| 1 | Research on optimized GA-SVM vehicle speed prediction model based on driver-vehicle-road-traffic system显示文摘The accurate prediction of vehicle speed plays an important role in vehicle's real-time energy management and online optimization control. However, the current forecast methods are mostly based on traffic conditions to predict the speed, while ignoring the impact of the driver-vehicle-road system on the actual speed profile. In this paper, the correlation of velocity and its effect factors under various driving conditions were firstly analyzed based on driver-vehicle-road-traffic data records for a more accurate prediction model. With the modeling time and prediction time considered separately, the effectiveness and accuracy of several typical artificial-intelligence speed prediction algorithms were analyzed. The results show that the combination of niche immunegenetic algorithm-support vector machine(NIGA-SVM) prediction algorithm on the city roads with genetic algorithmsupport vector machine(GA-SVM) prediction algorithm on the suburb roads and on the freeway can sharply improve the accuracy and timeliness of vehicle speed forecasting. Afterwards, the optimized GA-SVM vehicle speed prediction model was established in accordance with the optimized GA-SVM prediction algorithm at different times. | 2 | Spatiotemporal variations of nitrate sources and dynamics in a typical agricultural riverine system under monsoon climate显示文摘Nitrogen pollution is a serious environmental issue in the Danjiangkou Reservoir region(DRR),the water source of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project of China.In this research,seasonal surveys and a bi-weekly time series survey were conducted in the Qihe River Basin,one of the most densely populated agricultural basins in the DRR.Hydrochemical compositions(NO3^-Cl^-),dual isotopes(δD-H2O,δ^18O-H2O,δ^15N-NO3^-,andδ^18O-NO3^-),and a Markov Chain Monte Carlo isotope mixing model were jointly applied to unravel the sources,migrations,and transformations of the nitrate(NO3^-)in the basin.It was revealed that the mixing between different sources was the main process controlling the isotopic compositions of the riverine NO3the upper-middle reaches.In contrast,denitrification occurred in the lower reaches.For the first time,the sources of NO3^-quantified at a basin scale in the DRR.Overall,the river transported 484.2 tons/year of NO3^-N to the reservoir,of which 32.6%,36.4%,28.0%,and 3.0%was from soil organic nitrogen,chemical fertilizer,residential sewage and atmospheric precipitation,respectively.The NO3^-N fluxes of the different sources were regulated by the monsoon climate and anthropogenic activities.For example,high precipitation and intense fertilization resulted in severe nonpoint source pollution.Denitrification thrived in soils and reservoirs in wet seasons.Temperature could regulate the migration,nitrification and denitrification processes.Based on the results,we suggest that the management strategies dealing with nitrogen pollution issue in the DRR should follow the specific spatiotemporal characteristics of NO3migration and transformation mechanisms. | Hao Jiang Wenjing Liu Jiangyi Zhang Li Zhou Xiaode Zhou Ke Pan Tong Zhao Yuchen Wang Zhifang Xu | 2020 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,7: | 5 |
| 3 | A NOVEL ALGORITHM FOR SIDE PEAKS SUPPRESSION OF AMBIGUITY FUNCTION FOR PASSIVE RADAR BASED ON CHINESE DTTB SIGNAL显示文摘The ambiguity function of Chinese standard Digital Television Terrestrial Broadcasting (DTTB) signals for passive radar contains one main peak and many side peaks. The side peaks may cause the false alarms. The relative positions and the reasons for the side peaks are analyzed and a new algorithm for side peaks suppression is proposed in this paper. The algorithm, in consideration of the characteristics of the structure of the frame, can eliminate the side peaks completely in the valid Doppler observation interval by setting the reference signals to zero at equal intervals. | 6 | Red AIE conjugated polyelectrolytes for long-term tracing and image-guided photodynamic therapy of tumors显示文摘Robust photosensitizers with strong red/NIR fluorescence, efficient reactive oxygen species(ROS) generation and high photostability are highly desired for photodynamic therapy(PDT). Herein, three novel red conjugated polyelectrolytes(CPEs) with tetraphenylethene and 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole on the main chains and triphenylphosphonium on the side chains are developed.These CPEs display apparent aggregation-induced emission feature and high fluorescence quantum yields in the aggregated state. They can target lysosome in He La cells for fluorescence bioimaging. By virtue of the good retention effect and high photostability, these CPEs show ultralong-term tracing performance of subcutaneous tumors, and the tumor site can still be visualized for 20 days after injection. Owing to their good biocompatibility and strong ROS generation ability, the image-guided PDT based on these CPEs can effectively inhibit the growth of subcutaneous tumor and significantly prolong the survival of tumor bearing mice. The H&E and IHC staining reveal that the PDT of these CPEs depress the proliferation of tumor cells, and promote apoptosis and necrosis process. | 9 | Integrating urban morphology and land surface temperature characteristics for urban functional area classification显示文摘The classification of urban functional areas plays an important role in urban planning and resource management.Although previous studies have confirmed that different urban func-tional areas have different morphological structures and Land Surface Temperature(LST)characteristics,these two types of characteristics have rarely been fully integrated and used for functional area classification.In this paper,a new framework for classifying urban functional areas is proposed by combining urban morphological features and LST features.First,metrics are constructed from three levels,namely,building,road and region,which are used to portray urban morphology;LST is retrieved using thermal infrared remote sensing to reflect LST features with four metrics:the average temperature,maximum temperature,temperature difference and standard deviation of temperature.Then,the functional areas are classified into four categories:service/public land,commercial land,residential land and industrial land.A random forest algorithm is used to effectively fuse the features of these two categories and classify the functional areas.The effectiveness of the proposed framework is tested in the study area of Shenzhen City,Guangdong Province.The results show that the combined classification accuracy of the proposed classification method is 0.85,which is 0.26 higher than that of the classification model based on urban morphology and 0.1 higher than that of the classification model based on LST features.The proposed framework verifies that the integration of LST features into urban functional area classification is reliable and effectively combines urban morphology and LST features for functional area classification. | Bin Li Yefei Liu Hanfa Xing Yuan Meng Guang Yang Xiaoding Liu Yaolong Zhao | 2022 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2022,25,2: | 0 |
