.1:0.9;0.2:0.8;0.3:0.7;0.4:0.6; 0.5:0.5;0.6:0.4;0.7:0.3;0.8:0.2;0.9:0.1;1.0:0).The films are characterized by UV-visible transmission and infrared reflection spectra,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Raman spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),respectively.The obtained results show that the amorphous phases composed of CeO 2 -TiO 2 play an important role in absorbing UV,there are Ce3+,Ce4+and Ti4+on the surface of the films;the glass substrates coated with CeO 2 -TiO 2 (Ce/Ti=0.5:0.5;0.6:0.4)/SnO 2 :Sb(6 mol%) double films show high absorbing UV(>99),high visible light transmission(75%)and good infrared reflection (>70%).The sheet resistance of the films is 30-50Ω/□.The glass substrates coated with the double functional films can be used as window glass of buildings,automobile and so on.ZHAO Qingnan DONG Yuhong NI Jiamiao WANG Peng ZHAO Xiujian 2008Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2008,23,4:6
6ω-Assisted refinement of α phase and its effect on the tensile properties of a near β titanium alloy显示文摘In this work, the phase transformation sequence during the continuous heating process(3℃/min) was investigated in a near β titanium alloy. The results show that the staring formation of ω phase is about267℃, and the ending precipitation temperature about 386℃ during the heating process. When the heating temperature is greater than 485℃, there are no ω phase detected within the β matrix. Combined with the microstructural characterization, it is found that ω phase facilitates the nucleation of αphase nearby the ω/β interface and has a great effect on the refinement for α phase. As compared with the specimens directly aged, the specimens with ω-assisted refinement of α phase possess high tensile strength, but there is no yield stage detected on their stress-strain curve. 8Regulating cost for renewable energy integration in power grids显示文摘To address the issue of climate change caused by the use of polluting, non-renewable energy sources, the use of renewable energy has gained momentum worldwide. Consequently, the increased integration of renewable energy sources into power grids has necessitated the inclusion of flexible capacities in the power systems to solve problems of intermittent and fluctuating characteristics associated with renewable generation outputs. In this work, we study the regulating cost of a power system with high renewable penetration using an improved time-series system production simulation analysis method. The operational cost of the system is considered as the objective function. Three different methods to increase regulating capacities, including using interconnection lines, building additional flexible power capacities, and retrofitting existing thermal power plants, are adopted and simulated to compare the costs of accommodating renewable energy in the system in these cases. 9Characteristics of turbulence transport for momentum and heat in particle-laden turbulent vertical channel flows显示文摘The dynamic and thermal performance of particleladen turbulent flow is investigated via direction numerical simulation combined with the Lagrangian point-particle tracking under the condition of two-way coupling, with a focus on the contributions of particle feedback effect to momentum and heat transfer of turbulence. We take into account the effects of particles on flow drag and Nusselt number and explore the possibility of drag reduction in conjunction with heat transfer enhancement in particle-laden turbulent flows. The effects of particles on momentum and heat transfer are analyzed, and the possibility of drag reduction in conjunction with heat transfer enhancement for the prototypical case of particle-laden turbulent channel flows is addressed. We present results of turbulence modification and heat transfer in turbulent particle-laden channel flow, which shows the heat transfer reduction when large inertial particles with low specific heat capacity are added to the flow.However, we also found an enhancement of the heat transfer and a small reduction of the flow drag when particles with high specific heat capacity are involved. The present results show that particles, which are active agents, interact not only with the velocity field, but also the temperature field and can cause a dissimilarity in momentum and heat transport. 10Incidence of Macrosomia in Rural Areas—Henan Province,China,2013–2017显示文摘Introduction:Macrosomia has short-term and long-term adverse health effects and is thus an important public health concern.Recent decades have witnessed increasing incidence of macrosomia in many countries.Methods:The present study used a large population-based birth cohort study to depict incidence of macrosomia among live births in rural areas of Henan Province of China from 2013 to 2017.Results:Among the 1,262,916 births,82,353 were cases of macrosomia.The overall incidence of all types of macrosomia,of macrosomia with birth weight<4,500 g,and of macrosomia with birth weight≥4,500 g were 6.52%,5.30%,and 1.22%,respectively.From 2013 to 2017,the incidence of macrosomia decreased by 31.3%from 7.96%in 2013 to 5.47%in 2017(X^(2)_(trend)=946.96,P_(trend)<0.001).Male infants and infants≥42 gestational weeks had significantly higher incidence of macrosomia than that of female infants and infants<42 gestational weeks(P<0.001).Conclusion:Gestational weight control through nutrition management and physical activities during pregnancy are needed to reduce incidence of macrosomia.Shiqi Lin Jian Chai Jiajia Li Xuejun Shang Lijun Pei Lifang Jiang Junxi Zhang Panpan Sun Wei Dong Yuhong Wang Dezhuan Zhou 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,37:3
11Drag reduction of turbulent channel flows over an anisotropic porous wall with reduced spanwise permeability显示文摘The direct numerical simulation (DNS) is carried out for the incompressible viscous turbulent flows over an anisotropic porous wall. Effects of the anisotropic porous wall on turbulence modifications as well as on the turbulent drag reduction are investigated. The simulation is carried out at a friction Reynolds number of 180, which is based on the averaged friction velocity at the interface between the porous medium and the clear fluid domain. The depth of the porous layer ranges from 0.9 to 54 viscous units. The permeability in the spanwise direction is set to be lower than the other directions in the present simulation. The maximum drag reduction obtained is about 15.3% which occurs for a depth of 9 viscous units. The increasing of drag is addressed when the depth of the porous layer is more than 25 wall units. The thinner porous layer restricts the spanwise extension of the streamwise vortices which suppresses the bursting events near the wall. 12Cobalt-containing covalent organic frameworks for visible light-driven hydrogen evolution显示文摘Covalent organic frameworks(COFs) have recently emerged as a new class of photocatalysts.However,integrated design is crucial to maximizing the performance of COF-incorporating photocatalytic systems.Herein,we compare two strategies of installing earth-abundant metal-based catalytic centers into the matrice of a 2 D COF named NUS-55.Compared to NUS-55(Co)prepared from the post-synthetic metalation of coordination sites within the COF,the molecular co-catalyst impregnated NUS-55/[Co(bpy)3]Cl2 achieves a seven-fold improvement in visible light-driven H2 evolution rate to 2,480 μmol g^-1h^-1,with an apparent quantum efficiency(AQE) of 1.55% at 450 nm.Our results show that the rational design of molecular anchoring sites in COFs for the introduction of catalytic metal sites can be a viable strategy for the development of highly efficient photocatalysts with enhanced stability and photocatalytic activities.Jian Wang Jian Zhang Shing Bo Peh Guoliang Liu Tanay Kundu Jinqiao Dong Yunpan Ying Yuhong Qian Dan Zhao 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,2:2
136G Mobile Network Requirements and Technical Feasibility Study显示文摘The sixth generation(6G)mobile network is envisaged to be commercially deployed around 2030,which will profoundly change people's lifestyles and accelerate the digitalization of society.To ensure that the requirements of 6G can be achieved,it is essential to establish a set of key performance indicators(KPIs).This paper comprehensively assesses the KPIs not only from the service requirements but also from the technical feasibility points of view.Specifically,theoretical derivations of KPIs have been clarified,and numerical evaluations have been conducted with reasonable technical assumptions.Evaluation results show that some KPIs defined from the service requirements can be improved through advanced technologies while some are still challenging for practical implementations,such as Tbps-level peak data rate and 0.1 ms user plane latency.In addition,it is also necessary to comply with multiple KPIs for some cases.Furthermore,based on the technical analysis,the potential enabling technologies are outlined and foreseeable implementation challenges as well as possible solutions are presented,which promotes a more reasonable design for 6G mobile network.Yuhong Huang Jing Jin Mengting Lou Jing Dong Dan Wu Liang Xia Sen Wang Xiaozhou Zhang 2022China Communications2022,19,6:2
14Hypoxic microenvironment induced spatial transcriptome changes in pancreatic cancer显示文摘Objective: Hypoxia is a significant feature of solid tumors, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC). It is associated with tumor invasion, metastasis, and drug resistance. However, the spatial distribution of hypoxia-related heterogeneity in PDAC remains unclear.Methods: Spatial transcriptomics(STs), a new technique, was used to investigate the ST features of engrafted human PDAC in the ischemic hind limbs of nude mice. Transcriptomes from ST spots in the hypoxic tumor and the control were clustered using differentially-expressed genes. These data were compared to determine the spatial organization of hypoxia-induced heterogeneity in PDAC. Clinical relevance was validated using the Tumor Cancer Genome Atlas and KM-plotter databases. The CMAP website was used to identify molecules that may serve as therapeutic targets for PDAC.Results: ST showed that the tumor cell subgroups decreased to 7 subgroups in the hypoxia group, compared to 9 subgroups in the control group. Different subgroups showed positional characteristics and different gene signatures. Subgroup 6 located at the invasive front showed a higher proliferative ability under hypoxia. Subgroup 6 had active functions including cell proliferation, invasion, and response to stress. Expressions of hypoxia-related genes, LDHA, TPI1, and ENO1, induced changes. CMAP analysis indicated that ADZ-6482, a PI3 K inhibitor, was targeted by the invasive subgroup in hypoxic tumors.Conclusions: This study is the first to describe hypoxic microenvironment-induced spatial transcriptome changes in PDAC, and to identify potential treatment targets for PDAC. 15Transport of dissolved oxygen at the sediment-water interface in the spanwise oscillating flow显示文摘The distribution and concentration of dissolved oxygen(DO)play important roles in aerobic heterotroph activities and some slow chemical reactions,and can affect the water quality,biological communities,and ecosystem functions of rivers and lakes.In this work,the transport of high Schmidt number DO at the sediment-water interface of spanwise oscillating flow is investigated.The volume-averaged Navier-Stokes(VANS)equations and Monod equation are used to describe the flow in the sediment layer and the sediment oxygen demand of microorganisms.The phase-averaged velocities and concentrations of different amplitudes and periods are studied.The dependence of DO transfer on the amplitude and period is analyzed by means of phase-average statistical quantities.It is shown that the concentration in the sediment layer is positively correlated with the turbulence intensity,and the DO concentration and penetration depth in the sediment layer increases when the period and amplitude of the oscillating flow increase.Moreover,in the presence of oscillating flow,a specific scaling relationship exists between the Sherwood number/oxygen consumption of aerobic heterotrophs and the Reynolds number.Kunpeng WANG Qingxiang LI Yuhong DONG 2021Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2021,42,4:2

17Hot-corrosion behavior associated with the evolution of corrosion scales of a Ni-based superalloy in molten salts显示文摘The degradation of Ni-based superalloys in molten salts is closely related with the evolution of corrosion scales.In this work,the evolution of corrosion scales,the characteristics of the scale/alloy matrix interface associated with the corrosion mechanisms and the corrosion kinetics of a Ni-based superalloy Ni–20 Cr–18 W in molten salts were investigated.The outer surface of the corrosion scales was composed of numerous flakes.From the cross-sectional view,the scales gradually presented a layered structure and its formation can be ascribed to the morphology evolution of the inclusions inserted within the scales.It was found that the corrosion progress was a cooperative process involving in both oxidation and sulfuration,and the element of sulfur(S)took the precedence to penetrate into the matrix and resulted in an obvious sulfuration zone nearby the scales/alloy matrix interface.The corrosion activation energy of the investigated alloy was calculated to be 125.27 k J/mol.This work is expected to work out the structural evolution of the corrosion scales and the characteristics of the scale/matrix interface associated with the corrosion mechanisms for Ni-based superalloys.Ruifeng Dong Dong Liu Tiebang Zhang Ling Yang Li Wu Yuhong Zhao Hua Hou 2021Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,3:1
18Effect of inertial particles with different specific heat capacities on heat transfer in particle-laden turbulent flow显示文摘The effect of inertial particles with different specific heat on heat transfer in particle-laden turbulent channel flows is studied using the direct numerical simulation(DNS) and the Lagrangian particle tracking method. The simulation uses a two-way coupling model to consider the momentum and thermal interactions between the particles and turbulence. The study shows that the temperature fields display differences between the particle-laden flow with different specific heat particles and the particle-free flow,indicating that the particle specific heat is an important factor that affects the heat transfer process in a particle-laden flow. It is found that the heat transfer capacity of the particle-laden flow gradually increases with the increase of the particle specific heat. This is due to the positive contribution of the particle increase to the heat transfer.
