1Simultaneous Screening of 733 Pesticide Residues in Fruits and Vegetables by a GC/LC-Q-TOFMS Combination Technique显示文摘In this paper,we report the construction of two accurate mass databases and the development of a combination detection method that simultaneously screens for 733 pesticide and chemical contaminant multi-residues via high-throughput liquid chromatography(LC)-and gas chromatography(GC)-quadru pole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(Q-TOFMS).This work demonstrates that electronic mass spectral standards may replace chemical-source standard materials as references through one sample preparation and the combination of GC/LC-Q-TOFMS screening.This cutting-edge technique has also replaced multiresidue determination using targeted detection with non-targeted screening.The pesticide residue types,sensitivity,recovery,and reproducibility of this combination technique are evaluated in eight fruit and vegetable matrices.This technique shows three advantages:①In comparison with the discovery capability of a single technique,the combination technique shows an improvement of 51.1%(GC-QTOFMS)and 39.6%(LC-Q-TOFMS),respectively;②the combination technique can satisfy a screening limit lower than 10μg·kg^-1 and meet the requirements of“uniform standards,”although some of the pesticide residues could be optimized to further improve screening sensitivity;③over 488 pesticides with recoveries between 60%-120%and relative standard deviation(RSD)<20%at a spiked level of 10μg·kg^-1 were detected with the combination technique in eight different matrices.From 2012 to 2017,this combination technique was applied in an investigation to screen pesticide residues from 1384 sampling locations for 38138 batched samples covering 18 categories and 134 types of fruits and vegetables obtained from across the mainland of China.After statistical analysis,533 pesticides in 115891 determinations were detected,and the regularity of pesticides in the fruits and vegetables sold on the Chinese market was shown.Guofang Pang Qiaoying Chang Ruobin Bai Chunlin Fan Zijuan Zhang Hongyuan Yan Xingqiang Wu 2020Engineering2020,6,4:11

3Mechanisms underlying the beneficial effects of Kaiyu Granule for depression显示文摘The proprietary Chinese medicine preparation Kaiyu Granule is made of bupleurum,nutgrass galingale rhizome,szechwan lovage rhizome,turmeric root tuber,white peony alba,cape jasmine fruit,fried semen ziziphi jujubae,and prepared liquorice root.It is a common recipe for the clinica treatment of depression in China.In this study,after 21 days of unpredictable stress exposure Wistar rats exhibited similar behavioral changes to patients with depression.Moreover G-protein-coupled inwardly rectifying K+channel 1 mRNA and protein expression were significantly reduced in rat hippocampal CA1 and CA3 regions.However,G-protein-coupled inwardly rectifying K+channel 1 mRNA,protein expression,and rat behavior were clearly better after administration of12,8,or 4 g/kg of Kaiyu Granule when depression model rats underwent stress.12 g/kg of Kaiyu Granule had the most obvious effects on the increased expression of G-protein-coupled inwardly rectifying K+channel 1 mRNA and protein in rat hippocampal CA1 and CA3 regions.These results suggested that Kaiyu Granule improved depression by affecting G-protein-coupled inwardly rectifying K+channel 1 expression in the rat hippocampus.Xi Jin Yidan Zhang Qiaoying Li Jianjun Zhao 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,34:3

7OGG1 inhibition suppresses African swine fever virus replication显示文摘African swine fever virus(ASFV)is an important pathogen that causes a highly contagious and lethal disease in swine,for which neither a vaccine nor treatment is available.The DNA repair enzyme 8-oxoguanine DNA glycosylase 1(OGG1),which excises the oxidative base lesion 8-oxo-7,8-dihydroguanine(8-oxoG),has been linked to the pathogenesis of different diseases associated with viral infections.However,the role of OGG1-base excision repair(BER)in ASFV infection has been poorly investigated.Our study aimed to characterize the alteration of host reactive oxygen species(ROS)and OGG1 and to analyse the role of OGG1 in ASFV infection.We found that ASFV infection induced high levels and dynamic changes in ROS and 8-oxoG and consistently increased the expression of OGG1.Viral yield,transcription level,and protein synthesis were reduced in ASFV-infected primary alveolar macrophages(PAMs)treated by TH5487 or SU0268 inhibiting OGG1.The expression of BER pathway associated proteins of ASFV was also suppressed in OGG1-inhibited PAMs.Furthermore,OGG1 was found to negatively regulate interferonβ(IFN-β)production during ASFV infection and IFN-βcould be activated by OGG1 inhibition with TH5487 and SU0268,which blocked OGG1 binding to 8-oxoG.Additionally,the interaction of OGG1 with viral MGF360-14-L protein could disturb IFN-βproduction to further affect ASFV replication.These results suggest that OGG1 plays the crucial role in successful viral infection and OGG1 inhibitors SU0268 or TH5487 could be used as antiviral agents for ASFV infection.Jie Fan Xinqian Lv Saixia Yang Shuxian Geng Jifei Yang Yaru Zhao Zhonghui Zhang Zhijie Liu Guiquan Guan Jianxun Luo Qiaoying Zeng Hong Yin Qingli Niu 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,1:1
8Species Diversity Based on Vertical Structure as Indicators of Artificial Restoration for Coniferous Forests in Southwest China显示文摘Five indices of species richness, species diversity and species evenness were used to assess α diversity of four types of coniferous forests undergone different artificial regeneration time. The study was based on the vertical structure of forests, involving growth-forms of total plants as well as vertical layers of woody plants. The results showed that, except for the fourth layer of woody plants, the vertical structure of the four forests exhibited significant difference in terms of their species richness, species diversity and species evenness, suggesting that α species diversity index provided more detailed information and was a better index reflecting the regeneration processes in this region. 20Practical and modular construction of benzo[c]phenanthridine compounds显示文摘Here,we describe a general and modular strategy for the rapid assembly of benzo[c]phenanthridine(BCP)derivatives using homogeneous gold catalysis.Notably,in contrast to traditional methods based on the specially preformed substrates that have an inherent preference for the formation of this class of compounds with limited flexibility,this protocol is achieved via a selectively intramolecular cascade of a diazo-tethered alkyne and subsequently an intermolecular cyclization with a nitrile to facilitate the successive C–N and C–C bonds formation.This methodology uses readily available nitriles as the nitrogen source to deliver the products in good yield with excellent functional group compatibility.A preliminary anti-tumor activity study of these generated products exhibits high anticancer potency against five tumor cell lines,including He La,Mel624,SW-480,8505C,LAN-1.Besides,we report a catalyst-controlled intermolecular cycloaddition/intramolecular insertion of the substrate with a fulvene to provide fused polycarbocycles containing a seven-membered ring.Cheng Zhang Qian Chen Lei Wang Qiaoying Sun Yangyang Yang Matthias Rudolph Frank Rominger A.Stephen K.Hashmi 2022Science China Chemistry2022,65,7:0
