1热处理对Zn−40Al−2Cu−2Si合金力学性能和磨损性能的影响显示文摘为了研究热处理对Zn−40Al−2Cu−2Si合金力学性能和磨损性能的影响,采用不同工艺对其进行热处理,包括均匀化后空冷(H1)、均匀化后炉冷(H2)、稳定化(T5)和淬火−时效(T6和T7)。通过金相、力学实验和磨损实验,研究不同热处理工艺对该合金力学性能和摩擦学性能的影响,并于SAE 65青铜进行对比。磨损实验使用环块式实验装置。结果表明,采用H1和T6热处理可提高合金的硬度、抗拉强度和抗压强度,除T6热处理外的其他热处理均可提高合金的断裂伸长率。经H1、T5和T6热处理后,合金的摩擦因数和磨损量减小,其中T6热处理后合金的摩擦因数和磨损量最低。因此,T6热处理为该合金应用于14 MPa压力下润滑摩擦的最佳工艺。与青铜相比,铸态和热处理态的Zn−40Al−2Cu−2Si合金磨损量较低、耐磨性较高。Temel SAVAŞKAN Zeki AZAKLI Ali Paşa HEKÌMOĞLU 2021Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2021,31,9:3
2添加钛对Al-25Zn-3Cu和Al-25Zn-3Cu-3Si合金的结构、力学、摩擦学和腐蚀性能的影响(英文)显示文摘为了研究晶粒细化对新开发的Al-25Zn-3Cu基合金性能的影响,采用金属型铸造法制备Al-25Zn-3Cu、Al-25Zn-3Cu-0.01Ti、Al-25Zn-3Cu-3Si和Al-25Zn-3Cu-3Si-0.01Ti合金。用扫描电镜(SEM)观察合金的显微组织,分别用布氏硬度法和拉伸试验测定合金的硬度和力学性能,用球盘式摩擦试验机研究合金的摩擦学特性,用电化学腐蚀实验装置研究合金的腐蚀性能。结果显示,A1-25Zn-3Cu三元合金的显微组织含有α、α+η和θ(Al2Cu)相。添加3%Si(质量分数)的A1-25Zn-3Cu合金显微组织中形成硅颗粒。添加0.01%Ti(质量分数)的Al-25Zn-3Cu和Al-25Zn-3Cu-3Si合金的晶粒尺寸分别减小约20%和39%,硬度分别从HRB130和HRB141增加到HRB 137和HRB 156,合金的屈服强度分别从278 MPa和320 MPa增加到297 MPa和336 MPa,抗拉强度分别从317 MPa和334 MPa增加到340 MPa和352 MPa。随着钛含量的增加,合金的磨性提高,但耐腐蚀性降低。Ali Pa?a HEK?MO?LU Merve ?ALI? 2020Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2020,30,2:2
