1Parameters optimum matching of pure electric vehicle dual-mode coupling drive system显示文摘As an important development direction of pure electric vehicle drive system,the distributed drive system has the advantages of compact structure,high transmission efficiency,and flexible control,but there are some serious problems such as high performance requirements to the drive motors,complex control strategies,and poor reliability.To solve these problems,a two motors dual-mode coupling drive system has been developed at first,which not only has the capacity of two-speed gear shifting,but also can automatically switch between the distributed drive and the centralized drive by means of modes change control.So,the performance requirements to the drive motors can be reduced,the problem of abnormal running caused by the fault of unilateral distributed drive systems also can be resolved by replacing the drive mode with centralized drive.Then,the system parameters primary and the optimum matching under the principle of efficiency optimization have been carried out,which makes the drive system achieve predetermined functions and meet the actual demands of different operating statuses.At last,the economic comparison of a pure electric vehicle installation with a dual-mode coupling drive sytem,a single-motor centralized drive system or a dual-motor distributed drive system in the simulation conditions has been completed.Compared with other systems,the driving range of the electric vehicle driven by the designed system is significantly increased,which proves the better efficiency and application value of the system.ZHANG LiPeng LI Liang QI BingNan WANG Chong ZHANG YaHui SONG Jian 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,11:22

3Powertrain design and energy management of a novel coaxial series-parallel plug-in hybrid electric vehicle显示文摘For a series plug-in hybrid electric vehicle,higher working efficiency can be achieved by the drive system with two small motors in parallel than that with one big motor alone.However,the overly complex structure will inevitably lead to a substantial increase in the development cost.To improve the system price-performance ratio,a new kind of series-parallel hybrid system evolved from the series plug-in hybrid system is designed.According to the technical parameters of the selected components,the system model is established,and the vehicle dynamic property and pure electric drive economy are evaluated.Based on the dynamic programming,the energy management strategy for the drive system under the city driving cycle is developed,and the superiority validation of the system is completed.For the studied vehicle driven by the designed series-parallel plug-in hybrid system,compared with the one driven by the described series plug-in hybrid system,the dynamic property is significantly improved because of the multi-power coupling,and the fuel consumption is reduced by 11.4%with 10 city driving cycles.In a word,with the flexible configuration of the designed hybrid system and the optimized control strategy of the energy management,the vehicle performance can be obviously improved.ZHANG LiPeng QI BingNan ZHANG RunSheng LIU JingChao WANG LiQiang 2016Science China(Technological Sciences)2016,59,4:7
4β-Cypermethrin promotes the adipogenesis of 3T3-L1 cells via inducing autophagy and shaping an adipogenesis-friendly microenvironment显示文摘The toxicity of synthetic pyrethroids has garnered attention, and studies have revealed that pyrethroids promote fat accumulation and lead to obesity in mice. Nevertheless, the effect of β-cypermethrin (β-CYP) on adipogenesis and its underlying mechanism remains largely unknown. In this study, mouse embryo fibroblasts 3T3-L1 cells were exposed to β-CYP, and the cell viability, intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) level, autophagy, and adipogenesis were assessed to investigate the roles of oxidative stress and autophagy in the toxic effects of β-CYP on adipogenesis. The results demonstrated that treatment with 100 μΜ β-CYP elevated the ROS level, decreased mitochondrion membrane potential, stimulated autophagy, and enhanced the adipogenesis induced by the mixture of insulin, dexamethasone, and 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine. However, co-treatment with N-acetyl-L-cysteine partially blocked the abovementioned effects of β-CYP in 3T3-L1 cells. In addition, co-treatment with rapamycin, an autophagy agonist, enhanced the inductive effect of β-CYP on adipogenesis, whereas co-treatment with 3-methyladenine blocked the enhancement of adipogenesis caused by β-CYP. Moreover, β-CYP also altered the microenvironment of 3T3-L1 cells to an adipogenesis-friendly one by reducing the extracellular expression of miR-34a, suggesting that the culture media of β-CYP-treated 3T3-L1 cells could shift macrophages to M2 type. Taken together, the data obtained in the present study demonstrated that β-CYP promoted adipogenesis via oxidative stress-mediated autophagy disturbance, and it caused macrophage M2 polarization via the alteration of miR-34a level in the microenvironment. 5Rollover prevention control for a four in-wheel motors drive electric vehicle on an uneven road显示文摘When a four in-wheel motors drive electric vehicle with a specific wheels mass is running on an uneven road and transient steering occurs in the meantime, the joint action of the large unsprung dynamic load and the centrifugal force may cause the vehicle to rollover. To avoid the above accident, a rollover prevention control method based on active distribution of the in-wheel motors driving torques is investigated. First, the rollover evolution process of the four in-wheel motors drive electric vehicle under the described operating condition is analyzed. Next, a multiple degrees of freedom vehicle dynamics model including an uneven road tyre model is established, and the rollover warning threshold is determined according to the load transfer ratio. Then, the hypothesis of the effects of unsprung mass on the vehicle roll stability on a plat road and on an uneven road is verified respectively. Finally, a rollover prevention controller is designed based on the distribution of the four wheels driving torques with sliding mode control,and the control effect is verified by simulations. The conclusion shows that, once the wheels mass does not match road conditions,the large unsprung mass may play a detrimental role on the vehicle roll stability on an uneven road, which is different from the beneficial role of large unsprung mass on the vehicle roll stability on a plat road. 7Heavy metal phytoextraction by Sedum alfredii is affected by continual clipping and phosphorus fertilization amendment显示文摘Improving the efficacy of phytoextraction is critical for its successful application in metal contaminated soils. Mineral nutrition affects plant growth and metal absorption and subsequently the accumulation of heavy metal through hyper-accumulator plants. This study assessed the effects of di-hydrogen phosphates (KH2PO4, Ca(H2PO4)2, NaH2PO4 and NH4H2PO4) application at three levels (22, 88 and 352 mg P/kg soil) on Sedum alfredii growth and metal uptake by three consecutive harvests on aged and Zn/Cd combined contaminated paddy soil. The addition of phosphates (P) significantly increased the amount of Zn taken up by S. alfredii due to increased shoot Zn concentration and dry matter yield (DMY) (P < 0.05). The highest phytoextraction of Zn and Cd was observed in KH2PO4 and NH4H2PO4 treatment at 352 mg P/kg soil. The amount of Zn removed by phytoextraction increased in the order of 1st clipping < 2nd clipping < 3rd clipping, and for Cd extraction the order was 2nd clipping < 1st clipping < 3rd clipping. 9Different Effects of Fly Ash and Slag on Anti-Rebar Corrosion Ability of Concrete with Chloride Ion显示文摘In this paper,we have studied the anti-rebar corrosion ability of high-strength concrete(HSC),which were made by one or two mixed fly ash and slag.The different effects of fly ash and slag on concrete anti-rebar corrosion ability were discussed in chloride ion-contaminated condition.The results indicate that the effects of slag on concrete anti-chloride ion penetration ability are more excellent than that of fly ash at the same content.When the content of fly ash is 10%,the corrosion-inhibition action is not obvious;when the content is higher than 25%,this effect is remarkable.Corrosion-inhibition action of slag is better than that of fly ash.Slag is not like fly ash that has obvious effect on anode curves Tafer slope,so its contribution to restraining rebar in concrete corrosion is the result of high concrete anti-chloride ion penetration ability and binding chloride ion.Their 'superimposition effect' can be realized only at reasonable content and proportion condition.DING Qingjun GENG Jian HU Shuguang SUN Jiaying SUN Bingnan 2009Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2009,14,4:3
10In-situ microstructural investigations of the TRIP-to-TWIP evolution in Ti-Mo-Zr alloys as a function of Zr concentration显示文摘Aiming at overcoming the strength-ductility trade-off in structural Ti-alloys,a new family of TRIP/TWIP Ti-alloys was developed in the past decade(TWIP:twinning-induced plasticity;TRIP:transformationinduced plasticity).Herein,we study the tunable nature of deformation mechanisms with various TWIP and TRIP contributions by fine adjustment of the Zr content on ternary Ti-12 Mo-xZr(x=3,6,10)alloys.The microstructure and deformation mechanisms of the Ti-Mo-Zr alloys are explored by using in-situ electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that a transition of the dominant deformation mode occurred,going from TRIP to TWIP major mechanism with increasing Zr content.In the Ti-12 Mo-3 Zr alloy,the stress-induced martensitic transformation(SIM)is the major deformation mode which accommodates the plastic flow.Regarding the Ti-12 Mo-6 Zr alloy,the combined deformation twinning(DT)and SIM modes both contribute to the overall plasticity with enhanced strain-hardening rate and subsequent large uniform ductility.Further increase of the Zr content in Ti-12 Mo-10 Zr alloy leads to an improved yield stress involving single DT mode as a dominant deformation mechanism throughout the plastic regime.In the present work,a set of comprehensive in-situ and ex-situ microstructural investigations clarify the evolution of deformation microstructures during tensile loading and unloading processes.Bingnan Qian Jinyong Zhang Yangyang Fu Fan Sun Yuan Wu Jun Cheng Philippe Vermaut Frederic Prima 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,6:2

12Validation of MODIS ocean-colour products in the coastal waters of the Yellow Sea and East China Sea显示文摘An extensive study collected in situ data along the Yellow Sea(YS) and East China Sea(ECS) to assess the radiometric properties and the concentration of the water constituents derived from Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS). Thirteen high quality match-ups were obtained for evaluating the MODIS estimates of Rrs(λ), chlorophyll a(Chl a) and concentrations of suspended particulate sediment matter(SPM). For MODIS Rrs(λ), the mean absolute percentage difference(APD) was in the range of 20%–36%, and the highest uncertainty appeared at 412 nm, whereas the band ratio of Rrs(λ) at 488 nm compared with that at 547 nm was highly consistent, with an APD of 7%. A combination of near-infrared bands and shortwave infrared wavelengths atmosphere correction algorithm(NIR-SWIR algorithm) was applied to the MODIS data, and the estimation accuracy of Rrs were improved at most of the visible spectral bands except 645 nm, 667 nm and 678 nm. Two ocean-colour empirical algorithms for Chl a estimation were applied to the processed data, the results indicated that the accuracy of the derived Chl a values was obviously improved, the four-band algorithms outperformed the other algorithm for measured and simulated datasets, and the minimum APD was 35%. The SPM was also quantified. Two regional and two coastal SPM algorithms were modified according to the in situ data. By comparison, the modified Tassan model had a higher accuracy for the application along the YS and ECS with an APD of 21%. 13Combined Prediction for Vehicle Speed with Fixed Route显示文摘Achieving accurate speed prediction provides the most critical support parameter for high-level energy management of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.Nowadays,people often drive a vehicle on fixed routes in their daily travels and accurate speed predictions of these routes are possible with random prediction and machine learning,but the prediction accuracy still needs to be improved.The prediction accuracy of traditional prediction algorithms is difficult to further improve after reaching a certain accuracy;problems,such as over fitting,occur in the process of improving prediction accuracy.The combined prediction model proposed in this paper can abandon the transitional dependence on a single prediction.By combining the two prediction algorithms,the fusion of prediction performance is achieved,the limit of the single prediction performance is crossed,and the goal of improving vehicle speed prediction performance is achieved.In this paper,an extraction method suitable for fixed route vehicle speed is designed.The application of Markov and back propagation(BP)neural network in predictions is introduced.Three new combined prediction methods,all named Markov and BP Neural Network(MBNN)combined prediction algorithm,are proposed,which make full use of the advantages of Markov and BP neural network algorithms.Finally,the comparison among the prediction methods has been carried out.The results show that the three MBNN models have improved by about 19%,28%,and 29%compared with the Markov prediction model,which has better performance in the single prediction models.Overall,the MBNN combined prediction models can improve the prediction accuracy by 25.3%on average,which provides important support for the possible optimization of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle energy consumption.Lipeng Zhang Wei Liu Bingnan Qi 2020Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2020,33,4:2
14Melatonin shapes bacterial clearance function of porcine macrophages during enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli infection显示文摘Due to the immature gastrointestinal immune system,weaning piglets are highly susceptible to pathogens,e.g.,enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC).Generally,pathogens activate the immune cells(e.g.,macrophages)and shape intracellular metabolism(including amino acid metabolism);nevertheless,the metabolic cues of tryptophan(especially melatonin pathway)in directing porcine macrophage function during ETEC infection remain unclear.Therefore,this study aimed to investigate the changes in the serotonin pathway of porcine macrophages during ETEC infection and the effect of melatonin on porcine macrophage functions.Porcine macrophages(3D4/21 cells)were infected with ETEC,and the change of serotonin pathway was analysed by reverse transcription PCR and metabolomic analysis.The effect of melatonin on porcine macrophage function was also studied with proteomic analysis.In order to investigate the effect of melatonin on bacterial clearance function of porcine macrophages during ETEC infection,methods such as bacterial counting,reverse transcription PCR and western blotting were used to detect the corresponding indicators.The results showed that ETEC infection blocked melatonin production in porcine macrophages(P<0.05)which is largely associated with the heat-stable enterotoxin b(STb)of ETEC(P<0.05).Interestingly,melatonin altered porcine macrophage functions,including bacteriostatic and bactericidal activities based on proteomic analysis.In addition,melatonin pretreatment significantly reduced extracellular lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activity(P<0.05),indicating that melatonin also attenuated ETEC-triggered macrophage death.Moreover,melatonin pretreatment resulted in the decrease of viable ETEC in 3D4/21 cells(P<0.05),suggesting that melatonin enhances bacterial clearance of porcine macrophages.These results suggest that melatonin is particularly important in shaping porcine macrophage function during ETEC infection.Lingfei Du Bingnan Liu Ziyi Han Yaoyao Xia Miaomiao Wu Shaojuan Liu 2022Animal Nutrition2022,,4:2
15RATIONAL BASIS FOR SUSPENDED SEDIMENT MODELING显示文摘This paper presents a rational basis to model the transport of suspended sediment. The looseboundary condition for 3D models and the adjustment coefficients for both the depth-integrated 2D and laterally integrated 1D models are treated comprehensively. A combination of Dirichlet and Neumann conditions is proposed as the loose-boundary condition. The adjustment coefficient for 2D models is obtained on the basis of the proposed boundary condition and analytical solutions developed for some simple cases of non-equilibrium transport of sediment in uniform flows. The adjustment coefficient for 1D models for natural rivers is further obtained from lateral integration. 16N,P-codoped porous carbon derived from chitosan with hierarchical N-enriched structure and ultra-high specific surface Area toward high-performance supercapacitors显示文摘In this work,a facile'carbonization-activation'strategy is developed to synthesize N,P-codoped hierarchical porous carbon.Phosphoric acid is innovatively introduced during the hydrothermal process to achieve in-situ P doping as well as create abundant pores,and the employment of sodamide is of vital importance to simultaneously serve as activating agent and N-source to succeed a high-level N doping.Thus,the obtained samples exhibit a unique three-dimensional hierarchical structure with an ultra-high specific surface area(3646 m^(2)g^(-1))and ultra-high N-doping level(9.81 at.%).Computational analyses confirm that N,P co-doping and higher N content can enhance active sites and widen potential differences of carbon materials to improve their capacitance.The as-prepared carbon materials demonstrate superior electrochemical performances,such as an ultra-high capacitance of 586 Fg^(-1)at 1 Ag^(-1),a superior rate capability of 409 Fg^(-1)at 20 Ag^(-1),and excellent long-term stability of 97%capacitance retention after10,000 cycles in 6 M KOH.Moreover,an assembled symmetric supercapacitor delivers a high energy density of 28.1 Wh kg^(-1)at the power density of 450 W kg^(-1)in 1 M Na_(2)SO_(4),demonstrating a great potential for applications in supercapacitors.Xipeng Xin Na Song Ruiming Jia Bingnan Wang Hongzhou Dong Shuai Ma Lina Sui Yingjie Chen Qian Zhang Lifeng Dong Liyan Yu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,29:2
17Divergence in homoeolog expression of the grain length-associated gene GASR7 during wheat allohexaploidization显示文摘Hexaploid wheat has triplicated homoeologs for most of the genes that are located in subgenomes A, B, and D. GASR7, a member of the Snakin/GASA gene family, has been associated with grain length development in wheat. However, little is known about divergence of its homoeolog expression in wheat polyploids. We studied the expression patterns of the GASR7 homoeologs in immature seeds in a synthetic hexaploid wheat line whose kernels are slender like those of its maternal parent(Triticum turgidum, AABB, PI 94655) in contrast to the round seed shape of its paternal progenitor(Aegilops tauschii, DD, AS2404). We found that the B homoeolog of GASR7 was the main contributor to the total expression level of this gene in both the maternal tetraploid progenitor and the hexaploid progeny, whereas the expression levels of the A and D homoeologs were much lower. To understand possible mechanisms regulating different GASR7 homoeologs, we firstly analyzed the promoter sequences of three homoeologous genes and found that all of them contained gibberellic acid(GA) response elements, with the TaG ASR7 B promoter(pT aG ASR7B) uniquely characterized by an additional predicted transcriptional enhancer. This was confirmed by the GA treatment of spikes where all three homoeologs were induced, with a much stronger response for TaG ASR7 B. McrB C enzyme assays showed that the methylation status at pT aG ASR7 D was increased during allohexaploidization, consistent with the repressed expression of TaG ASR7 D. For pT aG ASR7 A, the distribution of repetitive sequence-derived 24-nucleotide(nt) small interfering RNAs(siR NAs) were found which suggests possible epigenetic regulation because 24-nt siR NAs are known to mediate RNA-dependent DNA methylation.
