1Weak(quasi-)affine bi-frames for reducing subspaces of L^2(R^d)显示文摘Since a frame for a Hilbert space must be a Bessel sequence, many results on(quasi-)affine bi-frame are established under the premise that the corresponding(quasi-)affine systems are Bessel sequences. However,it is very technical to construct a(quasi-)affine Bessel sequence. Motivated by this observation, in this paper we introduce the notion of weak(quasi-)affine bi-frame(W(Q)ABF) in a general reducing subspace for which the Bessel sequence hypothesis is not needed. We obtain a characterization of WABF, and prove the equivalence between WABF and WQABF under a mild condition. 2AFM research on Fe-based nanocrystal crystallization mechanism显示文摘The cross-section pattern of Fe-based alloy ribbon (Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9) annealed at different temperatures was investigated by AFM (atomic force microscope), and the effect mechanism of Nb and Cu in Fe-based alloy ribbon annealing was analyzed with XRD diffraction crystal analysis technique and other research results. New concepts of encapsulated grain, Nb vacancy cluster, Nb-B atom cluster and so on were proposed and used to describe the formation mechanism of α-Fe (Si) nanocrystal. 4Effects of intestinal lymph on expression of neutrophil adhesion factors and lung injury after trauma-induced shock显示文摘AIM: To study how intestinal lymph after trauma-induced shock (TIS) interferes with expression of neutrophil adhesion factors (CDllb and CD18) and causes lung injury.METHODS: Thirty-two adult healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four experimental groups. Groups 1 and 2 included rats with TIS caused by hitting the midupper part of both side femoral bones with a 2 500 kg rawiron, and with or without ligation of mesenteric lymph duct. Groups 3 and 4 included rats with sham-TIS and with or without ligation of mesenteric lymph duct. Expression of neutrophil CD18 and CD11b in at 1 and 3 h after a 90-min TIS/sham-TIS was evaluated. These rats were killed at 3 h after TIS/sham-TIS, and lungs were taken immediately. The main lung injury indexes (bhe MPO activity and lung injury score) were measured.RESULTS: The expressions of CD18 and CD11b at 1 and 3 h after a 90-min TIS and the main lung injury indexes were significantly increased compared with those in the sham-TIS groups (P<0.05). Moreover, at 1 and 3 h after TIS, the expressions of CD18 (32.12±1.25 and 33.46±0.98) and CD11b (29.56±1.35 and 30.56±1.85) were significantly decreased in rats with ligation of mesenteric lymph duct, compared with those (52.3±1.12 and 50.21±1.25, and 42.24±1.24 and 42.81±1.12, respectively) in those without the ligation (all P<0.05). The main lung injury indexes in rats with TIS with ligation .of mesenteric lymph duct (0.96±0.12 and 6.54±0.35) were also significantly decreased, compared with those (1.56±0.21 and 9.56±0.23) in rats with TIS without the ligation (both P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in expressions of CD18 and CD11b and the main lung injury indexes between the two sham-TIS groups.CONCLUSION: Previous ligation of mesenteric lymph ducts prevents or alleviates the up-regulated expression of PMN CD18 and CD11b and the lung injury induced by TIS. 5Correlation between miR-564, TGF-β1, and radiation-induced lung injury显示文摘Objective Our study aimed to analyze the expression of miR-564 and TGF-β1 in cancer tissues and the serum of patients with radiation-induced lung injury,and to investigate the relationship between them and radiation-induced lung injury.Methods In situ hybridization and real-time fluorescence quantitative method were used to detect the expression of miR-564.Additionally,immunohistochemistry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)were performed to detect the expression of TGF-β1.Results The overall incidence of acute radiation pneumonia was 55.9%(100/179).The incidence of≥grade 2 radioactive pneumonia was 24.0%(43/179)and that of grade 1 was 31.8%(57/179).The expression of miR-564 in grade≥2 was slightly higher than that in patients without or with grade 1,but there was no statistical difference(P=0.86).The serum level and ratio of miR-564 in patients with grade≥2 were significantly higher than those without or with grade 1(P=0.005,P=0.025,respectively).The expression of TGF-β1 in grade≥2 was significantly higher than that of patients without or with grade 1(P=0.017).The serum levels of TGF-β1 in grade≥2 were significantly higher than those in patients without or with grade 1(P=0.038).Although the ratio of TGF-β1 in radiation pneumonia of grade≥2 was significantly higher than that of without or with grade 1,there was no significant difference(P=0.24).Moreover,patients with higher expression of miR-564 and lower expression of TGF-β1 had better prognosis.Conclusion MiR-564 and TGF-β1 are predictors of radiation-induced lung injury.Monitoring its changing trend can improve the accuracy of predicting radiation-induced lung injury.The levels and ratio of serum miR-564 and TGF-β1 in patients with radiation-induced lung injury are related to the severity of radiationinduced lung injury.Yunzhang Ge Tao Xie Bin Yang Qianxia Li Qingrong Ren Xiaoyi Zhou Desheng Hu Zhongshu Tu 2019Oncology and Translational Medicine2019,5,5:4
6Gabor systems on discrete periodic sets显示文摘Due to its good potential for digital signal processing, discrete Gabor analysis has interested some mathematicians. This paper addresses Gabor systems on discrete periodic sets, which can model signals to appear periodically but intermittently. Complete Gabor systems and Gabor frames on discrete periodic sets are characterized; a sufficient and necessary condition on what periodic sets admit complete Gabor systems is obtained; this condition is also proved to be sufficient and necessary for the existence of sets E such that the Gabor systems generated by χE are tight frames on these periodic sets; our proof is constructive, and all tight frames of the above form with a special frame bound can be obtained by our method; periodic sets admitting Gabor Riesz bases are characterized; some examples are also provided to illustrate the general theory.LI YunZhang LIAN QiaoFang 2009Science China Mathematics2009,52,8:4
7Generalized multiresolution structures in reducing subspaces of L^2(R^d)显示文摘In this paper, we introduce the notion of generalized multiresolution structure (GMS) in the set-ting of reducing subspaces of L2(Rd). For a general expansive matrix, we obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for GMS, and prove the existence of GMS in a reducing subspace. 8Subspace dual super wavelet and Gabor frames显示文摘Due to its potential applications in multiplexing techniques, the study of superframes has interested some researchers. This paper addresses dual super wavelet and Gabor frames in the subspace setting. We obtain a basic-equation characterization for subspace dual super wavelet and Gabor frames. In addition, applying this characterization, we derive a procedure that allows for constructing subspace dual super wavelet frames based on certain subspace dual super Gabor frames, and vice versa. 9In Vitro Characterizations of PLLA/β-TCP Porous Matrix Materials and RMSC-PLLA-β-TCP Composite Scaffolds显示文摘To develop a novel degradable poly (L-lactic acid)/β-tricalcium phosphate (PLLA/β-TCP) bioactive materials for bone tissue engineering, β-TCP powder was produced by a new wet process. Porous scaffolds were prepared by three steps, I.e. Solvent casting, compression molding and leaching stage. Factors influencing the compressive strength and the degradation behavior of the porous scaffold, e.g. Weight fraction of pore forming agent-sodium chloride (NaCl), weight ratio of PLLA: β-TCP, the particle size ofβ-TCP and the porosity, were discussed in details. Rat marrow stromal cells (RMSC) were incorporated into the composite by tissue engineering approach. Biological and osteogenesis potential of the composite scaffold were determined with MTT assay, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity and bone osteocalcin (OCN) content evaluation. Results show that PLLA/β-TCP bioactive porous scaffold has good mechanical and pore structure with adjustable compressive strength needed for surgery. RMSCs seeding on porous PLLA/β-TCP composite behaves good seeding efficacy, biocompatibility and osteoinductive potential. Osteoprogenitor cells could well penetrate into the material matrix and begin cell proliferation and osteogenic differentiation. Osseous matrix could be formed on the surface of the composite after culturing in vitro. For f = { fl : 0≤l≤L-1 }l2(Z), we denote by G(f, N, M) the Gabor system generated by f, and by L(f, N, M) the closed linear subspace generated by G(f, N, M). This paper addresses density results, frame conditions for a Gabor system G(g, N, M) in l2(S), and Gabor duals of the form G(a, N, M) in some L(h, N, M) for a frame G(g, N, M) in l2(S) (so-called oblique duals). We obtain a density theorem for a Gabor system G(g, N, M) in l2(S), and show that such condition is suficient for theexistence of g={XE1:0≤l≤L-1} with G(g,N,m) We characterize g with G(g,N,m) being respectively a frame for L(g,N,m) being a tight frame for l2(S).and G(h, N, M ) in L(h, N, M ), we establish a criterion for the existence of an oblique Gabor dual of g in L(h, N, M), study the uniqueness of oblique Gabor dual, and derive an explicit expression of a class of oblique Gabor duals (among which the one with the smallest norm is obtained). 13Osteogenesis and Degradation Behavior of rhBMP-2/β-Tricalcium Phosphate Porous Composite Materials显示文摘Ultrafine -tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) powders with good crystalline structure were produced by a new wet process. Throughbone tissue engineering approach, porous β-TCP ceramic was combined with recombined human bone morphogenetic proteins- 2 (rhBMP-2) to develop a novel composite material. Osteogenesis capacity of the composite was investigated intramuscularlyin rat with histological analyses and SEM examination. Pure β-TCP porous ceramic was investigated as the control. Resultsshow that the composite materials possess good biocompatibility, biodegradation and strong osteogenesis capacity throughinductive process after implantation. Material degradation began from 2 weeks post-implantation accompanying with thechanging of pore structure, with the enwrapping and separation of materials by hyperplatic mesenchymal cells and fibroblast,and with the phagocytose reaction of multinucleated giant cells. Early in 72 h, immature cartilage could be found within novelcomposite; mature lamellar bone was induced to generate after 3 weeks. 20Comprehensive Evaluation on Impacts of Diseases on Quality of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis Based on Ultraviolet and Infrared Spectra显示文摘[Objectives] The research aimed to evaluate impacts of diseases on quality of Paris polyphylla var. chinensis. [Methods]Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine and contrast content of total saponins in root,stem and leaf from healthy and diseased plants. Infrared characteristic absorption peaks of healthy and diseased plants were found by infrared fingerprint method for comparative analysis.[Results]Total saponins content in root sample J4 of healthy plant reached 4. 89% and was the highest,while it was 0. 13% in stem sample J11 of healthy plant and was the lowest. Total saponins content in root sample B1 of diseased plant was 1. 68% and was the highest,while it was 0. 1% in stem sample B7 of diseased plant and was the lowest. In healthy and diseased plants,total saponins content in root was significantly higher than that in stem and leaf. Content of total saponins in root from healthy plant was significantly higher than that from diseased plant,and there was little difference in stem and leaf of healthy and diseased plants. Root sample Jg of healthy plant had obvious C-O characteristic vibration of polysaccharides and glycosides and absorption peak of O-H bending vibration in steroidal saponin near 1 160. 02 cm-1,while diseased plant had no obvious absorption peak. Near 861. 97 and 768. 07 cm-1,root sample Jg of healthy plant had significant C-C stretching vibration in sugar ring and characteristic absorption peak of characteristic vibration of steroidal saponin,while root sample Bg of diseased plant had no obvious characteristic peak.
