1Stenting for symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis in China:1-year outcome of a multicentre registry study显示文摘background and purpose A multicentre prospective registry study of individually tailored stenting for a patient with symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis(ICAS)combined with poor collaterals in China showed that the short-term safety and efficacy of stenting was acceptable.However,it remained uncertain whether the low event rate could be of a long term.We reported the 1-year outcome of this registry study to evaluate the long-term efficacy of individually tailored stenting for patients with severe symptomatic ICAS combined with poor collaterals.Methods Patients with symptomatic ICAS caused by 70%-99% stenosis located at the intracranial internal carotid,middle cerebral,intracranial vertebral or basilar arteries combined with poor collaterals were enrolled.Balloon-mounted stent or balloon plus self-expanding stent were selected based on the ease of vascular access and lesion morphology determined by the operators.The primary outcome was the rate of 30-day stroke,transient ischaemic attack and death,and 12-month ischaemic stroke within the same vascular territory,haemorrhagic stroke and vascular death after stenting.results From September 2013 to January 2015,300 patients(ages 58.3±9.78 years)were recruited.Among them,159 patients were treated with balloon-mounted stent and 141 with balloon plus self-expanding stent.During the 1-year follow-up,25 patients had a primary end point event.The probability of primary outcome at 1 year was 8.1%(95% CI 5.3% to 11.7%).In 76 patients with digital subtraction angiography follow-up,27.6%(21/76)had re-stenosis≥50% and 18.4%(14/76)had re-stenosis≥70%.No baseline characteristic was associated with the primary outcome.Conclusion The event rate remains low over 1 year of individually tailored stenting for patients with severe symptomatic ICAS combined with poor collaterals.Further randomised trial of comparing individually tailored stenting with best medical therapy is needed.Ning Ma Yong Zhang Jie Shuai Changchun Jiang Qiyi Zhu Kangning Chen Li Liu Baomin Li Xiangqun Shi Lianbo Gao Yajie Liu Feng Wang Yongli Li Tieyan Liu Hongbo Zheng Dapeng Mo Feng Gao Yilong Wang Yongjun Wang Lei Feng Zhongrong Miao 2018Stroke & Vascular Neurology2018,3,3:29

3Improvement of luminescent stability from carbon nanotube field emission display based on printed CNT film显示文摘Aiming at the influences of poor contact at carbon nanotube (CNT)/electrode interface on luminescence stability in printed CNT film, a new co-sintering process for cathode fabrication was presented to improve the luminescent stability of fully printed CNT-FED. By co-sintering the printed silver and CNT layers, CNTs geometrically matched with Ag surface and/or embedded into Ag layer at the bottom of the co-sintered film, large CNTs block and bulk silver nested each other at the top of the co-sintered film. All these structures increased the contact area at CNT/Ag interface, which could increase the probability of forming ohmic contact at CNT/Ag interface. 6Cloning of plastid division gene GlFtsZ from Gentiana lutea and its expression during petal development显示文摘A full-length cDNA of GlFtsZ was isolated by screening the cDNA library of Gentiana lutea. Analysis of the deduced amino acid sequence encoded by GlFtsZ indicated that GlFtsZ protein possesses the typical conservative motifs existed in all FtsZ proteins. The existence of putative plastid transit peptide in its N-terminus suggested that GlFtsZ might function inside of plastids. With the deve- lopmental process of petals of Gentiana lutea, the expression of plastid division gene GlFtsZ declined gradually, whereas the expression of carotenoids biosynthesis gene Zds increased obviously; meanwhile, in contrast to the increment of carotenoids, the content of chlorophyll in petals decreased sharply. The chloroplasts turned into chromoplasts, and the color of petals also turned from green to golden. 7Generality and characteristics of genetic and epigenetic changes in newly synthesized allotetraploid wheat lines显示文摘Previous studies have shown rapid and extensive genomic instability associated with early stages of allopolyploidization in wheat.However,these studies are based on either a few pre-selected genomic loci or genome-wide analysis of a single plant individual for a given cross combination,thus making the extent and generality of the changes uncertain.To further study the generality and characteristics of allopolyploidization-induced genomic instability in wheat,we investigated genetic and epigenetic changes from a genome-wide perspective(by using the AFLP and MSAP markers) in four sets of newly synthesized allotetraploid wheat lines with various genome constitutions,each containing three randomly chosen individual plants at the same generation.We document that although general chromosomal stability was characteristic of all four sets of allotetraploid wheat lines,genetic and epigenetic changes at the molecular level occurred in all these plants,with both kinds of changes classifiable into two distinct categories,i.e.,stochastic and directed.The abundant type of genetic change is loss of parental bands while the prevalent cytosine methylation pattern alteration is hypermethylation at the CHG sites.Our results have extended previous studies regarding allopolyploidization-induced genomic dynamics in wheat by demonstrating the generality of both genetic and epigenetic changes associated with multiple nascent allotetraploid wheat lines,and providing novel insights into the characteristics of the two kinds of induced genomic instabilities.Bao Qi 1,Xiaofang Zhong 1,Bo Zhu,Na Zhao,Liying Xu,Huakun Zhang,Xiaoming Yu,Bao Liu Key Laboratory of Molecular Epigenetics of MOE and Institute of Genetics & Cytology,Northeast Normal University,Changchun 130024,China 2010Journal of Genetics and Genomics2010,37,11:5
8Adaptive changes of gastro-entero-pancreatic system endocrine cells in the black-spotted pond frog Rana nigromaculata after fasting显示文摘Changes in distribution density,morphology and secretory content of endocrine cells in the gastro-entero-pancreatic system of black-spotted frogs Rana nigromaculata before and after fasting were investigated using immunohistochemistry and antisera to six gut hormones.Six types of endocrine cells were detected in the digestive tract of Rana nigromaculata,including 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SOM),glucagon(GLU),pancreatic polypeptide(PP)and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP)cells.After fasting,the density of 5-HT cells in the esophagus,cardia and fundus,GAS cells in the fundus and pylorus,PP cells in the fundus decreased significantly(P<0.01),while SOM cells in the cardia,GLU cells in the rectum increased significantly(P<0.01).The cytoplasmic processes of 5-HT cells became shorter or not detectable.The secretory content of GAS cells reduced in the cardia.The positive immunostaining reaction in the perinuclear region of SOM cells in the cardia,fundus and pylorus became weaker,while the staining intensity in the periphery of these cells became stronger.VIP cells were not detectable in the whole digestive tract after fasting.Five types of endocrine cells were found in the pancreas of Rana nigromaculata,including 5-HT,GAS,SOM,GLU and PP cells.After fasting,the density of 5-HT cells decreased slightly(P>0.05),while SOM,GAS,GLU and PP cells increased significantly(P<0.01).Furthermore,the secretory content of GLU cells increased significantly.Considering their functionalities,our results indicate that the changes of GEP endocrine cells in Rana nigromaculata responded adaptively to starvation-induced stress.Hongzhen PAN Honghong CHEN Lianjiu ZHU Yang LI Changchun LI Shengzhou ZHANG 2009Current Zoology2009,55,4:4

10Histone modifications in DNA damage response显示文摘DNA damage is a relatively common event in eukaryotic cell and may lead to genetic mutation and even cancer. DNA damage induces cellular responses that enable the cell either to repair the damaged DNA or cope with the damage in an appropriate way. Histone proteins are also the fundamental building blocks of eukaryotic chromatin besides DNA, and many types of post-translational modifications often occur on tails of histones. Although the function of these modifications has remained elusive, there is ever-growing studies suggest that histone modifications play vital roles in several chromatin-based processes, such as DNA damage response. 11A STUDY ON DESERTIFICATION OF WEST JILIN PROVINCE BASED ON REMOTE SENSING AND GIS TECHNIQUES显示文摘West Jilin Province' in this paper means Zhenlai, Baicheng, Taonan, Da′an, Tongyu, Fuyu, Songyuan, Qian′an, Changling, also includes Gongzhuling, Shuangliao, Lishu, Siping and Nong′an which have been suffered from desertification. In west Jilin Province there are three sand zones passing through, they are Xiang(Xianghai) Wu(Ulan Tug) sand zone, Hai Feng sand zone, and Tao′er River right bank sand zone. The desertification area of west Jilin Province is 819 100 ha, making up 12.5% of the total land area. Among desertification types, in Jilin Province light desertification is the major, then is medium dersertification, hevey desertification is the least.According to the comparison of the interpretation results of the Landsat images of the 1980s and the 1990s by remote sensing and GIS techniques, it can be seen that the desertification area in west Jilin Province basically didn′t change on the whole, only increased 6130 ha, making up 0.8% of the desertification area, change scale is less than 1%. Evidently, desertification is controlled mostly, but some areas are continuing deterioration.The desertification process of China can be divided into three types according to origin nature, they are sandy steppe desertification, fixed sand area(sand land) activation and dunes transfer invasion.Reasons of desertification of West Jilin Province are analyzed, they include natural factors(such as material source factors, chimate factors) and artificial factors(such as destroying grass to reclaim, steppe decreasing greatly, illegally feeling shelter forest stands, constructing reservoir to influence eco environment etc.). Some suggestions are put forward as follows: establishing the social project for ecological reconstruction of degenerated land; intensifying planning and management of land use, reverting farmland into forestland or pasture in a planned way. Compound 1 crystallizes from alcohol in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit-cell dimensions a=9.296(2), 6=14.081(3), c=18.390(5) A,B=97.70(2), V=2385.5(1) A3, Z=4, F(000)=1008, Dc=1.38 g.cm-3,u=10.88 cm-1, final R=0.0359 for 3079 observed reflection [I > 3(I)]. 13Analysis of Mitochondrial DNA from the Ancient Tombs of Turfan显示文摘MtDNA was successfully extracted from ten individual bones (femurs) in the tombs of ancient Jushi in Turfan basin, dated back to the year about 3 000-2 500 years ago. By means of four overlapping primers, we got nucleotide sequence of the 218bp length. Ancient mtDNA was analyzed by the sequencing of hypervariable region Ⅰ of the mtDNA control region. The result shows that 9 haplotypes with 24 polymorphic sites were obtained. The phylogenetic analysis indicated that Mongolians and Altai are the population genetically closest to the Jushi groups and Jushi mtDNA pool being an admixture of eastern Asian and European lineages. 14EPP材料在汽车座椅中的应用和性能研究显示文摘聚丙烯(EPP)泡沫材料拉伸、抗压、抗永久变形和气味VOC性能的测试结果验证了其优异的力学性能、良好的气味和低VOC散发性能。EPP泡沫作为实现汽车轻量化和提升车内空气质量的优选材料被应用于汽车座椅,设计了一种EPP泡沫+PUR泡沫的汽车后排座椅坐垫,并对其轻量化效果、安全性和舒适性进行分析。研究表明,EPP泡沫+PUR泡沫座椅坐垫较原始钣金+PUR泡沫方案减重35.5%,减重效果显著;EPP硬质泡沫优异的抗压性能可以替代防下潜支架,提升乘员的安全保护等级;在不影响座椅安全性能的同时,可根据座椅布置空间进行EPP硬质泡沫和PUR泡沫厚度最佳组合分析,提升座椅的舒适性。杨文叶 姜子敬 闫雪燕 李振兴 马秋 Zhu Changchun 2021汽车文摘2021,,8:3
15Study on pulsed laser ablation and deposition of ZnO thin films by L-MBE显示文摘ZnO,as a wide-band gap semiconductor,has recently become a new research fo-cus in the field of ultraviolet optoelectronic semiconductors. Laser molecular beam epitaxy(L-MBE) is quite useful for the unit cell layer-by-layer epitaxial growth of zinc oxide thin films from the sintered ceramic target. The ZnO ceramic target with high purity was ablated by KrF laser pulses in an ultra high vacuum to deposit ZnO thin film during the process of L-MBE. It is found that the deposition rate of ZnO thin film by L-MBE is much lower than that by conventional pulsed laser deposition(PLD) . Based on the experimental phenomena in the ZnO thin film growth process and the thermal-controlling mechanism of the nanosecond(ns) pulsed laser abla-tion of ZnO ceramic target,the suggested effective ablating time during the pulse duration can explain the very low deposition rate of the ZnO film by L-MBE. The unique dynamic mechanism for growing ZnO thin film is analyzed. 17Electrical Conductivity and Corrosion Resistanceof ZnFe_2O_4Based Materials Used as Inert Anodefor Aluminum Electrolysis显示文摘ZnFe 2O 4 and ZnFe 2O 4 based materials were tested to obtain the electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance in melting bath for aluminum electrolysis. The results proved that adequate additives, such as Ni 2O 3 CuO, Cu, ZnO and CeO 2 would increase the electrical conductivity, and the ZnFe 2O 4 based anodes with these additives were of good corrosion resistance. 18Simulation of the Tree Algorthm in ATM Networks显示文摘This paper proposes an algorithm for multicast routing in ATM networks. We define the network cost of a routing as the combination of the cost. If establishing connections, the cost of the overall bandwidth and overall switchings, our routing algorithm works on the original topology of ATM networks with physical switches and physical links, and different switching functionalities of Virtual Path( VP ) switches and Virtual Channel( VC ) switches in the networks. It generates an optimal multicast routing with the minimal overall network cost.
