1Prophet model and Gaussian process regressionbased user traffic prediction in wireless networks显示文摘User traffic prediction is an important topic for wireless network operators.A user traffic prediction method based on Prophet and Gaussian process regression is proposed in this paper.The proposed method first employs discrete wavelet transform to decompose the user traffic time series to high-frequency component and low-frequency component.The low-frequency component bears the long-range dependence of user network traffic,while the high-frequency component reveals the gusty and irregular fluctuations of user network traffic.Then Prophet model and Gaussian process regression are applied to predict the two components respectively based on the characteristics of the two components.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model outperforms the existing time series prediction method.Yu LI Ziang MA Zhiwen PAN Nan LIU Xiaohu YOU 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,4:4

4Evaluating the Stability of Active Manganese Sites During Electrochemical Reactions by Cyclic Voltammetry显示文摘Manganese oxides are a promising class of electrocatalysts for renewable energy devices,such as fuel cells.Mn(Ⅲ) ions with e_(g) electron filling of-1 are the active sites for manganese-based electrocatalysts.However,Mn(Ⅲ) sites may be disproportionated during electrochemical reactions,thus reducing the number of Mn(Ⅲ) active sites and decreasing the catalytic activity of manganese oxides.In this work,we developed a facile cyclic voltammetry method to monitor the evolution of Mn(Ⅲ) sites on a series of manganese oxides under 'working' conditions.We proposed a descriptor S_(Mn(Ⅲ)) to describe the stability of Mn(Ⅲ).Our simulated and experimental results show that the higher is S_(Mn(Ⅲ)),the higher the active Mn(Ⅲ)density,and the higher the electrocatalytic activity of the manganese oxide electrocatalyst.Ziang Ma Jisi Li Tao Ling 2022Transactions of Tianjin University2022,28,3:0
