| 1 | PD-type iterative learning control for nonlinear time-delay system with external disturbance显示文摘The PD-type iterative learning control design of a class of affine nonlinear time-delay systems with external disturbances is considered. Sufficient conditions guaranteeing the convergence of the n-norm of the tracking error are derived. It is shown that the system outputs can be guaranteed to converge to desired trajectories in the absence of external disturbances and output measurement noises. And in the presence of state disturbances and measurement noises, the tracking error will be bounded uniformly. | 2 | Risk factors of CMV infection in patients after umbilical cord blood transplantation: a multicenter study in China显示文摘Objective:This retrospective study examined risk factors for cytomegalovirus(CMV)infection after umbilical cord blood transplantation(UCBT)and the impact of CMV infection on patient survival.Methods:In all 176 patients,plasma CMV DNA was negative prior to the transplantation,and examined twice a week for 100 d,and then once weekly for additional 300 d.Preemptive antiviral therapy(ganciclovir or foscarnet)was started in patients with>1,000/mL copies of CMV DNA but no full-blown CMV disease,and was discontinued upon two consecutive negative reports of blood CMV DNA test.The survival and risk factors for CMV infection or disease were examined using logistic regression.Results:CMV infection developed in 71%(125/176)of the patients,with a median onset of 32 d.Four patients(2.3%)developed CMV disease.Neither the 5-year overall survival(OS)nor event-free survival(EFS)differed significantly in infected patients vs.those with no infection(59.4%vs.64.8%,P=0.194;53.4%vs.59.1%,P=0.226).A stepwise multivariate analysis indicated an association of CMV infection with age,high-dose glucocorticoids,the number of transplanted CD34+cells,and the number of platelet transfusion,but not with gender,the conditioning regimen,and the day of neutrophil recovery and chronic graft-versushost disease(cGVHD).Conclusions:CMV infection is very common after UCBT,but does not seem to affect long-term survival with preemptive antiviral treatment. | Juan Tong Zimin Sun Huilan Liu Liangquan Geng Changcheng Zheng Baolin Tang Kaidi Song Wen Yao Xin Liu | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2013,25,6: | 8 |

| 9 | Esterase-Activated Theranostic Prodrug for Dual Organelles-Targeted Imaging and Synergetic Chemo-Photodynamic Cancer Therapy显示文摘Activatable prodrugs have received considerable attention in cancer therapy due to their high specificity and reduced side effects.However,the theranostic prodrug with multiple cancerous organelles targeting and combinational therapy is still rare.In this report,an esterase-responsive prodrug tetraphenylethylene functionalized quinolinium-ester-chlorambucil(TPEQC)was developed for dual organelles-targeted and image-guided cancer therapy through synergetic chemotherapy(CT)and photodynamic therapy(PDT).TPE-QC was constructed by conjugating an anticancer drug of chlorambucil with an aggregation-induced emission active photosensitizer of tetraphenylethylene functionalized hydroxyethyl quinolinium(TPE-QO)via the hydrolyzable ester linkage.The fluorescence and photosensitization of TPE-QC were initially quenched because of the photoinduced electron transfer(PET)effect.After reacting with esterase,the ester group of TPE-QC could be selectively hydrolyzed to release chlorambucil and TPE-QO,which terminated the PET process and switched on the fluorescence and photosensitization.Benefitting from the overexpressed esterase in cancer cells,TPE-QC could be efficiently activated in cancer cells rather than in normal cells,while the restoredfluorescence could preciselymonitor the release of TPE-QC.Importantly,activated TPE-QC accumulated in both organelles of lysosome and mitochondria,resulting in enhanced anticancer potency.In vivo experiments demonstrated that TPE-QC displayed efficient tumor microenvironment-activatable features and excellent tumor therapeutic effects through combinational CT and PDT. | Jiabao Zhuang Nan Li Yaling Zhang Baolin Li Hanqi Wen Xinchan Zhang Tianyu Zhang Na Zhao Ben Zhong Tang | 2022 | CCS Chemistry2022,4,3: | 0 |
| 10 | Optical propagation through non-Kolmogorov turbulence显示文摘In this paper,the effects of the generalized exponent,the height and the zenith angle on the log-amplitude variance in the weak fluctuation are investigated.The theoretical results indicate that for the downlink,the log-amplitude variance of the Kolmogorov model is always smaller than that of the three-layer model,while for the uplink,there is a point of intersection in the log-amplitude variance curves of the two models.The different phenomena for the downlink and uplink are analyzed in detail.Further,we find a method to ascertain precise values of the boundary layer altitudes for the three-layer model under various atmospheric conditions through the analysis for the point of intersection.And at the point of intersection,the Kolmogorov model can be used to replace the three-layer model to simplify the analysis of the system performance.Moreover,the log-amplitude variance increases with the increase of the zenith angle. | TANG Hua OU BaoLin | 2013 | Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,4: | 0 |
