1Preparation and thermal stability on non-vacuum high temperature solar selective absorbing coatings显示文摘Spectrally selective TiAl/TiAlN/TiAlON/TiAlO coating was deposited on stainless steel and copper substrates using a multiarc ion plating system.The structure,morphology,optical reflectance and electrical resistivity were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),spectrophotometer and four-point probe meter,respectively.The results show that the coating exhibits high absorptance(―0.9) and low emittance(0.09―0.19).The coating remains stable in air up to 650℃ for 1h.These properties are of extraordinary interest in solar thermal power generations and energy saving buildings.HAO Lei WANG ShuMao JIANG LiJun LIU XiaoPeng LI HuaLing LI ZhiNian 2009Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,8:6
2Thermal stability of nitride solar selective absorbing coatings used in high temperature parabolic trough current显示文摘This paper reports a new efficient solar selective surface in high temperature application.The influence of the monolayer's microstructure and deposition rate was firstly discussed.Then the nitride nano-multilayer on the polished stainless steel (herein after referred as 'SS') substrate was prepared with Ti and Al metal targets by DC.and R.F.magnetron co-sputtering.The samples were annealed in air at different temperatures ranging from 350 to 800°C for 2 h to evaluate their thermal stability.The samples' surface and cross-section morphology,crystal structure,phase composition,optical properties were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer and infrared emissivity tester.The results show that the coatings exhibit high solar selectivity (α/ε) of 0.943/0.08 even after heat-treatment up to 400°C for 2 h in air.After heat-treatment at 600°C in air,the solar selectivity decreases to 0.92/0.16.HAO Lei,DU Miao,LIU XiaoPeng,WANG ShuMao,JIANG LiJun,Lü Fang,LI ZhiNian & MI Jing Department of Energy Material and Technology,General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals,Beijing 100088,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,6:4
3Laves phase hydrogen storage alloys for super-high-pressure metal hydride hydrogen compressors显示文摘Ti-Cr- and Ti-Mn-based alloys were prepared to be low- and high-pressure stage metals for a double-stage super-high-pressure metal hydride hydrogen compressor. Their crystallographic characteristics and hydrogen storage properties were investigated. The alloy pair Ti0.9Zr0.1Mn1.4- Cr0.35V0.2Fe0.05/TiCr1.55Mn0.2Fe0.2 was optimized based on the comprehensive performance of the studied alloys. 4Enhancement of Ti-Cr-V BCC alloys on the dehydrogenation kinetics of Li-Mg-N-H hydrogen storage materials显示文摘The hydrogen storage properties of a Li-Mg-N-H material doped by a 4 mol.% Ti3Cr3V4 body centre cubic(BCC) alloy hydride and prepared with a ball-milling method were investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and Sievert's technology test.The results show that the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy hydride/Li-Mg-N-H composite has good reversible hydrogen storage properties.The dehydrogenation kinetics of the Li-Mg-N-H system can be greatly improved by doping the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy hydride.The composite desorbed 4.1 wt.% hydrogen in the first 60 min at 473 K under 0.1 MPa pressure,but when without the BCC alloy addition,only 3.0 wt.% hydrogen was desorbed under the same dehydrogenation condition.It can be deduced that the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy uniformly distributed in the Li-Mg-N-H substrate could decrease the activating energy of hydrogen molecules to H atoms and increase H diffusion paths in the composite,enhancing the dehydrogenation kinetics of the Li-Mg-N-H system.WANG Jingchuan,LI Zhinian,LI Hualing,MI Jing,Lü Fang,WANG Shumao,LIU Xiaopeng,and JIANG Lijun General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals,Beijing 100088,China 2010Rare Metals2010,29,6:3

8Waste-yeast biomass as nitrogen/phosphorus sources and carbon template:Environment-friendly synthesis of N,P-Mo_(2)C nanoparticles on porous carbon matrix for efficient hydrogen evolution显示文摘Tailor-made advanced electrocatalysts with high active and stable for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)play a key role in the development of hydrogen economy.Herein,a N,P-co-doped molybdenum carbide confined in porous carbon matrix(N,P-Mo_(2)C/NPC)with a hierarchical structure is prepared by a resources recovery process.The N,P-Mo_(2)C/NPC compound exhibits outstanding HER activity with a low overpotential of 84 mV to achieve 10 mA/cm^(2),and excellent stability in alkaline media.The electrochemical measurements confirm that the enhanced HER activity of N,P-Mo_(2)C/NPC is ascribe to the synergy of N,P-codoped and porous carbon matrix.Density functional theory calculations further reveal that the electron density of active sites on Mo_(2)C can be regulated by the N/P doping,leading to optimal H adsorption strength.In this work,the proof-of-concept resource utilization,a microorganism derived molybdenum carbide electrocatalyst for HER is fabricated,which may inaugurate a new way for designing electrocatalysts by the utilization of solid waste.Jiayuan Yu Wanqiang Yu Bin Chang Xiao Li Jin Jia Dufu Wang Zhinian Xu Xiaoli Zhang Hong Liu Weijia Zhou 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6:1
9Preparation and hydrogen sorption properties of Mg-Cu-Y-H systems显示文摘Mg-xwt.%CuY (x=15, 20, 25) composites were successfully prepared by reactive mechanical alloying (RMA). X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement shows that main phases of the as milled composites are MgH2 and Mg2Cu, and they converted into Mg and MgCu2 after dehydrogenation, respectively. Pressure-Composition-Isotherm (PCI) test shows that the composites exhibit double pressure plateau at each isothermal desorption process. The hydrogen absorption and desorption kinetics of the composites become worse with increasing x content, indicating that Mg-Cu phase has a negative effect on the hydrogen sorption properties of the composites. 16Effects of Si and Ce on the microstructure and hydrogen storage property of Ti_(26.5)Cr_(20)V_(45)Fe_(8.5)Ce_(0.5) alloy显示文摘In this paper, the effects of Si and Ce on the microstructure and hydrogen storage property of Ti26.5 Cr20V45Fe8.5Ce0.5 alloy were studied, respectively. First of all, effects of Si on the microstructure and hydrogen storage properties of Ti26.5Cr20(V45Fe8.5)1?xSixCe0.5 (x = 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 at%) alloys were studied by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and P-C isotherm measurements. As the Si addition increases, the hydrogen absorption capacities of alloys decrease but the equilibrium pressure increases, due to the formation of Laves phase. Secondly, the effect of Ce on Ti26.5Cr20 (V45Fe8.5)0.98Si2 alloy was studied. 17Hydrogen sorption properties of Mg-20wt.%Fe_(23)Y_8 composite prepared by reactive mechanical alloying显示文摘Mg-20wt.%Fe23Y8 composite was successfully prepared by reactive mechanical alloying (RMA). X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement shows that the main phases of composite are MgH2 and Mg2FeH6. The composite exhibits excellent hydrogen abs/desorption properties and can absorb 4.36wt.% and 5.72wt.% hydrogen at 473 and 573 K in 10 min under 3.0 MPa hydrogen pressure, respectively. The composite can desorb 5.27wt.% hydrogen at 573 K in 30 min under 0.02 MPa hydrogen pressure. Compared with the pure MgH2, the hydrogen desorption temperature of Mg-20wt.% Fe23Y8 composite is decreased about 40 ℃. 20Effects of Soil Types and Moisture Contents on Emergence Rate of Contarinia morulae Jiang显示文摘In order to explore the relationship between soil moisture content and the severity of occurrence of Contarinia morulae Jiang,the effects of different soil types and moisture contents on the emergence rate of C. morulae were investigated. The results showed that soil moisture contents had a significant effect on the emergence rate of C. morulae. When the soil moisture content was 10%,the emergence rate of C. morulae was the highest in both soil types. When the soil moisture content was too high or too low,the emergence rate of C. morulae was significantly reduced. Within the suitable water content range,the emergence rate of C. morulae in sandy soil was significantly higher than that in sandy loam soil. The trend of emergence of C. morulae in the two soil types was basically the same.
