5Architecture design for reliable and reconfigurable FPGA-based GNC computer for deep space exploration显示文摘SRAM(static random access memory)-based FPGA(field programmable gate array), owing to its large capacity, high performance, and dynamical reconfiguration, has become an attractive platform for So PC(system on programmable chip) development. However, as the configuration memory and logic memory of the SRAM-based FPGA are highly susceptible to SEUs(single-event upsets) in deep space, it is a challenge to design and implement a highly reliable FPGA-based system for spacecraft, and no practical architecture has been proposed. In this paper, a new architecture for a reliable and reconfigurable FPGAbased computer in a highly critical GNC(guidance navigation and control) system is proposed. To mitigate the effect of an SEU on the system, multi-layer reconfiguration and multi-layer TMR(triple module redundancy) techniques are proposed, with a reliable reconfigurable real-time operating system(Space OS) managing the system level fault tolerance of the computer in the architecture. The proposed architecture for the reconfigurable FPGA-based computer has been implemented with COTS(commercial off the shelf) FPGA and has firstly been applied to the GNC system of a circumlunar return and reentry flight vehicle. 6Numerical and experimental research on different inlet configurations of high speed centrifugal compressor显示文摘Three different inlet configurations,including a original straight pipe and two bend pipes with different axial length,for a high speed low mass flow centrifugal compressor were modeled with whole blade passages and simulated unsteadily by 3D viscous Navier-Stokes equations.The performance disparities of compressor stage were tested and verified by experiments in which dynamic pressure data acquisition of internal flow field was performed.As the result shows,the choke point decreases to lower mass flow rate due to the distortion caused by bend-pipe inlet and is aggravated as the rotation speed increases.The distortion effect spreads circumferentially in impeller and makes the flow structure varied.The longer axial distance bent inlet leads to larger radial distortion and heavy blockage at mid-span under large mass flow mainly causes compressor choke margin nar-rowed.Bend pipe distortion brings an impact up to diffuser on unsteady pressure pulsation caused by blades sweep and the impact appears more powerful when it is closer to volute tongue.LI Du YANG Ce ZHOU Mi ZHU ZhiFu WANG Hang 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,1:9
7A Review on Binderless Tungsten Carbide: Development and Application显示文摘WC-Co alloys have enjoyed great practical significance owing to their excellent properties during the past decades.Despite the advantages,however,recently there have been concerns about the challenges associated with the use of Co,i.e.price instability,toxicity and properties degeneration,which necessitates the fabrication of binderless tungsten carbide(BTC).On the other hand,BTC or BTC composites,none of them,to date has been commercialized and produced on an industrial scale,but only used to a limited extent for specialized applications,such as mechanical seals undergoing high burthen as well as high temperature electrical contacts.There are two challenges in developing BTC:fully densifying the sintered body together with achieving a high toughness.Thus,this review applies towards comprehensively summarize the current knowledge of sintering behavior,microstructure,and mechanical properties of BTC,highlighting the densification improving strategies as well as toughening methods,so as to provide reference for those who would like to enhance the performance of BTC with better reliability advancing them to further wide applications and prepare the material in a way that is environment friendly,harmless to human health and low in production cost.This paper shows that the fabrication of highly dense and high-performance BTC is economically and technically feasible.The properties of BTC can be tailored by judiciously selecting the chemical composition coupled with taking into careful account the effects of processing techniques and parameters.Jialin Sun Jun Zhao Zhifu Huang Ke Yan Xuehui Shen Jiandong Xing Yimin Gao Yongxin Jian Hejie Yang Bo Li 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,1:8

11Structural basis for differential recognition of brassinolide by its receptors显示文摘Brassinosteroids,a group of plant steroid hormones,reg-ulate many aspects of plant growth and development.We and other have previously solved the crystal structures of BRI1(LRR)in complex with brassinolide,the most active brassinosteroid identifi ed thus far.Although these studies provide a structural basis for the recognition of brassi-nolide by its receptor BRI1,it still remains poorly under-stood how the hormone differentiates among its con-served receptors.Here we present the crystal structure of the BRI1 homolog BRL1 in complex with brassinolide.The structure shows that subtle differences around the brassinolide binding site can generate a striking effect on its recognition by the BRI1 family of receptors.Structural comparison of BRL1 and BRI1 in their brassinolide-bound forms reveals the molecular basis for differential binding of brassinolide to its different receptors,which can be used for more effi cient design of plant growth regulators for agricultural practice.On the basis of our structural studies and others’data,we also suggest possible mech-anisms for the activation of BRI1 family receptors.Ji She Zhifu Han Bin Zhou Jijie Chai 2013Protein & Cell2013,4,6:6
12Spatial-temporal Variation of Extreme Precipitation Events in Northwest China During 1961-2010显示文摘Using the daily precipitation data of 118 meteorological stations in Northwest China from January 1,1961 to December 31,2010,we analyzed extreme precipitation events from prime precipitation data by applying R-language Climate Index( RClimDex).The spatial-temporal change characteristics in the past 50 years have been examined using the method of trend analysis,Mann-Kendall and the spatial analysis module of Arcgis9.2.The results show that the spatial distribution of the indices for extreme precipitation in Northwest China is greatly influenced by geographic location,atmospheric circulation and topography,and the spatial difference of extreme precipitation events is very evident,while the indices reduce from the southeast to the northwest except Consecutive Dry Days( CDD).In Xinjiang region,high values appear in Tianshan Mountains and decrease towards the south and north respectively.In the past 50 years,the temporal variation tendency of the indices for extreme precipitation in Northwest China has a great spatial distinction.It shows that the variation tendency is opposite between the east( decrease) and the west( increase),and CDD has a decreasing tendency while other indices increase.For each region,it is found that the indices for extreme precipitation in Xinjiang and Qinghai Province shows an increasing trend,and it is remarkable in Tianshan Mountains,the north of Xinjiang and the northeast of Qinghai Province.The temporal variation tendency of the indices for extreme precipitation in Ningxia,Shaanxi and Gansu has a large spatial distinction.The stations which have an increasing tend are mainly found in the north of Ningxia,south of Shaanxi and Hexi Corridor of Gansu.However,the south of Ningxia,north of Shaanxi and Longnan of Gansu Province mainly present a decreasing trend.The temporal variation tendency of the indices for extreme precipitation in Inner Mongolia is not obvious.Overall,the east part of Northwest China has a dry tendency,while the west part has an opposite trend.Lian Lishu Xu Shujing Li Zhifu Sun Xiaoyin 2014Meteorological and Environmental Research2014,5,1:5
13基于萤火虫算法的BP神经网络的水质评价显示文摘Assessment of water quality by firefly algorithm based on BP neural network model(FA-BP model)is built.In this model,the evaluation index function is constructed by BP Artificial Neural Network Algorithm(BP model),and Firefly Algorithm(FA model)is introduced to optimize weight values and thresholds to find the optimal solution.Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method,Grey Incidence Analysis Algorithm and FA-BP model will be applied to evaluate the water quality of the five main rivers in Lianyungang City including Longwei,Yudai,Dapu,Paidan,and Dongyan River.The results show that the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method is difficult to use for slight pollution rivers with several slightly over standard indexes.It will be easy to ignore the impact of extreme indexes by Grey Incidence Analysis Algorithm.FA-BP model solves the shortcomings of the two methods.The evaluation results provide an important reference for the formulation of reasonable measures.It is a relatively comprehensive evaluation method and has a good application prospect in water quality evaluation.YAN Jian PAN Zhifu TAN Jing TIAN Han 2020南水北调与水利科技(中英文)2020,18,4:4
14A zinc finger protein, interacted with cyclophilin,affects root development via IAA pathway in rice显示文摘The plant hormone auxin plays a crucial role in lateral root development. To better understand the molecular mechanisms underlying lateral root formation,an auxin-responsive gene OsCYP2(Os02g0121300) was characterized from rice. Compared to the wild type,OsCYP2-RNAi(RNA interference) lines exhibited distinctive defects in lateral root development. Yeast two-hybrid and glutathione S-transferase pull-down results confirmed that OsCYP2 interacted with a C2HC-type zinc finger protein(OsZFP, Os01g0252900) which is located in the rice nucleus. T_2 OsZFP-RNAi lines had significantly fewer lateral roots than did wild-type plants, which suggests a role for OsCYP2 and OsZFP in regulating lateral root development.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction showed that the expression of certain Aux/IAA(auxin/indole-3-acetic acid) genes was altered in OsCYP2-and Os ZFP-RNAi lines in response to IAA. These findings imply that OsCYP2 and OsZFP participate in IAA signal pathways controlling lateral root development. 15Performance of a two-state quantum engine improved by the superposition effect显示文摘The performance of a two-state quantum engine under different conditions is analyzed.It is shown that the efficiency of the quantum engine can be enhanced by superposing the eigenstates at the beginning of the cycle.By employing the finite-time movement of the potential wall,the power output of the quantum engine as well as the efficiency at the maximum power output(EMP) can be obtained.A generalized potential is adopted to describe a class of two-level quantum engines in a unified way.The results obtained show clearly that the performances of these engines depend on the external potential,the geometric configuration of the quantum engines,and the superposition effect.Moreover,it is found that the superposition effect will enlarge the optimally operating region of quantum engines.OU CongJie HUANG ZhiFu LIN BiHong CHEN JinCan 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,10:4
16Effects of ammonium and nitrate on encystment and growth of Scrippsiella trochoidea显示文摘To avoid unfavorable environmental conditions, Scrippsiella trochoidea is capable of forming a resting cyst in the process of growth. In the present study,we investigated the effects of nitrate and ammonium on the growth and encystment of S. trochoidea. We incubated S.trochoidea in modified f/2 media without nitrogen and silicate in flasks. The flasks were divided into two groups.Nitrate was added as a nitrogen source in the first group,and ammonium was added in the second group. The concentrations of the nitrogen compounds were 0, 10, 30, 60,and 90 lmol/L. The results indicate that NO3--N favors cell growth, and the cultures with a higher concentration of NO3--N were ineffective at forming cysts. In contrast,NH4--N promoted cell growth and cyst formation. At similar concentrations as NO3--N, NH4--N had a toxic effect on cell growth and increased the cyst formation ratio.Thus, the NH4--N concentration is an important factor for controlling encystment.
