| 1 | RARE EARTH DISSOLVED IN SOLID SOLUTION OF STEEL AND ITS EFFECT ON MICROSTRUCTURE显示文摘The amounts of rare earth in the solid solution in steel 16Mn were determined by means of inductivecoupling plasma(ICP)spectroscopy.While the RE/S ratio was less than 1.9,the amounts of rare earth insolid solution were not more than 8 ppm,which rised slightly with the increase of the rare earth content in thesteel.While the RE/S was more than 1.9,MnS disappeared completely in the steel and the amounts of rareearth in solid solution increased rapidly with the increasing of the rare earth content.The solubility of ceriumin steel 16 Mn(St 52)is less than 0.011 wt% at room temperature.The results also indicate that rare earth insolid solution can reduce the amount of pearlite and increase that of ferrite and its mierohardness.The rela-tionship between microhardness(Hv)and the amount of rare earth in solid solution can be expressed by theequation of Hv=117+7 RE(ppm). | Lin Qin Ye Wen Li Shuanlu Yu Zongsen(Department of Physical Chemistry,University of Science and Technology,Beijing 100083,P.R.China) | 1990 | Journal of Rare Earths1990,8,1: | 2 |

| 3 | Mass Transfer Characteristics of H_2 and CO in Mimicked F-T Slurry Bubble Column Reactor显示文摘The equilibrium solubilities,volumetric gas-liquid mass transfer coefficients kLa of H_2 and CO were measured as functions of temperature(298―513 K),pressure(1―3 MPa),superficial gas velocity(0.5―3 cm/s) and solid volume fraction(5%―25%) in liquid paraffin/iron-based catalyst slurry bubble column reactor.The volumetric mass transfer coefficients kLa were obtained by measuring the dissolution rate of H_2 and CO.The influences of the operation conditions,such as pressure,temperature,superficial gas velocity and catalyst concentration on kLa,were investigated.Two empirical correlations were proposed to predict kLa values of H_2 and CO in liquid paraffin/solid particles slurry bubble column reactor.The results showed that the equilibrium solubilities of H-2 and CO increased with an increasing temperature and pressure,and the solubility of CO was greater than that for H_2.It was found that the equilibrium solubility can be expressed by Henry's law.The volumetric mass transfer coefficients of H_2 and CO were of the same order of magnitude,and increased with the increase of pressure,temperature and superficial gas velocity.The presence of solid particles decreased kLa values of both H_2 and CO. | Wu Jianmin Sun Qiwen Zhang Zongsen | 2018 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2018,20,2: | 1 |
| 4 | Diffusion and Reaction Model of Catalyst Pellets for Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis显示文摘The diffusion and reaction phenomenon in a Fe-based catalyst pellet for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis was studied.It was considered that the pores of catalyst pellets were full of liquid wax under Fischer-Tropsch synthesis conditions.The reactants diffused from the bulk gas phase to the external surface of the pellet,and then the reactants diffused through the wax inside the pellet and reacted on the internal surface formed along the pore passages of the pellet.On the basis of reaction kinetics and doubleα-ASF product distribution model,a diffusion and reaction model of catalyst pellet was established.The effects of diffusion and reaction interaction in a catalyst pellet,the bulk temperature,the reaction pressure and the pellet size on the reactivity were further investigated.The relationship between the internal diffusion effectiveness factor of spherical catalyst pellet and the Thiele modulus were also discussed.The bulk temperature and pellet size have significant effects on the reactivity,while the pressure shows only a slight influence on the reactivity.The internal diffusion effectiveness factor decreases with an increasing Thiele modulus. | Wu Jianmin Sun Qiwen Zhang Zongsen Pang Lifeng | 2013 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2013,15,4: | 1 |
| 5 | Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3-PbTiO_3-BaTiO_3 Complex Perovskite Ferroelectric Ceramics with High Dielectric Constant and Low Firing Temperature显示文摘The effects of different firing temperatures on the stability of perovskite phase, grain size, and dielectric properties were investigated by XRD, TEM, SEM and dielectric measurements. The dielectric ceramics of Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3-BaTiO3 system were obtained by chemical coprecipitation in water. The ceramics have higher dielectric constant (7003-9714), lower firing temperature(950-1150℃), quite uniform microstructure with grain size less than 2.5 mp, and lower temperature coefficients of capacitance. | 7 | Oxidation Resistance of Isotropic Pitch-based Carbon Fiber显示文摘The oxidation resistance of isotropic pitch-based carbon fibers are sudied by thermogravimetric analysis,scanning electron microscope and mechanical propefties measure. X-ray powder diffraction and electron probe energy dispersive, X-ray analyzer revealed that the powder calcinated at 800℃ for 2 h is the PMZN-PT with 100% single perovskite phase, and the order of magnitude of atomic proportion of Mg to Zn reaches approximately 10: 1. | 11 | Do exports firms outperform non-export ones?An empirical study on different classification of manufacturing industries in China显示文摘Using Chinese Industrial Enterprise Database between 2005 and 2009,this paper constructs indicators,from aspects of efficiency,size and financing condition to explore comprehensively the new entry exporters’performance advantage over non-exporters by the method of PSM.The manufacturing industries are then classified into four categories,namely high-technology,medium-high-technology,medium-low-technology and low-technology,for detailed study.The results show that neither self-selection effect nor learning-by-exporting effect exists in Chinese exporters on the whole.Firms with lower productivity show higher export preference.Export is helpful for employment expansion and income increase;however,it does not enhance productivity and return on asset improvement.Firms in medium-high-technology industry learn by exporting significantly with obviously better performance than those in other categories,while low-technology export firms’performance is the worst.The policy implications is as follows:first,foreign trade structure needs to be upgraded steadily;second,medium-high-technology industry is suggested to be the key area to cultivate competitive advantage for export;third,increasing support to high-technology industry should be considered. | Yuan Lei Zou Zongsen | 2017 | China Finance and Economic Review2017,6,4: | 0 |
| 12 | Seismic Performances of Large-Span Prestressed Concrete Frame Structure by Shaking Table Tests显示文摘The seismic performances of the large-span prestressed concrete frame structure of bunker bay of thermal power plant under different intensity level was investigated by shaking table tests.A 1/8 microconcrete nonfull weight scaled model was designed according to the prototype structure and the conditions of laboratory.Three kinds of scaled ground motion accelerations were employed as seismic excitations.White noise was input in the structure through each seismic wave applied.The experimental results indicate that the structure is safe to endure seven degree intensity as required in Chinese codes.The natural vibration frequency of the structure is decreasing with the increasing of the seismic intensity,the natural vibration frequency of the structure decreases by about 24.5%,and the structural stiffness reduces by nearly 44% in seven degree intensity of seldom occurred earthquake.The damage at the top of column in the first floor is the most serious,the weak part of the structure is at the first floor,and the strong beam/weak column phenomenon appeared obviously,so this kind of large-span prestressed concrete frame should not be used in a high intensity district. | WEI Wenhui ZHANG Hui LI Zongsen | 2012 | Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2012,17,3: | 0 |
