2Efficient Carbon-Based CsPbBr_3 Inorganic Perovskite Solar Cells by Using Cu-Phthalocyanine as Hole Transport Material显示文摘Metal halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have attracted extensive research interest for next-generation solution-processed photovoltaic devices because of their high solar-to-electric power conversion efficiency(PCE)and low fabrication cost. Although the world's best PSC successfully achieves a considerable PCE of over 20% within a very limited timeframe after intensive efforts, the stability, high cost, and up-scaling of PSCs still remain issues. Recently, inorganic perovskite material, CsPbBr_3, is emerging as a promising photo-sensitizer with excellent durability and thermal stability, but the efficiency is still embarrassing. In this work, we intend to address these issues by exploiting CsPbBr_3 as light absorber, accompanied by using Cu-phthalocyanine(CuPc) as hole transport material(HTM) and carbon as counter electrode. The optimal device acquires a decent PCE of 6.21%, over 60% higher than those of the HTM-free devices. The systematic characterization and analysis reveal a more effective charge transfer process and a suppressed charge recombination in PSCs after introducing CuPc as hole transfer layer. 4Geo-localization based on CNN feature matching显示文摘A geo-localization method is proposed for military and civilian applications, which is used when no global navigation satellite system(GNSS) information is available. The open graphics library(Open GL) is used to build a three-dimensional geographic model of the test area using digital elevation model(DEM) data, and the skyline can thus be extracted with the model to form a database. Then, Multi Skip Deep Lab(MS-Deep Lab), a fully convolutional semantic segmentation network with multiple skip structures, is proposed to extract the skyline from the query image. Finally, a matching model based on convolutional neural network(CNN) feature is adopted to calculate the similarity between the skyline features of the query image and the DEM database to realize automatic geo-localization. 5Au modified ZnO nanowires for ethanol gas sensing显示文摘We demonstrated the application of sensors for ethanol gas detection.The ZnO nanowires based sensors with interdigital electrodes were fabricated,and a platform was constructed to test the properties of the sensors.To acquire better response and shorter response/recovery time,the ZnO nanowires were modified with Au.The ethanol gas sensing performance of the pure sensors and those modified with Au nanoparticles were investigated for comparison,and the optimal test temperature of 350℃ was obtained.We found that the response/recovery time for the modified sensor towards 500 ppm of the ethanol gas was reduced by 1.35 and1.42 times compared with the pure sensors,and the sensitivities towards 500 and 10 ppm of the ethanol gas were also increased by 3.18 and 1.35 times,respectively.These proved the enhancement of the Au nanoparticles in the ZnO nanowires based sensors for ethanol gas sensing.WU YouNi JIANG Ting SHI TieLin SUN Bo TANG ZiRong LIAO GuangLan 2017Science China(Technological Sciences)2017,60,1:2

11Investigation on the mechanism of ginsenoside Rg3 in treating murine primary mammary tumor显示文摘A murine primary mammary tumor model was established to investigate the treatment with ginsenosides Rg3.The relationship between ginsenosides Rg3 and primary mammary tumor was explored.Mammary tumor was induced by using the 7,12-dimethybenz(a)anthracene(DMBA).Ginsenoside Rg3 was employed for treatment.The incidence of mammary tumor in every group was compared,and the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and microvessel density(MVD)were detected by immunohistochemical method.The cell cycle and apoptosis percentage were determined by means offlow cytometry.The incidence of tumor in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(60.00%vs 33.33%,P<0.05).The average diameter of mammary tumor was(0.86�0.27)cm in control group and(0.39�0.09)cm in treatment group,with the difference being significant between control and treatment groups(P<0.01).The MVD value was(31.9�5.3)in control group and(20.1�4.9)in treatment group,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The apoptosis percentage in control group was significantly lower than that in treatment group[(2.47�0.69)%vs(5.67�0.99)%,P<0.05].Ginsenoside Rg3 can play an antitumor role in primary mammary tumor model by inhibiting angiogenesis,cell cycle progression,and promoting cell apoptosis.Hongbo TANG Zirong YE Yuping REN Zhanyong ZHU Yiping WU 2009Frontiers of Medicine2009,3,4:0
