| 2 | Effect of SrO Content on Structure,Thermal Properties and Chemical Stability of Bi2O3-B2O3-ZnO-SrO Low-melting Glass for Si-Al Alloy Package显示文摘The 40Bi2O3-30B2O3-(30-x)ZnO-xSrO (x=0-15mol%,BBZSr) glass system was prepared by the conventional melt quenching method.The effect of SrO addition on structure,thermal properties,chemical stability and sealing performance of BBZSr glass were investigated thoroughly.The experimental results show that the total proportions of [BO3] group and [BO4] group decrease and the vibrations of [BiO3] group and [BiO6] group become weaker with the increase of SrO addition content,suggesting the glass network structure is strengthened owing to the SrO addition.Hence,both the thermal and chemical stability were significantly improved as the SrO content was increased.When the SrO content increased from 0 to 15mol%,the glass transition temperature and softening temperature slightly increased from 380 to 388 ℃ and from 392.7 to 402.2 ℃,respectively,meanwhile the coefficient of thermal expansion also increased from 10.49×10^-6 to 11.16×10^-6/℃ (30-300 ℃).The BBZSr glass with 15mol% SrO exhibited excellent comprehensive properties with low glass transition temperature(384.9 ℃),low softening temperature(400.3 ℃),high coefficient of thermal expansion (11.14×10^-6 ℃,30-300 ℃),good thermal and chemical stability.Besides,the glass had the good wetting behavior and sealing performance for Al-50%Si alloy. | WU Zhilun ZHANG Ming ZHANG Chunyan MENG Fancheng LIN Huixing | 2020 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,2: | 2 |
| 3 | Grain-size features of aeolian sand on the east coast of Hainan Island and the revealed evolutionary processes of the sedimentary environment显示文摘The Mudui stratigraphic section represents the typical records of sedimentation processes of sand dunes and interdune depressions on the east coast of Hainan Island.Based on high-density sampling and optically stimulated luminescence(OSL) dating of the strata of the section,the grain-size composition,grain-size parameters,cumulative distribution probability curve,and grain-size-sensitivity indexes(SC/D) were analyzed.The analyzed results show that the grain-size features of aeolian sand,weakly developed sandy paleosol,two-facies(aeolian and aqueous) deposits,and lagoon deposits are all different.This indicates four evolutionary phases of the sedimentary environment of the east coast of Hainan Island since 38 ka B.P.Phase I:38-22 ka B.P.;phase II:22-17 ka B.P.;phase III:17-10 ka B.P.;phase IV:10 ka B.P.-present.The climate experienced the hot-wet/hot-dry,hot-wet/hot-dry,and warm-wet/hot-wet fluctuations,and the sedimentary environment also underwent lagoon deposition,dune and interdune depression deposition,dune stabilization and soil development,shifting sand deposition,and evolutionary processes. | XiaoXia Liao Sen Li GuiYong Wang ZhiLun Li | 2010 | Research in Cold and Arid Regions2010,2,6: | 2 |
| 4 | Effective suppression of the photodarkening effect in high-power Yb-doped fiber amplifiers by H2 loading显示文摘The radical suppression of the photodarkening effect and laser performance deterioration via H2 loading were demonstrated in high-power Yb-doped fiber(YDF)amplifiers.The photodarkening loss at equilibrium was114.4 d B/m at 702 nm in the pristine fiber,while it vanished in the H2-loaded fiber.To obtain a deeper understanding of the impact of photodarkening on laser properties,the evolution of the mode instability threshold and output power in fiber amplifiers was investigated.After pumping for 300 min,the mode instability threshold of the pristine fiber dropped from 770 to 612 W,and the periodic fluctuation of the output power became intense,finally reaching 100 W.To address the detrimental effects originating from photodarkening,H2 loading was applied in contrast experiments.The output power remained stable,and no sign of mode instability was observed in the H2-loaded fiber.Moreover,the transmittance at 638 nm confirmed the absence of the photodarkening effect.The results pave the way for the further development of high-power fiber lasers. | RUITING CAO GUI CHEN YISHA CHEN ZHILUN ZHANG XIANFENG LIN BIN DAI LUYUN YANG JINYAN LI | 2020 | Photonics Research2020,8,3: | 2 |
