| 2 | Efficacy and safety of Reduqing granules in the treatment of common cold with wind-heat syndrome: a randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, positive-controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the efficacy and safety of Reduqing granules in patients with common cold with wind-heat syndrome(CCWHS).METHODS:A randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, parallel, positive-controlled trial included 72 CCWHS patients was performed.The participants were randomly assigned to two groups,Reduqing(RDQ) group and Lianhuaqingwen(LHQW) group, in a 1∶1 ratio.Patients in RDQ group received Reduqing granules and dummy Lianhuaqingwen capsules three times a day and patients in LHQW group received Lianhuaqingwen capsules and dummy Reduqing granules three times daily.The duration of treatment and follow-up were four days.RESULTS:There were no statistically significant differences in total markedly effective rate and total effective rate between RDQ group and LHQW group after treatment.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) symptom score was significantly reduced after treatment in RDQ group, as well as in LHQW group.However, the difference of change in TCM symptom score between two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).There were no significant differences between two groups in the median time to fever relief [RDQ group(4 ± 8) h vs LHQW group(4 ± 5) h] or the median time to fever clearance(RDQ group 47 h vs LHQW 36 h).No serious adverse events were reported during the study.CONCLUSION:Compared with Lianhuaqingwen capsules, Reduqing granules achieved similar therapeutic effect in the treatment of CCWHS and no drug-related adverse events were reported during the study.Therefore, Reduqing granules might be effective and safe in the treatment of CCWHS. | Ma Yanjiao Zhang Zhongyi Wei Lianbo He Shuai Deng Xun Ji Aimin Zhou Benjie Jiang Deqi Li Mingxing Wang Yong | 2017 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017,37,2: | 5 |

| 5 | Experimental study of a 3D printed permanent implantable porous Ta-coated bone plate for fracture fixation显示文摘Metal plates have always been the gold standard in the clinic for internal fracture fixation due to their high strength advantages.However,high elastic modulus can cause stress shielding and lead to bone embrittlement.This study used an electron beam melting method to prepare personalized porous Ti6Al4V(pTi)bone plates.Then,chemical vapor deposition(CVD)technology coats tantalum(Ta)metal on the pTi bone plates.The prepared porous Ta-coated bone plate has an elastic modulus similar to cortical bone,and no stress shielding occurred.In vitro experiments showed that compared with pTi plates,Ta coating significantly enhances the attachment and proliferation of cells on the surface of the scaffold.To better evaluate the function of the Ta-coated bone plate,animal experiments were conducted using a coat tibia fracture model.Our results showed that the Ta-coated bone plate could effectively fix the fracture.Both imaging and histological analysis showed that the Ta-coated bone plate had prominent indirect binding of callus formation.Histological results showed that new bone grew at the interface and formed good osseointegration with the host bone.Therefore,this study provides an alternative to bio-functional Ta-coated bone plates with improved osseointegration and osteogenic functions for orthopaedic applications. | Baoyi Liu Zhijie Ma Junlei Li Hui Xie Xiaowei Wei Benjie Wang Simiao Tian Jiahui Yang Lei Yang Liangliang Cheng Lu Li Dewei Zhao | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,4: | 0 |
| 6 | Parallel VLSI design for the fast 3-D DWT core algorithm显示文摘By studying the core algorithm of a three-dimensional discrete wavelet transform(3-D DWT)in depth,this paper divides it into three one-dimensional discrete wavelet transforms(1-D DWTs).Based on the implementation of a 3-D DWT software,a parallel architecture design of a very large-scale integration(VLSI)is produced.It needs three dual-port random-access memory(RAM)to store the temporary results and transpose the matrix,then builds up a pipeline model composed of the three 1-D DWTs.In the design,the finite state machine(FSM)is used well to control the flow.Compared with the serial mode,the experimental results of the post synthesized simulation show that the design method is correct and effective.It can increase the processing speed by about 66%,work at 59 MHz,and meet the real-time needs of the video encoder. | WEI Benjie LIU Mingye ZHOU Yihua CHENG Baodong | 2007 | Frontiers of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in China2007,2,1: | 0 |
