| 1 | Non-equilibrium between ions and electrons inside hot spots from National Ignition Facility experiments显示文摘The non-equilibrium between ions and electrons in the hot spot can relax the ignition conditions in inertial confinement fusion[Fan et al.,Phys.Plasmas 23,010703(2016)],and obvious ion-electron non-equilibrium could be observed by our simulations of high-foot implosions when the ion-electron relaxation is enlarged by a factor of 2.On the other hand,in many shots of high-foot implosions on the National Ignition Facility,the observed X-ray enhancement factors due to ablator mixing into the hot spot are less than unity assuming electrons and ions have the same temperature[Meezan et al.,Phys.Plasmas 22,062703(2015)],which is not self-consistent because it can lead to negative ablator mixing into the hot spot.Actually,this non-consistency implies ion-electron non-equilibrium within the hot spot.From our study,we can infer that ion-electron non-equilibrium exists in high-foot implosions and the ion temperature could be~9%larger than the equilibrium temperature in some NIF shots. | Zhengfeng Fan Yuanyuan Liu Bin Liu Chengxin Yu Ke Lan Jie Liu | 2017 | Matter and Radiation at Extremes2017,2,1: | 5 |
| 2 | Theoretical and simulation research of hydrodynamic instabilities in inertial-confinement fusion implosions显示文摘Inertial fusion energy(IFE)has been considered a promising,nearly inexhaustible source of sustainable carbon-free power for the world's energy future.It has long been recognized that the control of hydrodynamic instabilities is of critical importance for ignition and high-gain in the inertial-confinement fusion(ICF)hot-spot ignition scheme.In this mini-review,we summarize the progress of theoretical and simulation research of hydrodynamic instabilities in the ICF central hot-spot implosion in our group over the past decade.In order to obtain sufficient understanding of the growth of hydrodynamic instabilities in ICF,we first decompose the problem into different stages according to the implosion physics processes.The decomposed essential physics processes that are associated with ICF implosions,such as Rayleigh-Taylor instability(RTI),Richtmyer-Meshkov instability(RMI),Kelvin-Helmholtz instability(KHI),convergent geometry effects,as well as perturbation feed-through are reviewed.Analytical models in planar,cylindrical,and spherical geometries have been established to study different physical aspects,including density-gradient,interface-coupling,geometry,and convergent effects.The influence of ablation in the presence of preheating on the RTI has been extensively studied by numerical simulations.The KHI considering the ablation effect has been discussed in detail for the first time.A series of single-mode ablative RTI experiments has been performed on the Shenguang-Ⅱlaser facility.The theoretical and simulation research provides us the physical insights of linear and weakly nonlinear growths,and nonlinear evolutions of the hydrodynamic instabilities in ICF implosions,which has directly supported the research of ICF ignition target design.The ICF hot-spot ignition implosion design that uses several controlling features,based on our current understanding of hydrodynamic instabilities,to address shell implosion stability,has been briefly described,several of which are novel. | LiFeng Wang WenHua Ye XianTu He JunFeng Wu ZhengFeng Fan Chuang Xue HongYu Guo WenYong Miao YongTeng Yuan JiaQin Dong Guo Jia Jing Zhang YingJun Li Jie Liu Min Wang YongKun Ding WeiYan Zhang | 2017 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2017,60,5: | 4 |

| 6 | Simplified methods to isolate,culture and purify olfactory ensheathing cells显示文摘Conventional methods for harvesting,culturing and purifying olfactory ensheathing cells are complicated,time-consuming,and poorly reproducible.Olfactory bulbs were detached from adult Sprague Dawley rats and olfactory ensheathing cells were isolated using shearing,dispersion processes.After the primary cultures reached confluence,the cells were purified using a three-step process.The olfactory ensheathing cells attached and grew rapidly.The purity of the olfactory ensheathing cells increased following the three purification steps,eventually exceeding 95%.These cells could be maintained for an extended period time in culture.This simple,inexpensive,reproducible method of harvesting,culturing and purifying olfactory ensheathing cells shortens the culture cycle and provides sufficient olfactory ensheathing cells of controllable purity. | Zhengfeng Lu Yixin Shen Peng Zhang Zhihai Fan Qirong Dong Min Wang | 2010 | Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,19: | 1 |

The first part will introduce eco- centrism, eco-centric management, and one major way to achieve eco-centric management in reality. Second, the environmental regulations of United Nation (UN) and China will be analyzed and compared to find out whether they are eco-centric. Moreover, the implementation of environmental regulation in China will be analyzed because regulation cannot exist without proper implementation.
