1Solving traveling salesman problems using generalized chromosome genetic algorithm显示文摘Generalized chromosome genetic algorithm (GCGA) was proposed for solving generalized traveling salesman problems (GTSP) as reported in the authors’ earlier work. Theoretically, the GCGA could also be used to solve the classical traveling salesman problem (CTSP), which has not been reported by others. In this paper, the generalized chromosome characteristics are analyzed and the feasibility for consistently solving the GTSP and CTSP is verified. 2Targeted Mutagenesis of NAC Transcription Factor Gene,OsN AC041,Leading to Salt Sensitivity in Rice显示文摘Salinity is a major abiotic stress factor that seriously affects plant growth. Many genes are involved in the response to salt stress with various metabolism pathways. A number of plant transcription factor family genes have been found to be involved in the salt stress response, and NAM, ATAF and CUC(NAC) transcription factors are thought to act as active regulators during abiotic stress, especially salt stress. In this study, we detected a rice NAC transcription factor coding gene, OsNAC041, and confirmed that it influenced the germination of seeds under salt stress and salt tolerance of plants. OsNAC041 was primarily expressed in the leaves and located in the nucleus. Furthermore, the CRISPR/Cas9 method was used to obtain a targeted osnac041 mutant, of which the plant height was higher than that of the wild-type, showing increased salt sensitivity. Moreover, RNA-seq analysis revealed a number of differentially expressed genes(DEGs) involved in several important signaling pathways in the osnac041 mutant. Subsequently, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes annotation also revealed differential expression of DEGs associated with mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling, peroxisome, eukaryotictype ABC transporters, photosynthesis and plant hormones, which are involved in stress-related signaling pathways. Overall, our study suggested that OsNAC041 was involved in the salt stress response in rice. 3Energy efficient design for multiuser downlink energy and uplink information transfer in 5G显示文摘Simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT) is studied in this paper for the wireless powered downlink(DL) and multiuser information uplink(UL) systems. The objective is to maximize the energy efficiency defined as the ratio of the achieved throughput over the energy cost by optimizing the time allocation for the DL and multi-user UL traffics and its goal is to obtain the analytical expression to the optimal time allocation yet the resulting difficulty comes from the sum throughput of the multiuser in UL as well as the corresponding power consumption. To tackle this, the Jensen inequality is applied to approximating the exact expression of the sum throughput for the UL multi-users, leading to an upper-bound of the counterpart.The final closed form is exact in the single-user scenario yet approximate in the multi-user scenario. 4Outage Probability Minimization for Low-Altitude UAV-Enabled Full-Duplex Mobile Relaying Systems显示文摘In this paper, a novel unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-enabled full duplex decode-and-forward(DF) technique is used in mobile relaying system. Compared with conventional static relaying, mobile relaying provides more degree of freedom for experiencing better channel conditions and further improving the system reliable performance. The source and relay transmit power as well as relay trajectory are jointly optimized for sum outage probability minimization in mobile relaying system. Due to the non-convex nature of the original problem, block coordinate decent optimization techniques are employed to decompose it into two sub-problems, which leads to an efficient iterative algorithm. Specifically, for the pre-determined relay trajectory, the optimal transmit power of source and relay are obtained by solving Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT) conditions. For the given source/relay power allocation, the optimal UAV trajectory is obtained by solving dual problem. Based on the two steps, an iterative algorithm is proposed to jointly optimize source/relay power allocation and UAV trajectory alternately. 5Mantle melting factors and amagmatic crustal accretion of the Gakkel ridge, Arctic Ocean显示文摘Spreading rate is a primary factor of mantle melting and tectonic behavior of the global mid-ocean ridges. The spreading rate of the Gakkel ridge decreases gradually from west to east. However, the Gakkel ridge can be divided into four thick-and-thin zones with varying crustal thicknesses along ridge axis. This phenomenon indicates that mantle melting of the Gakkel ridge is not a simple function of spreading rate. Mantle temperature, water content,mantle composition, and other factors are important in crustal accretion processes. Based on gravity-derived crustal thickness and wet melting model, we estimate that the mantle potential temperatures of the four zones are1 270, 1 220, 1 280, and 1 280°C(assuming that mantle water content equals to global average value), with corresponding mantle water contents of 210, 0, 340, and 280 mg/kg(assuming that mantle potential temperature is 1 260°C), respectivly. The western thinned crust zone is best modeled with low mantle temperature, whereas the other zones are mainly controlled by the enhanced conduction caused by the slower spreading rate. Along the Gakkel ridge, the crustal thickness is consistent with rock samples types. Predominated serpentinized peridotite and basalt are found in the area with crustal thickness <1.5 km and >2.5 km, respectively. The rock samples are including from basalt to peridotite in the area with crustal thickness between 1.5 and 2.5 km. Based on this consistency, the traditional magmatic accretion zone accounted for only 44% and amagmatic accretion accounted for 29% of the Gakkel ridge. 7Antenna selection for two-way full duplex massive MIMO networks with amplify-and-forward relay显示文摘In this paper, the antenna selection problem is investigated for the relaying system with the base station having massive multiple antennas, where the relay station works in the full duplex mode and the two-way protocol. The antenna selection scheme is optimized by maximizing the minimum of the two signal to noise ratios(SNRs) with each corresponding to the uplink and the downlink traffics. With the optimized antenna selection scheme, the approximate probability density function(PDF) of the received SNR for each receiver is derived. In what follows, both the overall outage probability and the bit error rate are obtained in the analytical expression for the whole massive multi-input multi-output(MIMO) system. Moreover, the asymptotic overall outage probability is derived in an analytical expression with respect to the growing number of the antennas on the massive MIMO base station. 8Estimation of annual variation of water vapor in the Arctic Ocean between 80°–87°N using shipborne GPS data based on kinematic precise point positioning显示文摘The measurement of atmospheric water vapor(WV) content and variability is important for meteorological and climatological research. A technique for the remote sensing of atmospheric WV content using ground-based Global Positioning System(GPS) has become available, which can routinely achieve accuracies for integrated WV content of 1–2 kg/m2. Some experimental work has shown that the accuracy of WV measurements from a moving platform is comparable to that of(static) land-based receivers. Extending this technique into the marine environment on a moving platform would be greatly beneficial for many aspects of meteorological research, such as the calibration of satellite data, investigation of the air-sea interface, as well as forecasting and climatological studies. 9Progress in Antarctic marine geophysical research by the Chinese Polar Program显示文摘Marine geophysical survey by the Chinese National Antarctic Research Expedition(CHINARE) began with the first science expedition in 1984/1985, although only four cruises were performed in the vicinity of the Antarctic Peninsula between then and 1991/1992. After a 20 year hiatus, Antarctic marine geophysical research was relaunched by the Chinese Polar Environmental Comprehensive Investigation and Assessment Programs(known simply as the Chinese Polar Program) in 2011/2012. Integrated geophysical surveys have been carried out annually since, in Prydz Bay and the Ross Sea. During the last 5 years, we have acquired about 5500 km of bathymetric, gravimetric, and magnetic lines; more than 1800 km of seismic reflection lines; and data from several heat flow and Ocean Bottom Seismometer(OBS) stations. This work has deepened understandings of geophysical features and their implications for geological tectonics and glacial history in Antarctica and its surrounding seas. Compiled Antarctic Bouguer and Airy isostatic gravity anomalies show different features of tectonics between the East Antarctic stability and West Antarctic activity. Calculated magnetic anomalies, heat flow anomalies and lithospheric anisotropy offshore of Prydz Bay may imply high heat capacity of mantle shielded by the continental shelf lithosphere, but high heat dissipation of mantle due to the Cretaceous breakup of Gondwana along the continent and ocean transition(COT), where large sediment ridges would be brought about by the Oligocene ice sheet retreat and would enlarge free-air gravity anomalies. 10Optimal remote radio head selection for cloud radio access networks显示文摘The cloud radio access network(C-RAN) promises significant gain to the data rate over the LTEadvanced by transferring the burdensome baseband signal processing from the remote radio heads(RRHs) to the baseband unit via the front-haul. However, scalable improvement of the overall throughput may not be maintained due to limited front-haul capacity. In this paper, we study the throughput maximization problem by selecting the active RRHs. In particular, we develop an optimum algorithm which selects a subset of active RRHs that maximize the system throughput under the front-haul constraint. In addition, the asymptotically optimum number of RRHs is derived in closed-form for low and high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) regimes. 11Glacial bedforms in the Northwind Abyssal Plain,Chukchi Borderland显示文摘A series of sub-parallel linear glacial scours are identified on the crest of the Baoshi Seamount in the Northwind Abyssal Plain by compiling new multibeam data acquired during the 9 th Chinese Arctic Research Expedition(CHINARE-Arc9)in 2018 and previously published data.The new data reveal scours that developed at water depths of 850–1030 m with an orientation of about 75°/255°.The maximum water depth occurs in the southernmost scour and is deeper than that from previous investigations,which showed a maximum scouring depth of about 900 m on the seamount.The topographic and geomorphological characteristics suggest that these scours resulted from erosion by the ice shelf extending from the Chukchi margin and/or Laurentide Ice Sheet that grounded on the crest of the seamount and moved in a NE–SW direction.Other possibilities of their genesis include armadas of large icebergs/multi-keel icebergs calved from the Chukchi Shelf or the Laurentide Ice Sheet.The new data provide new constraints for assessing the extent and volume of the ice sheet in the Chukchi area during glacial maxima.Zhongyan Shen Tao Zhang Jinyao Gao Chunguo Yang Qingsheng Guan 2021Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,5:1

17Preliminary Species Identification of Parasitic Nematodes from Rhizosphere Soil of Grapes in Mengzi City显示文摘The grape cultivation area in Luolongzhuang of Wenlan,Yingfang,Liucun and Shiqicun of Caoba in Mengzi City,Yunnan Province were surveyed from October 2014 to February 2015. Using five-point sampling method,approximately 2 kg of rhizosphere soil were collected from plants with weak growth and brown and wilting root,and 28 soil samples in total were collected. Through morphological identification,the species of parasitic nematodes in rhizosphere soil of grapes were preliminarily identified. 19Wenjing Zhitong recipe exhibits potential anti-primary dysmenorrhea properties by inhibiting COX2 and PKC signaling pathway in rats induced by estradiol benzoate and oxytocin显示文摘Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of action of the Wenjing Zhitong recipe(WZR)in primary dysmenorrhea(PD)treatment.Methods:Uterine contractions were induced by estradiol benzoate and oxytocin in a PD model and WZR was administrated.The rate of change in uterine contractility and the writhing test were used to evaluate the effects of WZR.The serum levels of prostaglandin F_(2a)(PGF_(2a))and prostaglandin E_2(PGE_2),and the activity of cyclooxygenase-2(COX2)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The changes in phosphor-phospholipase C(pPLC/PLC),phosphor-protein kinase C(pPKC/PKC),and connexin 43(CX43)expression were detected using immunohistochemistry and western blot.Results:WZR significantly reduced the rate of change in uterine contractility and writhing times in the PD model.WZR treatment inhibited the enzymatic activity of COX2 and reduced the levels of PGF_(2a),PGF_(2a)/PGE2and COX2 in the PD model.WZR also significantly reduced the expression of pPLC/PLC,pPKC/PKC and CX43.Targeting the inhibition of COX2 activity,caffeic acid and 1-acetyl-β-carboline were validated as the active ingredients in WZR responsible for reducing uterine contractions.Conclusion:WZR attenuated PD by inhibiting COX2 activity,downregulating PGF_(2a)/PGE_2 expression,and inhibiting the PKC signaling pathway.Jialin Li Xiaoyao Liu Mei Jiang Yantong Xu Chunguo Wang Yujie Hu Song Yang Jian Gao Weiling Wang Ting Wang 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2023,10,3:0
20Monitoring Efficiency Evaluation of the Well-water-level Observation Network in China显示文摘In order to understand the monitoring efficiency status of the well-water-level observation network in China after the completion of the 10 th 'Five-year Plan ' digital network project,and to provide a basis for the future network optimization and equipment updating, the monitoring efficiency of the well-water-level observation network was evaluated. On the whole,61. 8% observing stations have good monitoring effectiveness,the observation environment of 73. 5% of observing stations meets the monitoring requirements of well-water-level. The operation status of the network is as a whole getting better,operation rates of 75% observing instruments are above 95%. Most well water levels can monitor crustal stress changes and seismic activities. However,some observation stations,due to inherent deficiency in wells,environmental disturbance,instrument aging,and low-level operation and maintenance,need to improve the monitoring efficiency level by taking measures such as observation environment improvement,equipment updating,and management training.
