| 1 | 病态窦房结综合征患者起搏器置入术后发生心力衰竭的随访研究显示文摘目的:探讨术前心功能正常的病态窦房结综合征(SSS)患者置入双腔起搏器后心力衰竭的发生情况,并分析相关影响因素。方法:对2001年至2015年大连医科大学附属第一医院确诊为SSS并首次安装双腔起搏器的150例患者进行回顾性研究,记录患者术前基本情况及术后随访结果。终点事件为随访中患者新发心力衰竭。应用Cox比例风险模型评估心力衰竭发生的独立危险因素,应用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线评估累积心力衰竭的发生情况。结果:有145例SSS患者完成随访,平均随访时间为(88±41)个月,91.7%患者的SSS相关症状(头晕、黑曚、晕厥、乏力等)得到改善。随访结束时,35例(24.3%)SSS患者出现心力衰竭。随访1年、3年、5年、10年的新发心力衰竭累积发生率分别为2.8%、10.6%、13.7%、27.2%。高心室起搏百分比(VP%≥50%),术前合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、糖尿病、瓣膜病、阵发性房颤,术前左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)是心力衰竭发生的独立危险因素。在35例新发心力衰竭患者中,射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)24例(68.6%),射血分数降低的心力衰竭5例(14.3%),射血分数中间值的心力衰竭6例(17.1%)。年龄、术前室间隔厚度(IVST)、术前合并瓣膜病和阵发性房颤是HFpEF发生的独立危险因素。结论:SSS患者起搏器置入术后预后相对较好。新发心力衰竭以HFpEF为主。高VP%、术前LVPWT、术前合并阵发性房颤等基础疾病为SSS患者起搏器置入术后新发心力衰竭的独立危险因素,年龄、术前IVST、术前合并瓣膜病和阵发性房颤为发生HFpEF的独立危险因素。减少不必要的右室起搏及抑制心室重构对患者术后心功能改善至关重要。 | 顾迎春 弓芳艳 陈菲菲 Zakarie Mohamud Mohamed 王莹琪 代佰玲 刘金秋 | 2018 | 国际心血管病杂志2018,45,4: | 7 |

| 3 | IL-33 induces immunosuppressive neutrophils via a type 2 innate lymphoid cell/IL-13/STAT6 axis and protects the liver against injury in LCMV infection-induced viral hepatitis显示文摘Viral hepatitis is still a public health problem affecting several million people around the world.Neutrophils are polymorphonuclear cells that have a critical role in antibacterial infection.However,the role of neutrophils in viral infection is not fully understood.By using a mouse model of lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus infection-induced viral hepatitis,we observed increased neutrophil recruitment in the liver accompanied by enhanced CD8+T-cell responses.Liver neutrophils expressed high levels of immunomodulatory cytokines,such as C-X-C chemokine ligand 2,arginase-1,inducible nitric oxide synthase and interleukin(IL)-10,demonstrating immunosuppressive properties.Depletion of neutrophils in vivo by a neutralizing antibody resulted in the exacerbation of liver injury and the promotion of T-cell responses at the immune contraction stage.IL-33 significantly induced neutrophil recruitment in the liver and attenuated liver injury by limiting effector T-cell accumulation.Mechanistically,we found that IL-33 promoted the expression of arginase-1 in neutrophils through the type 2 innate lymphoid cell(ILC2)-derived IL-13.Additionally,IL-13 increased the inhibitory effect of neutrophils on CD8+T-cell proliferation in vitro,partially through arginase-1.Finally,we found that IL-13 induced arginase-1 expression,depending on signal transducer and activator of transcription factor 6(STAT6)signaling.Therefore,IL-33 induced immunosuppressive neutrophils via an ILC2/IL-13/STAT6 axis.Collectively,our findings shed new light on the mechanisms associated with IL-33-triggered neutrophils in the liver and suggest potential targets for therapeutic investigation in viral hepatitis. | Yuejin Liang Panpan Yi Denley Ming Kee Yuan Zuliang Jie Zakari Kwota Lynn Soong Yingzi Cong Jiaren Sun | 2019 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,2: | 7 |

| 5 | 水稻剑叶衰老过程中内源IAA的轭合态变化及其氮素调控效应显示文摘【目的】揭示水稻抽穗开花后剑叶衰老过程的内源自由态IAA和轭合态IAA含量的动态变化及其基因型间的差异,明确氮素营养供应对叶片衰老过程的延缓效应及其与两种化学态IAA含量之间的关系。【方法】以剑叶早衰水稻突变体(psf)与其野生型(浙恢7954)为材料,比较了其在大田条件下剑叶衰老过程中的内源IAA含量、IAA类型和YUCCAs家族基因转录表达量差异,并利用水培种植试验设低氮(LN,1.45mmol/L)、正常氮(NN,2.9mmol/L)和高氮(HN, 5.8 mmol/L)3个氮浓度水平处理,对不同氮素水平下水稻叶片衰老相关指标与两类IAA含量间的关系进行了分析。【结果】早衰突变体psf剑叶中的自由态IAA含量显著低于相同取样时期的野生对照,但前者剑叶中的轭合态IAA含量显著高于后者,且随叶片衰老进程呈较明显的上升趋势;在7个YUCCAs同工型基因中,YUCCA1、YUCCA2、YUCCA3、YUCCA4和YUCCA6)的转录表达量随叶片衰老而下降,但YUCCA7则随叶片衰老呈现出先上升后下降的变化趋势。相同灌浆时期相比,绝大多数YUCCAs在早衰突变体psf剑叶中的转录表达量要低于其野生型对照,说明IAA合成代谢较弱是psf剑叶叶绿素含量迅速下降和早衰症状加剧的重要原因之一。其中,YUCCA7转录表达量随叶片衰老而上升,可能对psf已衰老叶片中的IAA合成起重要调控作用;氮浓度对水稻叶片中的IAA含量及其自由态与共轭态的影响表现为,在叶片开始衰老的初期和前中期,低氮处理(LN)引起剑叶中的自由态IAA含量下降和轭合态IAA含量上升,而高氮处理(HN)可诱导叶片中的自由态IAA含量增加,并导致轭合态IAA含量明显降低,但对已严重衰老的叶片而言(psf在抽穗开花后28d的剑叶),高氮处理下(HN)的自由态IAA和轭合态IAA含量均低于正常氮处理(NN)和低氮处理(LN)。【结论】水稻叶片的衰老进程与其叶片器官中的IAA含量及其化学态之间存在较密切联系。其中,轭合态IAA含量在叶片衰老过程的大幅度提升,是早衰突变体psf剑叶衰老进程加快的一个重要生理特征,而轭合态IAA含量的下降,可能是高氮处理对水稻叶片衰老进程起到延缓作用的一个重要生理调节因素。 | 赵华 王复标 韩展誉 SHAMSU-ADO zakari 李兆伟 潘刚 程方民 | 2018 | 中国水稻科学2018,32,6: | 2 |
| 6 | 镰状细胞病33例骨骼X线表现显示文摘目的探讨镰状细胞病的骨骼X线表现。方法收集2012年10月—2013年10在尼日尔共和国Maradi省中心医院,经血液检查确诊镰状细胞贫血33例患者临床资料进行分析。结果 33例镰状细胞病患者中骨坏死表现25例(75.8%),多累及管状骨干骺端,其中股骨上、下干骺端和胫骨干骺端14例,髋臼缺血坏死改变6例,股骨头骨骺坏死12例,双侧同时坏死8例,长骨呈广泛骨梗死表现7例。骨髓炎表现21例(63.6%),其中急性骨髓炎9例,慢性骨髓炎12例,双侧肢体对称发病13例,多见于四肢长骨。骨髓增生改变20例(60.6%),其中8例合并有病理性骨折。2例行胸部X线检查示双肺有程度不同的炎性灶,多个肋骨增宽、骨小梁粗大、骨质疏松、骨皮质菲薄。1例颅骨主要表现为额骨、顶骨板障的增宽、颗粒状骨质稀疏。结论镰状细胞病骨骼X线有多种表现,临床工作中提高对本病的认识具有实际意义。 | 姚彦文 陆秀伟 徐莉萍 唐阳 Zakari Halarou Gremah | 2014 | 疑难病杂志2014,13,3: | 2 |

| 16 | A new epidemic modeling approach:Multi-regions discrete-time model with travel-blocking vicinity optimal control strategy显示文摘First,we devise in this paper,a multi-regions discrete-time model which describes the spatial-temporal spread of an epidemic which starts from one region and enters to regions which are connected with their neighbors by any kind of anthropological movement.We suppose homogeneous Susceptible-Infected-Removed(SIR)populations,and we consider in our simulations,a grid of colored cells,which represents the whole domain affected by the epidemic while each cell can represent a sub-domain or region.Second,in order to minimize the number of infected individuals in one region,we propose an optimal control approach based on a travel-blocking vicinity strategy which aims to control only one cell by restricting movements of infected people coming from all neighboring cells.Thus,we show the influence of the optimal control approach on the controlled cell.We should also note that the cellular modeling approach we propose here,can also describes infection dynamics of regions which are not necessarily attached one to an other,even if no empty space can be viewed between cells.The theoretical method we follow for the characterization of the travel-locking optimal controls,is based on a discrete version of Pontryagin's maximum principle while the numerical approach applied to the multi-points boundary value problems we obtain here,is based on discrete progressive-regressive iterative schemes.We illustrate our modeling and control approaches by giving an example of 100 regions. | Omar Zakary Mostafa Rachik Ilias Elmouki | 2017 | Infectious Disease Modelling2017,2,3: | 1 |
