2Cancer incidence and mortality in Shandong province,2012显示文摘Objective: Population-based cancer registration data in 2012 from all available cancer registries in Shandong province were collected by Shandong Center for Disease Control and Prevention(SDCDC). SDCDC estimated the numbers of new cancer cases and cancer deaths in Shandong province with compiled cancer incidence and mortality rates.Methods: In 2015, there were 21 cancer registries submitted data of cancer incidence and deaths occurred in 2012. All the data were checked and evaluated based on the National Central Cancer Registry(NCCR) criteria of data quality. Qualified data from 15 registries were used for cancer statistics analysis as provincial estimation. The pooled data were stratified by area(urban/rural), gender, age group(0, 1-4, 5-9, 10-14, …, 85+ years) and cancer type. New cancer cases and deaths were estimated using age-specific rates and corresponding provincial population in 2012. The Chinese census data in 2000 and Segi's population were applied for age-standardized rates. All the rates were expressed per 100,000 person-year.Results: Qualified 15 cancer registries(4 urban and 11 rural registries) covered 17,189,988 populations(7,486,039 in urban and 9,703,949 in rural areas). The percentage of cases morphologically verified(MV%) and death certificate-only cases(DCO%) were 66.12% and 2.93%, respectively, and the mortality to incidence rate ratio(M/I) was 0.60. A total of 253,060 new cancer cases and 157,750 cancer deaths were estimated in Shandong province in 2012. The incidence rate was 263.86/100,000(303.29/100,000 in males, 223.23/100,000 in females), the age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population(ASIRC) and by world standard population(ASIRW) were 192.42/100,000 and 189.50/100,000 with the cumulative incidence rate(0-74 years old) of 22.07%. The cancer incidence, ASIRC and ASIRW in urban areas were 267.64/100,000, 195.27/100,000 and 192.02/100,000 compared to 262.32/100,000, 191.26/100,000 and 188.48/100,000 in rural areas, respectively. The cancer mortality was 164.47/100,000(207.42/100,000 in males, 120.23/100,000 in females), the age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population(ASMRC) and by world standard population(ASMRW) were 117.54/100,000 and 116.90/100,000, and the cumulative mortality rate(0-74 years old) was 13.53%. The cancer mortality, ASMRC and ASMRW were 141.59/100,000, 101.17/100,000 and 100.33/100,000 in urban areas, and 173.79/100,000, 124.20/100,000 and 123.64/100,000 in rural areas, respectively. Cancers of the lung, stomach, liver, esophagus, colorectum, female breast, brain, leukemia, bladder and pancreas were the most common cancers, accounting for about 82.12% of all cancer new cases. Lung cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, female breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, brain tumor, leukemia and lymphoma were the leading causes of cancer death, accounting for about 89.01% of all cancer deaths. The cancer spectrum showed difference between urban and rural, males and females both in incidence and mortality rates.Conclusions: Cancer surveillance information in Shandong province is making great progress with the increasing number of cancer registries, population coverage and the improving data quality. Cancer registration plays a fundamental role in cancer control by providing basic information on population-based cancer incidence, mortality, survival and time trend. 4Evaluation of regional water security using water poverty index显示文摘Water security is a widely concerned issue in the world nowadays.A new method,water poverty index(WPI),was applied to evaluate the regional water security.Twelve state farms in Heilongjiang Province,Northeastern China were selected to evaluate water security status based on the data of 2006 using WPI and mean deviation grading method.The method of WPI includes five key indices:resources(R),access(A),capacity(C),utilization(U)and environment(E).Each key index further consists of several sub-indices.According to the results of WPI,the grade of each farm was calculated by using the method of mean deviation grading.Thus,the radar images can be protracted of each farm.From the radar images,the conclusions can be drawn that the WPI values of Farm 853 and Hongqiling are under very safe status,while that of Farm Raohe is under safe status,those of Farms Youyi,597,852,291 and Jiangchuan are under moderate safe status,that of Farm Beixing is under low safe status and those of Farm Shuangyashan,Shuguang and Baoshan are under unsafe status.The results from this study can provide basic information for decision making on rational utilization of water resources and regulations for regional water safety guarantee system.Fu Qiang Gary Kachanoski Liu Dong Wang Zilong 2008International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2008,1,2:1

10Dynamic simulation of China’s water-grain-meat system and evaluation of its support capability based on water footprint theory显示文摘The supply capacity of water resources,food and meat products is of great importance to the people’s livelihood of a country.In recent years,although China has introduced many policies on water resources and grain production,the current situation of China’s food self-sufficiency and imbalance between supply and demand of water resources has not been fundamentally changed.Food security and water security are facing a serious situation.This paper takes the water footprint as the connection point,and combines the water food meat system with mutual influence,mutual causation and dynamic feedback into a composite system.At the same time,the simulation model of the composite system is established by using system dynamics,and the dynamic simulation of water grain meat in China from 2000 to 2050 is carried out to explore the current situation and future development trend of China’s water,grain and meat supply capacity.It was found that during the simulated period,the agricultural blue-green water footprint on the demand side would continue to dominate,followed by the gray water footprint.The blue water footprint on the supply side remained stable,whereas the green water footprint and the circulating water footprint showed an upward trend.According to the contemporary social and economic development and the model of water resources in China,there will be no meat shortage in the future,but issues have been found in the ability to guarantee water and food supply.The root of China’s food support capability problem is excessive grain consumption due to meat production,whereas the cause of the water support capability problem is the slow development of the water conservation.Food support capability issues can be solved by regulating the meat output of livestock farming and fishery operations,reducing excess production capacity,and stabilizing the meat supply and demand.To solve the water support capability issue,China should focus on accelerating the pace of agricultural water-conservation development,improving the sewage treatment system,building rainwater-collection projects,and promoting the research and development of water recycling technology.This study provides support for optimizing the structures of the meat and grain industries and the policy formulation of the efficient use of water resources in China.Qiuxiang Jiang Haoyu Liao Xingtao Ouyang Qiang Fu Xiaolong He Yunxing Wu Zilong Wang 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,5:0
11Fault diagnosis for gearboxes based on Fourier decomposition method and resonance demodulation显示文摘Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of gearboxes play an important role in the maintenance of mechanical systems.The vibration signal of gearboxes is characterized by complex spectral structure and strong time variability,which brings challenges to fault feature extraction.To address this issue,a new demodulation technique,based on the Fourier decomposition method and resonance demodulation,is proposed to extract fault-related information.First,the Fourier decomposition method decomposes the vibration signal into Fourier intrinsic band functions(FIBFs)adaptively in the frequency domain.Then,the original signal is segmented into short-time vectors to construct double-row matrices and the maximum singular value ratio method is employed to estimate the resonance frequency.Then,the resonance frequency is used as a criterion to guide the selection of the most relevant FIBF for demodulation analysis.Finally,for the optimal FIBF,envelope demodulation is conducted to identify the fault characteristic frequency.The main contributions are that the proposed method describes how to obtain the resonance frequency effectively and how to select the optimal FIBF after decomposition in order to extract the fault characteristic frequency.Both numerical and experimental studies are conducted to investigate the performance of the proposed method.It is demonstrated that the proposed method can effectively demodulate the fault information from the original signal.Shuiguang TONG Zilong FU Zheming TONG Junjie LI Feiyun CONG 2023Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2023,24,5:0
12Coordination and order risk assessment of water and land resource system based on periphery and synergetics theories显示文摘Coordinated and orderly water and land resource system is vital to ensure the economic and social development of a region.Grain production in Heilongjiang Province has increased consecutively every year since 2003,and numerous water and land resource-related problems have become increasingly prominent and have had significant adverse effects on social and economic development and stability in the region.In this study,Heilongjiang Province and its 13 prefecture-level cities were selected as the study area,and the degrees of coordination of the social,economic and ecological subsystems were evaluated using periphery theory and the theory of synergetics.To ensure that the assessment was objective and accurate,weights were calculated using the projection pursuit technique,and similarity degrees were calculated using a modified(by introducing the chi-square distance)order of preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)technique.Moreover,to reflect the variations in the overall degree of coordination in Heilongjiang Province,the risk level of the coordination of the water and land resource system was predicted through the year 2020 using a dynamic neural network.This study provides a reference for establishing effective and balanced coordination between society and water and land resources.Qiuxiang Jiang Zhimei Zhou Zilong Wang Qiang Fu Youzhu Zhao Tian Wang 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,3:0
