| 1 | Chinese Trauma Surgeon Association for management guidelines of vacuum sealing drainage application in abdominal surgeries-Update and systematic review显示文摘Vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) is frequently used in abdominal surgeries. However, relevant guidelines are rare. Chin ese Trauma Surge on Associati on orga nized a committee composed of 28 experts across China in July 2017, aiming to provide an evidence-based recommendation for the application of VSD in abdominal surgeries.Eleven questions regarding the use of VSD in abdominal surgeries were addressed:(1) which type of materials should be respectively chosen for the intraperitoneal cavity, retroperitoneal cavity and superficial incisions?(2) Can VSD be preventively used for a high-risk abdominal incision w让h primary suture?(3) Can VSD be used in severely contaminated/infected abdominal surgical sites?(4) Can VSD be used for temporary abdominal cavity closure under some special conditions such as severe abdominal trauma, infection, liver transplantation and intra-abdominal volume increment in abdominal compartment syndrome?(5) Can VSD be used in abdominal organ inflammation, injury, or postoperative drainage?(6) Can VSD be used in the treatment of intestinal fistula and pancreatic fistula?(7) Can VSD be used in the treatment of intra-abdominal and extra-peritoneal abscess?(8) Can VSD be used in the treatment of abdominal wall wounds, wound cavity, and defects?(9) Does VSD in crease the risk of bleeding?(10) Does VSD increase the risk of intestinal wail injury?(11) Does VSD increase the risk of peritoneal adhesion? Focusing on these questions, evidence-based recommendations were given accordingly. VSD was strongly recommended regarding the questions 2-4. Weak recommendations were made regarding questions 1 and 5-11. | 2 | 对28例皮肤软组织缺损患者应用负压封闭引流技术的体会显示文摘目的介绍负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing draina,VSD)在临床中的应用,探讨其促进创面愈合的机制。方法对2008年7月至2009年6月我科收治的皮肤软组织缺损患者28例,术前彻底清创后全部给予VSD负压吸引,待肉芽新鲜后,结合皮瓣、肌瓣、真皮下血管网皮片或中厚皮片移植,其中7例肌皮瓣、4例大面积皮片移植病例术后再次应用VSD吸引。结果28例患者中26例移植物全部存活,2例肌皮瓣远端少量坏死,经换药后完全愈合。结论VSD能明显促进肉芽组织生长,促进移植物的血运循环,有利于移植物的成活,是一种值得推广的新技术。 | 刘强 赵天兰 余道江 张为宝 | 2010 | 安徽医药2010,14,1: | 22 |

| 6 | Sealing properties and structure optimization of packer rubber under high pressure and high temperature显示文摘During hydraulic fracturing operations of low-permeability reservoirs,packers are the key component to ensure the success of multistage fracturing.Packers enable sections of the wellbore to be sealed off and separately fractured by hydraulic pressure,one at a time,while the remainder of the wellbore is not affected.However,reliable sealing properties of the packer rubber are required to meet the high-pressure and high-temperature(HPHT)conditions of reservoirs(such as 70 MPa and 170 ℃).In this study,the structures of the packer rubber with two different materials are optimized numerically by ABAQUS and validated by experiments.The optimization process starts from the packer rubber with a conventional structure,and then,the weakest spots are identified by ABAQUS and improved by slightly varying its structure.This process is iterative,and the final optimized structure of a single rubber barrel with expanding back-up rings is achieved.For the structure of three rubber barrels with metallic protective covers,both HNBR and AFLAS fail under HPHT conditions.For the final optimized structure,the packer rubber made of AFLAS can work better under HPHT than that made of HNBR which ruptures after setting.The results show that the optimized structure of a single rubber barrel with expanding back-up rings and the material AFLAS are a good combination for the packer rubber playing an excellent sealing performance in multistage fracturing in horizontal wells. | Wen-Jian Lan Han-Xiang Wang Xin Zhang Sheng-Shan Chen | 2019 | Petroleum Science2019,16,3: | 11 |

| 10 | Surrounding rock control of gob-side entry driving with narrow coal pillar and roadway side sealing technology in Yangliu Coal Mine显示文摘Gob-side entry driving can increase coal recovery ratio, and it is implied in many coal mines. Based on geological condition of 10416 working face tailentry in Yangliu Coal Mine, the surrounding rock deformation characteristics of gob-side entry driving with narrow coal pillar is analysed, reasonable size of coal pillar and reasonable roadway excavation time after mining are achieved. Surrounding rock control technology and effective roadway side sealing technology are proposed and are taken into field practice. The results showed that a safer and more efficient mining of working face can be achieved. | 11 | 老年脊柱术后急性感染诊断及治疗显示文摘目的:探讨老年脊柱术后急性感染诊断及治疗。方法:回顾性分析了50例经手术病理证实的老年脊柱术后急性感染患者的临床及MRI资料,对椎体、椎间盘改变、椎旁脓肿及椎管内硬膜外脓肿的MRI表现进行分析。将高负压封闭引流术(high vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)应用于本组患者的临床治疗之中,对该方法的临床疗效进行评价。结果:1经病理诊断结果为化脓性脊椎炎、化脓性椎间盘炎以及继发硬模外脓肿分别为15例、14例及21例;经MRI诊断,化脓性脊椎炎、化脓性椎间盘炎以及继发硬模外脓肿分别为14例、12例及19例,与病理诊断符合率为90.00%。2经VSD术治疗后,优、良、中、差例数分别为22例、25例、3例、0例,治疗优良率为94.00%;非感染组(n=120)患者治疗后,优、良、中、差例数分别为56例、58例、6例及0例,治疗优良率为95.00%。3VSD术治疗前掌倾角与尺偏角分别为(4.23±0.72)°与(10.22±1.34)°,治疗后掌倾角与尺偏角分别为(5.78±1.32)°与(13.13±2.11)°,治疗前后掌倾角与尺偏角相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI对老年脊柱术后急性感染具有较高的诊断价值;VSD术治疗老年脊柱术后急性感染的效果较佳,值得在临床上加以推广并应用。 | 刘海涛 | 2014 | 川北医学院学报2014,29,4: | 5 |
| 12 | Effects of hydrocarbon physical properties on caprock’s capillary sealing ability显示文摘A new mechanics formula of caprock’s capillary sealing ability has been established in this paper, in which the boundary layer resistance was considered and characterized by starting pressure gradient. The formula shows that capillary sealing ability of caprock is determined not only by the capillary force of rock and the buoyancy of hydrocarbon column, but also by the starting pressure gradient of hydrocarbons and the thickness of caprock. The buoyancy of hydrocarbon column, the starting pressure gradient of hydrocarbon, and the capillary force of caprock are affected by hydrocarbon density, hydrocarbon viscosity, and hydrocarbon-water interface tension respectively. Based on hydrocarbon property data of reservoirs of Jiyang Depression and equations from literature, the effects of hydrocarbon density, hydrocarbon viscosity, and hydrocarbon-water interface tension on the sealing ability of caprock are analyzed. Under formational conditions, the sealing ability of oil caprock can vary up to dozens times because of the variations of the oil density, oil viscosity, and oil-water interface tension. Thus, the physical characters of hydrocarbon should be considered when evaluating the capillary sealing ability of caprocks. | 14 | Resin infiltration of deproteinised natural occlusal subsurface lesions improves initial quality of fissure sealing显示文摘The aim of this ex vivo study was to evaluate the infiltration capability and rate of microleakage of a low-viscous resin infiltrant combined with a flowable composite resin(RI/CR) when used with deproteinised and etched occlusal subsurface lesions(International Caries Detection and Assessment System code 2). This combined treatment procedure was compared with the exclusive use of flowable composite resin(CR) for fissure sealing. Twenty premolars and 20 molars revealing non-cavitated occlusal carious lesions were randomly divided into two groups and were meticulously cleaned and deproteinised using Na OCl(2%). After etching with HCl(15%), 10 premolar and 10 molar lesions were infiltrated(Icon/DMG; rhodamine B isothiocyanate(RITC)-labelled) followed by fissure sealing(G-?nial Flo/GC; experimental group, RI/CR). In the control group(CR), the carious fissures were only sealed. Specimens were cut perpendicular to the occlusal surface and through the area of the highest demineralisation(DIAGNOdent pen, Ka Vo). Using confocal laser-scanning microscopy, the specimens were assessed with regard to the percentage of caries infiltration, marginal adaption and internal integrity. Within the CR group, the carious lesions were not infiltrated. Both premolar(57.9% ± 23.1%) and molar lesions(35.3% ± 22.1%) of the RI/CR group were uniformly infiltrated to a substantial extent, albeit with significant differences(P = 0.034). Moreover, microleakage(n = 1) and the occurrence of voids(n = 2) were reduced in the RI/CR group compared with the CR group(5 and 17 specimens,respectively). | 15 | A simple approach for the estimation of CO_2 penetration depth into a caprock layer显示文摘Caprock is a water-saturated formation with a sufficient entry capillary pressure to prevent the upward migration of a buoyant fluid. When the entry capillary pressure of caprock is smaller than the pressure exerted by the buoyant CO_2 plume, CO_2 gradually penetrates into the caprock. The CO_2 penetration depth into a caprock layer can be used to measure the caprock sealing efficiency and becomes the key issue to the assessment of caprock sealing efficiency. On the other hand, our numerical simulations on a caprock layer have revealed that a square root law for time and pore pressure exists for the CO_2 penetration into the caprock layer. Based on this finding, this study proposes a simple approach to estimate the CO_2 penetration depth into a caprock layer. This simple approach is initially developed to consider the speed of CO_2 invading front. It explicitly expresses the penetration depth with pressuring time, pressure difference and pressure magnitude. This simple approach is then used to fit three sets of experimental data and good fittings are observed regardless of pressures, strengths of porous media, and pore fluids(water,hydrochloric acid, and carbonic acid). Finally, theoretical analyses are conducted to explore those factors affecting CO_2 penetration depth. The effects of capillary pressure, gas sorption induced swelling, and fluid property are then included in this simple approach. | 17 | L-Plastin deficiency produces increased trabecular bone due to attenuation of sealing ring formation and osteoclast dysfunction显示文摘Bone resorption requires the formation of complex, actin-rich cytoskeletal structures. During the early phase of sealing ring formation by osteoclasts, L-plastin regulates actin-bundling to form the nascent sealing zones(NSZ). Here, we show that L-plastin knockout mice produce osteoclasts that are deficient in the formation of NSZs, are hyporesorptive, and make superficial resorption pits in vitro. Transduction of TAT-fused full-length L-plastin peptide into osteoclasts from L-plastin knockout mice rescued the formation of nascent sealing zones and sealing rings in a time-dependent manner. This response was not observed with mutated full-length L-plastin(Ser-5 and-7 to Ala-5 and-7) peptide. In contrast to the observed defect in the NSZ, L-plastin deficiency did not affect podosome formation or adhesion of osteoclasts in vitro or in vivo. Histomorphometry analyses in 8-and 12-week-old female L-plastin knockout mice demonstrated a decrease in eroded perimeters and an increase in trabecular bone density, without a change in bone formation by osteoblasts. This decrease in eroded perimeters supports that osteoclast function is attenuated in L-plastin knockouts. Micro-CT analyses confirmed a marked increase in trabecular bone mass. In conclusion, female L-plastin knockout mice had increased trabecular bone density due to impaired bone resorption by osteoclasts. | 19 | Effect of rotor-mounted protrusion on sealing performance and flow structure in rotor-stator cavity显示文摘This paper presents an experimental investigation on the effect of protrusion radial position and height on the sealing performance and flow structure in the rotor-stator cavity. The rotormounted protrusions are assembled at three radial positions and are set to three heights. The cavity is equipped with three rim seals: a radial seal, an axial seal and a seal with double fins on the stator.The annulus Reynolds number is set at 4:39 ×10~5 and the rotational Reynolds number ranges from 7:51×10~5 to 1:20×10~6. Heat and mass transfer analogy is applied. Pressure and CO_2 concentration are measured. The experimental results show that in cavities with different rim seals, radial distributions of the sealing efficiency, pressure and swirl ratio are basically the same. The sealing performance is improved by protrusions compared with the cavity without protrusion and improves with the increase of protrusion radial position and height. The effect of protrusion increases with the increase of the rotational Reynolds number. The windage loss and the flow resistance introduced by protrusions are investigated.
