1Basin assemblages and tectonic evolution in the Bohai Gulfand its neighbors显示文摘According to multi- disciplinary research advances in recent years, three blocks which named Jiaoliao - Bohai block, central North China block and Ordos block are divided. The differences of the tectonic association, types, styles and features in the space, and evolution from Archaean to Cenozoic in the time, between the former two blocks are discussed. Tectonic features and evolution in the four tectonic stages of Precambrian, Indo- China, Yanshanian and Cenozoic are emphasized especially here. All of them described above have inherit and neogenic property. The temporal-spatial change and interaction among basin assemblages in the above four stages are analyzed. 2Comparison of algorithms for monitoring wheat powdery mildew using multi-angular remote sensing data显示文摘Powdery mildew is a disease that threatens wheat production and causes severe economic losses worldwide. Its timely diagnosis is imperative for preventing and controlling its spread. In this study, the multiangle canopy spectra and disease severity of wheat were investigated at several developmental stages and degrees of disease severity. Four wavelength variable-selected algorithms: successive projection(SPA), competitive adaptive reweighted sampling(CARS), feature selection learning(Relief-F), and genetic algorithm(GA), were used to identify bands sensitive to powdery mildew. The wavelength variables selected were used as input variables for partial least squares(PLS), extreme learning machine(ELM), random forest(RF), and support vector machine(SVM) algorithms, to construct a suitable prediction model for powdery mildew. Spectral reflectance and conventional vegetation indices(VIs) displayed angle effects under several disease severity indices(DIs). The CARS method selected relatively few wavelength variables and showed a relatively homogeneous distribution across the 13 viewing zenith angles.Overall accuracies of the four modeling algorithms were ranked as follows: ELM(0.70–0.82) > PLS(0.63–0.79) > SVM(0.49–0.69) > RF(0.43–0.69). Combinations of features and algorithms generated varied accuracies, with coefficients of determination(R^(2)) single-peaked at different observation angles. The constructed CARS-ELM model extracted a predictable bivariate relationship between the multi-angle canopy spectrum and disease severity, yielding an R^(2)> 0.8 at each measured angle. Especially for larger angles,monitoring accuracies were increased relative to the optimal VI model(40% at-60°, 33% at +60°), indicating that the CARS-ELM model is suitable for extreme angles of-60° and +60°. 9Application of Energy Saving Technology in Trichlorosilane Distillation Purification Process显示文摘The trichlorosilane(TCS)purification process consumes a significant amount of energy to achieve the high purity requirement for TCS quality(99.9999%).This work proposed a series of energy saving technology to enhance the TCS purification process,including the conventional process,the conventional process coupled with heat-pump(HP),the multi-effect distillation process,and the dividing-wall columns process.All proposed schemes have been conceptually constructed by Aspen Plus.The design and optimization of the processes have been performed by the sensitivity analysis and the response surface methodology.Moreover,the energy consumption and total annual cost(TAC)for these schemes were discussed.The simulation results show that the TAC of the conventional process coupled with the integrated heat pump can reduce 50.5%of energy consumption as compared with the conventional process;the double-effect and three-effect processes can save 15.6%and 33.8%of energy consumption,respectively;the dividing wall column process and that coupled with the heat pump process can reduce by 22.3%and 48.1%of energy consumption,respectively.It can be found that the operating cost can be saved by using the heat pump technology,while the capital cost increases due to the investment in the compressor,when the processes coupled with the heat pump are used.These results demonstrate that the conventional process coupled with the HP technology has advantages over other distillation schemes for TCS purification in terms of the energy saving and economic effects.Qie Siyuan Pang Weiwei Zhao Ming Huang Zheqing 2019China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2019,21,3:0

11Effect of Particle Orientation on Heat Transfer in Arrays of Prolate Particles显示文摘Direct Numerical Simulations have been carried out to study the forced convection heat transfer of flow through fixed prolate particles for a variety of aspect ratios ar={5/4,5/3,5/1}with Reynolds number(Re)up to 100.Three variations of the solid volume fraction c={0.1,0.2,0.3}with four Hermans orientation factors S={−0.5,0,0.5,1}are studied.It has been found that changes in S cause prominent variations in the Nusselt number.In general,Nusselt number increases with the decrease of S.For all three aspect ratios,the Nusselt number remains a linear function of S at different c and Re.Therefore,it is concluded that,for heat transfer from prolate muti-particle system,the effects of orientations cannot be ignored.A new correlation for Nusselt number has been developed for arrays of prolate particles using the simulation data as a function of Re,c,S and ar.Romana Basit Xinyang Li Zheqing Huang Qiang Zhou 2023Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,8:0
