1Improving the accuracy of GRACE Earth's gravitational field using the combination of different inclinations显示文摘In this paper, the GRACE Earth’s gravitational eld complete up to degree and order 120 is recovered based on the combination of di erent inclinations using the energy conservation principle. The results show that because di erent inclinations of satellite are sensitive to the geopotential coe cients with di erent degrees l and orders m, the design of GRACE exploiting 89° inclination can e ectively improve the accuracy of geopotential zonal harmonic coe cients. However, it is less sensitive to the geopotential tesseral harmonic coef- cients. Accordingly, the second group of GRACE exploiting lower inclination is required to determine high-accurately the geopotential tesseral harmonic coe cients and cover the shortage of the single group of GRACE exploiting 89o inclination. Two groups of GRACE individually exploiting 89° + (82°–84°) inclinations are the optimal combination of the Earth’s gravitational eld recovery complete up to degree and order 120. 4Volume change behavior of unsaturated soils under non-isothermal conditions显示文摘With the development of modern geotechnical engineering practices such as the construction of high level radioactive waste repositories, exploitation and utilization of geothermal resources, energy-saving buildings and underground storage of CO 2 , research into the influence of temperature on the basic mechanical properties of unsaturated soils has become an important issue internationally. By using the work expression and considering the influence of temperature on the basic properties of unsaturated soils, the average soil skeleton stress, modified suction and temperature were selected as state variables of generalized forces in thermodynamics and the soil skeleton strain, saturation and entropy were chosen as state variables of generalized flows conjugate to the variables of generalized forces. Based on the nonlinear multi-field coupled model and by using existing experimental results, an elastic-plastic constitutive model of unsaturated soils under non-isothermal conditions was developed to analyze the influence of temperature on the deformation properties of unsaturated soils. 5Preparation of colloidal gold immunochromatography strip for detection of methamidophos residue显示文摘Methamidophos (Met) is a broad spectrum organophosphorus insecticide and acaricide.Even a trace of its residue is harmful to humans and many animals.In this study,the synthesis and identification of colloidal gold particles and antibody-colloidal gold conjugates were performed,and the preparation of colloidal gold immunochromatography strip was conducted for detection of Met residue.The size of colloidal gold particles was checked using a transmission electron microscope (TEM).The formation of antibody-colloidal gold conjugates was monitored by UV/Vis spectroscopy.The preparation of colloidal gold immunochromatography strips,analysis of Met standard solutions,and other four pesticides and vegetable samples were operated with common methods and principals.The TEM images showed the average diameter of colloidal gold particles was almost the same size: approximately 40.0 nm in diameter.For the conjugation of colloidal gold and monoclonal antibody (MAb),0.03 mg/ml of MAb was confirmed to be the minimum amount for stabilization of colloidal gold.With the prepared colloidal gold immunochromatography test strip to determine the standard Met solution,the results demonstrated a detection limit of approximately 1.0 μg/ml.Cross-reaction indicated that the strip had a high specificity to Met.The results of 10 green vegetable sample tests confirmed that one sample was positive by HPLC analysis.There was evidence to suggest that colloidal gold particles and antibody-colloidal gold conjugates were synthesized successfully.The prepared colloidal gold immunochromatography strip was applicable for preliminary screening of Met residue.Shi Chenggang Zhao Suqing Zhang Kun Hong Guobao Zhu Zhenyu 2008Journal of Environmental Sciences2008,20,11:15
6A nonlinear multi-field coupled model for soils显示文摘A nonlinear multi-field coupled model for multi-constituent three-phase soils is derived by using the hybrid mixture theory. The balance equations with three levels (constituents, phases and the whole mixture soil) are set up under the assumption that soil is composed of multi-constituent elastic-plastic solid skeleton (which is different from the linearization method) and viscous liquid and ideal gas. With reasonable constitutive assumptions in such restrictive conditions as the principles of determinism, equipresence, material frame-indifference and the compatible principle in continuum mechanics, a theoretical framework of constitutive relations modeling three-phase soil in both non-equilibrium and equilibrium states is established, thus the closed field equations are formed. In the theoretical framework, the concept of effective generalized thermodynamic forces is introduced, and the nonlinear coupling constitutive relations between generalized dissipation forces and generalized flows within the system at nonequilibrium state are also presented. On such a basis, four special coupling relations, i.e., solid thermal elastic-plastic constitutive relation, liquid visco-elastic-plastic constitutive relation, the generalized Fourier’s law, and the generalized Darcy’s law are put forward. The generalized or nonlinear results mentioned above can degenerate into the linear coupling results given by Bennethum and Singh. Based on a specific dissipation function, the concrete form of generalized Darcy’s law is deduced, which may degenerate into the traditional form of Darcy’s law by neglecting the influence of skeleton deformation and temperature. 7腰丛、坐骨神经旁置管分次阻滞用于单侧下肢骨折手术的麻醉和术后镇痛显示文摘目的:观察腰丛、坐骨神经旁置管分次阻滞用于单侧下肢骨折手术的麻醉和术后镇痛的临床效果,并与腰硬联合麻醉进行比较。方法:择期行单侧下肢骨折手术患者60例,随机分为腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞+置管术后镇痛组(N组)和腰硬联合麻醉+硬膜外术后自控镇痛组(E组),每组30人。N组均行腰丛联合坐骨神经阻滞,根据相应手术部位在腰丛或坐骨神经旁留置导管行分次阻滞术后镇痛。E组施以腰硬联合麻醉并行硬膜外术后自控镇痛。记录两组患者围手术期和术后的VAS评分、平均动脉压、心率和呼吸次数,患者术后开始进食的时间,术后并发症及患者满意度。结果:两组患者术后VAS评分无显著差异。E组麻醉后30min和术后4h平均动脉压显著降低(P<0.01)。N组术后并发症发生率显著低于E组(P<0.05),术后开始进食时间显著短于E组(P<0.001)。结论:单侧下肢骨折手术采用腰丛、坐骨神经旁置管分次阻滞可以提供完善的术后镇痛,并且对全身各系统影响轻微。韩晓东 张学政 倪剑武 王权光 陈丽梅 Chenggang Hu 徐旭仲 2011实用医学杂志2011,27,8:13
8MiR-182 is up-regulated and targeting Cebpa in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are endogenous small non-coding RNAs that repress their targets at post transcriptional level.Existing studies have shown that miRNAs are important regulatory genes in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),as either tumor suppressors or oncogenes.MiR-122 is normally downregulated in HCC and regarded as a tumor suppressor.Recently miR-122 has been reported to be regulated by CEBPA,which is then involved in a novel pathway to influence proliferation of tumor cells.However it is unknown whether CEBPA is regulated by miRNAs in HCC.In this study,we find that miR-182 is upregulated in HCC model rat,and represses CEBPA in both rat and human.This further improves the current CEBPA/miR-122 pathway that controls the proliferation of tumor cells.These results suggest that miR-182 is a potential oncogene in HCC and could be used as a diagnostic marker and drug target of HCC.Chenggang Wang Ren Ren Haolin Hu Changjun Tan Miao Han Xiaolin Wang Yun Zheng 2014Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2014,26,1:13
9超声引导锁骨上臂丛阻滞不同浓度罗哌卡因对膈肌移动度的影响显示文摘目的观察超声引导锁骨上臂丛阻滞使用不同浓度罗哌卡因对同侧膈肌移动度和麻醉效果的影响。方法选择拟行锁骨上臂丛阻滞的择期上肢短小手术的患者30例。采用抽签法随机分为A、B和C3组,每组各10例.臂丛阻滞分别使用0.500%、0.375%和0.250%罗哌卡因,均为20ml。在高频超声引导下行锁骨上臂丛阻滞,观察臂丛起效时间和临床阻滞效果。用超声测定阻滞前后的同侧平静呼吸的膈肌移动度。结果A组患者的麻醉起效时间最短,而C组患者所需的麻醉起效时间最长(P〈0.01)。C组神经阻滞效果和麻醉效果显著差于A组和B组(P〈0.05)。A组患者在阻滞后5~90min期间膈肌移动度显著低于阻滞前,有5例患者膈肌无移动,处于完全麻痹状态。B组患者阻滞后5~30min、C组患者阻滞后5~20min时膈肌移动度显著低干阻滞前,均无膈肌完全麻痹病例。A组患者阻滞后膈肌移动度显著低于B、C组(P〈001)。结论超声引导的锁骨上臂丛阻滞采用0.375%罗哌卡因起效较快.麻醉效果好。对膈肌移动度影响较轻,是该径路合适的局麻药选择。丁朝梁 王权光 倪建武 张学政 陈丽梅 张裕坚 Chenggang Hu 徐旭仲 2013浙江医学2013,35,23:12

12Isolation and characterization of Sporobolomyces sp. LF1 capable of degrading chlorimuron-ethyl显示文摘A yeast strain which was capable of degrading sulfonylurea herbicide chlorimuron-ethyl named as LF1 was isolated from a chlorimuron-ethyl contaminated soil near the warehouse of the factory producing chlorimuron-ethyl in Shenyang City,Northeast China. The strain was identified as Sporobolomyces sp.,based on its morphological and physiological characteristics and the phylogenetic analysis of 18S rRNA gene sequence.So far,this is the only yeast strain of Sporobolomyces sp.which is able to degrade chlorimuron-ethyl.Incubation tests showed that when the initial concentration of chlorimuron-ethyl in culture was 5 mg/L,LF1 could degrade more than 77%of the herbicide after incubation for 4 d at 30°C.The possible mechanism of chlorimuron-ethyl degradation by LF1 could be the acidic hydrolysis caused by the acids from the metabolism of the yeast strain.Further study should be conducted to examine the pathways of chlorimuron-ethyl degradation by LF1 and to approach the feasibility of using LF1 to degrade the chlorimuron-ethyl in soil system.ZHANG Xiaoli ZHANG Huiwen LI Xu SU Zhencheng WANG Jingjing ZHANG Chenggang 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,9:10
13Monitoring the impact of climate change and human activities on grassland vegetation dynamics in the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China during 2000–2015显示文摘Climate change and human activities can influence vegetation net primary productivity(NPP), a key component of natural ecosystems. The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China, in spite of its significant natural and cultural values, is one of the most susceptible regions to climate change and human disturbances in the world. To assess the impact of climate change and human activities on vegetation dynamics in the grassland ecosystems of the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, we applied a time-series trend analysis to normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI) datasets from 2000 to 2015 and compared these spatiotemporal variations with trends in climatic variables over the same time period. The constrained ordination approach(redundancy analysis) was used to determine which climatic variables or human-related factors mostly influenced the variation of NDVI. Furthermore, in order to determine whether current conservation measures and programs are effective in ecological protection and reconstruction, we divided the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau into two parts: the Three-River Headwater conservation area(TRH zone) in the south and the non-conservation area(NTRH zone) in the north. The results indicated an overall(73.32%) increasing trend of vegetation NPP in grasslands throughout the study area. During the period 2000–2015, NDVI in the TRH and NTRH zones increased at the rates of 0.0015/a and 0.0020/a, respectively. Specifically, precipitation accounted for 9.2% of the total variation in NDVI, while temperature accounted for 13.4%. In addition, variation in vegetation NPP of grasslands responded not only to long-and short-term changes in climate, as conceptualized in non-equilibrium theory, but also to the impact of human activities and their associated perturbations. The redundancy analysis successfully separated the relative contributions of climate change and human activities, of which village population and agricultural gross domestic product were the two most important contributors to the NDVI changes, explaining 17.8% and 17.1% of the total variation of NDVI(with the total contribution >30.0%), respectively. The total contribution percentages of climate change and human activities to the NDVI variation were 27.5% and 34.9%, respectively, in the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. 14Constitutive modeling for unsaturated soils considering gas hardening effect显示文摘The influence of gases on unsaturated soils is discussed in the paper.First,the selection of stress state variables is discussed.It is shown that gas pressure as well as generalized effective stress and modified suction are required to construct a constitutive model of an unsaturated soil.The deformation mechanisms of solid,liquid and gas phases in soils are then investigated.It is realized that the deformation of gas phase interacts with the deformations of the other two phases in soils.Gas laws are used to describe the gas behavior.Similar to the other two phases in soil,the change of gas volume can be divided into an elastic part and a plastic part, and the latter part is then introduced to the soil hardening equation to reflect the impact of the gas on the soil.Then,a simple elasto-plastic model considering the gas effect for isotropic states is developed.Finally,the model predictions are given and compared with existing experimental data.A good agreement between them is found.Comparisons of the predictions between our model and Wheeler’s model are also performed.LIU Yan ZHAO ChengGang CAI GuoQing HUANG Lu 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,16:9
15Derivation of the work expression and discussion on the effective principle and the phase separation theorem in unsaturated soil显示文摘Based on the balance equations for mass, linear momentum, energy in porous media theory and some hypotheses in unsaturated soil mechanics, an expression of the total deformation work W is derived, and with the help of the specific ex-pression of the work, the effective stress conjugated with the displacement of the soil skeleton is suggested by the authors, which has the similar form as the expressions proposed by Wheeler (2003) and some other researchers according to their experience and intuition, but the effective stress presented in this paper is derived on the basis of porous media theory and its assumptions, whose premise and hypothesis are clear. It is also pointed out that due to the complexity of the physical mechanism and various influencing factors, it is impossible in unsatu-rated soil mechanics to determine the deformation of solid skeleton by the effective stress only, like in the saturated soil mechanics. 16Estimation of net primary productivity and its driving factors in the Ili River Valley,China显示文摘Net primary productivity(NPP), as an important variable and ecological indicator in grassland ecosystems, can reflect environmental change and the carbon budget level. The Ili River Valley is a wetland nestled in the hinterland of the Eurasian continent, which responds sensitively to the global climate change. Understanding carbon budget and their responses to climate change in the ecosystem of Ili River Valley has a significant effect on the adaptability of future climate change and sustainable development. In this study, we calculated the NPP and analyzed its spatio-temporal pattern of the Ili River Valley during the period 2000–2014 using the normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI) and an improved Carnegie-Ames-Stanford(CASA) model. Results indicate that validation showed a good performance of CASA over the study region, with an overall coefficient of determination(R2) of 0.65 and root mean square error(RMSE) of 20.86 g C/(m^2·a). Temporally, annual NPP of the Ili River Valley was 599.19 g C/(m^2·a) and showed a decreasing trend from 2000 to 2014, with an annual decrease rate of –3.51 g C/(m^2·a). However, the spatial variation was not consistent, in which 55.69% of the areas showed a decreasing tendency, 12.60% of the areas remained relatively stable and 31.71% appeared an increasing tendency. In addition, the decreasing trends in NPP were not continuous throughout the 15-year period, which was likely being caused by a shift in climate conditions. Precipitation was found to be the dominant climatic factor that controlled the inter-annual variability in NPP. Furthermore, the correlations between NPP and climate factors differed along the vertical zonal. In the medium-high altitudes of the Ili River Valley, the NPP was positively correlated to precipitation and negatively correlated to temperature and net radiation. In the low-altitude valley and high-altitude mountain areas, the NPP showed a negative correlation with precipitation and a weakly positive correlation with temperature and net radiation. 17Sulfur-encapsulated in heteroatom-doped hierarchical porous carbon derived from goat hair for high performance lithium–sulfur batteries显示文摘Biomass-derived carbon materials have aroused widespread concern as host material of sulfur to enhance electrochemical performances for lithium–sulfur batteries. Herein, goat hair, as a low-cost and eco-friendly precursor, is employed to fabricate cauliflower-like in-situ nitrogen, oxygen and phosphorus tri-doped porous biomass carbon(NOPC) by a facile activation with H_3PO_4 and carbonization process.The morphology and microstructure of NOPC can be readily tuned by altering pyrolysis temperature. The as-prepared NOPC matrix material carbonized at 600 °C possesses 3D hierarchical porous structure, high specific surface area(535.352 m^2 g^(-1)), and appropriate pore size and pore size distribution. Encapsulating sulfur into the NOPC depends on a stem-melting technology as cathode materials of Li–S batteries. Due to the synergistic effect of special physical structure and inherent tri-doping of N, O and P, electrons and ions transfer and utilization of active sulfur in the materials are improved, and the shuttle behaviors of soluble lithium polysulfides are also mitigated. Consequently, the S/NOPC-600 composite exhibits excellent electrochemical performance, giving a high initial discharge capacity of 1185 mA h g^(-1) at 0.05 C and maintaining a relatively considerable capacity of 489 m A h g^(-1) at 0.2 C after 300 cycles. 19Impact of acetochlor on ammonia-oxidizing bacteria in microcosm soils显示文摘Acetochlor is an increasingly used herbicide on corn in North China. Currently, the effect of acetochlor on soil ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) communities is not well documented. Here, we studied the diversity and community composition of AOB in soil amended with three concentrations of acetochlor (50, 150, 250 mg/kg) and the control (0 mg acetochlor/kg soil) in a microcosm experiment by PCR-DGGE (polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis) and the phylogenetic analysis of excised DGGE bands. DGGE profiles showed that acetochlor had a stimulating effect on AOB at the early stage after acetochlor amended, and the order of intensity and duration is medium-acetochlor amended samples (AM) > low-acetochlor amended samples (AL) > high-acetochlor amended samples (AH). At the end of 60 d microcosm, acetochlor had a negative effect on the diversity of AOB. Cluster analysis of DGGE profiles showed that acetochlor had a greater effect on the community structure of AOB on day 60 than on day 1. The phylogenetic analysis revealed that all the sequences of excised DGGE bands were closely related to members of the genus Nitrosospira and formed two separate subclusters designated as subcluster 1 and subcluster 2 affiliated respectively with clusters 3 and 4 in Nitrosospira as defined by Stephen. Some dominant AOB had a change from subcluster 2 to subcluster 1 with the incubation. The results showed that acetochlor had an effect on the AOB on a long-term basis and the chronic effect of acetochlor should be paid more attention in future.Xinyu LI Chenggang ZHANG 2008Journal of Environmental Sciences2008,20,9:7
