1Development and application of mechanized maize harvesters显示文摘Maize harvesting is one of the most important filed operations of maize production.As the accelerating development of maize industry,mechanized maize harvesting is widely accepted and used by farmers in the world.According to the harvesting methods,maize harvesters could be classified into two types,one is maize-for-grain harvesters,including pickers and grain harvesters,the other is whole plant harvesters,including forage harvesters and combined grain-stover harvesters.Structure characteristics,appropriate areas and relative technologies of those harvesters are described in this paper,i.e.,pickers are suitable for multi-crop areas,Grain harvesters are mainly for one-crop areas when grain moisture content is lower than 25%,combined grain-stover harvesters are applicable in agro-pastoral ecotone,and forage harvesters are capable in large-scaled animal husbandry farming areas where large amount of silage are required.Meanwhile,the future development trend of the different harvesters is predicted.Big horsepower engines,enhanced working efficiency,automation and intelligence are required by large scaled farms.As maize breeding development,more varieties that are suitable for grain harvesting are put into practice,so grain combine harvesters will be popular in future.Yang Li Cui Tao Qu Zhe Li Kehong Yin Xiaowei Han Dandan Yan Bingxin Zhao Dongyue Zhang Dongxing 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,3:13
2Broadband ultrafast nonlinear optical response of few-layers graphene: toward the mid-infrared regime显示文摘Gapless linear energy dispersion of graphene endows it with unique nonlinear optical properties, including broadband nonlinear absorption and giant nonlinear refractive index. Herein, we experimentally observed that fewlayers graphene has obvious nonlinear absorption and large nonlinear refraction, as investigated by the Z-scan technique in the mid-infrared(mid-IR) regime. 3Influences of microwave vacuum puffing conditions on anthocyanin content of raspberry snack显示文摘Microwave technology is fit for the processing of berry products,but it may affect nutrition components of berry fruit.To improve the nutritional value of the berry products,the influences of microwave vacuum puffing conditions on the anthocyanin content of raspberry snack were investigated using central composite experiments.Results indicated that vacuum pressure had the most significant effect on the anthocyanins of berry snack,followed by the puffing time,microwave power,and initial moisture content.The interaction between microwave power and puffing time on the anthocyanins was extremely significant.Under microwave power of 2.68 kW and the puffing time of 81.00 s,the anthocyanin content of raspberry snack was retained at high level.The results can provide some technological basis for the berry fruit products processed with high quality.Mu Yanqiu Zhao Xinhuai Liu Bingxin Liu Chenghai Zheng Xianzhe 2013International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2013,6,3:5
4Three-Dimensional Self-assembled Hairball-Like VS4 as High-Capacity Anodes for Sodium-Ion Batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are considered to be attractive candidates for large-scale energy storage systems because of their rich earth abundance and consistent performance.However,there are still challenges in developing desirable anode materials that can accommodate rapid and stable insertion/extraction of Na+and can exhibit excellent electrochemical performance.Herein,the self-assembled hairball-like VS4 as anodes of SIBs exhibits high discharge capacity(660 and 589 mAh g−1 at 1 and 3 A g−1,respectively)and excellent rate property(about 100%retention at 10 and 20 A g−1 after 1000 cycles)at room temperature.Moreover,the VS4 can also exhibit 591 mAh g−1 at 1 A g−1 after 600 cycles at 0°C.An unlike traditional mechanism of VS4 for Na+storage was proposed according to the dates of ex situ characterization,cyclic voltammetry,and electrochemical kinetic analysis.The capacities of the final stabilization stage are provided by the reactions of reversible transformation between Na2S and S,which were considered the reaction mechanisms of Na–S batteries.This work can provide a basis for the synthesis and application of sulfur-rich compounds in fields of batteries,semiconductor devices,and catalysts.Shuangshuang Ding Bingxin Zhou Changmiao Chen Zhao Huang Pengchao Li Shuangyin Wang Guozhong Cao Ming Zhang 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,3:3
5Rotavirus VP7 epitope chimeric proteins elicit cross-immunoreactivity in guinea pigs显示文摘VP7 of group A rotavirus(RVA) contains major neutralizing epitopes. Using the antigenic protein VP6 as the vector, chimeric proteins carrying foreign epitopes have been shown to possess good immunoreactivity and immunogenicity. In the present study, using modified VP6 as the vector,three chimeric proteins carrying epitopes derived from VP7 of RVA were constructed. The results showed that the chimeric proteins reacted with anti-VP6 and with SA11 and Wa virus strains.Antibodies from guinea pigs inoculated with the chimeric proteins recognized VP6 and VP7 of RVA and protected mammalian cells from SA11 and Wa infection in vitro. The neutralizing activities of the antibodies against the chimeric proteins were significantly higher than those against the vector protein VP6 F. 6Cytoplasmic and nuclear genome variations of rice hybrids and their parents inform the trajectory and strategy of hybrid rice breeding显示文摘The male sterility(MS)line is a prerequisite for efficient production of hybrid seeds in rice,a self-pollinating species.MS line breeding is pivotal for hybrid rice improvement.Understanding the historical breeding tra-jectory will help to improve hybrid rice breeding strategies.Maternally inherited cytoplasm is an appro-priate tool for phylogenetic reconstruction and pedigree tracing in rice hybrids.In this study,we analyzed the cytoplasmic genomes of 1495 elite hybrid rice varieties and identified five major types of cytoplasm,which correspond to different hybrid production systems.As the cytoplasm donors for hybrids,461 MS lines were also divided into five major types based on cytoplasmic and nuclear genomic architecture.Spe-cific core accessions cooperating with different fertility-associated genes drove the sequence divergence of MS lines.Dozens to hundreds of convergent and divergent selective sweeps spanning several agro-nomic trait-associated genes were identified among different types of MS lines.We further analyzed the cross patterns between different types of MS lines and their corresponding restorers.This study system-atically analyzed the cytoplasmic genomes of rice hybrids revealed their relationships with nuclear ge-nomes of MS lines,and illustrated the trajectory of hybrid rice breeding and the strategies for breeding different types of MS lines providing new insights for future improvement of hybrid rice.Zhoulin Gu Zhou Zhu Zhen Li Qilin Zhan Qi Feng Congcong Zhou Qiang Zhao Yan Zhao Xiaojian Peng Bingxin Dai Rongrong Sun Yan Li Hengyun Lu Lei Zhang Tao Huang Junyi Gong Danfeng Lv Xuehui Huang Bin Han 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,12:2
7Tripodalsporormielones A-C,unprecedented cage-like polyketides with complex polyvdent bridged and fused ring systems显示文摘A chemical investigation on Sporormiella sp.led to the isolation and structural elucidation of tripodalsporormielones Ae C(1-3),a new class of polyketide possessing unprecedented cage-like skeletons with polyvdent bridged and fused ring systems.These polyketides with cage-like skeletons were characterized as a high non-protonated carbon-containing system,which resulted in few HMBC correlations observed and made the accurate structures hard to be obtained by NMR.Especially,some signals of non-protonated sp;carbons are weak and even unobservable in compound 1.In order to establish the structure of 1,the calculated NMR with DP4 evaluation was applied to determine the structure from the plausible structure candidates obtained from the detailed NMR analysis.Based on NMR experiments and calculated NMR,the structures of isolated compounds were established and confirmed by X-ray technology.Through chiral isolation,the optically pure enantiomers of 1 and 3 were obtained,and their absolute configurations were determined based on ECD quantum chemical calculation.Based on the isolated compounds and our previous work,1-3 would be derived from 3-methylorcinaldehyde,and their plausible biosynthetic mechanism was proposed.Furthermore,1 exhibited obvious short-term memory improvement activity on an Alzheimer’s disease fly model.Guodong Chen Bingxin Zhao Meijuan Huang Jia Tang Yanbing Li Liangdong Guo Rongrong He Dan Hu Xinsheng Yao Hao Gao 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,11:1

13The Expression and Clinical Significance of Sema4A in Triple Negative Breast Cancer显示文摘Objective:To explore the expression and clinical significance of Sema4A in triple-negative breast cancer.Metlods:Eighty patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and 40 normal tissues adjacent to cancer were selected.Immumohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of Sema4A in breast cancer and normal tissues adjacent to cancer,and its relationship with breast cancer clinicopathological features and prognosis.Results:The expression of Sema4a in the serum of BCA patients was significantly higher than that of healthy controls.In addition,the expression of sema4a in BCA cells and in the cell supernatants was also up-regulated under hypoxia.Conclusion:Exogenous Sema4A can protect BCA cells from hypoxia-induced cytotoxicity,inhibit cell apoptosis and promote cell proliferation.Hong Chen Chunbui Gao Lingyan Wang Wenming Zhao Bingxin Zhang Jinku Zhang 2020Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,6:0
14Malignant transformation and treatment of cystic mixed germ cell tumor显示文摘Objective:The authors report an extremely unusual presentation and management of a children pineal mixed germ cell tumor mainly composed of immature teratoma,aiming to summarize main theraptic points by literature review.Methods:A cystic lesion located in the rear of third ventricle in a child was detected3 years ago with no other therapy performed except for a ventriculo-peritoneal shunt.During the following 3 years,intermitted regular brain MRI demonstrated no evidence of lesion aggrandizement.However from 20 days before admission to our institute the patient began to present acutely with exacerbating clinical symptoms meanwhile brain MRI showed signs of abrupt revulsions of initial lesion without any incentive cause.Neurological examination revealed a significant rising of serum tumor marker level.Then surgical resection was performed immediately after admission which was followed by correlative two-course chemotherapy.Results:Postoperative brain MRI demonstrated totally removing of the lesion in rear of third ventricle.Serum tumor marker level decreased remarkably after surgery and declined to normal level after two-course chemotherapy.No obvious neurological deficit occurred except for short-term memory difficulty which gradually recovered within two weeks.Soon after the second course chemotherapy the patient was currently asymptomatic and returned to school.Conclusions:(1)To ensure definitive diagnosis and proper therapecutic protocols benefit from grasping clinical features of mixed germ cell tumor.(2)Overall preoperative investigation including serum tumor marker level is as critical as neurological imaging examination.(3)Surgical excision is confirmed to be the key modality of treatment.With the regarding of mixed germ cell tumor,never highlight total resection too much.(4)Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy is recommended as further intensive treatment to improve the prognosis of mix germ cell tumor.Yapeng Zhao Hongyu Duan Qinghui Zhang Bingxin Shi Hui Liang Yuqi Zhang 2016Translational Neuroscience and Clinics2016,2,1:0

17Assessment of solar-assisted electrooxidation of bisphenol AF and bisphenol A on boron-doped diamond electrodes显示文摘Bisphenol(BP)analogues in wastewater effluent and groundwater pose a potential threat to human health due to their ability to disrupt steroidogenesis.A new solar-assisted electrochemical process(SECP)was developed and evaluated for the degradation of BP analogues.The effects of quenchers,current density,initial pH,supporting electrolyte,and aqueous matrix on the removal kinetics of bisphenol AF(BPAF)and bisphenol A(BPA)were investigated.The kinetic constants of BPAF,BPA,and bisphenol S(BPS)in the SECP with irradiation intensity of 500 mW cm^(-2) were 0.017±0.002 min^(-1),0.022±0.002 min^(-1),and 0.012±0.001 min^(-1),respectively.The changes in the degradation rates of BPAF,BPA,and BPS in the presence of quenchers indicated the relative contribution of hydroxyl radical(·OH)oxidation,anodic electrolysis,and singlet(^(1)O_(2))oxygenation in the degradation of BPs in the SECP.The enhanced rate of generation of ·OH and ^(1)O_(2) was observed in the SECP compared with those in the conventional electrochemical system.The identification of the transformation products(TPs)of BPAF demonstrated that hydroxylation,ring cleavage,b-scission,and defluorination were the major processes during the oxidation in the SECP.The conversion to fluoride ions(76%)and mineralization of total organic carbon(72%)in the SECP indicated further degradation of TPs.The results from this study improved our understanding of the degradation of BP analogues in the electrooxidation irradiated by solar light and help to establish the application potential of the SECP for the effective degradation of emerging contaminants in wastewater.Jing Ding Lingjun Bu Bingxin Cui Guanshu Zhao Qingwei Gao Liangliang Wei Qingliang Zhao Dionysios D.Dionysiou 2020Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2020,,3:0
18Correlation between the Distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes and Molecular Types of Breast Cancer in Perichemotherapy Period显示文摘Objectives The objective of this study was to explore the correlation between the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and molecular types of breast cancer in the perichemotherapy period.Methods A total of 325 cases with perichemotherapy breast cancer was classified according to syndrome differentiation in TCM,and R×C table x2 test was used to examine and analyze the relationship between TCM syndromes and molecular types of breast cancer in the perichemotherapy period.Results(1)In the early stage of chemotherapy,there was no significant difference in the distribution of different TCM syndromes among molecular types,mainly liver depression syndrome and liver depression and phlegm coagulation syndrome(p>0.05).(2)In the middle stage of chemotherapy,there were significant differences in the distribution of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome among HER-2 positive(HR positive),HER-2 positive(HR negative),and Luminal Atype,Luminal B type(HER-2 negative),and triple-negative type(p<0.01).(3)After chemotherapy,there were significant differences in the distribution of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and marrow sea insufficiency syndrome among HER-2 positive(HR negative),triple-negative type,and HER-2 positive(HR positive),Luminal A type,Luminal B type(HER-2 negative),and triple-negative type(p<0.01).Conclusion(1)In the middle stage of chemotherapy,HER-2 positive(HR positive)and HER-2 positive(HR negative)are more likely to show spleen deficiency and phlegmdampness syndrome than other molecular types.(2)In the late stage of chemotherapy,the HER-2 positive(HR negative)and triple-negative type is more likely to show spleenkidney yang deficiency syndrome than other molecular types,and the triple-negative type is more likely to show marrow sea insufficiency syndrome than other molecular types.Bingxin Meng Xufeng Cheng Qi Liu Huiduo Zhao Beibei Wang Liuyan Xu 2023Chinese Medicine and Natural Products2023,3,4:0
