1INTELLIGENT VIRTUAL CONTROL:MEASURING INSTRUMENT FROM WHOLE TO PART显示文摘A new concept called intelligent virtual control (IVC), which can be driven by measuring functions, is put forward. This small 'intelligent measurement instrument unit (IMIU)', carrying with functions of instrument, consists of different types of intelligent virtual instrument (IVI) through individual components together as building blocks and can be displayed directly on the computer screen. This is a new concept of measuring instrument, and also an important breakthrough after virtual instrument (VI). Virtual control makes instrument resources obtain further exploitation. It brings about a fundamental change to the design and manufacturing mode. The instrument therefore, can not only be produced directly inside a PC, but the product is involved in the 'green product' system. 2Phasor measurement units, WAMS, and their applications in protection and control of power systems显示文摘The paper provides a short history of the phasor measurement unit(PMU) concept. The origin of PMU is traced to the work on developing computer based distance relay using symmetrical component theory. PMUs evolved from a portion of this relay architecture. The need for synchronization using global positioning system(GPS) is discussed, and the wide area measurement system(WAMS) utilizing PMU signals is described. 3青少年特发性脊柱侧弯肩平衡相关参数评价及术后肩失衡危险因素研究进展显示文摘青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)是最常见的脊柱畸形之一,术后肩失衡(postoperative shoulder imbalance,PSI)是医生和患者重点关注的问题之一,也是目前研究的热点。对于AIS患者肩部平衡的定义目前尚无统一共识,这导致各研究设置的标准不同,最终结论也可能相反。目前大多数研究以影像学肩高(radiographic shoulder height,RSH)>10 mm,喙突高度差(coracoid height difference,CHD)>9 mm,锁骨角(clavicle angle,CA)>2°或锁骨倾斜角度差(clavicle tilt angle difference,CTAD)>4.5°定义为患者肩失衡。为了更好地描述肩部情况,学者们提出了很多影像学参数,此外美学参数也被引入到肩平衡的研究中。然而两种参数都有自己的局限性,没有单一参数能够完全真实准确反映患者肩部平衡情况,美学参数虽然评价结果较为真实,但是临床上最易获得,应用最广泛的是影像学参数。然而影像学参数和美学参数间的相关性并不高,无法用影像学参数去完全替代美学参数。PSI发生的危险因素有Risser征分级,近端椎体倾斜角大小,术后上胸弯/主胸弯比值大小,术前CA的大小或T 1倾斜角大小、PTC僵硬度、MTC矫正率、上端固定椎体(upper instrumented vertebrae,UIV)选择等,但都不是独立危险因素。近年来锁骨胸腔角度差被认为是一个良好的预测因素,但除了在Lenke1型和5型AIS患者中结果较可靠外,其他类型中暂无相关报道。既往对PSI预防措施研究最多的是UIV选择,近来发现畸形的矫正程度对术后肩平衡的影响也很重要。该文针对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者肩平衡的目前研究现状进行综述,为青少年特发性脊柱侧弯肩平衡的进一步研究提供思路。西尔艾力·赛买提 买尔旦·买买提 2020中华骨科杂志2020,40,14:15
4Variation of hydrogen level in magnesium alloy melt显示文摘At present there is no commercial instrument available for measurement of hydrogen level in magnesium alloy melt in front of melting furnace. In this paper the equations of solubility of hydrogen in pure magnesium and magnesium alloy have been modified based on thermodynamic analysis. A fast measurement system for hydrogen content in magnesium melt was set up. With this instrument, measurement experiments have been carried out to determine hydrogen level in AZ91 melt. 5Effect and Safety of CX-DZ-ⅡIntelligent Electroacupuncture Therapeutic Instrument for Neck Pain Caused by Cervical Spondylos:Study Protocol for A Randomized Controlled Trial显示文摘Background: Neck pain caused by cervical spondylosis(CS) is a chronic pain condition, with an increasingly high incidence in the general population. Electroacupuncture is a common analgesic modality that has been widely applied in neck pain treatment. However, current electroacupuncture instruments used in the clinic have low intelligence levels and obscure parameter standards. We here designed this study for assessing the effect and safety of a new, intelligent electroacupuncture instrument, the CX-DZ-Ⅱ, in treating neck pain. Methods: The present study is a prospective, two-center, randomized, controlled, open-label, non-inferiority trial for CX-DZ-Ⅱ on treating neck pain caused by CS. Totally 160 eligible patients will be included in this trial and randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group in a 1:1 ratio. A semi-standard acupoint selection strategy will be employed. In the experimental group, selected acupoints will be stimulated by CX-DZ-Ⅱ. Electroacupuncture treatment will be accomplished by a pre-existing electroacupuncture instrument in the control group. The duration of treatment will be 2 weeks. The primary outcome is the change of Visual Analog Scale(VAS) score after one course of treatment. The secondary outcomes include the VAS scores after each treatment, the responder rate, drug-usage rate of non-steroidal antipyretic analgesics, the rate of adverse events occurrence, and the performance of instrument. Discussion: This study will evaluate the effect and safety of the CX-DZ-Ⅱ intelligent electroacupuncture therapeutic instrument in comparison with a pre-existing non-intelligent instrument in the treatment of neck pain caused by CS. 7Interpretation models and charts of production profiles in horizontal wells显示文摘Stratified flow is common for the gravity segregation and flow regimes are very complex because of borehole inclination,therefore,all the conventional production logging tools cannot be effectively applied in horizontal wells,thus significantly increasing the difficulties in log interpretation. In this paper,firstly,the overseas progress in updated integration tools for horizontal wells and production profile interpretation methods has been discussed in brief. Secondly,by means of theory study and experimental simulations,we have obtained the production profile interpretation model and experimental interpretation charts,which have been calibrated by the improved downhole technology and optimization methods. 8Empirical likelihood estimation of discretely sampled processes of OU type显示文摘This paper presents an empirical likelihood estimation procedure for parameters of the discretely sampled process of Ornstein-Uhlenbeck type. The proposed procedure is based on the condi- tional characteristic function, and the maximum empirical likelihood estimator is proved to be consistent and asymptotically normal. Moreover, this estimator is shown to be asymptotically efficient under some mild conditions. When the background driving Lévy process is of type A or B, we show that the intensity parameter can be exactly recovered, and we study the maximum empirical likelihood estimator with the plug-in estimated intensity parameter. Testing procedures based on the empirical likelihood ratio statistic are developed for parameters and for estimating equations, respectively. 9A Nonresonant Hybridized Electromagnetic-Triboelectric Nanogenerator for Irregular and Ultralow Frequency Blue Energy Harvesting显示文摘As a promising renewable energy source,it is a challenging task to obtain blue energy,which is irregular and has an ultralow frequency,due to the limitation of technology.Herein,a nonresonant hybridized electromagnetic-triboelectric nanogenerator was presented to efficiently obtain the ultralow frequency energy.The instrument adopted the flexible pendulum structure with a precise design and combined the working principle of electromagnetism and triboelectricity to realize the all-directional vibration energy acquisition successfully.The results confirmed that the triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)had the potential to deliver the maximum power point of about 470μW while the electromagnetic nanogenerator(EMG)can provide 523 mW at most.The conversion efficiency of energy of the system reached 48.48%,which exhibited a remarkable improvement by about 2.96 times,due to the elastic buffering effect of the TENG with the double helix structure.Furthermore,its ability to collect low frequency wave energy was successfully proven by a buoy in Jialing River.This woke provides an effective candidate to harvest irregular and ultralow frequency blue energy on a large scale.Weibo Xie Lingxiao Gao Lingke Wu Xin Chen Fayang Wang Daqiao Tong Jian Zhang Jianyu Lan Xiaobin He Xiaojing Mu Ya Yang 2021Research2021,,1:4

13Clinical practice guidelines for treating headache with Traditional Chinese Medicine: quality assessment with the appraisal of guidelines for research and evaluation Ⅱ instrument显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To critically appraise the methodological quality of clinical practice guidelines for headache produced over the last two decades, including those covering specific interventions using Traditional Chinese Medicine.METHODS: The guidelines on headache disorders were obtained by searching a number of databases, including Pub Med, EMBASE, Web of Science,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, China Science and Technology Journal Database, and Wanfang database, three guideline-related databases [Guideline-International Network, National Guideline Clearinghouse, and Medlive], and the records of organizations that develop guidelines. The publication date was limited to the period from January 1996 to June 2015. The search terms 'headache', 'headache disorders', 'cephalalgia', 'migraine', 'tension-type headache', 'practice guideline', 'consensus ', 'statement', 'regulation', and 'recommendation' were used in the 'Me SH' and 'Free-text' fields. The guidelines were independently appraised by four researchers using the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation Ⅱ instrument.RESULTS: A total of 23 guidelines published between 1998 and 2014 were reviewed. The overall consistency of the four appraisers was good [interclass correlation coefficient 0.84; 95% confidence interval(CI) 0.82-0.86]. The mean(standard deviation) scores for scope and purpose, stakeholder involvement, rigor of development, clarity of presentation, applicability, and editorial independence were 52.1(18.0), 39.5(17.1), 33.4(21.0), 49.8(21.9),23.8(19.3), and 24.2(23.7). Only two guidelines were recommended, 12 were recommended with modification, and nine were not recommended.CONCLUSION: Physical Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies were recommended to treat headache. The overall quality of headache guidelines was low in China, but evidence-based guidelines are gradually becoming mainstream. 14Experimental Study on Methane Explosion Ignited by Sparks of Cable Bolt Breakage显示文摘An experimental device was designed for studying methane explosion ignited by sparks of cable bolt breakage. With the methane concentration being in explosion range, a series of experiments were conducted to study the law of spark generation during cable bolt breakage and the probability of methane explosion caused by the spark. The results show that the probability of generating sparks during cable bolt breakage is 50%. The spark generated by the breakage of steel cable bolt strand can't ignite a methane explosion. A detection was carried out using infrared-ray imaging apparatus (IRIA) to measure temperature of the spark generated by cable bolt breakage. 18Development and validation of the perioperative recovery scale for integrative medicine显示文摘Purpose: The aim of this study is to develop and validate a scale for perioperative recovery with integrative medicine. Methods: The procedures for developing the scale included a review of both modern and ancient literature, other perioperative scales or questionnaire references, an expert consultation, and interviews with patients and surgeons following standard procedures. Primary face and content validity were assessed through a small-scale patient survey of 50 patients. A final evaluation based on the patient survey was conducted among 354 patients (age range 16-75) from the same hospital. This included testing the perioperative recovery scale for integrative medicine (PRSIM) for scaling properties, reliability, validity and responsiveness. Results: The PRSIM, a 20-item scale, was modified from an initial version transcript which included 122 items. The 20 items in the PRSIM covered five domains: direct influence, indirect influence, activity, mental function and general health perceptions. Five factors extracted from an exploratory factor analysis demonstrated a desirable model fit. A confirmatory factor analysis further indicated that the PRSIM had a good fit with the same sample. A data analysis of the PRSIM with 349 patients showed that it had good internal consistency (α> 0.7), test-retest reliability (ICC > 0.4) and split half reliability (α= 0.66). Conclusions: The PRSIM can serve as a valuable instrument for assessing patient perioperative recovery in integrative medicine. It is acceptable for patients in the perioperative period undergoing treatment by either Chinese or integrative medicine, and has good psychometric properties.
