| 1 | Crosstalk between angiogenesis, cytokeratin-18, and insulin resistance in the progression of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis显示文摘AIM: To elucidate the possible crosstalk between angiogenesis, cytokeratin-18 (CK-18), and insulin resistance (IR) especially in patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).METHODS: Twenty-eight patients with NASH and 11 with simple fatty liver disease (FL) were enrolled in this study and underwent clinicopathological examination. The measures of angiogenesis, CK-18, and IR employed were CD34-immunopositive vessels, CK-18immunopositive cells, and homeostasis model assessment of IR (HOMA-IR), respectively. The correlations of these factors with NASH were elucidated.RESULTS: Significant development of hepatic neovascularization was observed only in NASH, whereas almost no neovascularization could be observed in FL and healthy liver. The degree of angiogenesis was almost parallel to liver fibrosis development, and both parameters were positively correlated. Similarly, CK-18expression and HOMA-R were signifi cantly increased in NASH as compared with FL and healthy liver. Furthermore, CK-18 and HOMA-IR were also positively correlated with the degree of neovascularization. | 2 | Evaluating 3D position and velocity of subject in parabolic flight experiment by use of the binocular stereo vision measurement显示文摘A practical method for evaluating the three-dimensional(3D) position and velocity of a moving object used in the parabolic flight experiment is developed by using the binocular stereo vision measurement theory. | 3 | Water-saving irrigation of paddy field to reduce nutrient runoff显示文摘The purpose of this work is to study the effect of a type of water-saving irrigation (WSI) on nutrient runoff of paddy field.The volume of surface drainage was maintained low by WSI.In particular,WSI effectively reduced surface drainage in rain events.Model simulation indicated that net runoff load of total nitrogen (TN) from the paddy field was increased by WSI.Meanwhile,net runoff loads of total phosphorus (TP) and total organic carbon (TOC) from the paddy field was decreased by WSI.Because ponding waters of the study fields were enriched with TP and TOC,WSI reduced runoff of these nutrients by controlling the volume of surface drainage.WSI could be considered an efficient method for reducing runoff loads and could conserve water quality in an agricultural watershed. | Tadayoshi Hitomi Yusaku Iwamoto Asa Miura Koji Hamada Kyoji Takaki Eisaku Shiratani | 2010 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2010，22，6： | 6 |
| 4 | Ni-Mo基催化剂上卟啉加氢脱氮(英文)显示文摘The hydrodenitrogenation(HDN) of porphyrins was carried out over a series of phosphorus containing NiMo/Al 2 O 3 catalysts using a fixed‐bed flow reaction system.A method of quantitative analysis of the porphyrin and its derivatives produced by HDN was established.In HDN of porphyrin,four types of hydrocarbons:C8 alkanes,C 8 alkenes,C9 alkanes,and C10 alkanes,and two groups of nitrogen‐containing compounds:alkyl substituted bipyrrolidines(alkylbipyrrolidines) and alkyl substituted tripyrrolidines(alkyltripyrrolidines) were identified.The hydrogenolysis of porphyrins occurred rapidly at lower temperature but higher temperatures were required for the HDN of porphyrins.The NiMoP3 catalyst showed the highest catalytic activity for the HDN of porphyrins.Based on the characterization of the supports and catalysts,it is suggested that the dispersion of Mo is improved and the number of weak acidic sites on the NiMoP catalysts increases with the addition of phosphorus. | Eika W.QIAN Satoshi ABE Yusaku KAGAWA Hiroyuki IKEDA | 2013 | 催化学报2013，34，1： | 5 |
