| 3 | A Secure Rotation Invariant LBP Feature Computation in Cloud Environment显示文摘In the era of big data,outsourcing massive data to a remote cloud server is a promising approach.Outsourcing storage and computation services can reduce storage costs and computational burdens.However,public cloud storage brings about new privacy and security concerns since the cloud servers can be shared by multiple users.Privacy-preserving feature extraction techniques are an effective solution to this issue.Because the Rotation Invariant Local Binary Pattern(RILBP)has been widely used in various image processing fields,we propose a new privacy-preserving outsourcing computation of RILBP over encrypted images in this paper(called PPRILBP).To protect image content,original images are encrypted using block scrambling,pixel circular shift,and pixel diffusion when uploaded to the cloud server.It is proved that RILBP features remain unchanged before and after encryption.Moreover,the server can directly extract RILBP features from encrypted images.Analyses and experiments confirm that the proposed scheme is secure and effective,and outperforms previous secure LBP feature computing methods. | Shiqi Wang Mingfang Jiang Jiaohua Qin Hengfu Yang Zhichen Gao | 2021 | Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,9: | 0 |
| 4 | Adaptive Reversible Visible Watermarking Based on Total Variation for BTC-Compressed Images显示文摘Few previous Reversible Visible Watermarking(RVW)schemes have both good transparency and watermark visibility.An adaptive RVW scheme that integrates Total Variation and visual perception in Block Truncation Coding(BTC)compressed domain,called TVB-RVW is proposed in this paper.A new mean image estimation method for BTC-compressed images is first developed with the help of Total Variation.Then,a visual perception factor computation model is devised by fusing texture and luminance characteristics.An adaptive watermark embedding strategy is used to embed the visible watermark with the effect of the visual perception factor in the BTC domain.Moreover,a lossless embedding method of the encrypted visible watermark is exploited to deter illegal watermark removal.The visible watermark can be removed since the visual perception factor and the estimated mean image remain unchanged before and after watermark embedding.Extensive experiments validate the superiority of the proposed algorithm over previous RVW schemes in BTC in terms of the visual quality of watermarked images and watermark visibility,and it can achieve a good balance between transparency and watermark visibility. | Hengfu Yang Mingfang Jiang Zhichen Gao | 2023 | Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,3: | 0 |
| 5 | Sedimentary Features and Paleogeographic Evolution of the Middle Permian Trough Basin in Zunyi,Guizhou,South China显示文摘Based on detailed field surveys,numerous sections and drillcores as well as analyses of lithofacies and sedimentary facies,sedimentary differentiation in the Middle Permian Zunyi(northern Guizhou,South China)trough basin was studied in detail.Caused by activities of the Emeishan mantle plume,the regional extensional setting and the extinguishing of carbonate production factories were shown from Guizhou to Yunnan.Three types of sedimentary enironments were developed in the study area:platform,slope,and basin.In this work,we established a sedimentary model for the study area,identified 14 syndepositional faults,and created the detailed reconstruction of the trough basin via a sedimentological investigation.It is found that the paleogeographic evolution of the study area can be divided into six stages:(1)a pre-rifting stage,(2)rapid rifting and subsidence,(3)stable rifting and subsidence,(4)the second stage of rifting and subsidence,(5)silicification,and(6)regional uplift and denudation.The sedimentary features and paleogeographic evolution of the Maokou Formation in Zunyi show that the platform,slope,and basin sedimentary features coexisted.In addition,the extensional setting and extinguishing of carbonate production factories were important preconditions for the evolution of the platform region in the study area,and the activity of syndepositional faults also played an important role in the paleogeographic evolution of this area. | Zhichen Liu Qi Zhou Ke Liu Yang Wang Deng Chen Yunming Chen Lin Xiao | 2023 | Journal of Earth Science2023,34,6: | 0 |
| 6 | A kidney-brain neural circuit drives progressive kidney damage and heart failure显示文摘Chronic kidney disease(CKD)and heart failure(HF)are highly prevalent,aggravate each other,and account for substantial mortality.However,the mechanisms underlying cardiorenal interaction and the role of kidney afferent nerves and their precise central pathway remain limited.Here,we combined virus tracing techniques with optogenetic techniques to map a polysynaptic central pathway linking kidney afferent nerves to subfornical organ(SFO)and thereby to paraventricular nucleus(PVN)and rostral ventrolateral medulla that modulates sympathetic outflow.This kidney-brain neural circuit was overactivated in mouse models of CKD or HF and subsequently enhanced the sympathetic discharge to both the kidney and the heart in each model.Interruption of the pathway by kidney deafferentation,selective deletion of angiotensin II type 1a receptor(AT1a)in SFO,or optogenetic silence of the kidney-SFO or SFO-PVN projection decreased the sympathetic discharge and lessened structural damage and dysfunction of both kidney and heart in models of CKD and HF.Thus,kidney afferent nerves activate a kidney-brain neural circuit in CKD and HF that drives the sympathetic nervous system to accelerate disease progression in both organs.These results demonstrate the crucial role of kidney afferent nerves and their central connections in engaging cardiorenal interactions under both physiological and disease conditions.This suggests novel therapies for CKD or HF targeting this kidney-brain neural circuit. | Wei Cao Zhichen Yang Xiaoting Liu Siqiang Ren Huanjuan Su Bihui Yang Youhua Liu Christopher S.Wilcox Fan Fan Hou | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,6: | 0 |
| 7 | Undelayed Initialization Using Dual Channel Vision for Ego-Motion in Power Line Inspection显示文摘This paper presents a novel approach to the initialization of an ego-motion estimation technique for autonomous power line inspection. Dual channel vision, consisting of an infrared and optical camera, is typically adopted during inspection. The infrared camera is far more proficient at reliably detecting heated regions of the power tower which can be regarded as a prior relationship between the tower and cameras. Using the infrared camera, which is equipped parallel to the optical camera, an incomplete correspondence between the optical image and a 3D CAD model is established. Depending on the degree of correspondence, the initial pose of the CAD model in the optical image is estimated through two stages of coarseto-fine estimation. The primary contributions of this paper include: 1) using dual vision for partial initialization; 2) incorporating two-stage algorithms to estimate an accurate pose quickly; 3) implementing an algorithm which functions correctly regardless of the motion blur or background texture. | 8 | Development of the Self-doping Porous Carbon and Its Application in Supercapacitor Electrode显示文摘The massive discharge of biomass wastes not only causes waste of resources,but also pollutes the environment.Therefore,converting biomass wastes into carbon materials is an effective way to solve the above problems.Here,using biomass waste pig nails as raw materials and K_(2)CO_(3) as chemical activators,the N-doped porous carbon(KPNC)is prepared by direct pyrolysis.As an electrode for supercapacitors,the electrochemical tests of KPNCs showed that they exhibited good electrochemical performance and excellent cycling stability.When the current density is 0.2 A/g,the specific capacitance is up to 344.6 F/g.Moreover,it still maintains 97.6%initial capacitance retention after 2000 cycles at a high current density of 5 A/g.Above exceptional electrochemical performances may be ascribed to an appropriate porous structure(Smicro/Stotal=80.31%,Vmicro/Vtotal=76.19%),high nitrogen contents(4.44%,atomic fraction),oxygen contents(9.13%,atomic fraction)as well as small internal resistance.The above experimental results show that the conversion of pig nails to porous carbon can reduce the waste of resources and alleviate environmental pollution. | YANG Zhichen KANG Xiaoting ZOU Bo YUAN Xuna LI Yajie WU Qin GUO Yupeng | 2022 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,4: | 0 |
