12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Preparation and Characterization of Porous Carbon from Mixed Leaves for High-Performance Supercapacitors显示文摘With the increasing demand of sustainable and eco-friendly resources,it is very attractive to use waste leaves for activated carbon(AC)preparation that can be used in supercapacitors.Considering the practically collected leaves are commonly in mixed nature,and extra efforts are needed to sort these mixtures,we here report the first preparation of AC using mixed leaves from different plants,including Platanus acerifolia(PA),Firmiana platanifolia(FP)and Pistia stratiotes(PS),and compared the results with single leaves-derived AC materials.These leave-derived AC samples were characterized with FESEM,EDS,FTIR and Raman spectroscopy,and electrochemical tests.The AC derived from mixed leaves(PA3FP1PS2AC)showed a good specific capacitance of 246 F·g−1 at 1 A·g−1 in aqueous 3 mol·L^(-1)KOH.This sample further showed the largest specific capacitance of 201 F·g−1 at 5 A·g−1,as compared with the non-mixed AC samples,and a good stability of 100.0%capacitance retention over 1000 cycles.Utilizing mixed leaves for AC preparation is not only demonstrated to be a promising approach of low cost and high-performance AC production for supercapacitor applications,but may also help environmental protection by reducing the invasive species problem.Xiaoxiang Yang Jie Xu Xin Chen Yuli Lei Lingling Wang Siyu Cheng Yan Li Yuxuan Lu Yupeng Zhu Na Chen 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,2:2
3Theoretical investigation on the energy absorption of ellipse-shaped self-locked tubes显示文摘Self-locked energy-absorbing systems have been proposed in previous studies to overcome the limitations associated with the round-tube systems because they can prevent the lateral splash of tubes from impact loadings without any constraints.In case of self-locked systems,the ellipse-shaped self-locked tube is considered to be an optimal design when compared with the ordinary circle-shaped self-locked tubes and other shaped self-locked tubes.In this study,we aim to theoretically analyze the ellipseshaped self-locked tubes.Further,a plastic hinge model is developed to predict the force-displacement relation of the tube,which is compared with the deformation process observed in the experiment and finite element method(FEM)simulation.Using this model,the effects of tuning the geometric parameters of the tube on the energy absorption performance,including the deformation efficiency,energy absorption capacity,and effective stroke ratio,are simulated and analyzed.Finally,a guideline is provided with respect to the design of the ellipse-shaped self-locked tube in engineering applications.KuiJian Yang Chuan Qiao Feng Xiong Lei Zhang ZhangMing Wu YuLi Chen 2020Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,9:1
4Dielectric properties of spark plasma sintering AlN-W composite ceramics显示文摘In order to develop AlN composites suitable for high average power electronic tube,AlN-W materials were prepared by spark plasma sintering.The effects of manufacture parameters on dielectric loss tangent and permittivity constant were investigated,which include powder-mixed method,milling time of high-energy ball milling,starting powder particle size,sintering temperature and holding time and adding amount of the conductive second phase.The results showed that AlN-W materials sintered at the temperature of 1700°C holding for 5 min with 10 vol.% W showed the best dielectric loss tangent larger than 0.81 at the frequency 1 kHz-1 MHz.In addition,magnetic stirring mixed powder and lower sintering temperature led to the better properties because of the higher porosity.The samples sintered from the starting AlN powder with smaller particle size also had the better properties.WANG Jiangyuan JIA Xian JIA Chengchang DONGGuixia ZHANG Yuli JIA Lei 2011Rare Metals2011,30,6:1
5Milk-derived exosomes exhibit versatile effects for improved oral drug delivery显示文摘As endogenous courier vesicles,exosomes play crucial roles in macromolecule transmission and intercellular communication.Therefore,exosomes have drawn increasing attention as biomimetic drug-delivery vehicles over the past few years.However,few studies have investigated the encapsulation of peptide/protein drugs into exosomes for oral administration.Additionally,the mechanisms underlying their biomimetic properties as oral delivery vehicles remain unknown.Herein,insulin-loaded milk-derived exosomes(EXO@INS)were fabricated and the in vivo hypoglycemic effect was investigated on type I diabetic rats.Surprisingly,EXO@INS(50 and 30 IU/kg)elicited a more superior and more sustained hypoglycemic effect compared with that obtained with subcutaneously injected insulin.Further mechanism studies indicated that the origin of excellent oral-performance of milk-derived exosomes combined active multi-targeting uptake,pH adaptation during gastrointestinal transit,nutrient assimilation related ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK signal pathway activation and intestinal mucus penetration.This study provides the first demonstration that multifunctional milk-derived exosomes offer solutions to many of the challenges arising from oral drug delivery and thus provide new insights into developing naturally-equipped nanovehicles for oral drug administration.Lei Wu Lingling Wang Xi Liu Yuli Bai Ruinan Wu Xiang Li Yutong Mao Ling Zhang Yongxiang Zheng Tao Gong Zhirong Zhang Yuan Huang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,4:1
6Synchronous bilateral multiple chromophobe cell renal carcinoma complicated with right kidney cyst: a case report显示文摘Synchronous bilateral multiple chromophobe cell renal carcinoma is rare; here we report a case diagnosed with bilateral renal multiple tumors complicated with a cyst in the right kidney. Retroperitoneal laparoscopic bilateral nephron sparing surgery was performed and there was no serious postoperative renal dysfunction. Pathological and immunohistochemical diagnoses of both tumors were chromophobe cell renal carcinoma.
