1Minimal invasive microscopic tooth preparation in esthetic restoration: a specialist consensus显示文摘By removing a part of the structure,the tooth preparation provides restorative space,bonding surface,and finish line for various restorations on abutment.Preparation technique plays critical role in achieving the optimal result of tooth preparation.With successful application of microscope in endodontics for>30 years,there is a full expectation of microscopic dentistry.However,as relatively little progress has been made in the application of microscopic dentistry in prosthodontics,the following assumptions have been proposed:Is it suitable to choose the tooth preparation technique under the naked eye in the microscopic vision?Is there a more accurate preparation technology intended for the microscope?To obtain long-term stable therapeutic effects,is it much easier to achieve maximum tooth preservation and retinal protection and maintain periodontal tissue and oral function health under microscopic vision?Whether the microscopic prosthodontics is a gimmick or a breakthrough in obtaining an ideal tooth preparation should be resolved in microscopic tooth preparation.This article attempts to illustrate the concept,core elements,and indications of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation,physiological basis of dental pulp,periodontium and functions involved in tool preparation,position ergonomics and visual basis for dentists,comparison of tooth preparation by naked eyes and a microscope,and comparison of different designs of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation techniques.Furthermore,a clinical protocol for microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation based on target restorative space guide plate has been put forward and new insights on the quantity and shape of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation has been provided.Haiyang Yu Yuwei Zhao Junying Li Tian Luo Jing Gao Hongchen Liu Weicai Liu Feng Liu Ke Zhao Fei Liu Chufan Ma Juergen MSetz Shanshan Liang Lin Fan Shanshan Gao Zhuoli Zhu Jiefei Shen Jian Wang Zhimin Zhu Xuedong Zhou 2019International Journal of Oral Science2019,11,4:25
2Zircon U-Pb dating confirms existence of a Caledonian scheelite-bearing aplitic vein in the Penggongmiao granite batholith, South Hunan显示文摘Granite at Penggongmiao is a large batholith in the Nanling Range, with an outcrop area of over 900 km 2 . There are many scheelite-quartz veins around the granite. LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating was carried out for zircons from the granite. The middlecoarse-grained biotite granite has U-Pb ages of 435 to 436 Ma. Ages of 426.5±2.5 Ma were obtained for aplitic dyke cross-cutting the granite. The scheelite of magmatic origin in the aplite dyke was identified from petrographic investigation. This demonstrates that W-bearing granites of Early Paleozoic (corresponding to the Caledonian orogensis in the traditional sense) occur in the Nanling Range. This finding has important implications for the ore-forming potential of Paleozoic granites and on the extent of Mesozoic mineralization. Thus it merits performing an intensive study of Paleozoic granites in South China. 4Ciliary parathyroid hormone signaling activates transforming growth factor-βto maintain intervertebral disc homeostasis during aging显示文摘Degenerative disc disease(DDD) is associated with intervertebral disc degeneration of spinal instability. Here, we report that the cilia of nucleus pulposus(NP) cells mediate mechanotransduction to maintain anabolic activity in the discs. We found that mechanical stress promotes transport of parathyroid hormone 1 receptor(PTH1 R) to the cilia and enhances parathyroid hormone(PTH) signaling in NP cells. PTH induces transcription of integrin α_vβ_6 to activate the transforming growth factor(TGF)-β-connective tissue growth factor(CCN2)-matrix proteins signaling cascade. Intermittent injection of PTH(iPTH) effectively attenuates disc degeneration of aged mice by direct signaling through NP cells, specifically improving intervertebral disc height and volume by increasing levels of TGF-β activity, CCN2, and aggrecan. PTH1 R is expressed in both mouse and human NP cells. Importantly,knockout PTH1 R or cilia in the NP cells results in significant disc degeneration and blunts the effect of PTH on attenuation of aged discs. 6CFD simulation of internal-loop airlift reactor using EMMS drag model显示文摘The simulation of internal-loop airlift reactors is challenging because complex meso-scale structures exist in different sections of the reactor,separated by the draft tube.This paper reports on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation of internal-loop airlift reactors using a new drag model derived from the dual-bubble-size(DBS) model,an extended energy-minimization multi-scale(EMMS) approach for gas-liquid flows.Compared with the traditional Schiller-Naumann(S-N) correlation,the new model improves the simulation of gas holdup in the riser and downcomer significantly.In particular,gas holdup and circulation of two-phase flow can be modeled successfully using the new model,whereas traditional drag models such as the S-N correlation show an absence of gas in the downcomer.The simulation demonstrates the advantage and potential of this new model for internal-loop airlift reactors.Tingting Xu Xuedong Jiang Ning Yang Jiahua Zhu 2015Particuology2015,13,2:10

8Dealumination and desilication for Al-rich HZSM-5 zeolite via steam-alkaline treatment and its application in methanol aromatization显示文摘The hierarchical HZSM-5 was prepared via dealumination and desilication of commercial Al-rich HZSM-5, and characterized by X-ray diffraction, 27Al magic-angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, N2 adsorption-desorption, NH3 temperature-programmed desorption, performed thermogravimetric and Raman spectrum. The results showed that partial framework of HZSM-5 was removed after steam treatment at 0.15 MPa, 500℃ for 3 h. HZSM-5 with high specific surface area and much mesoporosity was obtained by the subsequent alkaline treatment. The regulation of acid quantity was achieved by altering the concentration of alkaline. Dealumination and desilication of Al-rich HZSM-5 zeolites became more effective using a combination of steam and alkaline treatments than using alkaline treatment alone. Methanol aromatization reaction was employed to evaluate the catalytic performance of treated HZSM-5 at 0.15 MPa, 450℃ and MHSV of 1.5 h^-1. 9Study on Catalytic Alkylation of Benzene with Methanol over ZSM-22 and ZSM-35显示文摘The ZSM-22 and ZSM-35 zeolites were synthesized via the hydrothermal crystallization method. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, N_2 adsorption-desorption, NH_3-TPD, TPO, TG, and Raman spectrometry, and the results showed that ZSM-22 and ZSM-35 possessed similar microporous volume and acidity. In the alkylation of benzene with methanol, ZSM-22 and ZSM-35 showed different coke location, coking rate and graphitizing degree. Compared with the industrial ZSM-5, ZSM-22 and ZSM-35 both showed higher selectivity of toluene and xylene(93.63% and 96.50%,respectively) during the alkylation of benzene with methanol, and the selectivity of para-xylene in xylene isomers was51.96% and 41.45%, respectively. 10Theoretical studies on new potential high energy density compounds (HEDCs) adamantyl nitrates from gas to solid显示文摘A series of adamantyl nitrates have been theoretically studied from gas to solid to search for new po-tential high energy density compounds (HEDCs). The heats of formation (HOFs) for the 26 title com-pounds were calculated by designing isodesmic reactions at the B3LYP/6-31G level. It was found that the HOFs of the 26 isomers with the same number of —ONO2 groups (n) are not correlated well with the corresponding substituted positions. According to the obtained heats of detonation (Q),detonation velocities (D),and detonation pressures (P) using the Kamlet-Jacobs equations,it was found that when n=7~8,the adamantyl nitrates meet the criterion as an HEDC. The calculations on bond dissociation energies of O—N (EO—N) showed that the adamantyl nitrates with gemi —ONO2 always have the worst stability among the isomers,and all the adamantyl nitrates with gemi —ONO2 have similar stability. Due to the complexity of their structures,values of EO—N do not decrease with the increase of the substituent number n obviously,and the stability of adamantyl nitrates is not determined by only one structural parameter. Considering the stability requirement,only 1,2,4,6,8,9,10-adamantyl heptanitrate is recom-mended as a feasible HEDC. Molecular packing searching for 1,2,4,6,8,9,10-adamantyl heptanitrate among 7 most possible space groups (P21/c,P-1,P212121,P21,Pbca,C2/c,and Pna21) using Compass and Dreiding force fields showed that this compound tends to crystallize in P21/c. 12Effect of Acidity on Methylation of Benzene with Methanol Catalyzed by HZSM-5:A DFT Study显示文摘Different acidic HZSM-5 zeolites were constructed by doping with Al,Ga,or In.The effect of acidity on the adsorption of methylbenzenes and the reaction energy barriers for the methylation of benzene with methanol catalyzed by HZSM-5 zeolite were investigated by using the density functional theory.The results show that acidity exhibits less effect in the adsorption of methylbenzenes,while linear relationships are observed between the acidity and reaction energy barriers.As the acidity increases,the reaction energy barrier decreases linearly,and the stepwise pathway becomes dominant in strong acidity environment,while weak acidity is conducive to the concerted pathway.The calculation results could contribute to understanding the relationship between the acidity and the zeolite-catalyzed alkylation reaction of methylbenzenes.Wei Pifeng Fu Guangbin Mu Shanliang Gao Jichao Wen Zhenhao Zhu Xuedong 2021China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2021,23,2:2
13The hist one varia nt SI_H2A.Z regulates carote noid biosynthesis and gene expression during tomato fruit ripening显示文摘The conserved histone variant H2A.Z is essential for transcriptional regulation;defense responses;and various biological processes in plants,such as growth,development,and flowering.However,little is known about how H2A.Z affects the developmental process and ripening of tomato fruits.Here,we utilized the CRISPR/Cas9 gene-editing system to generate a sl_hta9 sl_hta11 double-mutant,designated sl_h2az,and found that these two mutations led to a signi fi cant reduction in the fresh weight of tomato fruits.Subsequent messenger RNA(mRNA)-seq results showed that dysfunction of SI_H2A.Z has profound effects on the reprogramming of genome-wide gene expression at different developmental stages of tomato fruits,indicating a ripening-dependent correlation between SI_H2A.Z and gene expression regulation in tomato fruits.In addition,the expression of three genes,SIPSY1,SlPDS,and SlVDE,encoding the key enzymes in the biosynthesis pathway of carotenoids,was signi fi cantly upregulated in the later ripening stages,which was consistent with the increased contents of carotenoids in sl_h2a.z double-mutant fruits.Overall,our study reveals a role of SI_H2A.Z in the regulation of carotenoids and provides a resource for the study of SI_H2A.Z-dependent gene expression regulation.Hence,our results provide a link between epigenetic regulation via histone variants and fruit development,suggesting a conceptual framework to understand how histone variants regulate tomato fruit quality.Xuedong Yang Xuelian Zhang Youxin Yang Hui Zhang Weimin Zhu Wen-Feng Nie 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2
14Shugan Jieyu capsule(舒肝解郁胶囊) improve sleep and emotional disorder in coronavirus disease 2019 convalescence patients: a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of the Shugan Jieyu capsule(舒肝解郁胶囊) on improving sleep and emotional disorder during Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) convalescence. METHODS: We conducted a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, and recruit 200 COVID-19 convalescence patients and then divide the subjects into two groups respectively: the experimental group(n = 100) and the control group(n = 100). Patients in the control group were given doses as a placebo, while those in the experimental group were given Shugan Jieyu capsule.The investigators mainly observed the differences between the two groups before and after treatment in terms of the rate of reduction and the rate of efficiency in Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17) total scores from baseline, and recorded the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), Patient Health Questionnaire-15(PHQ-15), Insomnia Severity Index(ISI) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale at 2 week, the 4 week and the 6 week respectively after treatment, and compared the differences between the groups. And the occurrence of adverse events was recorded. RESULTS: After 6-week treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the rate of reduction as well as efficiency in HAMD-17 scores, HAMA Total Scores, PHQ-15 Score, ISI Score from baseline in the experimental group and control group(P < 0.05). There were 4 adverse events in the experimental group and 1 in the control group. 16Co-conversion of methanol and n-hexane into aromatics using intergrown ZSM-5/ZSM-11 as a catalyst显示文摘The conversion of n-hexane and methanol into value-added aromatic compounds is a promising method for their industrially relevant utilization.In this study,intergrown ZSM-5/ZSM-11 crystals were synthesized and their resulting catalytic performance was investigated and compared to those of the isolated ZSM-5 and ZSM-1I zeolites.The physicochemical properties of ZSM-5/ZSM-l1 intergrown zeolite were analyzed using X-ray diffrac-tion,N2 isothermal adsorption-desorption,the tempera-ture-programmed desorption of ammonium,scanning clectron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectra of adsorbed pyridine,and nuclear magnetic resonance of 27AI,and compared with those of the ZSM-5 and ZSM-11 zeolites.The catalytic performances of the materials were evaluated during the co-feeding reaction of methanol and n-hexane under the fixed bed conditions of 400℃,0.5 MPa(N2),methanol:n-hexane=7:3(mass ratio),and weight hourly space velocity=1 h 1(methanol).Com-pared to the ZSM-5 and ZSM-11 zeolites,the ZSM-5/ZSM-11 zeolite exhibited the largest specific surface area,a unique crystal structure,moderate acidity,and suitable Brensted/Lewis acid ratio.The evaluation results showed that ZSM-5/ZSM-11 catalyst exhibited better catalytic reactivity than the ZSM-5 and ZSM-11 catalysts in terms of methanol conversion rate,n-hexane conversion rate,and aromatic selectivity.The outstanding catalytic property of the intergrown ZSM-5/ZSM-11 was attributed to the enhanced diffusion associated with its unique crystal.structure.The benefit of using zeolite intergrowth in the co-conversion of methanol and alkanes offers a novel route for future catalyst development.Shumei Wei Yarong Xu Zhaoyang Jin Xuedong Zhu 2020Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2020,14,5:2
