1TRAP1 Shows Clinical Significance and Promotes Cellular Migration and Invasion through STAT3/MMP2 Pathway in Human Esophageal Squamous Cell Cancer显示文摘Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated protein 1(TRAP1), an important member of mitochondrial heat shock protein 90 family, is involved in multiple biological processes in several types of tumors. However, its pathological role in esophageal squamous cell cancer(ESCC) remains unknown. Herein, we demonstrated the clinical value of TRAP1, and its role in apoptosis and motility in ESCC. The clinical potential of TRAP1 was investigated through immunohistochemical analysis in 328 ESCC samples, which revealed that strong TRAP1 expression was associated with increased risk of lymph node metastasis, while high TRAP1 expression correlated with poor prognosis. Expression of TRAP1 was found to be an independent prognostic factor for patients with ESCC. Additionally, the upregulation of TRAP1 antagonized cisplatin-induced apoptosis while its downregulation sensitized cells to cisplatin-induced apoptosis. As revealed by the transwell assay, TRAP1 overexpression promoted cellular migration and invasion as compared to the control groups. In contrast,silencing of endogenous TRAP1 expression attenuated the ability of migration and invasion. Finally, the molecular mechanism investigated in the present study demonstrated that TRAP1-mediated migration and invasion occurred through STAT3/MMP2 signaling pathway. 2Suppressor of RNA silencing encoded by Rice gall dwarf virus genome segment 11显示文摘Rice gall dwarf virus(RGDV)is an important rice pathogen in China and Southeast Asia.However,little is known about the molecular mechanisms of RGDV interactions with plant cells.Here,we have identi-fied an RGDV protein,Pns11,which acts as a suppressor of RNA silencing in coinfiltration assays with the reporter,green fluorescent protein(GFP)in transgenic Nicotiana benthamiana line 16c carrying GFP.Pns11 suppressed local and systemic silencing induced by sense RNA.The spread of mobile RNA si-lencing signals was blocked or inactivated by Pns11.Expression of Pns11 also enhanced Potato virus X pathogenicity in N.benthamiana.This suppressor could reduce,but not eliminate,siRNA in the local and systemic RNA silencing suppression assays,suggesting that Pns11 functions by interfering with initial stages of RNA silencing.LIU FuXiu ZHAO Qin RUAN XiaoLei HE YunWei LI HuaPing 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,3:8
3Association of a missense mutation in the luteinizing hormone/choriogonadotropin receptor gene (LHCGR) with superovulation traits in Chinese Holstein heifers显示文摘Background: Upon binding luteinizing hormone in the ovary, the luteinizing hormone/choriogonadotropin receptor (LHCGR) is necessary for follicular maturation and ovulation, as well as luteal function. We detected mutations in the LHCGR gene and evaluated their association with superovulation. Methods: Using polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) and DNA sequencing, we examined polymorphisms in LHCGR and the genotypes associated with superovulation traits in 127 Chinese Holstein heifers. Results: A G/T polymorphism (ss52050737) in exon 11 was significantly associated with the total number of ova and the number of transferable embryos. 4Green Fabrication of Multifunctional Three‑Dimensional Superabsorbent Nonwovens with Thermo‑Bonding Fibers显示文摘Disposable hygiene products have evolved into the important parts for millions of people around the world,enhancing the convenience of daily lives.However,development of the disposable hygiene products is restricted by unsustainable production technology,complicated operation process,and poor liquid absorption performance of the absorbent core.Herein,integrated and three-dimensional(3D)multifunctional superabsorbent nonwovens with liquid-triggered fragrance release was prepared via green,fast and scalable multi efect hot-air anchoring method which physically crosslinking the joint thermobonding fbers and anchoring fragrance microcapsules/super absorbent polymer(SAP)onto adjacent thermo-bonding fbers simultaneously.The resulting composite nonwovens could three-dimensionally absorb water 33.14 times of its own weight without gel blockage between SAP,and correspondingly release increased intensity fragrance along with enhancing amount of water absorption.Absorption rate t1 and t2 is 83.62%and 50.62%higher than the commercial specimen respectively,and the air permeability is increased by 226.88%compared with the commercial specimen.The superabsorbent nonwovens with controllable fragrance release and odorant synergistic has the potential to be practically applied to functional textiles felds because of the excellent liquid absorption and controlled fragrance release performance,and is easy to be produced on a sustainable,pollution-free and large-scale industrial production.Jiajia Ma Nan Zhang Ying Cheng Xingran Kou Yunwei Niu Xiangyu Jin Qinfei Ke Yi Zhao 2022Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,2:3
5Large-scale achromatic flat lens by light frequency-domain coherence optimization显示文摘Flat lenses,including metalens and diffractive lens,have attracted increasing attention due to their ability to miniaturize the imaging devices.However,realizing a large scale achromatic flat lens with high performance still remains a big challenge.Here,we developed a new framework in designing achromatic multi-level diffractive lenses by light coherence optimization,which enables the implementation of large-scale flat lenses under non-ideal conditions.As results,a series achromatic polymer lenses with diameter from 1 to 10mm are successfully designed and fabricated.The subsequent optical characterizations substantially validate our theoretical framework and show relatively good performance of the centimeter-scale achromatic multi-level diffractive lenses with a super broad bandwidth in optical wavelengths(400-1100 nm).After comparing with conventional refractive lens,this achromatic lens shows significant advantages in white-light imaging performance,implying a new strategy in developing practical planar optical devices.Xingjian Xiao Yunwei Zhao Xin Ye Chen Chen Xinmou Lu Yansen Rong Junhong Deng Guixin Li Shining Zhu Tao Li 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,12:2
6Strength-Toughening Model of Eutectic Ceramic Composite with Inherent Defects显示文摘Strengthening and toughening mechanisms in composite ceramics is complex. A change in a single parameter induces multiple property variations. The multiple changes in properties are often incompletely represented in theoretical models. This incompleteness in the parameter chosen fails to explain the mechanism of failure in composite ceramics. The exponential toughness function is used to represent the pull-out toughening mechanism, which dominates the crack growth resistance curve(R-curve). The strengthening-toughening model is established based on the Mori-Tanaka method(M-T method). The influence of inherent defects on toughness function and strength is analyzed by using this model. The theoretical result is compared with the experiment data. This model exactly reflects the change in strength. The theoretical result indicates that defects change the toughness function. Moreover, micro-cracks increase toughness size ac, and the strength of crack instable extensions acutely decreases as defect content increases. 9Bandpass-filter-integrated multiwavelength achromatic metalens显示文摘The design of large-scale,high-numerical-aperture,and broadband achromatism is a big challenge in metalens research. In fact,many colorful imaging systems have RGB color filters,which means the achromatism only for RGB lights would be sufficient. Avoiding broadband achromatism is expected to greatly improve the working efficiency of metalenses. Nevertheless,a proper bandpass filter is necessary under a white light illumination in the metalens integrated imaging system. Here we propose a bandpass-filter-integrated multiwavelength achromatic metalens (NA=0.2),which is designed using a searching optimization algorithm to achieve the achromatism of RGB lights with high efficiencies. The bandpass filter is implemented by composite DBRs and defect layers,by which three desired wavelengths are selected out. The simulations and experiments on the filter-integrated metalens definitely show a good RGB achromatism. Further imaging experiments demonstrate a higher signal-to-noise ratio and resolution compared with the one without the filter. 14TaBZR1 enhances wheat salt tolerance via promoting ABA biosynthesis and ROS scavenging显示文摘Brassinosteroids(BRs)are vital plant steroid hormones involved in numerous aspects of plant life including growth,development,and responses to various stresses.However,the underlying mechanisms of how BR regulates abiotic stress responses in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)remain to be elucidated.Here,we find that BR signal core transcription factor BRASSINAZOLE-RESISTANT1(TaBZR1)is significantly up-regulated by salt treatment.Overexpression of Tabzr1-1D(a gain-of-function TaBZR1 mutant protein)improves wheat salt tolerance.Furthermore,we show that TaBZR1 binds directly to the G-box motif in the promoter of ABA biosynthesis gene TaNCED3 to activate its expression and promotes ABA accumulation.Moreover,TaBZR1 associates with the promoters of ROS-scavenging genes TaGPX2 and TaGPX3 to activate their expression.Taken together,our results elucidate that TaBZR1 improves salt-stress tolerance by activating some genes involved in the biosynthesis of ABA and ROS scavenging in wheat,which gives us a new strategy to improve the salt tolerance of wheat.Ruizhen Yang Ziyi Yang Meng Xing Yexing Jing Yunwei Zhang Kewei Zhang Yun Zhou Huixian Zhao Weihua Qiao Jiaqiang Sun 2023Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,11:0

17Optimization of fracturing parameters for tight oil production based on genetic algorithm显示文摘It is difficult to determine the main controlling factors of tight oil production.In addition to the problem of uncontrollable prediction accuracy,the numerical prediction model established by the main controlling factors will also make the correctly predicted low production samples lose the value of development.Applying the optimization algorithm with fast convergence speed and global optimization to optimize the controllable parameters in the high-precision numerical prediction model can effectively improve the productivity of low production wells with timeliness,and bring greater economic value while saving development cost.Using PCA-GRA method,the sample weight and the weighted correlation ranking results of parameters affecting tight oil production were obtained.Thereupon then the main controlling factors of tight oil production were determined.Then we set up a BP neural network model with by taking the main controlling factors as input and tight oil production as output.The prediction effect of the network was good and can be put into use.The results of sensitivity analysis showed that the network was stable,and the total fracturing fluid volume had the greatest impact on the production of tight oil.Finally,by using genetic algorithm,we optimized the fracturing parameters of all low production well samples in the field data.Combined with the fracturing parameters of all high production well samples and the optimized fracturing parameters of low production wells,the optimal interval of fracturing parameters was given,which can provide guidance for the field fracturing operation.Dali Guo Yunwei Kang Zhiyong Wang Yunxiang Zhao Shuguang Li 2022Petroleum2022,8,2:0
18Research progress of microwave plasma ignition and assisted combustion显示文摘As the low temperature non-equilibrium plasma,microwave plasma has the same effects with the plasma produced by the traditional high voltage electrode,which has the function of widening ignition boundary and improving combustion.Microwave has the advantages of uniformity,particle selectivity and no electrode.It can generate a large range of non-equilibrium plasma with relatively low power without electrode ablation.Therefore,how to maximize its effectiveness has become the research hotspot of ignition and combustion in engines.At present,the related research mainly focuses on microwave plasma discharge and microwave assisted spark ignition.The results show that it can broaden lean and rich burn flammability limits,improve combustion efficiency,accelerate flame propagation speed,and reduce pollutant emissions.This paper summarizes the related research at home and abroad in recent years,the main conclusion is that how the microwave plasma affects the turbulence intensity of flow field will be the promising research,and the research trend of microwave plasma ignition and assisted combustion in future will be the research of microwave assisted plasma igniter.Liming HE Yunwei ZHANG Hao ZENG Bingbing ZHAO 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,12:0
