| 1 | 中国西北干旱区小冰期的湿度变化特征显示文摘选取中国西北干旱区11条具有明确古湿度指示意义的气候记录,结合冰芯、地层沉积、湖泊沉积、树木年轮、河流阶地等各种研究资料和历史记载,研究中国西北干旱区小冰期的湿度变化。结果表明研究区小冰期(1400-1920AD)从整体而言处于相对湿润的阶段:区内高大山系降水处于较高时段——西昆仑山古里雅冰芯积累量增大,天山山间湖泊水位回升,祁连山敦德冰芯孢粉总浓度增加;而盆地内流系统水量也出现了相应的变化——塔里木盆地克里雅河和塔里木河流量增大,准噶尔盆地艾比湖水位上升,巴丹吉林沙漠地下水补给量上升,居延海入湖水量增大,湖面扩展,青海湖盆地降水增加,有效湿度增大,苏干湖水体盐度降低,入湖水量/蒸发量之比升高。同时,较高分辨率的湿度资料显示,研究区东—南边缘地带在小冰期内部存在次一级的干湿波动,两个湿度较高的时期出现在16世纪和18世纪,分别与小冰期内部的两个相对温暖时期有很好的对应。中国西北相对湿润的小冰期主要是西风带强度增加和位置南移造成该区域降水增多和全球性普遍降温导致有效湿度增大两个因素共同作用的结果,研究区边缘地带小冰期内部冷干暖湿的配置则主要体现了夏季风的影响。 | 陈建徽 陈发虎 张家武 杨保 | 2008 | 地理学报2008,63,1: | 21 |

| 3 | 艾比湖湿地不同盐渍化土壤粒度组成及可蚀性研究显示文摘为了研究内陆干旱区不同盐渍化土壤的粒径组成及其可蚀性的空间分布,在不同盐渍化程度上探讨其与土壤中盐分含量的相互关系,本研究以新疆维吾尔自治区艾比湖湿地为研究靶区,利用2015年5月获取的66个表层土壤样品,对土壤的粒度组成、含盐量、分形维数和可蚀性因子K值进行了研究。结果表明:样品中盐土占比达到59.09%,平均含盐量达131.59 g/kg,研究区内盐渍化现象既普遍又严重;土壤颗粒以粉粒和砂粒为主,随着盐渍化程度的加剧黏粒含量不断增加,砂粒含量则相反;土壤颗粒的分形维数D值介于2.14~2.60,平均值为2.45;随着盐渍化程度加剧,分形维数逐渐变大,K值也随之逐渐增大,盐土的K值最大达0.093;土壤可蚀性因子K值与含盐量的相关性较高(r=0.596**),在一定程度上可以说明,土壤的含盐量水平越高,K值越大,越容易被侵蚀。 | 王敬哲 丁建丽 王飞 梁静 | 2018 | 土壤2018,50,3: | 13 |
| 4 | Paleoenvironmental records from the northern South China Sea since the Last Glacial Maximum显示文摘Core ZHS-176 contains the paleoenvironmental records from the northern South China Sea (NSCS) since the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM). A coupled approach based on clay mineral assemblages, planktonic foraminiferal oxygen and carbon isotopes, and calcium carbonate content is used to trace the sources of the fine-grained sediment and to investigate the paleoenviornmental evolution in this area. Clay mineral assemblages are dominated by illite (average about 39%) and chlorite (about 27%), which comes mainly from Taiwan and the East China Sea. Kaolinite, which accounts for about 13%, comes mainly from the Zhujiang (Pearl) River, and Luzon Island is the main source for smectite (about 21%). The planktonic foraminiferal oxygen isotopic oscillations during the last glacial period are coeval with climate variations recorded in the Greenland ice core and Western Pacific sediment. These variations include the LGM, Heinrich event 1, Bφlling-Allerφd (B/A), and Younger Dryas. For the Holocene, three periods of strong precipitation (S1-S3) and three periods of weak precipitation (W1-W3) are identified. The oxygen isotopic record exhibits corre-lation with climate records from distant regions, including the high-latitude Northern Hemisphere, providing evidence for global tele-connection among regional climate. A brief, negative planktonic foraminiferal carbon isotopic excursion during B/A reflects increased methane released from marine gas hydrate due to the rapid warming of the water. | 5 | Pollen record and environmental evolution of Caotanhu wetland in Xinjiang since 4550 cal. a BP显示文摘This paper presents a multi-proxy reconstruction of the climate change in Caotanhu wetland using pollen, phytolith and charcoal records, and the data of loss of ignition (LOI), grain size analysis, and susceptibility. Results reveal that between 4550 and 2500 cal. a BP, a dry climatic condition was not favorable for the accumulation of peat. Since 2500 cal. a BP, the climate became humid and the wetland developed with abundant freshwater aquatic plants, which contributed to peat accumulation. Never-theless, alternate periods of rain and dry climate occurred during that period. Between 2500 and 1810 cal. a BP (550 BC―140 AD), the climate was more humid than at present. A lot of emerged plants, such as Phragmites, Typha and Sparganium, and freshwater green algae grew in the wetland which was sur-rounded by desert-steppe vegetation composed mainly of Chenopodiaceae, Artemisia, Compositae and Thalictrum. However, from 1810 to 1160 cal. a BP (140―790 AD), the water level started to decrease and hydrophyte species reduced greatly, but some Phragmites still grew in the wetland and around it was desert vegetation with high proportion of Chenopodiaceae and Artemisia. Then from 1160 to 650 a BP (790―1300 AD), it entered a period of desert-steppe with abundant mesic and xerophytic plants. And a lot of aquatic plants prevailed in the wetland. Here, what is noticeable is that percentages of arboreal pollen, consisting mainly of Betula and Picea, increased greatly and reached a maximal value of 27.2%, in which, Betula percentages rose to 23.2%. Hence, it is reasonable to conclude that Betula grew in the highland of the wetland, or Picea timberline shifted downward resulting in the increase of percentages of Betula and Picea pollen, which were transported into the wetland by flood or wind. But since 650 cal. a BP, desert vegetation prevailed around the wetland again with dominant Chenopodiaceae and Ar-temisia, and the climate was similar to modern one. | 6 | 新疆艾比湖流域胡杨幼苗根际AM真菌多样性特征显示文摘【目的】通过对胡杨林根围土壤和背景土壤的理化因子测定及数据分析,对其根围土壤中丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,简称AM真菌)孢子分离与鉴定以及对其根系共生AM真菌进行群落构成进行分子鉴定,分析荒漠生态系统中胡杨幼苗AM真菌共生状况和群落结构特点,以探讨荒漠生态系统中胡杨根际共生AM真菌生态学功能及其对地上植物群落结构的影响。【方法】在新疆艾比湖国家自然湿地保护区,分别采集胡杨保护林中7株胡杨幼苗根围土壤及根组织。对土样理化因子进行测试并采用SAS软件对数据进行统计分析。采用湿筛法对胡杨根围土壤中AM真菌孢子进行分离,压片法进行孢子鉴定,并计算AM真菌孢子密度和不同AM真菌孢子的相对多度,同时检测胡杨根系AM真菌侵染率及侵染结构。最后采用巢式PCR的方法扩增胡杨根系共生AM真菌核糖体RNA基因序列,并对序列进行测序分析,再进行Blast比对获得胡杨根系共生AM真菌的种属关系和标准序列,采用Mage软件构建系统发育树。【结果】胡杨根围土壤中Na^+,Mg^(2+)和Ca^(2+)浓度显著的低于背景土壤,有机质含量高于背景土,而K+分布均匀;根围土壤中的氮、磷和硫含量与有机质含量为高度正相关,而钾、钙和钠的含量与有机质含量为负相关。孢子鉴定共从7株胡杨幼苗根围土中分离鉴定出AM真菌3属8种,分别为球囊霉属的道氏球囊霉、粘质球囊霉、网状球囊菌、黑球囊霉;无梗囊霉属的毛氏无梗囊霉、凹坑无梗囊霉、波状无梗囊霉;巨孢囊霉属的红色盾巨孢囊霉。此外对与胡杨幼苗共生的AM真菌进行分子鉴定,共检测出13个新的AM真菌分类单元,Genbank登录号为:KJ209699-KJ209711。聚类分析结果显示,从胡杨根际鉴定的AM真菌分为2个相似性小于93%的类群,2个类群AM真菌属于Rhizophagus属中不同的种。【结论】与AM真菌共生的胡杨幼苗可显著的降低其根围土壤中的盐离子浓度,同时可提高有机质的含量,并对氮、磷和硫营养元素具有富集效应。本试验分子鉴定法获得13个AM真菌新的分类单元比对后属于Rhizophagus属2个不同的种,由此可知在艾比湖流域内以胡杨为建群种的植物区系内,其根系AM真菌种类单一,有助于减少胡杨个体彼此之间的营养竞争作用,从而增强胡杨群体在群落内的竞争能力,并最终影响地上植物群落的结构。 | 吕杰 吕光辉 马媛 | 2016 | 林业科学2016,52,4: | 4 |
