| 3 | Land-surface processes and summer-cloud-precipitation characteristics in the Tibetan Plateau and their effects on downstream weather:a review and perspective显示文摘Correct understanding of the land-surface processes and cloud-precipitation processes in the Tibetan Plateau(TP)is an important prerequisite for the study and forecast of the downstream activities of weather systems and one of the key points for understanding the global atmospheric movement.In order to show the achievements that have been made,this paper reviews the progress on the observations for the atmospheric boundary layer,land-surface heat fluxes,cloud-precipitation distributions and vertical structures by using ground-and space-based multiplatform,multisensor instruments and the effect of the cloud system in the TP on the downstream weather.The results show that the form drag related to the topography,land-atmosphere momentum and scalar fluxes is an important part of the parameterization process.The sensible heat flux decreased especially in the central and northern TP caused by the decrease in wind speeds and the differences in the ground-air temperatures.Observations show that the cloud and precipitation over the TP have a strong diurnal variation.Studies also show the compressed-air column in the troposphere by the higher-altitude terrain of the TP makes particles inside clouds vary at a shorter distance in the vertical direction than those in the non-plateau area so that precipitation intensity over the TP is usually small with short duration,and the vertical structure of the convective precipitation over the TP is obviously different from that in other regions.In addition,the influence of the TP on severe weather downstream is preliminarily understood from the mechanism.It is necessary to use model simulations and observation techniques to reveal the difference between cloud precipitation in the TP and non-plateau areas in order to understand the cloud microphysical parameters over the TP and the processes of the land boundary layer affecting cloud,precipitation and weather in the downstream regions. | Yunfei Fu Yaoming Ma Lei Zhong Yuanjian Yang Xueliang Guo Chenghai Wang Xiaofeng Xu Kun Yang Xiangde Xu Liping Liu Guangzhou Fan Yueqing Li Donghai Wang | 2020 | National Science Review2020,7,3: | 10 |
| 4 | In-situ sulfur isotope and trace element of pyrite constraints on the formation and evolution of the Nibao Carlin-type gold deposit in SW China显示文摘The fault-controlled Nibao Carlin-type gold deposit,together with the strata-bound Shuiyindong deposit,comprise a significant amount of the disseminated gold deposits in southwestern Guizhou Province,China.Five main types and two sub-types of pyrite at the Nibao deposit(Py1a/Py1b,Py2,Py3,Py4,Py5)were distinguished based on detailed mineralogical work.Py1,Py2and Py3 are Au-poor,whereas Py4 and Py5 are Au-rich,corresponding to a sedimentary and hydrothermal origin,respectively.Through systematic in situ analyses of NanoSIMS sulfur isotopes,the framboid pyrite Py1a with negative δ^34S values(-53.3 to-14.9%)from the Nibao deposit were found to originate from bacterial sulfate reduction(BSR)processes in an open and sulfate-sufficient condition while the superheavy pyrite Py1b(73.7–114.8%)is probably due to the potential influence of closed-system Rayleigh fractionation or the lack of preservation of deepsea sediments.Data of Py2 and Py3 plot within the area of S isotope compositions from biogenic and abiogenic sulfate reduction.In view of few coeval magmatic rocks in the mining district,the near zero δ^34S values of the Au-rich pyrites(Py4 and Py5)may discount the potential involvement of magmatic but metamorphic or sedimentary origin.LA-ICP-MS and TEM work show that Au in ore-related pyrite is present as both nanoparticles and structurally bound.LA-ICP-MS analyses show that the Au-rich pyrite also contains higher As,Cu,Sb,Tl and S than other types of pyrite,which inferred a distal manifestation of deep hydrothermal mineralization systems. | Jinxiang Li Chenghai Zhao Yong Huang Yuzhou Zhuo Jinwei Li | 2019 | Acta Geochimica2019,38,4: | 7 |
| 5 | EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor HS-10182 increases radiation sensitivity in non-small cell lung cancers with EGFR T790M mutation显示文摘Objective:To investigate the potential of HS-10182,a second-generation epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFR-TKI),as a radiosensitizer in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Two cell lines of NSCLCs,A549 that possesses wild-type(WT)EGFRs and H1975 that possesses EGFR L858R/T790M double mutations,were treated with HS-10182 at various concentrations,and cell viabilities were determined using the MTS assay.The cells were tested by clonogenic survival assays to identify the radiosensitivity of both groups.Western blot was performed to analyze the expression of phosphorylated EGFR,AKT,DNA-dependent protein kinase,and catalytic subunit(DNA-PKcs)proteins.Immunofluorescence analyses were performed to examine the formation and changes in nuclearγ-H2AX foci.Cell apoptosis was examined by flow cytometry and Western blots for cleaved caspase-3,-8,-9,and cleaved poly ADP-ribose polymerase(PARP).Furthermore,we established xenograft models in mice and the effects of different treatments on tumor growth were then assessed.Results:Clonogenic survival assays revealed that HS-10182 significantly enhanced the radiosensitivity of H1975 cells but not A549cells[dose enhancement ratios(DERs)=2.36(P<0.05)vs.1.43(P>0.05)].Western blot results showed that HS-10182 increased the levels of cleaved caspase-3,-8,-9,and cleaved PARP in H1975 cells but not in A549 cells.In addition,flow cytometry analysis showed that HS-10182 enhanced irradiation-induced apoptosis in H1975.Immunofluorescence results found that HS-10182increased the average number ofγ-H2AX foci after irradiation in H1975 cells,but not in A549 cells.Combined radiation and HS-10182 treatment increased the expression of DNA-PKcs but this increase was more significant in H1975 cells than in A549 cells.Moreover,HS-10182 suppressed the increased expression of Rad50 in H1975 cells in response to irradiation.In vivo experiments found that the combined therapy significantly inhibited tumor growth.Conclusions:HS-10182 enhances the radiosensitivity of H1975 cells which is possibly because that HS-10182 could enhance irradiation-induced apoptosis,increase irradiation-induced DNA damage,and cause a delay in DNA damage repair.Our findings suggest that radiotherapy combined HS-10182 is a novel treatment for lung cancer cells which have acquired the T790M mutation.HS-10182 could be brought to the clinic as a radiosensitizer in NSCLCs with the EGFR T790M mutation. | Yang Chen Youyou Wang Lujun Zhao Ping Wang Jifeng Sun Rudi Bao Chenghai Li Ningbo Liu | 2018 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2018,15,1: | 2 |
| 6 | Effect of viscoelasticity on skin pain sensation显示文摘Pain sensation may appear under long-lasting mechanical stimulation. Although people have the experience that pain sensation generally decreases with time while the stimulation remains, the underlying mechanism remains elusive. We experimentally studied the thermal and strain ratedependent viscoelastic behavior of skin in uniaxial stretch and numerically investigated the effects of temperature and strain rate on pain sensation. The results indicate that the viscosity of skin tissue decreases with increasing temperature and reducing strain rate, which subsequently decreases the discharge frequency of skin nociceptor and thus relieves the pain sensation. Structural optimization has been intensively used for design of conventional hard machines, while, to our best knowledge, few attempts have been made towards optimal design of soft machines. | 15 | Cookie Baking Process Optimization and Quality Analysis Based on Food 3D Printing显示文摘In order to obtain better quality cookies, food 3D printing technology was employed to prepare cookies. The texture, color, deformation, moisture content, and temperature of the cookie as evaluation indicators, the influences of baking process parameters, such as baking time, surface heating temperature and bottom heating temperature, on the quality of the cookie were studied to optimize the baking process parameters. The results showed that the baking process parameters had obvious effects on the texture, color, deformation, moisture content, and temperature of the cookie. All of the roasting surface heating temperature, bottom heating temperature and baking time had positive influences on the hardness, crunchiness, crispiness, and the total color difference(ΔE) of the cookie. When the heating temperatures of the surfac and bottom increased, the diameter and thickness deformation rate of the cookie increased. However,with the extension of baking time, the diameter and thickness deformation rate of the cookie first increased and then decreased. With the surface heating temperature of 180 ℃, the bottom heating temperature of 150 ℃, and baking time of 15 min, the cookie was crisp and moderate with moderate deformation and uniform color. There was no burnt phenomenon with the desired quality. | 16 | Formation of organic chloride in the treatment of textile dyeing sludge by Fenton system显示文摘In the oxidation treatment of textile dyeing sludge,the quantitative and transformation laws of organic chlorine are not clear enough.Thus,this study mainly evaluated the treatment of textile dyeing sludge by Fenton and Fenton-like system from the aspects of the influence of Cl^(-),the removal of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and organic carbon,and the removal and formation mechanism of organic chlorine.The results showed that the organic halogen in sludge was mainly hydrophobic organic chlorine,and the content of adsorbable organic chlorine (AOCl) was 0.30 mg/g (dry sludge).In the Fenton system with pH=3,500 mg/L Cl-,30 mmol/L Fe^(2+)and 30 mmol/L H_(2)O_(2),the removal of phenanthrene was promoted by chlorine radicals (·Cl),and the AOCl in sludge solid phase increased to 0.55 mg/g (dry sludge) at 30 min.According to spectral analysis,it was found that ·Cl could chlorinate aromatic and aliphatic compounds (excluding PAHs) in solid phase at the same time,and eventually led to the accumulation of aromatic chlorides in solid phase.Strengthening the oxidation ability of Fenton system increased the formation of organic chlorines in liquid and solid phases.In weak acidity,the oxidation and desorption of superoxide anion promoted the removal and migration of PAHs and organic carbon in solid phase,and reduced the formation of total organic chlorine.The Fenton-like system dominated by nonhydroxyl radical could realize the mineralization of PAHs,organic carbon and organic chlorines instead of migration.This paper builds a basis for the selection of sludge conditioning methods. | Xiaojun Lai Xun-an Ning Yang Li Nuoyi Huang Yaping Zhang Chenghai Yang | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,3: | 0 |
| 17 | Changing liver stiffness predict regression in advanced fibrosis patients with chronic hepatitis B,but not in moderate fibrosis patients显示文摘Background and objective:Liver stiffness measurement(LSM)may effectively correlate to the presence of liver fibrosis,but it is controversial to use for the prediction of clinical outcomes.Therefore,we aimed to evaluate the predictive value of liver stiffness for the regression of liver fibrosis.Methods:In this study,we collected data from a clinical cohort of patients who are received anti-virus therapies for 48 weeks.180 naive chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients,who received paired LSM and liver biopsy with pre-and post-treatments were analyzed.Two methods(FibroScan and iLivTouch)test LSM.Result:The area under the receiver operating characteristics curve(AUROC)of changing LSM for fibrosis regression is higher in advanced fibrosis patients(F5/6)than in moderate fibrosis patients(F3/4)in both FibroScan(0.719,95%CI,0.590–0.848;P=0.003;vs 0.617,95%CI,0.379–0.856,P=0.282)and iLivTouch(0.707,95%CI,0.567–0.847;P=0.011;vs 0.583,95%CI,0.422–0.744;P=0.377).A higher kappa value was received in advanced stage than in moderate stage both in FibroScan(0.392,P=0.001 vs 0.265,P=0.053)and iLivTouch(0.326,P=0.019 vs 0.030,P=0.833).Cut-off set as 4.10 kPa(sen,69.4%;spe,73.9%)in FibroScan,as 4.25 kPa(sen,56.8%;spe,72.2%)in iLivTouch.Conclusion:The changing LSM can be used for predicting the liver fibrosis regression in advanced stage of CHB patients. | Zhengxin Li Tingting Zhu Zhimin Zhao Li Shen Gaofeng Chen Hongtu Gu Chenghai Liu | 2023 | Gastroenterology & Hepatology Research2023,5,1: | 0 |
| 18 | Network Security Situation Prediction Based on TCAN-BiGRU Optimized by SSA and IQPSO显示文摘The accuracy of historical situation values is required for traditional network security situation prediction(NSSP).There are discrepancies in the correlation and weighting of the various network security elements.To solve these problems,a combined prediction model based on the temporal convolution attention network(TCAN)and bi-directional gate recurrent unit(BiGRU)network is proposed,which is optimized by singular spectrum analysis(SSA)and improved quantum particle swarmoptimization algorithm(IQPSO).This model first decomposes and reconstructs network security situation data into a series of subsequences by SSA to remove the noise from the data.Furthermore,a prediction model of TCAN-BiGRU is established respectively for each subsequence.TCAN uses the TCN to extract features from the network security situation data and the improved channel attention mechanism(CAM)to extract important feature information from TCN.BiGRU learns the before-after status of situation data to extract more feature information from sequences for prediction.Besides,IQPSO is proposed to optimize the hyperparameters of BiGRU.Finally,the prediction results of the subsequence are superimposed to obtain the final predicted value.On the one hand,IQPSO compares with other optimization algorithms in the experiment,whose performance can find the optimum value of the benchmark function many times,showing that IQPSO performs better.On the other hand,the established prediction model compares with the traditional prediction methods through the simulation experiment,whose coefficient of determination is up to 0.999 on both sets,indicating that the combined prediction model established has higher prediction accuracy. | Junfeng Sun Chenghai Li Yafei Song Peng Ni Jian Wang | 2023 | Computer Systems Science & Engineering2023,47,10: | 0 |
| 19 | Machine learning-based crop recognition from aerial remote sensing imagery显示文摘Timely and accurate acquisition of crop distribution and planting area information is important for making agricultural planning and management decisions.This study employed aerial imagery as a data source and machine learning as a classification tool to statically and dynamically identify crops over an agricultural cropping area.Comparative analysis of pixel-based and object-based classifications was performed and classification results were further refined based on three types of object features(layer spectral,geometry,and texture).Static recognition using layer spectral features had the highest accuracy of 75.4%in object-based classification,and dynamic recognition had the highest accuracy of 88.0%in object-based classification based on layer spectral and geometry features.Dynamic identification could not only attenuate the effects of variations on planting dates and plant growth conditions on the results,but also amplify the differences between different features.Object-based classification produced better results than pixel-based classification,and the three feature sets(layer spectral alone,layer spectral and geometry,and all three)resulted in only small differences in accuracy in object-based classification.Dynamic recognition combined with objectbased classification using layer spectral and geometry features could effectively improve crop classification accuracy with high resolution aerial imagery.The methodologies and results from this study should provide practical guidance for crop identification and other agricultural mapping applications. | Yanqin TIAN Chenghai YANG Wenjiang HUANG Jia TANG Xingrong LI Qing ZHANG | 2021 | Frontiers of Earth Science2021,15,1: | 0 |
