1关于6A02铝合金板热成型-整体淬火工艺的实验研究显示文摘作为重要的轻质结构材料,铝合金已广泛用于汽车和航空工业。主要用来制造具有高强度,精确尺寸的零件。本文中开发了一种特殊装置,用来研究冷轧6A02铝合金板热成型-整体淬火工艺。用测维氏硬度和拉伸试验来反映强化效果。用扫描电镜(SEM)透射电镜(TEM)、和电子背散射衍射进行显微检测来阐明强化机理。结果表明,随着固溶时间(<50 min)延长维氏硬度增大,强化效应越大。成型零件的维氏硬度能从冷轧态的73 HV或热成型-整体淬火工艺(在520℃固溶50 min,以50°C/s冷却,以160°C/10 h时效)加热后的40 HV增加到106.5 HV。相应的拉伸强度和屈服强度分别是315.6 MPa和253.6 MPa。强化相是未成形的弥散的GP区,约5 nm大小。轧制态的可热处理的铝合金板通常直接用热成型-整体淬火工艺不作任何前处理。Fan Xiaobo He Zhubin Yuan Shijian Zheng Kailun 2013热处理技术与装备2013,34,6:19
2High-efficiency forming processes for complex thin-walled titanium alloys components: state-of-the-art and perspectives显示文摘Complex thin-walled titanium alloy components play a key role in the aircraft,aerospace and marine industries,offering the advantages of reduced weight and increased thermal resistance.The geometrical complexity,dimensional accuracy and in-service properties are essential to fulfill the high-performance standards required in new transportation systems,which brings new challenges to titanium alloy forming technologies.Traditional forming processes,such as superplastic forming or hot pressing,cannot meet all demands of modern applications due to their limited properties,low productivity and high cost.This has encouraged industry and research groups to develop novel high-efficiency forming processes.Hot gas pressure forming and hot stamping-quenching technologies have been developed for the manufacture of tubular and panel components,and are believed to be the cut-edge processes guaranteeing dimensional accuracy,microstructure and mechanical properties.This article intends to provide a critical review of high-efficiency titanium alloy forming processes,concentrating on latest investigations of controlling dimensional accuracy,microstructure and properties.The advantages and limitations of individual forming process are comprehensively analyzed,through which,future research trends of high-efficiency forming are identified including trends in process integration,processing window design,full cycle and multi-objective optimization.This review aims to provide a guide for researchers and process designers on the manufacture of thin-walled titanium alloy components whilst achieving high dimensional accuracy and satisfying performance properties with high efficiency and low cost.Kehuan Wang Liliang Wang Kailun Zheng Zhubin He Denis J Politis Gang Liu Shijian Yuan 2020International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2020,2,3:10

15High brightness NIR-Ⅱ nanofluorophores based on fused-ring acceptor molecules显示文摘It is challenging to develop molecular fluorophores in the second near-infrared(NIR-Ⅱ)window with long wavelength emission and high brightness,which can improve the performance of biological imaging.Herein,we report a molecular engineering approach to afford NIR-Ⅱ fluorophores with these merits based on fused-ring acceptor(FRA)molecules.Dioctyl 3,4-propylenedioxy thiophene(PDOT-C8)is utilized as the bridging donor to replace 3-ethylhexyloxy thiophene(3-EHOT),leading to more than 20 times enhancement of brightness.The nanofluorophores(NFs)based on the optimized CPTIC-4F molecule exhibit an emission peak of 1,110 nm with a fluorescence quantum yield(QY)of 0.39%(QY of IR-26 is 0.050%in dichloroethane as reference)and peak absorption coefficient of 14.5 x 10^4 M^-1·cm^-1 in aqueous solutions,which are significantly higher than those of 3-EHOT based COTIC-4F NFs.It is found that PDOT-C8 can weaken intermolecular aggregation,enhance protection of molecular backbone from water,and decrease backbone distortion,beneficial for the high brightness.Compared with indocyanine green with same injection dose,CPTIC-4F NFs show 10 times higher signal-to-background ratio for whole body vessels imaging at 1,300 nm long pass filters.Xingfu Zhu Chunchen Liu Zhubin Hu Haile Liu Jiang Wang Yang Wang Xinyuan Wang Rui Ma Xiaodong Zhang Haitao Sun Yongye Liang 2020Nano Research2020,13,9:1

17PDGFA-associated protein 1 is a novel target of c-Myc and contributes to colorectal cancer initiation and progression显示文摘Background:The mechanism underlying colorectal cancer(CRC)initiation and progression remains elusive,and overall survival is far from satisfactory.Previous studies have shown that PDGFA-associated protein 1(PDAP1)is upregulated in several cancers including CRC.Here,we aimed to identify the cause and consequence of PDAP1 dysregulation in CRC and evaluate its role as a potential therapeutic target.Methods:Multi-omics data analysis was performed to identify potential key players in CRC initiation and progression.Immunohistochemistry(IHC)staining was applied to determine the expression pattern of PDAP1 in CRC tissues.Pdap1 conditional knockout mice were used to establish colitis and CRC mouse models.RNA sequencing,a phosphoprotein antibody array,western blotting,histological analysis,5-bromo-2′-deoxyuridine(BrdU)incorporation assay,and interactome analysis were applied to identify the underlying mechanisms of PDAP1.A human patient-derived xenograft(PDX)model was used to assess the potential of PDAP1 as a therapeutic target.Results:PDAP1 was identified as a potential key player in CRC development using multi-omics data analysis.PDAP1 was overexpressed in CRC cells and correlated with reduced overall survival.Further investigation showed that PDAP1 was critical for the regulation of cell proliferation,migration,invasion,and metastasis.Significantly,depletion of Pdap1in intestinal epithelial cells impaired mucosal restitution in dextran sulfate sodium salt-induced colitis and inhibited tumor initiation and growth in colitis-associated cancers.Mechanistic studies showed that c-Myc directly transactivated PDAP1,which contributed to the high PDAP1 expression in CRC cells.PDAP1 interacted with the juxtamembrane domain of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and facilitated EGFRmitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling activation,which resulted in FOS-related antigen 1(FRA-1)expression,thereby facilitating CRC progression.Notably,silencing of PDAP1 could hinder the growth of patient-derived xenografts that sustain high PDAP1 levels.Conclusions:PDAP1 facilitates mucosal restitution and carcinogenesis in colitis-associated cancer.c-Myc-driven upregulation of PDAP1 promotes proliferation,migration,invasion,and metastasis of CRC cells via the EGFRMAPK-FRA-1 signaling axis.These findings indicated that PDAP1 inhibition is warranted for CRC patients with PDAP1 overexpression.Hong-Yong Cui Wei Wei Mei-Rui Qian Ruo-Fei Tian Xin Fu Hong-Wei Li Gang Nan Ting Yang Peng Lin Xi Chen Yu-Meng ZhuBin Wang Xiu-Xuan Sun Jian-Hua Dou Jian-Li Jiang Ling Li Shi-Jie Wang Zhi-Nan Chen 2022Cancer Communications2022,42,8:0
18Furan Donor for NIR-II Molecular Fluorophores with Enhanced Bioimaging Performance显示文摘The second near-infrared(NIR-II,1,000 to 1,700 nm)molecular fluorophores containing donor–acceptor–donor conjugated backbone have attracted substantial attention due to their outstanding advantages,such as stable emission and facilely tuned photophysical properties.However,it is still challenging for them to simultaneously achieve high brightness and red-shifted absorption and emission.Herein,furan is adopted as the D unit to construct NIR-II fluorophores,demonstrating red shift of absorption,enhanced absorption coefficient,and fluorescent quantum yield when compared with the generally used thiophene counterparts.The high brightness and desirable pharmacokinetics of the optimized fluorophore,IR-FFCHP,endows improved performance for angiography and tumor-targeting imaging.Furthermore,dual-NIR-II imaging of tumor and sentinel lymph nodes(LNs)has been achieved with IR-FFCHP and PbS/CdS quantum dots,enabling the in vivo imaging navigated LN surgery in tumor-bearing mice.This work demonstrates the potential of furan for constructing bright NIR-II fluorophores for biological imaging.Chunchen Liu Mengfei Li Huilong Ma Zhubin Hu Xinyuan Wang Rui Ma Yingying Jiang Haitao Sun Shoujun Zhu Yongye Liang 2023Research2023,,3:0
19Using video imagery to reconstruct the 3D intertidal terrain along a beach with multiple cusps显示文摘A high-frequency,high-resolution shore-based video monitoring system(VMS)was installed on a macrotidal(tidal amplitude>4 m)beach with multiple cusps along the Quanzhou coast,China.Herein,we propose a video imagery-based method that is coupled with waterline and water level observations to reconstruct the terrain of the intertidal zone over one tidal cycle.Furthermore,the beach cusp system(BCS)was precisely processed and embedded into the digital elevation model(DEM)to more effectively express the microrelief and detailed characteristics of the intertidal zone.During a field experiment conducted in January 2022,the reconstructed DEM was deemed satisfactory.The DEM was verified by RTK-GPS and had an average vertical root mean square error along corresponding RTK-GPS-derived intertidal profiles and corresponding BCS points of 0.134 m and 0.065 m,respectively.The results suggest that VMSs are an effective tool for investigating coastal geomorphic processes.Feng Cai Hang Yin Hongshuai Qi Jixiang Zheng Yuwu Jiang Zhubin Cao Yanyu He 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,7:0
20On the Construction of Mohr Stress Circle and a Graphic Method in Representing the Stress Components on Different Oblique Planes显示文摘The Mohr stress circle for three-dimensional stress is usually determined by equations,which is lack of intuitionistic meanings and difficult to understand. In this paper, the construction of Mohr stress circle is illustrated directly by numerical method. The shortcoming of Mohr stress circle in representing the stress components on different oblique planes for three-dimensional stress is analyzed.
