1Stability improvement under high efficiency—next stage development of perovskite solar cells显示文摘With efficiency of perovskite solar cells(PSCs) overpassing 23%, to realize their commercialization, the biggest challenge now is to boost the stability to the same level as conventional solar cells. Thus, tremendous effort has been directed over the past few years toward improving the stability of these cells. Various methods were used to improve the stability of bulk perovskites,including compositional engineering, interface adjustment, dimensional manipulation, crystal engineering, and grain boundary decoration. Diverse device configurations, carrier transporting layers, and counter electrodes are investigated. To compare the stability of PSCs and clarify the degradation mechanism, diverse characterization methods were developed. Overall stability of PSCs has become one central topic for the development of PSCs. 2Nanosecond photoelectric effects in all-oxide p-n junction of La_(0.9)Sr_(0.1)MnO_(3)/SrNb_(0.01)Ti_(0.99)O_(3)显示文摘Nanosecond (ns) photoelectric effects have been observed in all-oxide p-n junctions of La0.9Sr0.1MnO3/SrNb0.01Ti0.99O3 for the first time. The rise time was about 23 ns and the full width at half maximum was about 125 ns for the open-circuit photovoltaic pulse when the La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 thin film in the p-n junction was irradiated by a laser of ~20 ns pulse duration and 308 nm wavelength. 3Optical characteristics of Ce,Eu:YAG single crystal grown by Czochralski method显示文摘Eu-doped Ce:YAG single crystal(SC) was fabricated by the Czochralski method. The crystal structure,optical and photoelectric property of the constructed w-LED was investigated. The XRD and HRTEM results show that YAG crystal structure has little change when Eu^(3+), Ce^(3+) are doped. Absorption spectra and photoluminescence spectra show that the Ce,Eu:YAG single crystal can effectively absorb the 460 nm blue light to form a broadband emission center at 530 nm, decay curves of the crystal show that the energy transfer between Ce^(3+) and Eu^(3+) is highly suppressed. 4Performance evaluation and optimization design of photoelectric pyrometer detection optical system显示文摘The measurement and control of high temperature play very important roles in national defense,military,scientific experiments,industrial and agricultural production.Photoelectric pyrometer is one of the important radiation thermometers for non-contact temperature measurement.It has an important application in the field of high temperature measurement,and its performance directly affects the accuracy of temperature measurement.By improving the design of the detection optical system of the photoelectric pyrometer,the imaging performance of the photoelectric pyrometer can be improved effectively,and the temperature measurement accuracy can be improved.In this paper,the temperature measurement principle of photoelectric pyrometer,the wo rking principle of the detection optical system and the composition of the system are introduced.The optical components that affect the imaging of the optical system of the photoelectric pyrometer are analyzed.The optical pyrometer detection optical system is simulated by ZEMAX software,based on the analysis results,the Modulation Transfer Function(MTF)and the spot Diagram are used as the main evaluation criteria to optimize the design of the objective lens of the photoelectric pyrometer detection optical system.The imaging performance of the photoelectric pyrometer detection optical system and the accuracy of temperature measurement of the photoelectric pyrometer are improved by optimization design of the detection optical system.Xue-yan Han Ke-wei Huan Shan-ju Sheng 2020Defence Technology(防务技术)2020,16,2:3
5Self-assembly and photoelectric properties of cerium complexes with 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic acid on nanocrystalline TiO_2 films显示文摘Self-assembled (SA) films (PMP, M = Ce3+ or Ce4+) of 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic acid (PTA) on nanocrystalline TiO2 films with Ce3+ or Ce4+ as a bridge were fabricated and characterized with UV-Vis, IR, and XPS synchrotron radiation photoelectron spectroscopy (SRPES) which gave the HOMO energy levels for the SA films. It was shown that thin-layer sandwich-type solar cells based on these SA films possess good properties for photoelectric conversion. While PTA-loaded TiO2 electrode (P) generated 26.9% of incident monochromatic photon-to-electron conversion efficiency (IPCE), PMP-sensitized Ti02 electrodes yielded 55.8% and 39.1% for Ce4+ and Ce3+ respectively. 6Enhanced absorption process in the thin active region of GaAs based p-i-n structure显示文摘The optical absorption is the most important macroscopic process to characterize the microscopic optical transition in the semiconductor materials. Recently, great enhancement has been observed in the absorption of the active region within a p–n junction. In this paper, Ga As based p–i–n samples with the active region varied from 100 nm to 3 μm were fabricated and it was observed that the external quantum efficiencies are higher than the typical results, indicating a new mechanism beyond the established theories. 8SnS_2 quantum dots: Facile synthesis, properties,and applications in ultraviolet photodetector显示文摘Tin sulfide quantum dots(SnS_2 QDs) are n-type wide band gap semiconductor. They exhibit a high optical absorption coefficient and strong photoconductive property in the ultraviolet and visible regions. Therefore, they have been found to have many potential applications, such as gas sensors, resistors, photodetectors, photocatalysts, and solar cells. However, the existing preparation methods for SnS_2 QDs are complicated and require a high temperature and high pressure environments; hence they are unsuitable for large-scale industrial production. An effective method for the preparation of monodispersed SnS_2 QDs at normal temperature and pressure will be discussed in this paper. The method is facile, green,and low-cost. In this work, the structure, morphology, optical, electrical, and photoelectric properties of SnS_2 QDs are studied. The synthesized SnS_2 QDs are homogeneous in size and exhibit good photoelectric performance. A photoelectric detector based on the SnS_2 QDs is fabricated and its J–V and C–V characteristics are also studied. The detector responds under λ = 365 nm light irradiation and reverse bias voltage. Its detectivity approximately stabilizes at 1011 Jones at room temperature. 9Controllable Synthesis,Polar Behavior and Photoelectric Properties of BiOCl Microplates显示文摘Bismuth oxychloride(BiOCl)square microplates were prepared via a facile hydrothermal method.The X-ray diffraction patterns of the samples reveal a tetragonal BiOCl phase,and the scanning electron microscopy images show plate-like structures with large lateral size of 3~6μm and thickness in the range of 100~300 nm.The effects of surfactant,reaction temperature and duration on the morphology of BiOCl powders are systematically in-vestigated.The polar behavior of a BiOCl single-crystalline microplate is examined by using piezoresponse force microscopy evidenced over 80 pm displacement under 40 V bias voltage.In addition,the photoelectric performance of the BiOCl microplates is evaluated by using electrochemical workstation with three-electrode system,and large photocurrent densities(over 0.5μA/cm^(2))and fast photoresponse(0.7~1.1 s)are detected by applying both 365 nm monochromatic light and sunlight illumination.The surface potential changes of BiOCl microplate under different light condition,characterized by in-situ Kelvin probe force microscopy,further verify the separation ability of the photo-induced charge carriers.These findings would be beneficial for further design photocatalytic and piezocatalytic materials.李立新 陈晨 黎梓浩 王飞飞 刘芸 易志国 2022Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry2022,41,3:1

11Preparation and photoelectric properties of cadmium sulfide quantum dots显示文摘Cadmium sulfide quantum dots(CdS QDs) are widely used in solar cells, light emitting diodes, photocatalysis, and biological imaging because of their unique optical and electrical properties. However, there are some drawbacks in existing preparation techniques for CdS QDs, such as protection of inert gas, lengthy reaction time, high reaction temperature, poor crystallinity, and non-uniform particle size distribution. In this study, we prepared CdS QDs by liquid phase synthesis under ambient room temperature and atmospheric pressure using sodium alkyl sulfonate, CdCl_2, and Na_2S as capping agent, cadmium, and sulfur sources respectively. This technique offers facile preparation, efficient reaction, low-cost, and controllable particle size. The as-prepared CdS QDs exhibited good crystallinity, excellent monodispersity, and uniform particle size. 12Photoelectric properties of thin Eu^(3+)-doped TiO_2 films sensitized by cis-RuL_2(SCN)_2·2H_2O显示文摘Thin nanocrystalline TiO2 films doped by europium ions (Eu3+) were obtained by the sol-gel method. The photoelectric properties of Eu3+-doped TiO2 film electrode sensitized by cis-RuL2(SCN)2·2H2O (L=cis-2,2′-bipyridine-4,4′-dicarboxlic acid) ruthenium complex were studied. The thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Effect of doping Eu3+ on microscopic structure and photoelectrical properties were discussed. The result shows that doping europium ions makes specific surface area of these films larger, which contributes to improving the photoelectric properties. It is found that an optimal composition doped with 0.2 mol.% Eu3+ exhibits the highest photoelectric properties. 18The characteristic properties of PEDOT nano-particle based on reversed micelle method显示文摘Based on the study of a new type of conducting polymer poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT),this paper focuses on the preparation and the materials properties of PEDOT nanoparticles made by reversed micelle method.Investigations on optical,electrical and the thermal stability of PEDOT nanoparticles were carried out.The main results were as follows: The small-sized PEDOT nanoparticles were prepared by different methods,such as ultraviolet/visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy,fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrum,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and so on.The Bragg peaks of nanoparticles at 6.7°,12.7°,25° were observed by XRD and the good orientation of molecular chain was attributed to the effective doping of toluene-p-sulfonic acid,which also resulted in an enhancement of thermal stability of nanoparticles compared with the conventional PEDOT.Furthermore,the gas sensitivity of nanoparticles deposited on quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) was studied and the nanopartices deposited device exhibited excellent sensitivity to HCl gas at low concentration.Gas sensitivity of the nanoparticles by the reverse micelle was better than that of the common PEDOT particles.ZHENG HuaJing,JIANG YaDong,XU JianHua & YANG YaJie State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Films & Integrated Devices,School of Optoelectronic Information,University of Electronic Science and Technology of China,Chengdu 610054,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,9:0
