1The ploidy effects in plant gene expression: Progress, problems and prospects显示文摘Polyploidy and haploid are widely employed in the studies of genetics and evolution, and great pro-gress has been made in these fields, inspiring the enthusiasm of scientists to explore the ploidy effects in gene expression. In this paper, we review the gene expression and its regulation in polyploids, es-pecially in autopolyploids. We summarize some limitations in previous reports on polyploidy gene ex-pression and its regulation, especially the limitations in the research materials. 2Moving collocation methods for time fractional differential equations and simulation of blowup显示文摘A moving collocation method is proposed and implemented to solve time fractional differential equations. The method is derived by writing the fractional differential equation into a form of time difference equation. The method is stable and has a third-order convergence in space and first-order convergence in time for either linear or nonlinear equations. 3SAR-3——a resource of diploid true breeding hybrid rice显示文摘In 1988, we found strain 9003 from composite hybridization of iad/ca and japonica. 9003 possesses characteristics of twin seedlings with frequency of 15-20% of the investigated popu-lation. 4The Evaluation on Ecological Agricultural Development in Sichuan Province on the Basis of Grey Relational Analysis显示文摘By using the grey relational model,14 indexes of ecological agricultural development in Sichuan Province from 1997 to 2008 are analyzed.According to the relational degree results,the ecological agricultural development in 12 years can be divided into three stages:the first stage is from 1997 to 2000,with the shape of inverted U;the second stage is from 2001 to 2004,belonging to transition stage with slow growth rate;the third stage is from 2005 to 2008,belonging to the stage of rapid growth.It draws conclusion that per capita grain yield is an important element for evaluating ecological agricultural construction.Besides,reducing the energy consumption of per unit production,improving labor productivity and increasing agricultural science and technology application and input on agricultural infrastructure construction are the engine for developing Sichuan ecological agriculture.JIANG Ling,QI Yan-bin School of Economics and Management,Sichuan Agricultural University,Chengdu 611130,China 2011Asian Agricultural Research2011,3,5:4
5The microarray analysis for gene expression in haploids and diploids derived from twin-seedling rice显示文摘In this study, microarray technique was employed to analyze the gene expression at the RNA level between haploids and corresponding diploids derived from a rice twin-seedling line SARII-628. Differ- ent degrees of expression variations were observed in the plant after haploidization. The main results are as follows: (1) after haploidization, the ratio of the sensitive loci was 2.47% of the total loci designed on chip. Those loci were randomly distributed on the 12 pairs of rice chromosomes and the activated loci were more than the silenced ones. (2) Gene clusters on chromosome were observed for 33 se- quences. (3) GoPipe function classification for 575 sensitive loci revealed an involvement in the bio- logical process, cell component and molecular function. (4) RT-PCR generally validated the result from microarray with a coincidence rate of 83.78%. 7Performance Evaluation of China's Agricultural Listed Companies Based on DEA Model显示文摘In order to evaluate the performance of China's agricultural listed companies,we analyze the overall efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of China's agricultural listed companies on the basis of input-output data concerning 34 agricultural listed companies,using BCC model in data envelopment analysis ( DEA) model. Then we analyze input-output redundancy situation using the slack variable derived from the model. The results show that the overall efficiency of China's agricultural listed companies is good,and the gap in efficiency between sub-industries is small; there is significant difference in performance between listed companies engaged in the same sub-industry,and the reason for invalid DEA in companies within the industry is complex; total assets and asset-liability ratio are high,and the effective output is not fully realized. 8Identification and Gene Mapping of Completely Dominant Earliness in Rice显示文摘The completely dominant earliness was identified in a genic male-sterile and early maturing indica line 6442S-7. F1 progenies from 6442S-7 crossed with thirteen various types of medium- or latematuring varieties, shared the same heading date as 6442S-7. The segregation of heading date in the F2 and B1F1 populations showed that the earliness of 6442S-7 is mainly controlled by two dominant major genes. The local linkage map of one dominant earliness gene harbored in 6442S-7 was constructed with F2 population and four kinds of molecular marker techniques. The results showed that the gene was located between a RFLPmarker C515 and a RAPD marker OPI 11. 557 on the terminal region of short arm of rice chromosome 3,10.9cM and 1.5 cM from C515 and OPI11. 557, respectively. The genetic distances from the target gene to twoSSR markers, RM22 and RM231, and one AFLP marker, PT671, were 3.0, 6.7 and 12.4 cM, respectively. This gene, being identified and mapped first, is designated tentatively as Ef-cd (t). 9Influencing Factors of Householders' Transferring out Cultivated Land under the Background of Urban and Rural Integration显示文摘Factors influencing householders' transferring out the cultivated land are analyzed from the aspects of farmers' individual characteristics,farmers' family features,resources endowment features and external environmental features.And based on the results of the questionnaire survey of 252 households in Chengdu City,the effect of each factor is analyzed through building the dual preference model of Logistic.The result shows that 65.87% of householders have transferred out their cultivated land and proportion of non-agricultural incomes,stability of land ownership,per capita area of cultivated farmland,comminution of cultivated farmland,transferring price and distance to town have relatively significant effect on farmers' transferring out cultivated land.Non-agricultural industries should be developed with great efforts and reasonable transferring prices of cultivated land fixed.Law on Land Contract in Rural Area is to be practically implemented and the steady peasants' vocational skill training system and rural social security system established.Moreover,investment in rural infrastructure should be strengthened to improve the transportation conditions in rural area and promote the market development of cultivated land transference effectively.ZHANG Rui,XIAO Hong-an,ZHANG Wen-xiu School of Economics and Management,Sichuan Agricultural University,Chengdu 611130,China 2011Asian Agricultural Research2011,3,3:2
10On the direct path problem of s-elementary frame wavelets显示文摘In this paper, we discuss the path-connectivity between two s-elementary normalized tight frame wavelets via the so-called direct paths. We show that the existence of such a direct path is equivalent to the non-existence of an atom of a σ-algebra defined over the defining sets of the corresponding frame wavelets, using a mapping defined by the natural translation and dilation operations between the sets. We analyze the factors that influence the enthusiasm of agro-product enterprises for continuously establishing traceability system from characteristics of enterprises,environment and performance,using the data of 81 agro-product enterprises in Sichuan province. It shows that the enthusiasm is greatly influenced by enterprises' characters and performance,such as age,ownership,business pattern of enterprises,market breadth,condition of enterprises' traceability system,income,acceptance of consumers,sales volume. 17Study on the Relationship of the Characteristics of Vascular Bundles in the First Internode and Grain-filling of Heavy Panicle Type Hybrid Rice显示文摘The characteristics of vascular bundle in the first internode from top and grain-filling of heavy panicle type hybrid rice(HPTHR) were studied. The results were as follows: The HPTHR had more vascular bundles and a much bigger area of single vascular bundle, all vascular bundle, all phloem and all xylem in the first inter-node than Shanyou63. The vascular bundles had the similar load of spikelet number and sink capacity between the HPTHR and Shanyou63. The HPTHR had not only a larger sink but also normal grain-filling and sink-filling, high seed-setting rate and heavier panicle. Those characteristics of vascular bundle were the biological bases for the larger and heavier panicle of HPTHR. 18The Problems in Circulation Channel of Dujiangyan Kiwi Fruit and the Countermeasures显示文摘Based on the overview of researches on circulation channel of agricultural products,this article presents the status quo of circulation channel of Dujiangyan kiwi fruit,including the production and circulation pattern of Dujiangyan kiwi fruit. Then it analyzes the problems in the current circulation channel of Dujiangyan kiwi fruit as follows: first,the long circulation channel leads to inefficient circulation and high costs; second,the deep processing capacity is poor,and the added value of fruits is low; third,the application of cold chain logistics technology is insufficient; fourth, blocked information circulation makes the cooperative relations between the subjects in channel fragile. 19Econometric Analysis of Research Papers on the Project of ' Turning Vulnerable Farmland into Forests '显示文摘Taking the Database of Chinese Scientific and Technical Periodicals of Chongqing VIP Information Co. ,Ltd. as the statistical analysis source,we analyze the inter-annual trends,the authors institutions,journals distribution,disciplines distribution,paper subjects and authors' cooperation of research papers on the project of ' turning vulnerable farmland into forests' in China during the period 1999 -2010,using the bibliometric method.
