1UV/H2O2 oxidation of tri(2-chloroethyl) phosphate: Intermediate products, degradation pathway and toxicity evaluation显示文摘Tri(2-chloroethyl) phosphate(TCEP) with the initial concentration of 5 mg/L was degraded by UV/H2O2 oxidation process. The removal rate of TCEP in the UV/H2O2 system was 89.1% with the production of Cl-and PO4^3- of 0.23 and 0.64 mg/L. The removal rate of total organic carbon of the reaction was 48.8% and the pH reached 3.3 after the reaction. The oxidative degradation process of TCEP in the UV/H2O2 system obeyed the first order kinetic reaction with the apparent rate constant of 0.0025 min^-1( R^2 = 0.9788). The intermediate products were isolated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer. The addition reaction of HO · and H2O and the oxidation reaction with H2O2 were found during the degradation pathway of 5 mg/L TCEP in the UV/H2O2 system. For the first time, environment risk was estimated via the 'ecological structure activity relationships' program and acute and chronic toxicity changes of intermediate products were pointed out. The luminescence inhibition rate of photobacterium was used to evaluate the acute toxicity of intermediate products. The results showed that the toxicity of the intermediate products increased with the increase of reaction time, which may be due to the production of chlorine compounds. 3Optically probing molecular shuttling motion of[2]rotaxane by a conformation-adaptive fluorophore显示文摘A bistable[2]rotaxane with a conformation-adaptive macrocycle bearing a 9,14-diphenyl-9,14-dihydrodibenzo[a,c]phenazine(DPAC)unit was synthesized,which could be utilized to optical probe the molecular shuttling motion of the functionalized rotaxane system.The UV-vis,^(1) H NMR and PL spectroscopic data clearly demonstrated that the DPAC ring was interlocked onto the thread and the fluorescence intensity of the DPAC unit in the macrocycle was effectively regulated by the location change of the macrocycle along the thread under acid/base stimulation,which was attributed to the modulation of the intramolecular photo-induced electron transfer between the DPAC unit and the methyltriazole(MTA)unit.This bistable rotaxane system containing a conformation-adaptive fluorophore unit in the macrocycle moiety opens an alternative way to design functional bistable mechanically interlocked molecules.Chengyuan Yu Xiaodong Wang Cai-Xin Zhao Shun Yang Jiaan Gan Zhuo Wang Zhanqi Cao Da-Hui Qu 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,11:1
4PSP-Finder:A Defect Detection Method Based on Mining Correlations from Function Call Paths显示文摘Large scale programs usually imply many programming rules, which are missing from the specification documents. However, if programmers violate these rules in the process of programming, it is possible to introduce software defects. Previous works on mining function call correlation patterns only use structural information of the program, while control flow, data flow or other semantic information of the program are not exploited in those approaches. As a result, the defect detecting ability is restricted and high false rate is caused. This paper proposes a defect detection method based on mining function call association rules from program paths, which can be provided by simple static analysis. Then, the programs are automatically checked against the function call association rules for detecting suspicious defects. Based on this approach,experiments are carried out on a group of open source projects. The experiment results show that this approach can improve the capability of detecting defects and find more bugs related to program execution path. 5Strong dual-state emission of unsymmetrical and symmetrical thiazolothiazole-bridged imidazolium salts显示文摘A novel thiazolothiazole-bridged imidazole derivative(1) was found to exhibit blue fluorescence in gaseous state or in methanol and yellow fluorescence in solid state. The N-alkylation of imidazole subunit(s) in 1 using n-propyl iodide generated unsymmetrically or symmetrically alkylated thiazolothiazolebridged imidazolium salts with good water solubility and remarkably strong emission in solution. Furthermore, the replacement of iodide counter-anion by triflate or bis(trifluoromethane sulfonyl)imide achieved remarkably strong emission in solid state and in solution as well as good water solubility. 6Modeling and Optimization of a Special Multistage Star Switching (SMSSS) System with SEs at Unequal Port Rates显示文摘There has been lack of an efficient design and evaluation method for the multistage star switching(MSSS) architecture in which the ports' rates of each switching element(SE) are unequal.Thus,we identify and propose a special MSSS(SMSSS) model for the first time,where all special SEs,known as basic switching modules(BSMs),are connected hierarchically into a tree profile.Unlike the existing investigations,each BSM in this model is characterized by one highrate port and several low-rate ports.This study focuses on the analysis,design and optimization of the SMSSS model.Moreover,we propose a novel BSM cost model which relates to its flux factor considered rarely in existing studies.Two examples are demonstrated to obtain the optimal structure parameters of the SMSSS system with a minimum overall cost.The comparison of the proposed SMSSS with similar fat tree structures indicates its relative advantages.XU Zhanqi WANG Chunting ZHOU Zhiqiang HUANG Jiangjiang MA Tao 2014China Communications2014,11,7:1

8Dynamic Fracture Analysis for Shale Material by Peridynamic Modelling显示文摘In this work,a bond-based peridynamics(PD)model was built to analyze the dynamic fracture of shale material.Both the the convergence studies and the result of dynamic crack propagation were presented.As well-known,crack propagation,aggregation,and bifurcation play an critical role in the failure analysis of brittle materials such as shale.The dynamic crack propagation and branching analysis of shale by using the PD method were discussed.Firstly,the valid and accuracy of the PD model for the rock materials was verified by comparing with the existed numerical results.Secondly,we discussed the convergence both with uniform grid refinement(m-convergence)and decreasing the peridynamics horizon(δ-convergence).Then the shale material with two pre-crack under uniaxial compression using the present PD model were discussed,and the influence of the different angle of flaws on the behavior of crack propagation was also analyzed.The results shows that both the loading conditions and the angle of flaws can influences the crack propagation in shale.Zhanqi Cheng Zhenyu Wang Zhongtao Luo 2019Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2019,,3:1

12Exploratory study of microparticle transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with resection for huge hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Objective:To investigate the safety and clinical efficacy of microparticle transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(mTACE)combined with surgical resection for the treatment of huge hepatocellular carcinoma(hHCC;10 cm).Methods:A retrospective descriptive study was conducted to gather the clinical data of nine patients with hHCCs treated with mTACE combined with resection in Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital from December 2016 to July 2020.The outcome were as follows:(1)the excellent effect and adverse reactions of mTACE and(2)the efficacy and safety of perioperative resection.Count data were expressed as absolute numbers and percentages.The measurement data of the normal distribution is represented by XS,and the measurement data of the skewed distribution are represented by M(range).A paired t-test was used to compare the data of the same patient.p values<0.05 are considered statistically significant.Results:(1)Regarding the efficacy and safety of mTACE,all nine hHCCs were treated with mTACE one time.The tumor necrosis rate after particle TACE was(77.615.7)%(51.7%–100%);according to the modified response evaluation criteria in solid tumors,the objective response was partial response in eight patients and complete response in one patient.The alpha fetoprotein(AFP)level was abnormal in six cases(>20 ng/mL),of which three cases exceeded the maximum value(>30,000 ng/mL)pre-mTACE.In six patients with abnormal AFP levels,the AFP level decreased in five patients,with a median percentage of 74.5%(35.2%–96.0%).The PIVKA-II level in nine patients was>40 mAU/mL before mTACE and decreased to varying degrees after mTACE.The median percentage of decline was 76.0%(4.5%–99.8%).The maximum diameter of the tumor decreased from(13.91.9)cm(11.0–16.4 cm)to(12.81.9)cm(10.4–15.6 cm)(P?0.001)before surgical resection.Prior to the surgical resection,the tumor volume decreased from(897244)mL(436–1250 mL)to(750291)mL(260–1130 mL)(P?0.001),and the residual liver volume/standard liver volume increased from(42.812.8)%(25.8%–61.3%)to(50.214.9)%(28.8%–67.4%)(P?0.008).All patients had embolism syndrome such as fever and abdominal pain in varying degrees,and no serious complications such as liver abscess,liver and kidney failure,or ectopic embolism were noted.(2)For perioperative efficacy and safety,all lesions were successfully resected in(3111)days(14–48 days)after mTACE.The operation time was(39579)min(296–540 min),and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was(433158)mL(200–600 mL).Complications such as biliary fistula,abdominal bleeding,liver and kidney failure,or abdominal infection were not found.The postoperative hospital stay was(134)days(9–19 days).No tumor invasion was found at the cutting edge,and hepatic vein invasion was observed in one case.(3)The follow-up ended in November 2021,with a median follow-up of 34 months(16–46 months).Recurrence or distant metastasis occurred in four patients,of which two patients died.The survival times were 18 and 31 months,respectively.The other two patients were followed up for 34 and 41 months.The remaining five patients were followed up for 16–46 months without antitumor treatment or disease progression.Conclusions:mTACE combined with tumor resection is feasible for the treatment of patients with hHCC,which needs to be further confirmed by prospective studies.Ying Liu Yaqin Wang Zhanqi Wei Tianxiao Wang Shizhong Yang Canhong Xiang Xuedong Wang Lei Gong Jiahong Dong Qian Lu Yuewei Zhang 2022iLIVER2022,1,1:0

14Pyropia haitanensis polysaccharide extends lifespan by inhibiting protein aggregation in Caenorhabditis elegans显示文摘Pyropia haitanensis polysaccharide(LP)have been found for having many excellent functions such as anti-aging.Using Caenorhabditis elegans models,we evaluated the anti-aging activity of LP by observing the lifespan,reproduction,pharyngeal pumping,stress response,quantitative fluorescence of polyglutamic acid,and nuclear localization of DAF-16 of worms.The results reveal that LP could extend the adult lifespan of wild-type and polyQ nematodes,indicating a connection of its anti-aging benefit with the toxicity-suppressing effect.The number of polyglutamic acid aggregates in high concentration groups decreased by 24.39%(P<0.05)to the control.The high-dose group strongly induced DAF-16 nuclear translocation over intermediate and cytosolic localizations compared with the control(P<0.001).Therefore,we believe that LP could extend the lifespan and reduce the protein aggregation in C.elegans through nuclear DAF-16∷GFP expression.Zhongshan ZHANG Xiaomei WANG Yongliang PAN Zhanqi WANG Zhengshun WEN Feng LIU Genxiang MAO 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,2:0
15Metabolite profiling and transcriptome analyses reveal novel regulatory mechanisms of melatonin biosynthesis in hickory显示文摘Studies have shown that melatonin regulates the expression of various elements in the biosynthesis and catabolism of plant hormones.In contrast,the effects of these different plant hormones on the biosynthesis and metabolism of melatonin and their underlying molecular mechanisms are still unclear.In this study,the melatonin biosynthesis pathway was proposed from constructed metabolomic and transcriptomic libraries from hickory(Carya cathayensis Sarg.)nuts.The candidate pathway genes were further identified by phylogenetic analysis,amino-acid sequence alignment,and subcellular localization.Notably,most of the transcription factor-related genes coexpressed with melatonin pathway genes were hormone-responsive genes.Furthermore,dual-luciferase and yeast one‐hybrid assays revealed that CcEIN3(response to ethylene)and CcAZF2(response to abscisic acid)could activate melatonin biosynthesis pathway genes,a tryptophan decarboxylase coding gene(CcTDC1)and an N-acetylserotonin methyltransferase coding gene(CcASMT1),by directly binding to their promoters,respectively.Our results provide a molecular basis for the characterization of novel melatonin biosynthesis regulatory mechanisms and demonstrate for the first time that abscisic acid and ethylene can regulate melatonin biosynthesis.Wenchao Chen Jiaqi Zhang Shan Zheng Zhanqi Wang Chuanmei Xu Qixiang Zhang Jiasheng Wu Heqiang Lou 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:0

17Spatiotemporal mismatch of land use functions and land use efficiencies and their influencing factors:A case study in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River,China显示文摘Identification of the spatial mismatch between land use functions(LUFs)and land use efficiencies(LUEs)is essential to regional land use policies.However,previous studies about LUF-LUE mismatch and its driving factors have been insufficient.In this study,we explored the spatiotemporal mismatch of LUFs and LUEs and their influencing factors from 2000 to 2018 in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River(MRYR).Specifically,we used Spearman correlation analysis to reveal the trade-off relationship between LUFs and LUEs and determine the direction of the influencing factors on the LUF-LUE mismatch,adopted spatial mismatch analysis to measure the imbalance between LUFs and LUEs,and used the geographical detector model to analyze the factors influencing this spatial mismatch.The results showed that production function(PDF),living function(LVF),ecological function(ELF),agricultural production efficiency(APE),urban construction efficiency(UCE),and ecological services efficiency(ESE)all displayed significant spatial heterogeneity.The high trade-off areas were widely distributed and long-lasting in agricultural space and urban space,while gradually decreasing in ecological space.Wuhan and Changsha showed high spatial mismatch coefficients in urban space,but low spatial mismatch coefficients in agricultural space.Hunan generally presented high spatial mismatch coefficients in ecological space.Furthermore,the interaction of the proportion of cultivated area and transportation accessibility exacerbated the mismatch in agricultural space.The interaction effects of capital investment and technology innovation with other factors have the most intense impact on the mismatch in urban space.The internal factor for cultivated area interacts with other external factors to drastically affect ecological spatial mismatch.GAO Yunxiao WANG Zhanqi CHAI Ji ZHANG Hongwei 2024Journal of Geographical Sciences2024,34,1:0
