| 1 | Post-Synthetic and In Situ Vacancy Repairing of Iron Hexacyanoferrate Toward Highly Stable Cathodes for Sodium-Ion Batteries显示文摘Iron hexacyanoferrate(FeHCF)is a promising cathode material for sodium-ion batteries.However,FeHCF always suffers from a poor cycling stability,which is closely related to the abundant vacancy defects in its framework.Herein,post-synthetic and in-situ vacancy repairing strategies are proposed for the synthesis of highquality FeHCF in a highly concentrated Na_(4)Fe(CN)_(6) solution.Both the post-synthetic and in-situ vacancy repaired FeHCF products(FeHCF-P and FeHCF-I)show the significant decrease in the number of vacancy defects and the reinforced structure,which can suppress the side reactions and activate the capacity from low-spin Fe in FeHCF.In particular,FeHCF-P delivers a reversible discharge capacity of 131 mAh g^(−1) at 1 C and remains 109 mAh g^(−1) after 500 cycles,with a capacity retention of 83%.FeHCF-I can deliver a high discharge capacity of 158.5 mAh g^(−1) at 1 C.Even at 10 C,the FeHCF-I electrode still maintains a discharge specific capacity of 103 mAh g^(−1) and retains 75% after 800 cycles.This work provides a new vacancy repairing strategy for the solution synthesis of high-quality FeHCF. | Min Wan Rui Zeng Jingtao Meng Zexiao Cheng Weilun Chen Jiayu Peng Wuxing Zhang Yunhui Huang | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,1: | 3 |
| 2 | Pathological Changes in Andrias davidianus Infected with Chinese Giant Salamander Ranavirus显示文摘Chinese giant salamander ranavirus(CGSRV) is an emerging pathogen in captive populations of the Chinese giant salamander(Andrias davidianus). We processed 140 morbid Chinese giant salamanders from seven captive breeding populations over five years, and describe the disease associated with CGSRV infection. The most common gross signs were significant swelling of the legs and coelomic cavity, erythema of the legs and ventrum in juveniles; cutaneous erosions and ulcerations in adults, particularly the limbs and the head; and marked petechial or ecchymotic hemorrhages of the internal organs, particularly the liver, spleen and kidney. Histological examination showed degeneration, necrosis, and inflammation in many organs, particularly in the organs where hemorrhage was observed. There was evidence of eosinophilic inclusion bodies in degenerated and necrotic cells. We identified virus particles and empty capsids without viral nucleoid in the inclusion bodies using electron microscopy. Virus particles were hexagonal or round shape, and appeared in paracrystalline arrays, aggregates, or singly. All enveloped viral particles were 140–160 nm. Polymerase chain reaction followed by sequencing verified that the virus particles were CGSRV. These results collectively support that CGSRV was the etiologic agent responsible for these mass die-offs of the Chinese giant salamander. | 13 | Uncovering the solid-phase conversion mechanism via a new range of organosulfur polymer composite cathodes for lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘The sulfur cathodes operating via solid phase conversion of sulfur have natural advantages in suppressing polysulfide dissolution and lowering the electrolyte dosage,and thus realizing significant improvements in both cycle life and energy density.To realize an ideal solid-phase conversion of sulfur,a deep understanding of the regulation path of reaction mechanism and a corresponding intentional material and/or cathode design are highly essential.Herein,via covalently fixing of sulfur onto the triallyl isocyanurate,a series of S-triallyl isocyanurate organosulfur polymer composites(STIs) are developed.Relationship between the structure and the electrochemical conversion behavior of STIs is systematically investigated.It is found that the structure of STIs varies with the synthetic temperature,and correspondingly the electrochemical redox of sulfur can be controlled from conventional 'solid-liquid-solid' conversion to the 'solid-solid' one.Among the STI series,the STI-5 composite realizes an ideal solid-phase conversion and demonstrates great potential for building a Li-S battery with high-energy density and long-cyclelife:it realizes stable cycling over 1000 cycles in carbonate electrolyte,with a degradation rate of0.053% per cycle;the corresponding pouch cell shows almost no capacity decay for 125 cycles under the conditions of high sulfur loading(4.5 mg cm^(-2)) and lean electrolyte(8 μL mg_s^(-1)).In addition,the tailoring strategy of STI can also apply to other precursors with allyl functional groups to develop new organosulfur polymers for 'solid-solid' sulfur cathodes.The vulcanized triallyl phosphate(STP) and triallylamine(STA) both show great lithium storage potential.This strategy successfully develops a new family of organosulfur polymers as cathodes for Li-S batteries via solid-phase conversion of sulfur,and brings insights to the mechanism study in Li-S batteries. | Xiang Li Dezhong Liu Ziyi Cao Yaqi Liao Zexiao Cheng Jie Chen Kai Yuan Xing Lin Zhen Li Yunhui Huang Lixia Yuan | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,9: | 0 |

Yunnan astronomical observatories (YNAO) have two solar radio spectrometers with high time and frequency resolution. An automatic detection method of solar radio burst for decimetric and metric data of YNAO is proposed in this paper. The duration of solar radio burst was counted and analyzed. Channel normalization was used to denoise the original solar radio image. Through experimental comparison, Otsu method was selected as a binary method of solar radio spectrum, and open and close operations were used to smooth the binary image. | 16 | Formation building and collision avoidance for a fleet of NAOs based on optical sensor with local positions and minimum communication显示文摘Multi-robot system has become a research hotspot because of low demand on the sensors' accuracy, high reliability, and high efficiency. To put all the robots together, formation control is a crucial problem. In this paper, we propose a local position-based method to plan trajectories and build a pyramid pattern for a fleet of NAOs in the obstacle-free environment by refering to the position-based method and giving an O(n log n) collision avoidance strategy inspired from one graph theory, where the local positions are estimated from optical sensors. To get the local positions, an integrated image processing method is developped. Firstly a mask-base is generated to store the features of NAOs, and a cross-correlation method is introduced to recognize the NAO. Subsequently, the distance and angle models are proposed to get the local information from a single image. Then, a visual compass is introduced to obtain the orientation of one NAO. After the local information exchange by the WiFi communication, a neighbor-check method is put foward to distinguish the homogeneous NAOs(all the NAOs look like the same). Further, a common frame is constructed as an artificial global frame, and straight non-intercrossing trajectories are planned according to the O(n log n) collision avoidance strategy. At last, the performance of our proposed local position-based method is verified by the simulations with up to 15 robots and the indoor experiments with 3 NAOs in a real environment. | 18 | AIFM1 variants associated with auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder cause apoptosis due to impaired apoptosis-inducing factor dimerization显示文摘Auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder(ANSD)represents a variety of sensorineural deafness conditions characterized by abnormal inner hair cells and/or auditory nerve function,but with the preservation of outer hair cell function.ANSD represents up to 15%of individuals with hearing impairments.Through mutation screening,bioinformatic analysis and expression studies,we have previously identified several apoptosis-inducing factor(AIF)mitochondria-associated 1(AIFM1)variants in ANSD families and in some other sporadic cases.Here,to elucidate the pathogenic mechanisms underlying each AIFM1 variant,we generated AIF-null cells using the clustered regularly interspersed short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9(Cas9)system and constructed AIF-wild type(WT)and AIF-mutant(mut)(p.T260A,p.R422W,and p.R451Q)stable transfection cell lines.We then analyzed AIF structure,coenzyme-binding affinity,apoptosis,and other aspects.Results revealed that these variants resulted in impaired dimerization,compromising AIF function.The reduction reaction of AIF variants had proceeded slower than that of AIF-WT.The average levels of AIF dimerization in AIF variant cells were only 34.5%-49.7%of that of AIF-WT cells,resulting in caspase-independent apoptosis.The average percentage of apoptotic cells in the variants was 12.3%-17.9%,which was significantly higher than that(6.9%-7.4%)in controls.However,nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH)treatment promoted the reduction of apoptosis by rescuing AIF dimerization in AIF variant cells.Our findings show that the impairment of AIF dimerization by AIFM1 variants causes apoptosis contributing to ANSD,and introduce NADH as a potential drug for ANSD treatment.Our results help elucidate the mechanisms of ANSD and may lead to the provision of novel therapies. | YUE QIU HONGYANG WANG HUAYE PAN JING GUAN LEI YAN MINGJIE FAN HUI ZHOU XUANHAO ZHOU KAIWEN WU ZEXIAO JIA QIANQIAN ZHUANG ZHAOYING LEI MENGYAO LI XUE DING AIFU LIN YONG FU DONG ZHANG QIUJU WANG QINGFENG YAN | 2023 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2023,24,2: | 0 |
| 19 | Flexible Scanning Method by Integrating Laser Line Sensors with Articulated Arm Coordinate Measuring Machines显示文摘Measuring and reconstructing the shape of workpieces have been considered as a fundamental step in both reverse engineering and product quality control.Owing to increasing structural complexity of recent products,measurements from multiple directions are typically required in current scanning techniques.Specifically,the plane structured light can be applied to measure one area of a part at a time,with an additional algorithm required to merge the collected data of each area.Alternatively,the line structured light sensor integrated on CNC machines or CMMs could also realize multi-view measurement.However,the system needs to be repeatedly calibrated at each new direction.This paper presents a flexible scanning method by integrating laser line sensors with articulated arm coordinate measuring machines(AACMM).Since the output of the laser line sensor is 2D raw data in the laser plane,our system model introduces an explicit transformation from the 2D sensor coordinate frame to the 3D base coordinate frame of the AACMM(i.e.,the translation and rotation the of the 2D sensor coordinate in the sixth coordinate system of AACMM).To solve the model,the“conjugate pairs”are proposed and identified by measuring a fixed point(e.g.,a sphere center).Moreover,a search algorithm is adopted to find the optimal solution,which noticeably boosts the model accuracy.The experimental results show that the error of the system is about 0.2 mm,which is caused by the error of the AACMM,the sensor error and the calibration error.By measuring a complicated part,the proposed system is proved to be flexible and facilitate,with the ability to measure a part expediently from any necessary direction.Furthermore,the proposed calibration method can also be used for robot hand-eye relationship calibration. | Zexiao Xie Ping Yu Hanlei Gong Shukai Chi Xiang Gao | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2022,35,5: | 0 |
