1Minimal invasive microscopic tooth preparation in esthetic restoration: a specialist consensus显示文摘By removing a part of the structure,the tooth preparation provides restorative space,bonding surface,and finish line for various restorations on abutment.Preparation technique plays critical role in achieving the optimal result of tooth preparation.With successful application of microscope in endodontics for>30 years,there is a full expectation of microscopic dentistry.However,as relatively little progress has been made in the application of microscopic dentistry in prosthodontics,the following assumptions have been proposed:Is it suitable to choose the tooth preparation technique under the naked eye in the microscopic vision?Is there a more accurate preparation technology intended for the microscope?To obtain long-term stable therapeutic effects,is it much easier to achieve maximum tooth preservation and retinal protection and maintain periodontal tissue and oral function health under microscopic vision?Whether the microscopic prosthodontics is a gimmick or a breakthrough in obtaining an ideal tooth preparation should be resolved in microscopic tooth preparation.This article attempts to illustrate the concept,core elements,and indications of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation,physiological basis of dental pulp,periodontium and functions involved in tool preparation,position ergonomics and visual basis for dentists,comparison of tooth preparation by naked eyes and a microscope,and comparison of different designs of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation techniques.Furthermore,a clinical protocol for microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation based on target restorative space guide plate has been put forward and new insights on the quantity and shape of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation has been provided.Haiyang Yu Yuwei Zhao Junying Li Tian Luo Jing Gao Hongchen Liu Weicai Liu Feng Liu Ke Zhao Fei Liu Chufan Ma Juergen MSetz Shanshan Liang Lin Fan Shanshan Gao Zhuoli Zhu Jiefei Shen Jian Wang Zhimin Zhu Xuedong Zhou 2019International Journal of Oral Science2019,11,4:25
2Simulation of the acoustic field emitted from medical linear transducer in a heterogeneous tissue显示文摘A numerical model is developed to simulate the acoustic field in heterogeneous tissue from a medical linear transducer.The coupled full-wave equation for nonlinear ultrasound is solved using a staggered-grid finite difference time domain method.The distribution of acoustic pressure and power in human abdominal wall with heterogeneities in sound speed,density,and nonlinear parameter are obtained.Compared with homogeneous medium,when sound speed in tissue is uniform and density unchanged,the acoustic energy decreases only1.8 dB in the focal region;when density in tissue is uniform and sound speed unchanged,the energy decreases 3.8 dB in the focal region,which is almost the same as heterogeneous tissue.Thus,the primary factor of the aberration of focused beam is the heterogeneous distribution of the tissue sound speed.XIE Zhuoli ZHOU Hao ZHENG Yinfei 2014Chinese Journal of Acoustics2014,33,2:8
3Advances on immune-related adverse events associated with immune checkpoint inhibitors显示文摘Immunotherapy has recently led to a paradigm shift in cancer therapy,in which immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)are the most successful agents approved for multiple advanced malignancies.However,given the nature of the non-specific activation of effector T cells,ICIs are remarkably associated with a substantial risk of immune-related adverse events(irAEs)in almost all organs or systems.Up to 90%of patients who received ICIs combination therapy experienced irAEs,of which majority were low-grade toxicity.Cytotoxic lymphocyte antigen-4 and programmed cell death protein-1/programmed cell death ligand 1 inhibitors usually display distinct features of irAEs.In this review,the mechanisms of action of ICIs and how they may cause irAEs are described.Some unsolved challenges,however really engrossing issues,such as the association between irAEs and cancer treatment response,tumor response to irAEs therapy,and ICIs in challenging populations,are comprehensively summarized.Yong Fan Yan Geng Lin Shen Zhuoli Zhang 2021Frontiers of Medicine2021,15,1:8
4Comparison of nuclear matrix proteins between gastric cancer and normal gastric tissue显示文摘AIM: To study the alteration of nuclear matrix proteins (NMPs) in gastric cancer. METHODS: The NMPs extracted from 22 cases of gastric cancer and normal gastric tissues were investigated by SDS-PAGE technique and the data were analyzed using Genetools analysis software. RESULTS: Compared with normal gastric tissue, the expression of 30 ku and 28 ku NMPs in gastric cancer decreased significantly (P=-0.002, P=0.001, P<0.05). No significant difference was found in the expression of the two NMPs between the various differentiated grades (P=0.947, P=-0.356) and clinical stages of gastric cancer (P=0.920, P=-0.243, P>0.05). 5Autonomous driving: cognitive construction and situation understanding显示文摘Autonomous vehicle is a kind of typical complex artificial intelligence system. In current research of autonomous driving, the most widely adopted technique is to use a basic framework of serial information processing and computations, which consists of four modules: perception, planning, decision-making, and control. However, this framework based on data-driven computing performs low computational efficiency,poor environmental understanding and self-learning ability. A neglected problem has long been how to understand and process environmental perception data from the sensors referring to the cognitive psychology level of the human driving process. The key to solving this problem is to construct a computing model with selective attention and self-learning ability for autonomous driving, which is supposed to possess the mechanism of memorizing, inferring and experiential updating, enabling it to cope with traffic scenarios with high noise, dynamic, and randomness. In addition, for the process of understanding traffic scenes,the efficiency of event-related mechanism is more significant than single-attribute scenario perception data.Therefore, an effective self-driving method should not be confined to the traditional computing framework of‘perception, planning, decision-making, and control’. It is necessary to explore a basic computing framework that conforms to human driver’s attention, reasoning, learning, and decision-making mechanism with regard to traffic scenarios and build an autonomous system inspired by biological intelligence. In this article, we review the basic methods and main progress in current data-driven autonomous driving technologies, deeply analyze the limitations and major problems faced by related algorithms. Then, combined with authors’ research, this study discusses how to implement a basic cognitive computing framework of self-driving with selective attention and an event-driven mechanism from the basic viewpoint of cognitive science. It further describes how to use multi-sensor and graph data with semantic information(such as traffic maps and a spatial correlation of events) to realize the associative representations of objects and drivable areas, as well as the intuitive reasoning method applied to understanding the situations in different traffic scenarios. 7Computer vision-based method for monitoring grain quantity change in warehouses显示文摘Regularly checking the quantity of stored grain in warehouses is essential for the grain safety of a country.However,current manual inspection ways fail to get real-time measurement results and require spending a lot of manpower and resources.In this paper,we proposed a computer vision-based method to automatically monitor the change in grain quantity of a granary.The proposed method was motivated from the observation that warehouse managers can use a camera to remotely monitor the grain security of a granary,which determines whether grain quantity is reduced by checking the distance between the grain surface and the grain loading line at the outlet of a granary.To this end,images were first captured by a camera,and a two-level spatial constraints-based SVM classifier was learned to detect the grain surface and the grain loading line of the images.During the test phase,the detected result of a test image obtained by SVM was further refined by Grab Cut with higher order potentials to get the more accurate segmentation result.Finally,the area between the grain surface and the grain loading line was calculated,and then compared with the previous measured one to determine whether the grain surface had dropped.The experiment results validate the effectiveness of the two-level spatial constraints SVM and the strategy for monitoring the change in grain quantity.Lei Li Xuan Fei Zhuoli Dong Tiejun Yang 2020Grain & Oil Science and Technology2020,3,3:2
8Mapping the potential distribution suitability of 16 tree species under climate change in northeastern China using Maxent modelling显示文摘Knowledge on the potential suitability of tree species to the site is very important for forest management planning.Natural forest distribution provides a good reference for afforestation and forest restoration.In this study,we developed species distribution model(SDM)for 16 major tree species with 2,825 permanent sample plots with natural origin from Chinese National Forest Inventory data collected in Jilin Province using the Maxent model.Three types of environmental factors including bioclimate,soil and topography with a total of 33 variables were tested as the input.The values of area under the curve(AUC,one of the receiver operating characteristics of the Maxent model)in the training and test datasets were between 0.784 and 0.968,indicating that the prediction results were quite reliable.The environmental factors affecting the distribution of species were ranked in terms of their importance to the species distribution.Generally,the climatic factors had the greatest contribution,which included mean diurnal range,annual mean temperature,temperature annual range,and iosthermality.But the main environmental factors varied with tree species.Distribution suitability maps under current(1950-2000)and future climate scenarios(CCSM4-RCP 2.6 and RCP 6.0 during 2050)were produced for 16 major tree species in Jilin Province using the model developed.The predicted current and future ranges of habitat suitability of the 16 tree species are likely to be positively and negatively affected by future climate.Seven tree species were found to benefit from future climate including B etula costata,Fraxinus mandshurica,Juglans mandshurica,Phellodendron amurense,Populus ussuriensis,Quercus mongolica and Ulmus pumila;five tree species will experience decline in their suitable habitat including B.platyphylla,Tilia mongolica,Picea asperata,Pinus sylvestris,Pinus koraiensis;and four(Salix koreensis,Abies fabri,Pinus densiflora and Larix olgensis)showed the inconsistency under RCP 2.6 and RCP 6.0 scenarios.The maps of the habitat suitability can be used as a basis for afforestation and forest restoration in northeastern China.The SDMs could be a potential tool for forest management planning.Dan Liu Xiangdong Lei Wenqiang Gao Hong Guo Yangsheng Xie Liyong Fu Yuancai Lei Yutang Li Zhuoli Zhang Shouzheng Tang 2022Journal of Forestry Research2022,33,6:2
9乙肝表面抗原等因素对结直肠癌肝转移的影响显示文摘目的本研究将探讨乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)等多项临床因素对结直肠癌肝转移的影响,为进一步治疗结直肠癌肝转移提供新的研究思路及方向。方法回顾性分析青岛大学医学院附属医院2010年1月至2011年6月病理证明的结直肠癌患者892例。收集患者的相关临床资料(包括乙肝表面抗原、年龄、术前相关实验室检查、术后病理结果等),研究是否会影响肝转移的发生。结果结直肠癌是否发生肝转移两组患者在性别、年龄、肿瘤发生部位、大小、病理组织类型、是否造口、血清白蛋白、总胆红素及谷草转氨酶等方面相比,差异均无统计学意义(χ~2=0.359,Z=-1.631,χ~2=0.003,χ~2=1.223,χ~2=0.619,χ~2=0.516,Z=-3.235,Z=-0.106,Z=-0.328;均P> 0.05)。HBsAg阳性较阴性患者发生肝转移几率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.809,P <0.05)。另外,肝转移与分化水平(χ~2=14.165,P <0.01)、浸润程度(χ~2=17.808,P <0.01)以及淋巴结转移数目(χ~2=41.798,P <0.01)有关,差异均有统计学意义。多因素logistic回归分析结果表示乙肝病毒表面阳性患者肝转移发生低,而低分化、浸润程度高、淋巴结转移多者肝转移率高。结论乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原阳性会降低肝转移的发生几率。分化程度越低、浸润程度越高、淋巴结转移数多,越容易发生肝转移。孙丕杉 高玉熙 江凯 李硕 董蒨 Zhuoli Zhang 卢云 2018中华结直肠疾病电子杂志2018,7,5:2
