| 5 | Gram-scale synthesis of all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots with high Mn substitution ratio and enhanced dual-color emission显示文摘Mn-doped all-inorganic perovskite quantum dots (QDs) provide prominent applications in the fields of low-cost light source or display,because of their remarkable properties including dual-color emission and reduced lead content,as well as high photoluminescence quantum yields (PLQYs) and high stability.However,the existing synthesis approaches usually require hash conditions,such as high temperature and nitrogen protection,which is a major hurdler for the practical manufacturing.In addition,the significantly high Mn substitution ratio in CsPbX3 QDs is still challenging.The real dual-color emission with two strong emission peaks in the Mn-doped all-inorganic perovskite QDs has attracted great interest.Here we present a gram-scale approach to synthesize both CsPbxMn1-xCI3 and CsPb1-xMnxClyBr3-y QDs at 100 ℃ in the air with high Mn substitution ratio,up to 55.64% atomically.The as-prepared CsPb1-xMnxClyBr3-y QDs exhibit high PLQYs of 62.41% and dual-color emission with two strong emission peaks around at 400-450 nm and 600 nm,respectively.The enhanced peak at 400-450 nm is a result of the hybrid halides in CsPbBrxCl3-x host.Furthermore,the unique advantage of the optical emission and high PLQYs properties of the CsPbxMn1-xCl3 QDs has been demonstrated as invisible ink for encryption applications and polymer composites.Our gram-scale synthesis approach for Mn-doped all-inorganic perovskite QDs may boost the future research and practical applications of QDs-based white LED,spintronics,and molecular barcoding. | Lvming Dong Zhuo Chen Lei Ye Yan Yu Jianbing Zhang Huan Liu Jianfeng Zang | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,7: | 6 |

| 9 | Scalable nanomanufacturing of surfactant-free carbon nanotube inks for spray coatings with high conductivity显示文摘Spray-coated carbon nanotube films offer a simple and printable solution for fabricating low cost, lightweight, and flexible thin-film electronics. However, current nanotube spray inks require either a disruptive surfactant or destructive surface functionalization to stabilize dispersions at the cost of the electrical properties of the deposited film. We demonstrate that high-purity few-walled carbon nanotubes may be stabilized in isopropanol after surface functionalization and that optimizing the ink stability dramatically enhances the conductivity of subsequent spray-coated thin films. We consequently report a surfactant-free carbon nanotube ink for spray-coated thin films with conductivities reaching 2,100 S/cm. | 10 | Highly concentrated graphene oxide ink for facile 3D printing of supercapacitors显示文摘3D printing of functional energy storage devices is receiving escalating attention over the years due to the customizable manufacturing flexibility and imparted high areal and gravimetric energy density of three-dimensional structured devices, which contribute to the creation of numerous new opportunities for futuristic electronics. Graphene-based inks are ideal elements for the realization of 3D printed energy storage devices if the attractive intrinsic physiochemical properties of graphene could be preserved. However, it is still a great challenge to prepare uniformly dispersed graphene-based materials with desired rheological properties for 3D printing. Here we report a facile strategy for 3D printing of supercapacitors from a highly concentrated graphene oxide (GO) ink. The GO is properly dispersed and the ink fulfills the stringent rheological specifications for 3D printing. The printed GO electrode is functionalized with enhanced structural stability for proper reduction to graphene. The printed supercapacitors deliver the potential to linearly scale up in areal capacitance without jeopardizing the gravimetric capacitance when increasing printed layers. | 16 | Non-random tissue distribution of human na ve umbilical cord matrix stem cells显示文摘AIM: To determine the tissue and temporal distribution of human umbilical cord matrix stem (hUCMS) cells in severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) mice. METHODS: For studying the localization of hUCMS cells, tritiated thymidine-labeled hUCMS cells were injected in SCID mice and tissue distribution was quantitatively determined using a liquid scintillation counter at days 1, 3, 7 and 14. Furthermore, an immunofluorescence detection technique was employed in which anti-human mitochondrial antibody was used to identify hUCMS cells in mouse tissues. In order to visualize the distribution of transplanted hUCMS cells in H&E stained tissue sections, India Black ink 4415 was used to label the hUCMS cells. RESULTS: When tritiated thymidine-labeled hUCMS cells were injected systemically (iv) in female SCID mice, the lung was the major site of accumulation at 24 h after transplantation. With time, the cells migrated to other tissues, and on day three, the spleen, stomach, and small and large intestines were the major accumulation sites. On day seven, a relatively large amount of radioactivity was detected in the adrenal gland, uterus, spleen, lung, and digestive tract. In addition, labeled cells had crossed the blood brain barrier by day 1.
