Additive manufacturing of CNTs/PLA composites and the correlation between microstructure and functional properties显示文摘Owing to the facile, low cost, rapid, personalization characters,3D printing method has been one of the most attractive additive manufacturing processes in medicine, airplane, packaging and printing areas. In this work,a series of carbon nanotubes/polylactic acid(CNTs/PLA) composites were prepared through the combination of molten co-extrusion and 3D printing processes. The orientation and dispersion of CNTs in PLA matrix were investigated to explore the impact of 3D printing process on the morphology of CNTs/PLA composites via transmission electron microscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy.X-ray diffractometer, differential scanning calorimetry, and thermal gravity analysis were employed to study the crystal structure and thermal properties of the composites. In addition, the electrical conductivity of the prepared specimen revealed that the orientation of CNTs in PLA might enhance the conductivity of the composite. It was found that 3D printing process was beneficial to increasing the purity of CNTs,electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of CNTs/PLA composites. | Xing Zhou Jingrui Deng Changqing Fang Wanqing Lei Yonghua Song Zisen Zhang Zhigang Huang Yan Li | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,1: | 6
Thermal properties of polyurethane elastomer with different flexible molecular chain based on para-phenylene diisocyanate显示文摘This work focuses on the relationship between flexibility of molecular chains and thermal properties of polyurethane elastomer(PUE), which laid the foundation of further research about how to improve thermal properties of PUE. A series of PUE samples with different flexibility of molecular chains was prepared by using 1,4-butanediol(1,4-BDO)/bisphenol-a(BPA) blends with different mole ratios including9/1, 8/2, 7/3, 6/4 and 5/5. As comparison, PUE extended with pure 1,4-BDO and BPA was also synthesized. These samples were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA), etc. The results showed that with the decrease in flexibility of molecular chains the glass transition temperature(Tg) increased and low-temperature properties became worse. Besides, all samples had a certain degree of microphase separation, and soft segments in some samples were crystallized, i.e. the decreasing flexibility of molecular chains led to the impossibility of chains tightly packing and crystalline domains forming so that the degree of microphase separation decreased and the thermal properties became worse. | Wanqing Lei Changqing Fang Xing Zhou Jiabin Li Rong Yang Zisen Zhang Donghong Liu | 2017 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2017,33,11: | 5
Co-amorphous solid dispersion systems of lacidipine-spironolactone with improved dissolution rate and enhanced physical stability显示文摘Co-amorphous solid dispersion(C-ASD)systems have attracted great attention to improve the solubility of poorly soluble drugs, but the selection of an appropriate stabilizer to stabilize amorphous forms is still a huge challenge.Herein,C-ASD system of two clinical combined used drugs(lacidipine(LCDP)and spironolactone(SPL))as stabilizers to each other, was prepared by solvent evaporation method. The effects of variation in molar ratio of LCDP and SPL(3:1,1:1,1:3,1:6,and 1:9)on the drug release characteristics were explored.Polarized light microscopy(PLM),powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)were employed to evaluate the solid states.Prepared C-ASDs were further studied for their stability under the high humidity(RH 92.5%).Further analysis of C-ASDs via Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and Raman spectroscopy confirmed that hydrogen bond interactions between the two drugs played a significant role in maintaining the stability of the C-ASDs systems. Moreover, molecular dynamic(MD)simulations provided a clear insight into the stability mechanism at the molecular level. This study demonstrated the novel drug-drug C-ASDs systems is a promising formulation strategy for improved dissolution rate and enhanced physical stability of poorly soluble drugs. | Zhaomeng Wang Mengchi Sun Tian Liu Zisen Gao Qing Ye Xiao Tan Yanxian Hou Jin Sun Dun Wang Zhonggui He | 2019 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2019,14,1: | 2
Emerging role of graphene oxide as sorbent for pesticides adsorption:Experimental observations analyzed by molecular modeling显示文摘The accumulation of pesticide residues in the environment due to their persistence and stability is causing increasing health concern.Indeed, researchers have rekindled their interest in eliminating pesticides from the environment by a range of biological and chemical approaches. In particular, graphene oxide(GO)has drawn great attention because it impressively enhances adsorption of pesticides in aqueous solutions, which provides promising environmental applications on water purification to remove pesticide residuals. However, although multiple studies have highlighted the adsorption of environmental contaminants by GO,the underlining molecular mechanisms remain limited.Consequently,we further delved into the knowledge regarding their adsorption molecular mechanism that is of both practical and theoretical importance. It was revealed that theπ-πstacking and van der Waals interactions accounted for the major adsorption interactions between GO and its removing pesticides through integrating both density functional theory(DFT)calculation, fully atomistic molecular dynamics(MD)simulation, and binding free energy calculation. These findings not only bridged the theoretical gap of the adsorption mechanisms of GO,but also provided a venue for visualizing the adsorption process, which were essential for guiding its future adsorption applications. | Hanxun Wang Baichun Hu Zisen Gao Fengjiao Zhang Jian Wang | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,4: | 2

The Analysis and Research of Chirped Bragg Fiber GratingTheory on Dispersion Compensation显示文摘Based on the general theory of linear Chirped Bragg fiber grating, this paper discusses some parameters including different chirped values and quasi gauss coupling function relating with the reflectivity coefficient dispersion compensation. The result shows that selecting larger chirped value and appropriate qusi guass coupling function can improve the dispersion compensation while ensuring high reflectivity. The concept of 'figure of merit' in the microwave field is introduced to quantize the equalizing power of the dispersion compensator. | 邹柳娟 Zhou Zhimin Xiao Longpan Zou Daowen Liu Shuihao Lin Bing Zhao Zisen | 2002 | High Technology Letters2002,8,4: | 0
Constraint of Isomorphous Substitution in Magnetite on Its Catalytic Activity in Heterogeneous Fenton Reaction显示文摘In nature, iron cations in magnetite are usually isomorphically substituted by divalent (Co, Ni, Zn, Cu, Mn, etc.), trivalent (Al, V, Cr, etc.) and tetravalent (Ti) cations while maintaining the spinel structure. Some of the substituting cations, e.g. Cr3+, V3+ and Mn2+, improve the catalytic activity of magnetite in heterogeneous Fenton reaction through the enhancement of hydroxyl radical OH production and the pollutant adsorption. | LIANG Xiaoliang ZHONG Yuanhong HE Zisen TAN Wei HE Hongping YUAN Peng ZHU Jianxi | 2013 | 矿物学报2013,33,S1: | 0
Effects of vermiculite on the growth process of submerged macrophyte Vallisneria spiralis and sediment microecological environment显示文摘Ecological restoration is one of the hot technologies for the reconstruction of eutrophic lake ecosystems in which the restoration and propagation of submerged plants is the key and difficult step. In this paper, the effect of vermiculite on the growth process of Vallisneria spiralis and sediment microenvironment were investigated, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the application of vermiculite in aquatic ecological restoration. Results of growth indexes demonstrated that 5% and 10% vermiculite treatment groups statistically promote the growth of Vallisneria spiralis compared to the control. Meanwhile, the results of ecophysiological indexes showed that photosynthetic pigment, soluble sugar content, superoxide dismutase(SOD), and catalase(CAT) activity of 5% and 10% group were increased compared with the control while the malondialdehyde(MDA) content exhibited the opposite result(p < 0.05), which illustrated that vermiculite can improve the resistance of plants and delay the aging process of Vallisneria spiralis. In addition, result of PCA(Principal Component Analysis) demonstrated 5% and 10% group has improved the sediment physical conditions and create more ecological niche for microorganisms directly, and then promoted the growth of plants. The dissolution results showed that vermiculite can dissolve the constant and trace elements needed for plant growth. Furthermore, the addition of vermiculite increased the diversity of microorganisms in the sediments, and promoted the increase of plant growth-promoting bacteria and phosphorus-degrading bacteria. This study could provide a technique reference for the further application of vermiculite in the field of ecological restoration. | Guoliang Bai Feng Luo Yilingyun Zou Yunli Liu Rou Wang Hang Yang Zisen Liu Junjun Chang Zhenbin Wu Yi Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,8: | 0
Synergistic effect of vermiculite and submerged plants on lake sediments显示文摘The synergistic effect of vermiculite and the submerged macrophytes Vallisneria spiralis and Hydrilla verticillata on lake sediment was studied using diffusive gradients in thin films(DGT)technology. The dynamics of phosphorus(P)fractions in sediment, the labile-P and labile-S in the water-sediment continuum, and the microbial community in the rhizosphere were studied.Vermiculite effectively promoted reproduction of microorganisms in the sediments Microbial abundance in treatments containing V.spiralis with sediments containing 10%added vermiculite, and H.verticillata containing 50%added vermiculite being 1.7 and 3.5 times higher than the controls which contained no added vermiculite.Acidobacteria and Proteobacteria populations, which are both beneficial for the sediment microenvironment, were higher in treatment groups containing vermiculite. The bioavailable-P in treatment groups containing added vermiculite was lower at the sediment-water interface, with a correlating decrease of TP by between 63%and 91%in the overlying water. This suggests that vermiculite can affect the release of labile P and facilitate the assimilation of nutrients by macrophyte roots.Additionally, vermiculite can improve the Oxidation-Reduction potential and further reduce sulfide toxicity to plants. These results provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the application of vermiculite combined with submerged plants for the remediation of eutrophic lakes. | Rou Wang Yunli Liu Feng Luo Guoliang Bai Yadong Tang Qingjun Fang Jiying Zhu Beining Li Zisen Liu Feng He Qiaohong Zhou Zhenbin Wu Yi Zhang | 2023 | Water Biology and Security2023,2,3: | 0

Triangular lattice formation in robot swarms with minimal local sensing显示文摘The problem of triangular lattice formation in robot swarms has been investigated extensively in the literature, but the existing algorithms can hardly keep comparative performance from swarm simulation to real multi‐robot scenarios, due to the limited computation power or the restricted field of view(FOV)of robot sensors.Eventually,a distributed solution for triangular lattice formation in robot swarms with minimal sensing and computation is proposed and developed in this study. Each robot is equipped with a sensor with a limited FOV providing only a ternary digit of information about its neighbouring environment. At each time step, the motion command is directly determined by using only the ternary sensing result. The circular motions with a certain level of randomness lead the robot swarms to stable triangular lattice formation with high quality and robustness.Extensive numerical simulations and multi‐robot experiments are conducted. The results have demonstrated and validated the efficiency of the proposed approach. The minimised sensing and computation requirements pave the way for massive deployment at a low cost and implementation within swarms of miniature robots. | Zisen Nie Qingrui Zhang Xiaohan Wang Fakui Wang Tianjiang Hu | 2023 | IET Cyber-Systems and Robotics2023,5,2: | 0
