2Polycomb repressive complex 2 in embryonic stem cells:an overview显示文摘Polycomb Group Proteins(PcG)are a family of epigenetic regulators responsible for the repression of an array of genes important in development and cell fate specification.PcG proteins complex to form two types of epigenetic regulators:Polycomb Repressive Complex 1 and 2(PRC1 and PRC2).Although the mechanisms regulating PRC2 recruitment and activity in mammals remain poorly understood,recent work has identified a non-canonical PRC2 in mouse embryonic stem cells(mESC)with unique activities required for repression of PRC2 target genes and necessary for mESC differentiation and somatic cell reprogramming.Here we review the functions of PRC2 in embryonic stem cells and explore the role of the newly identified mESC specific PRC2 regulatory subunits Jarid2(jumonji,AT rich interactive domain 2),Mtf2(metal response element binding transcription factor 2)and esPRC2p48.Amanda Jones Hengbin Wang 2010Protein & Cell2010,1,12:2

11Towards a precision psychiatry approach to anxiety disorders with ecological momentary assessment:the example of panic disorder显示文摘Background Treatments for anxiety disorders are among the most effective in psychiatry.Yet,there is considerable room for improvement.Aim In this paper,we discuss the value of ecological momentary assessment as a research method and clinical tool.Methods We begin by describing ecological momentary assessment and its advantages,including the ability to collect ecologically valid information about mental disorders,in real time,in individual patients.We then illustrate the value of this approach for anxiety disorder treatment using two patients with panic disorder who completed ecological momentary assessments for 2 weeks before and after a cognitive-behavioural therapy intervention.We focus especially on two key pieces of information provided by ecological momentary assessment data:information about symptom dynamics and information about the relationships among symptoms as they unfold overtime within individual patients.Perspective Although considerable work is needed to further develop this methodology in the context of anxiety disorder treatment,we believe that these pieces of information may ultimately inform our understanding of how anxiety disorder treatments have their effect and how those treatments can be tailored to individual patients.Donald J Robinaugh Mackenzie L Brown Olivia M Losiewicz Payton J Jones Luana Marques Amanda W Baker 2020General Psychiatry2020,33,1:0
12Fungal diversity notes 1151-1276:taxonomic and phylogenetic contributions on genera and species of fungal taxa显示文摘Fungal diversity notes is one of the important journal series of fungal taxonomy that provide detailed descriptions and illustrations of new fungal taxa,as well as providing new information of fungal taxa worldwide.This article is the 11th contribution to the fungal diversity notes series,in which 126 taxa distributed in two phyla,six classes,24 orders and 55 families are described and illustrated.Taxa in this study were mainly collected from Italy by Erio Camporesi and also collected from China,India and Thailand,as well as in some other European,North American and South American countries.Taxa described in the present study include two new families,12 new genera,82 new species,five new combinations and 25 new records on new hosts and new geographical distributions as well as sexual-asexual reports.The two new families are Eriomycetaceae(Dothideomycetes,family incertae sedis)and Fasciatisporaceae(Xylariales,Sordariomycetes).The twelve new genera comprise Bhagirathimyces(Phaeosphaeriaceae),Camporesiomyces(Tubeufiaceae),Eriocamporesia(Cryphonectriaceae),Eriomyces(Eriomycetaceae),Neomonodictys(Pleurotheciaceae),Paraloratospora(Phaeosphaeriaceae),Paramonodictys(Parabambusicolaceae),Pseudoconlarium(Diaporthomycetidae,genus incertae sedis),Pseudomurilentithecium(Lentitheciaceae),Setoapiospora(Muyocopronaceae),Srinivasanomyces(Vibrisseaceae)and Xenoanthostomella(Xylariales,genera incertae sedis).The 82 new species comprise Acremonium chiangraiense,Adustochaete nivea,Angustimassarina camporesii,Bhagirathimyces himalayensis,Brunneoclavispora camporesii,Camarosporidiella camporesii,Camporesiomyces Arthrinium marii,Ascochyta medicaginicola,Ascochyta pisi,Astrocystis bambusicola,Camposporium pellucidum,Dendryphiella phitsanulokensis,Diaporthe foeniculina,Didymella macrostoma,Diplodia mutila,Diplodia seriata,Heterosphaeria patella,Hysterobrevium constrictum,Neodidymelliopsis ranunculi,Neovaginatispora fuckelii,Nothophoma quercina,Occultibambusa bambusae,Phaeosphaeria chinensis,Pseudopestalotiopsis theae,Pyxine berteriana,Tetraploa sasicola,Torula gaodangensis and Wojnowiciella dactylidis.In addition,the sexual morphs of Dissoconium eucalypti and Phaeosphaeriopsis
