1Tailoring color emissions from N-doped graphene quantum dots for bioimaging applications显示文摘Unlike inorganic quantum dots,fluorescent graphene quantum dots(GQDs)display excitation-dependent multiple color emission.In this study,we report N-doped GQDs(N-GQDs)with tailored single color emission by tuning p-conjugation degree,which is comparable to the inorganic quantum dot.Starting from citric acid and diethylenetriamine,as prepared N-GQDs display blue,green,and yellow light emission by changing the reaction solvent from water,dimethylformamide(DMF),and solvent free.The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible spectra results clearly show the N-GQDs with blue emission(N-GQDs-B)have relatively short effective conjugation length and more carboxyl group because H_(2)O is a polar protic solvent,which tends to donate proton to the reagent to depress the H_(2)O elimination reaction.On the other hand,the polar aprotic solvent(DMF)cannot donate hydrogen,the elimination of H_(2)O is promoted and more nitrogen units enter GQD framework.With the increase of effective p-conjugation length and N content,the emission band of N-GQDS red-shifts to green and yellow.We also demonstrate that N-GQDs could be a potential great biomarker for fluorescent bioimaging.Dan Qu Min Zheng Jing Li Zhigang Xie Zaicheng Sun 2015Light(Science & Applications)2015,4,1:13
2Holistic Service-Based Architecture for Space-Air-Ground Integrated Network for 5G-Advanced and Beyond显示文摘The Service-based Architecture(SBA) is one of the key innovations of 5G architecture that leverage modularized, self-contained and independent services to provide flexible and cloud-native 5G network. In this paper, SBA for Space-Air-Ground Integrated Network(SAGIN) is investigated to enable the 5G integration deployment. This paper proposes a novel Holistic Service-based Architecture(H-SBA)for SAGIN of 5G-Advanced and beyond, i.e., 6G. The H-SBA introduces the concept of end-to-end servicebased architecture design. The 'Network Function Service', introduced in 5G SBA, is extended from Control Plane to User Plane, from core network to access network. Based on H-SBA, the new generation of protocol design is proposed, which proposes to use IETF QUIC and SRv6 to substitute 5G HTTP/2.0 and GTP-U. 3Microstructure and properties of high emissivity coatings显示文摘A new coating on lining in industrial furnace for energy saving has been developed. Properties and microstructure of the coatings were revealed by emissivity instrument,X-ray diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM),respectively. The result indicates that the emissivity of coatings is higher than 0.90 and the thickness of coatings is about 200 μm. ZrO2,Cr2O3 and SiC in the coating benefit practical applications of coatings at high temperature with du-rable high emissivity and the continuous structure between the coatings and the substrate makes the coatings high cohesion and ex-cellent adhesion for both specimens with and without sintering at high temperature. Result from laboratory experiment shows that the heating speed of specimen with coating is higher than that of controlled specimen and the temperature increases 30°C during the heating. The average temperature drop of specimen with coatings has a 13.5% improvement in the cooling speed. The application of coatings on the checker brick in a blast furnace of 1750m3 indicates that the coating causes the blast temperature to an average in-crease of 28°C,reduces the fluctuation of blast temperature before the blowing-in and leads to a fuel saving of 10% approximately.Zhigang Dan Daqiang Cang Huimin Zhou Hao Bai Yanbin Zong 2008Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2008,15,5:6
4Universal thermodynamic model of calculating the mass action concentrations of omponents in a ternary strong electrolyte aqueous solution and its application in the NaCl-KCl-H_2O system显示文摘A universal thermodynamic model of calculating the mass action concentrations of components in a ternary strong elec-trolyte aqueous solution has been developed based on the ion and molecule coexistence theory,and verified in the NaCl-KCl-H2O ternary system at 298.15 K. To compare the difference of the thermodynamic model in binary and ternary strong electrolyte aqueous solutions,the mass action concentrations of components in the NaCl-H2O binary strong electrolyte aqueous solution were also com-puted at 298.15K. A transformation coefficient was required to compare the calculated mass action concentration and reported activ-ity because they were obtained at different standard states and concentration units. The results show that the transformation coeffi-cients between calculated mass action concentrations and reported activities of the same components change in a very narrow range. The calculated mass action concentrations of components in the NaCl-H2O and NaCl-KCl-H2O systems are in good agreement with the reported activities. 15A study on the geochemical characteristics of natural gas and gas sources in the Bozhong sag显示文摘Natural gas is composed largely of hydrocarbon gas, especially wet gas in the Bozhong sag. The carbon isotopic composition shows that the gas is of organic origin. The carbon isotopic values of ethane indicate that the natural gas is dominated by mixed gas with minor coal-generated gas and oil-type gas. A gas-source correlation study showed that the source rocks of natural gas are those of the Lower Dongying Formation, the Shahejie Formation and the pre-Tertiary.
