| 4 | Optimized design and experiment of the three-arm transplanting mechanism for rice potted seedlings显示文摘The transplanting arm of two-arm transplanting mechanism is easy to cause seedlings injury and missing due to its faster speed relative to the seedlings.In order to solve the existed problems,a three-arm transplanting mechanism for rice potted seedlings was developed in this study.The developed three-arm transplanting mechanism for rice potted seedling can make the transplanting arm realize special trajectory and attitude through the unequal planetary gear transmission.The kinematic model of three-arm transplanting mechanism for rice potted seedling was established,and the optimal design software was developed.Based on the heuristic optimization algorithm named“parameter guide”,a set of satisfied mechanism parameters required by the rice potted seedling transplanting were obtained.The trajectory and attitude of three-arm transplanting mechanism used for the rice potted seedling were analyzed.Besides,the virtual simulation results were basically consistent with the optimization software results,and the correctness of theoretical analysis and virtual simulation were also verified by each other.When the developed transplanting mechanism picked up the seedling,the velocity of transplanting arm relative to the seedling was reduced by about 30%.The results showed that the injury rate of rice potted seedling transplanting mechanism was 0.04%,the missing rate of seedling was 1.4%,the integrity rate of seedling pot matrix was 96%,and the success rate of picking seedling was 99.92%. | Jianjun Yin Zeliang Wang Maile Zhou Luning Wu Yan Zhang | 2021 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,5: | 3 |

In service conditions, the thermal expansion mismatch between CMC and superalloy plates will cause complex thermal stress and strain distributions at hole-edge areas and assembly parameters changes of the joints under elevated temperatures. These effects might lead to early damage of joint structure, which will endanger the structural integrity and load carrying capacity of aircraft components. In the present study, transient heat transfer and thermo-structural analysis of C/SiC composite and superalloy bolted joint were carried out by using a commercial FEA software ABAQUS. The stress distributions at hole-edge areas, pre-load loosening, and variation of bolt-hole clearance of CMC bolted joints under transient temperature rises were discussed for better understanding of high temperature structural behaviors. Results showed that pre-load declined with the increase of imposed hot side temperature, due to the thermal expansion mismatch between CMC and superalloy. | 16 | AI-Driven FBMC-OQAM Signal Recognition via Transform Channel Convolution Strategy显示文摘With the advent of the Industry 5.0 era,the Internet of Things(IoT)devices face unprecedented proliferation,requiring higher communications rates and lower transmission delays.Considering its high spectrum efficiency,the promising filter bank multicarrier(FBMC)technique using offset quadrature amplitude modulation(OQAM)has been applied to Beyond 5G(B5G)industry IoT networks.However,due to the broadcasting nature of wireless channels,the FBMC-OQAMindustry IoT network is inevitably vulnerable to adversary attacks frommalicious IoT nodes.The FBMC-OQAMindustry cognitive radio network(ICRNet)is proposed to ensure security at the physical layer to tackle the above challenge.As a pivotal step of ICRNet,blind modulation recognition(BMR)can detect and recognize the modulation type of malicious signals.The previous works need to accomplish the BMR task of FBMC-OQAM signals in ICRNet nodes.A novel FBMC BMR algorithm is proposed with the transform channel convolution network(TCCNet)rather than a complicated two-dimensional convolution.Firstly,this is achieved by designing a low-complexity binary constellation diagram(BCD)gridding matrix as the input of TCCNet.Then,a transform channel convolution strategy is developed to convert the image-like BCD matrix into a serieslike data format,accelerating the BMR process while keeping discriminative features.Monte Carlo experimental results demonstrate that the proposed TCCNet obtains a performance gain of 8%and 40%over the traditional inphase/quadrature(I/Q)-based and constellation diagram(CD)-based methods at a signal noise ratio(SNR)of 12 dB,respectively.Moreover,the proposed TCCNet can achieve around 29.682 and 2.356 times faster than existing CD-Alex Network(CD-AlexNet)and I/Q-Convolutional Long Deep Neural Network(I/Q-CLDNN)algorithms,respectively. | Zeliang An Tianqi Zhang Debang Liu Yuqing Xu Gert Frølund Pedersen Ming Shen | 2023 | Computers, Materials & Continua2023,76,9: | 0 |

Due to the large number of MMCACTPS system modules, I/O resources and computing speed have high requirements on processors. Moreover, the module capacitor balance is challenging because the sorting time is too long when the traditional sorting algorithm for voltage balance is used. To solve the above issues, a digital implementation scheme of flexible power control strategy for three-phase to single-phase MMC-ACTPS system based on field programmable gate array(FPGA), which has sufficient I/O resources, has been proposed. Due to the parallel execution characteristics of the FPGA, the execution time of the controller and the modulator can be greatly reduced compared with a digital signal processor(DSP) + FPGA or DSpace. In addition, an improved sorting algorithm is proposed to reduce the sorting time and the implementation steps are analyzed. | 19 | A preliminary clinic dosimetry study for synchrotron radiation therapy at SSRF显示文摘Synchrotron radiation(SR)represents a unique and innovative anti-cancer treatment due to its unique physical features,including high flux density,and tunable and collimated radiation generation.The aim of this work is to assess the dosimetric properties of SR in Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)for potential applications to clinical radiation oncology.The experiments were performed with 34 and 50 keV X-rays on the BL13W biomedical beamline of SSRF and the 6 MV X-rays from ARTISTE linac for the dosimetry study.The percentage depth dose(PDD)and the surface dose of the SR X-rays and the 6 MV photon beams were performed in solid water phantom with Gafchromic EBT3 films.All curves are normalized to the maximum calculated dose.The depth of full dose buildup is about 10μm deeper for the monoenergetic X-ray beams of 34 and 50 keV.The beam transmits through the phantom,with a linear attenuation coefficient.The profile in the horizontal plane shows that the dose distribution is uniform within the facula,while the vertical profile shows a Gaussian distribution of the dose.The penumbra is less than 0.2 mm in the horizontal profile.Gafchromic EBT film may be a useful and convenient tool for dose measurement and quality control for the high space and density resolution.It is therefore important to gain a thorough understanding about the physical features of SR before this novel technology can be applied to clinical practice. | LI Zhaobin SHI Zeliang ZHANG Qing WANG Yong FU Shen | 2013 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2013,24,6: | 0 |
| 20 | Magnetic field-induced electronic phase transition in the Dirac semimetal state of black phosphorus under pressure显示文摘Different instabilities have been confirmed to exist in the three-dimensional(3D) electron gas when it is confined to the lowest Landau level in the extreme quantum limit. The recently discovered 3D topological semimetals offer a good platform to explore these phenomena due to the small sizes of their Fermi pockets, which means the quantum limit can be achieved at relatively low magnetic fields. In this work, we report the high-magnetic-field transport properties of the Dirac semimetal state in pressurized black phosphorus. Under applied hydrostatic pressure, the band structure of black phosphorus goes through an insulator-semimetal transition. In the high pressure topological semimetal phase, anomalous behaviors are observed on both magnetoresistance and Hall resistivity beyond the relatively low quantum limit field, which is demonstrated to indicate the emergence of an exotic electronic state hosting a density wave ordering.
