| 2 | Heat and power load dispatching considering energy storage of district heating system and electric boilers显示文摘As one of promising clean and low-emission energy, wind power is being rapidly developed in China.However, it faces serious problem of wind curtailment,particularly in northeast China, where combined heat and power(CHP) units cover a large proportion of the district heat supply. Due to the inherent strong coupling between the power and the heat load, the operational flexibility of CHP units is severely restricted in winter to meet the heat supply demand, which imparts considerable stress on the wind power connection to the grid. To promote the integration of wind power and enhance the flexibility of CHP units, this paper presented a method of heat and power load dispatching by exploring the energy storage ability of electric heating boilers and district heating systems. The optimization results indicate that the proposed method can integrate additional wind power into the grid and reduce the coal consumption of CHP units over the optimized period. | 5 | An active damping vibration control system for wind tunnel models显示文摘In wind tunnels, long cantilever sting support systems with low structural damping encounter flow separation and turbulence during wind tunnel tests, which results in destructive low-frequency and big-amplitude resonance, leading to data quality degradation and test envelope limitation. To ensure planed test envelope and obtain high-quality data, an active damping vibration control system independent of balance signal based on stackable piezoelectric actuators and velocity feedback using accelerometer, is proposed to improve the support stability and wind tunnel testing safety in transonic wind tunnel. Meanwhile, a design of powerful sting-root embedded active damping device is given and an active vibration control method is presented based on the mechanism analysis of aircraft model vibration. Furthermore, a self-adaptive fuzzy Proportion Differentiation(PD) control model is proposed to realize control parameters adjustment automatically for various testing conditions. Besides, verification tests are performed in laboratory and a continuous transonic wind tunnel. | 6 | Gene Cloning and Expression of the Pyrroline-5-carboxylate Reductase Gene of Perennial Ryegrass(Lolium perenne)显示文摘Salt and drought limit the range of applications of perennial ryegrass(Lolium perenne L.), which is one of the important turf and forage grasses. Previous studies have suggested that pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase(P5CR) might play a central role in proline accumulation in plants that are responsive to stresses. In the present study, the Lolium perenne L. pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase(LpP 5CR) gene was cloned from leaves of the cultivar ‘Derby' using the RACE technique. The full-length LpP 5CR gene was 1 047 bp in length, which comprised an open reading frame(ORF) of 840 bp in size. Sequence alignment revealed that the putative Lp P5 CR had a 94.3% similarity to Ta P5 CR. q RT-PCR displayed that the mR NA levels of the LpP 5CR gene were almost the same as that in the roots, stems, and leaves of perennial ryegrass seedlings subjected to normal condition or NaC l treatment for 1 h. Moreover, the transcription level of LpP 5CR was up- or down- regulated with Na Cl, polyethylene glycol(PEG), cold, or abscisic acid(ABA) treatment for 3 to 48 h. In addition, confocal microscopy localized the GFP-Lp P5 CR fusion protein to the cytoplasm of onion epidermal cells. | 7 | Reduced Soil Moisture Contributes to More Intense and More Frequent Heat Waves in Northern China显示文摘Heat waves have attracted increasing attention in recent years due to their frequent occurrence.The present study investigates the heat wave intensity and duration in China using daily maximum temperature from 753 weather stations from 1960 to 2010.In addition,its relationships with soil moisture local forcing on the ten-day period and monthly scales in spring and summer are analyzed using soil moisture data from weather stations and ERA40 reanalysis data.And finally,a mechanistic analysis is carried out using CAM5.1(Community Atmosphere Model,version 5.1) coupled with CLM2(Community Land Model,version 2).It is found that the heat wave frequency and duration show a sandwich distribution across China,with high occurrence rates in Southeast China and Northwest China,where the maximum frequency and duration exceeded 2.1 times and 9 days per year,respectively.The increasing trends in both duration and intensity occurred to the north of 35°N.The relationships between heat wave frequency in northern China in July(having peak distribution) and soil moisture in the earlier stage(from March to June) and corresponding period(July) are further analyzed,revealing a strong negative correlation in March,June and July,and thus showing that soil moisture in spring and early summer could be an important contributor to heat waves in July via positive subtropical high anomalies.However,the time scales of influence were relatively short in the semi-humid and humid regions,and longer in the arid region.The contribution in the corresponding period took place via positive subtropical high anomalies and positive surface skin temperature and sensible heat flux anomalies. | ZHANG Jie LIU Zhenyuan CHEN Li | 2015 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2015,32,9: | 6 |

| 9 | Simulative technology for auxiliary fuel tank separation in a wind tunnel显示文摘In this paper,we propose a simulative experimental system in wind tunnel conditions for the separation of auxiliary fuel tanks from an aircraft.The experimental system consists of a simulative release mechanism,a scaled model and a pose measuring system.A new release mechanism was designed to ensure stability of the separation.Scaled models of the auxiliary fuel tank were designed and their moment of inertia was adjusted by installing counterweights inside the model.Pose parameters of the scaled model were measured and calculated by a binocular vision system.Additionally,in order to achieve high brightness and high signal-to-noise ratio of the images in the dark enclosed wind tunnel,a new high-speed image acquisition method based on miniature self-emitting units was presented.Accuracy of the pose measurement system and repeatability of the separation mechanism were verified in the laboratory.Results show that the position precision of the pose measurement system can reach 0.1 mm,the precision of the pitch and yaw angles is less than 0.1° and that of the roll angle can be up to 0.3°.Besides,repeatability errors of models' velocity and angular velocity controlled by the release mechanism remain small,satisfying the measurement requirements.Finally,experiments for the separation of auxiliary fuel tanks were conducted in the laboratory. | Ma Xin Liu Wei Chen Ling Li Xiao Jia Zhenyuan Shang Zhiliang | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2016,29,3: | 5 |

When the presence of non-homogeneity in CFAR reference windows is indicated by a VI-CFAR detector, a switchingCFAR detector is introduced to optimize the performance of the VI-CFAR detector in homogeneous, multiple targets and clutter edge backgrounds. The structure and parameters selection method of the SVI-CFAR detector is presented. Comparisons with classic CFAR detectors and recently proposed detectors are also given. | 12 | Ge nanoparticles uniformly immobilized on 3D interconnected porous graphene frameworks as anodes for high-performance lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Germanium(Ge), an alloy-type anode material for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs), possesses many advantages such as high theoretical capacity and decent electrical conductivity. Nevertheless, its application is restricted by tremendous volume variation and tardy reaction kinetic during discharge/charge process.In this paper, the Ge/3DPG composites with Ge nanoparticles uniformly dispersed in 3D interconnected porous graphene(3DPG) skeleton are successfully prepared using a template-assisted in-situ reduction method. The unique 3D interconnected porous graphene can not only enhance the electronic conductivity and reaction kinetics of the materials, but also provide sufficient buffer space to effectively mitigate the volume expansion during cycling and strengthen the structural integrity. Moreover, the small-sized Ge nanoparticles in close conjunction with the 3D graphene can boost the surface-controlled reaction of the electrode, which contributes to a fast charge–discharge rate capability. The Ge/3DPG composite with optimized Ge/graphene mass ratio delivers high reversible specific capacity(1102 mAh g^(-1) after 100 cycles at 0.2 C), outstanding rate capability(494 mAh g^(-1) at 5 C), and admirable cycling stability(85.3% of capacity retention after 250 cycles at 0.5 C). | 13 | Identification and characterization of Mini1, a gene regulating rice shoot development显示文摘The aerial parts of higher plants are generated from the shoot apical meristem(SAM). In this study, we isolated a small rice(Oryza sativa L.) mutant that showed premature termination of shoot development and was named mini rice 1(mini1). The mutant was first isolated from a japonica cultivar Zhonghua11(ZH11) subjected to ethyl methanesulfonate(EMS)treatment. With bulked segregant analysis(BSA) and map-based cloning method, Mini1 gene was finally fine-mapped to an interval of 48.6 kb on chromosome 9. Sequence analyses revealed a single base substitution from G to A was found in the region, which resulted in an amino acid change from Gly to Asp.The candidate gene Os09g0363900 was predicted to encode a putative adhesion of calyx edges protein ACE(putative HOTHEAD precursor) and genetic complementation experiment confirmed the identity of Mini1. Os09g0363900 contains glucose-methanol-choline(GMC) oxidoreductase and NAD(P)-binding Rossmann-like domain, and exhibits high similarity to Arabidopsis HOTHEAD(HTH). | 14 | Flow Field and Temperature Field of Water-Cooling-Type Magnetic Coupling显示文摘At present, the water-cooling simulation of the water-cooled magnetic coupler is based on the water-cooled motor and the hydraulic coupler, which cannot accurately characterize the temperature distribution of the rotating watercooled coupling of the coupler. Focusing on rotating water cooling radiating, the present paper proposes simulating the water cooling temperature field as well as the flow field through the method of combining fluid-solid coupled heat transfer and MRF(Multiphase Reference Frame). In addition, taking an 800 kW magnetic coupling as an example, the paper optimizes the shape, number, cooling water inlet speed? and so on? of the cooling channel. Considering factors such as the complete machine’s temperature, and drag torque, it is proved that the cooling e ect is best when there are 36 involute curved channels and when the inlet speed is 3 m/s. Further, through experiments, the actual temperature values at six di erent positions when 50 kW and 70 kW thermal losses di er are measured. The measured values agree with the simulation results, proving the correctness of the proposed method.
