| 1 | Surveillance and diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma: A systematic review显示文摘BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) appears in most of cases in patients with advanced liver disease and is currently the primary cause of death in this population.Surveillance of HCC has been proposed and recommended in clinical guidelines to obtain earlier diagnosis,but it is still controversial and is not accepted worldwide.AIM To review the actual evidence to support the surveillance programs in patients with cirrhosis as well as the diagnosis procedure.METHODS Systematic review of recent literature of surveillance (tools,interval,cost-benefit,target population) and the role of imaging diagnosis (radiological non-invasive diagnosis,optimal modality and agents) of HCC.RESULTS The benefits of surveillance of HCC,mainly with ultrasonography,have been assessed in several prospective and retrospective analysis,although the percentage of patients diagnosed in surveillance programs is still low.Surveillance of HCC permits diagnosis in early stages allows better access to curative treatment and increases life expectancy in patients with cirrhosis.HCC is a tumor with special radiological characteristics in computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging,which allows highly accurate diagnosis without routine biopsy confirmation.The actual recommendation is to perform biopsy only in indeterminate nodules.CONCLUSION The evidence supports the recommendation of performing surveillance of HCC in patients with cirrhosis susceptible of treatment,using ultrasonography every 6 mo.The diagnosis evaluation of HCC can be established based on noninvasive imaging criteria in patients with cirrhosis. | Sonia Pascual Cayetano Miralles Juan M Bernabé Javier Irurzun Mariana Planells | 2019 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2019,7,16: | 5 |

| 12 | 模拟点蚀坑内碳酸氢根的原位激光拉曼光谱测定显示文摘CO_(2)腐蚀是油气管道安全运行的重要威胁之一,其中点蚀的深度往往大于均匀腐蚀的深度,隐蔽性强,危害尤为突出。为研究点蚀坑内的离子浓度分布,验证现有腐蚀预测模型,采用内标法将碳酸氢根在拉曼光谱中的特征峰与本底溶液水的特征峰组成相对积分强度,在0.04~0.6 mol/L范围内建立了相对积分强度与碳酸氢根体积摩尔浓度的定量关系。设计了一套基于原位激光拉曼光谱技术的流动池系统,在流动环境中对X65管线钢模拟点蚀坑不同深度的碳酸氢根体积摩尔浓度进行了测定。实验结果表明,在距离坑底500μm范围内,点蚀坑内的碳酸氢根体积摩尔浓度随距离增加逐渐减小至接近体相溶液浓度;当距离大于500μm后,点蚀坑内的碳酸氢根体积摩尔浓度基本保持不变。新提出的点蚀坑内碳酸氢根体积摩尔浓度分布的实验测定方法,可为点蚀理论的发展及腐蚀计算模型的验证提供重要参考。(图8,表2,参28) | 王财林 李玉星 胡其会 刘兴豪 张家轩 张睿 ESPEJO Cayetano 花勇 | 2021 | 油气储运2021,40,10: | 1 |

| 14 | Flow Routing in the Natural Channel of the Ichu River Experimental Basin through Artificial Neural Networks显示文摘The objective of the investigation is to carry out the flow routing in the natural channel of the experimental basin of the Ichu river, by means of the Artificial Intelligence technique of ANNs (Artificial Neural Networks). Generally, hydrological and hydraulic methods require different parameters of the river channel, while the ANNs method simplifies the amount of data. The study area is located in the experimental basin of the Ichu river, upstream of the city of Huancavelica in an area of 607 km^2. A calibrated and validated model of the rain-runoff process was developed, with data recorded in 6 automatic meteorological stations (rainfall) and one hydrological station (runoff). The model HEC-1 was used to model the rain-runoff process and the Muskingun-Cunge method for the flood rounting, generating historical records for 5 stretches of the Ichu riverbed and obtaining 39 maximum historical records in the 2016 periods and 2017. The model obtained values of Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency coefficients (E) equal to 0.851 and 0.828 for the calibration and validation stage, respectively. The ANNs were built with different architectures to train and obtain the architecture that best fits the historical phenomena.
